EPIC Minecraft Barn Tutorial – Build Like a Pro! 🔥

Well hello everybody and welcome back to another minecraft video this is mythical sausage how is everybody doing oh man we are back again doing another tutorial and today i’m gonna go ahead and show you guys how to build an awesome minecraft ultimate barn this barn has so much space for so many animals

There’s also a cooking station a horse stable and plenty of storage upstairs but let’s get this started let’s build this thing right now block four block let’s go and here we go with the block pallet so we’re gonna be using some stone some cobble some stone brick

Some shrimp spruce log the planks the slabs the trapdoors the stairs the fences and the gates also some dark oak log the stairs the slabs fences and gates we’re bringing in some bone block but you can use any other white block alternative we’re bringing in also some stripped oak

Some oak planks the trapdoors and some lanterns and here’s the dimensions everything’s all laid out in wool count up the blocks find yourself a nice spot and we’re gonna start this right now this ultimate barn is separated into different pods so we’re gonna have a pod right here so one

Two three four different types of animals you can use cows sheep pigs whatever you want on this section over here on this corner is going to be our horse stables they’re going to be a little tower section here to get to the next floor and then over here just a little bit of

A storage area this will be your front of the other build you can go in from here and then you can go out the back we’re gonna start right here in this corner we’re gonna count out all the blocks let’s do everything for right now out of stone break and we’re gonna come

Back and texture with some cobble and some stone after but let’s count out these blocks starting right here from this corner and it’s gonna be the front of this ultimate barn so to start counting we’re gonna go in right here in the center one two three four five

Six seven eight and nine in front of this one we’re gonna put a block so it’s a three block cap space another block and a three block cap space and another block so starting it off just like this we’re gonna turn this corner we’re gonna pop out a block right

In front and we’re gonna go down one two three four two one two three put two one two three gonna put another two another three another two and we’re gonna keep going down like this until we get to the very end once we get to this spot we’re gonna pop this out again

And we have this line from here we’re gonna repeat what we did in the front so another one two and three out by two one two and three then out by two now from here this is gonna be our back door we’re gonna have a three spacer

Here go down one two three four and five pop one out three spacer pop one out turning this corner we’re gonna pop this out again one two three and we’re gonna go by two right here now this section right here is gonna be a seven by seven boxes where our tower

Is gonna be so we can outline this section right here so this will be the center of it we’re gonna go down another one two three one two three right here let’s turn this corner another one two three four five and six turn this corner another one two

Three four five and six and again another one two three four and five you’re gonna have a center bit right there that’s where you know the center of that tower is gonna be now once the tower is in place we’re gonna start working on the horse stable section over here

So for this one we’re counting one two three and four which is centered to that line we’re going down one two three four five and six here we’re going to go down another one two three and four and then let’s come back here one two three four and five i’m not

Gonna fill in this section we’re gonna put fence gates here so the horses can be penned in then from here we’re gonna go back on this line and go down one two three and four and go back down one two three four and five one more time so one two three and four

One two three four and five we’re just going to put one edge here and a little corner of it right there three block gap space here and this will be our entrance to get in now from here let’s work on the inside so we’re gonna

Pin this up right here so let’s put a block down right next to that one right through the front door two block gap space we’re gonna put another two block gap space and go down one two and three and then let’s go down this line so one two three four five six

And seven so we have one pin done here we’re gonna do again two block cap space one block two block cap space one two three and then just connect this one going all the way to the back and we have this section again two block gap boom and two back

Gap again put one down then for this we’re gonna just finish this little room off here so we can close this off by going one two three four and five and then one in this corner it’ll be a little storage area here in the back

And the outline is done now once we have this done we’re gonna start lifting up the blocks on the inside level not these outside bits but on the inside all the way around we’re gonna lift this up by five so if this is a one we’re going two three four and five

We’re gonna lift all these up all the way around just skip all these little pop out bits that go down that line and now that all of our walls are up by five this is what it should look like from the top that’s all the walls

Up that we need to get up right now now let’s just connect some bits here we’re gonna go ahead and connect the line right here on level number five so one two three four and on the fifth one we’re doing a cross right there we’re crossing right here with stone

Down this way going down here on top of all these little separation bits we’re also gonna do a little cross right down here we’re gonna do one in the front as well we’re gonna separate this section by knocking down this center bit so one two and three

One two three and one two and three let’s actually knock this bit down so a three by four and it’s the way in to get to the tower and then we can arch this up by putting a couple of stairs right there we’re also gonna do a little

Arch right here as well putting a stair on this side any stair on this side i’m going to put upside down stairs on every one of these little separation bits so we’re going to go ahead and take this down so it should look like this going down

That line and then we’re going to do one more over here as well so it should look just like that we’re also going to go over here to the horse stable section and also cross these lines going down here and one more on this side and then also same thing put upside down

Stairs on each end giving you this little archway feel on all these little horse stable entrances and it should look just like this then the next bit we’re going to put stairs and we’re going to face them downwards on every single one of these little pop-up bits going all the way down

And all the way around that line and at the end it should look just like this with our stairs in every little pop-out bit going all the way around now the next bit we’re gonna do is texturing so this how i’m gonna set it up i’m gonna be pretty much putting

Uh the cobble on the lower end and then on the upper areas we’re gonna put a little bit of the stone and let’s do this first before we add any windows or any other details so just gonna wrap this all the way around just random texturing going down this whole area

And there it is we got some awesome texturing all the way around just randomly scattering a little bit of the cobble a little bit of the stone and it looks really nice just like that now next up let’s work on windows so i want to add a couple windows here

On every three block gap separation and this is how we’re gonna do it so let’s go right on this line so one two and three right here on the back end let’s knock down these three these three here i’m gonna be putting our upset on stairs like so

I’m gonna get rid of this section and let’s put upside down stairs here on this end we’re gonna do it every three so we’re gonna do it right here and then this section has two windows and it should look like this from the other side

And then we’re gonna do it all the way down this line so every three gapper we’re gonna knock down this bit upside down stairs upside down stairs here and let’s just continue all the way down this line so at the end it should look just like this

We can also do it here in the front section so let’s do it again so let’s take this bit out this bit out here knock that down upside down stairs and then upside down stairs here so we got another window and let’s do it again on this side and it should look

Just like this in the front then we could continue it and do it over here as well and then we got the front section all done now here in the back we’re going to just mirror what we did in the front right over here and then this back end

Should look just like this for the tower section i’m just going to do two windows let’s go right from here let’s go one two and three we’re gonna knock down these three spacer one knock these three down gonna put a stair here and a stair here

And then i’m gonna leave those two open so we just have a two too high window now it’s time to work on the roof i’m gonna be using an outer border of the dark oak and then the inside layers are gonna be with spruce but for right now let’s

Start with our dark hooks there let’s put a placeholder block right here and let’s put the stair on top and i’m going to overhang that bit just like this then let’s do an upside down stair right here on this section i’m going to go with a full block on top stair

Above that upside down stair here then i’m gonna go with a step pattern so another stair here upside down stair upside down stair upside down then from here we’re gonna do nothing but slab so we’re gonna do a slab on top double slab double slab another double and another

Double and that should be perfectly lined up to the middle of this post so it goes right down like that and we have this cool looking arch now we’re just going to continue this on this side so let’s repeat it we’re gonna go over here with our stair placeholder

Place it outside overhang that bit so we’re gonna go with an upside down stair full block we’re gonna go with a stair upside down stair upside down stair upside down and then that should match perfect we’re gonna go with one more stair right here and one more upside down so

It should stop right at this edge matching exactly where we have that last stair right down this line then slabs did we get to the middle so slab on top double double and a double so it should look just like this from the front now all we have to do is

Continue with this line going all the way down and make sure it goes all the way to the other end once we get to the other end make sure it overhangs this bit and then we’re gonna do the same thing we did over there so this should match perfectly what we

Have on the other side now what we’re gonna do here we’re gonna take these stairs and take it all the way around here wrap it around the tower just like so wrap it back this direction so this is going to wrap around this whole tower bit

Just like this take this all the way down wrap around here take this back this direction and all we’re going to do is connect all the way back to the original stair right there now let me show you exactly what to do to connect the center

For this we’re gonna grab some of our stripped spruce log i’m gonna go ahead and push this down this line so put a two a one one one a one here i’m gonna go with a one next to it one on top one next to it and then one on top so we

Have this look just like this this repeats all the way back down so let’s go ahead and do it here so we’re putting two full blocks one here one next to each one of these stairs one on top here connect that section one on top here and connect that section so

It should look just like this so really super simple just go ahead and run this line and connect it to the end and there it is we have all of our strips through slots going all the way down from this side to the next also this is what it looks

Like on the other side but i left open the spot where the tower is going to be because the tower we’re going to continue with this line so right from here let’s just start counting some blocks so this is another one two three four five six seven

Eight nine nine is lined up perfectly to that so let’s go up ten and eleven so let’s take this tower a lot another eleven up on all of these and there we go we got the tower up and textured just matching exactly what we did on the

Bottom now let’s work on a little more details here so this is what we’re going to do let’s place them upside down stairs i’m going to place it right here on the top so one every other one going all the way around like this and skipping just that

Uh gaps in between like that then we’re gonna grab some full blocks and we’re gonna start lifting them and put these full blocks on top of every one of these stairs that we just placed all the way around and then from here we’re gonna grab some stairs again

Let’s put upside down stairs in the little gaps in between all the way around as well and then we’re going to grab some stairs and place them on top every other one right on top of the full blocks we placed earlier and it should look like oh hold on and it should look

Like this in the end then i’m going to grab some spruce trap doors i’m going to place them underneath every one of these stairs rolling it all the way around and it should look like this but on all sides now once we have that in place just for added

Details let’s go ahead and remove this block here this line and let’s put upside down stairs of our stone bricks to give a nice little detail bit uh on that separation and it should look just like this on all sides with the upside down stair bits

Now let’s do a couple windows here so let’s go down this line one two and three from here we’re gonna go up another one and two here we’re gonna knock down one two three and four like so take that bit out as well put us there and let’s put a stair

Like so so we have a three block gapper here so let’s go and knock down one two three four five snare and stare and it should look just like this for the windows i’m not going to put any windows here on this side or the other now let’s work out a

Little bit more detail bits here on the roof itself so i want to add some of our spruce stairs and let’s go down this line so right down here a block after we’re going to go ahead and put a stair put some trapdoors going down this line

Then we’re going to go with stair stair stair put a trap door here stair front trap door in front here and a stair right in this section on top here we’re going to put a slab so it should look like this then let’s just repeat this

Section over here on this end and it should look just like this now i want to give a little more details here so i’m going to do the same style but we’re going to do it every three so from here we’re gonna go one two and three i’m gonna put one down here

And raise this all the way up here again one two three take this all the way up as well let’s go back down this way so one two and three we’re gonna put another one here and then one two and three we’re gonna put another one right here leaving this little

Middle gap with a five spacer and then we’re just gonna repeat these corner bits going all the way back and at the end it should look just like this now for added details we can also texture this section here by just coming in here with some spruce planks

And just randomly adding this all the way around and we can give this nice look to it so let’s do this really quickly and there we go with some texture now for more details let’s go over here to the top i’m going to be adding some lines going

Down here so for this one we’re gonna go ahead and put some trapdoors going down this line down this line all the way down here and just go ahead and just give a little bit more detail going all the way down right here even at the top edge i’m

Gonna also do it here on this section and this gives us a smoother transition from the double that we have here uh to the next section so it looks just like this from the side then everything we did over here let’s just do it on this side and there it is

We got this side mirrored to the other side and we stopped right here before the tower ends right there on the side here now another little bit we can grab more trapdoors and put them right next to these slabs going down this line just like so and just gives us our last

Bit of detail right there on this end and one more right there now we’re done with that roof right here in the tower we can add some more details by putting slabs every other one going all the way around and down like this and then trap doors in

Those gaps just like so and it should look just like that from the top then here we can grab some oak and just take this down every other one going down like so another one this direction and then another one over here on this direction in the middle here we’re

Just going to be placing some trapdoors going down this line here and then also this line over here now let’s start filling in this middle gap first thing we’re going to do we’re going to grab some of our dark oak logs and go right down this line right here and then

End off right there at the end then next up we’re going to grab some of our stairs and let’s go upside down stairs every other one going all the way down this direction ending right here then slabs in those gaps now in the middle section here every other one is going to get

The same beam so let’s go up right down this line and we’re going to skip every other one with these logs and it should look just like this now we’re gonna grab our bone block or you can use any other white block and just uh fill in the

Gaps we missed now from here let’s make some windows i’m gonna knock down one two three and four one two and three and one two and three on this side regular old clear glass in this little gaps right here and then let’s do some overhangs i’m gonna grab a dark oak fence gate

Open that up on the top end top end of this side and top in here i’m gonna grab some campfire blocks face them this direction on top of every one of those and then extinguish these like so then i’m just going to repeat this on

The other side now here i want to add a little bit of a flower box let’s go down one two three four and five i’m gonna put a dark oak trap door here dark coke on this side put a dark oak in the middle i’m gonna

Put two uh spruce on this side and two on this side let’s put berry bushes on top of these like so and just repeat that also on the other side and there you go we got the flower box on this side as well now one more bit of detail on this

Roof i want to add a little bit more on this overhang so i’m going to put slabs every other one going all the way down and then in the gaps i’m going to be placing some of our trap doors of our dark oak now something else i want to do

Over here i actually want to put some campfire blocks above these windows so three right there three on this side three over here and three over on this side and then from here i’m gonna grab some dark oak fence gates and place these on the corner bits going all the way down

In this direction it should look just like this from the front then it’s going to repeat this section over in the back and this is what it looks like back here on this side then let’s not forget to do this section as well with our slabs going down every other

One it should look just like this we’re going to turn this corner and also do it on this end and just for added details i’m gonna get rid of these little corner bits on the tower and and on this side as well let’s add some glass as well here on the tower we’re

Gonna go down with clear glass also over here and on this side and then here we’re to also add our campfire blocks let’s put it right at the edge right at the edge of this one open up the gates right on that side and then we’re going to just extinguish those two

Now down over here we’re going to be placing some fence gates for our horses to get in and out play some fence gates right here as well in the front and also over here in the back now from the interior first thing we’re going to do we’re going to grab

The same beam and let’s take it down this line over here and then we’re also going to go down over here on this section and go down this line with our dark oak now we’re going to grab the same dark log let’s take it down this line right

Here take it all the way down we’re going to continue and cross over straight to this section we’re also going to do it over here as well so take this down all the way down to the end and then we’re also going to take one down right here on this section let’s take

Another one down right here on this section and we’re going to go down this line this line here and then one more over here and then one more down like so so these are the beams on the top we’re going to do one more beam right

Here on this corner and it should look just like this from the top then let’s start filling in some sections i’m gonna go ahead and fill this section in with dark oak going all the way down so that’s filled in i’m gonna fill in this side over here i’m gonna fill in

This back end as well we’re gonna fill in this little bit with a one two three four five six and seven covering that bit let’s cover up these pods over here so this whole section is filled out then we’re gonna cover up this section and this section now took out the shaders

You guys can see a little better we’re going to add some more details here so i’m going to put a beam right here on this little cross area put another one here on this corner i’m going to do a three block gap space and we’re going to do another three

Another three and then one more three right here repeat it on this side so every third gets it so it should look like this going all the way around right here i’m actually going to do another beam and let’s cover up this section as well so we can actually go

Around this area from all sides so then from here we’re going to be placing some fences next to the beams going all the way down and then some spruce fence gates in the gaps in between now from here raise up all of these beams to the very very top

And then from here we’re gonna be placing cross beams on this level going all the way down and then we’re also gonna be placing cross beams on this level going all the way around and they should look just like this then we’re gonna grab spruce stairs and place

Them upside down every other one and a trapdoor in between and let’s take this all the way around now at the end it should look just like this going down then up here on this section you’re just gonna grab some fences and just cover up this line right here with our spruce

This little side pin we’re just gonna go two on that side and then also two onto this side now up here in this section you can really pretty much use it for anything but i think it’ll be pretty awesome if you use this for storage so let me show you how

To set this up so i’m gonna go with the same tutor style you see here but on this section so let’s do three block gap spaces every other one going down like this so every three gets a log just like so take these all the way up to the top

Here we’re going to grab the same bone block take it up by three three here three on every single one of these sections and then grab this uh again it’s dark oak and take it all the way up to the top of the roof going all the way down

It should look something like that right there and then from here just for added details i’m gonna put another cross beam right at this level it connects to that section and pretty much every third uh is gonna get a beam and it’s just gonna connect right back to the section that we have

Already set up and it should look just like that from this side then just to add even more details i’m going to come back here with trapdoors and kind of wrap some beams around just in random spots so i’m going to put one right here on this corner i’m going to

Put one over here on this side let’s put one on the middle here let’s put that on top i’m going to add maybe one more over here and it’s up to you guys if you just want to add a little bit of extra detail uh and i think it looks pretty cool just

Randomizing it until we go all the way down so it looks something like that i have lights over here so this is pretty much well lit but over here we can add just random ones scattered in certain spots it really is up to you guys where you want to place

Them just going to go ahead and go just randomly going down uh this line just like that it’s pretty cool then over here we can use each individual pod for extra storage and you can pretty much put anything i’m just gonna go down here just randomly with barrels and chests

And just make it look random and cool uh or you can make it look specific if you want or even have each section here even be for animals if you want but or cats you could have cats or dogs live up here it’s up to you guys but for right now

I’m just going to go ahead and make this into a little bit of a of a random storage area it should look something like this going all the way down that looks pretty cool then next up over here we can add some more details how about

We put an upside down stair right in underneath this window another one over here we could put a trapdoor in the middle slabs on the sides so it could look something like this and then we can just repeat this one on the other side and there we go we

Repeated this one on this end we can also use these back corners for different things we can add even more chess even more barrels we can use maybe some composters here kind of stacked up to the side really is up to you guys what kind of

Stuff you want to put uh here in the back end but something like this looks pretty cool we can even add some trapdoors uh to some of these like so we can also do the same thing over here we can add different section different modules if

You like we can add more barrels more chests more storage uh go crazy now here looking up at the top i want to add a little bit more detail so what if we do cross beams on the top levels right here going all the way down

From here we can hang some lights that go down to the bottom so it should look something like this now i’m going to knock down the middle sections and let’s put barrels sideways like this one two and three i’m gonna grab a grindstone and place them down this direction so one two and

Three let’s take some chains i’m gonna go down one two three that’s great and that should take us down to here and then let’s go ahead and put our lanterns underneath here and this should light up this bottom area pretty nicely just like so now since we’re down here

Let’s add some gates here to this little separation so we have ways that the animals can get in and out then from the inside here i want to do some details here on the ceiling now for this one i’m going to be placing some dark oak slabs going down

And then trap doors in the gaps and let’s go all the way down this line here and this should be the ceiling for each pod now let me do this to all the other ones now jumping back into the tower we need a way up to get to the top of the

Tower and also to the second floor so i’m gonna go right in the center here with our dark oak log and go up one two three four five and six over here i’m just gonna place a ladder so one two three four five right there i’m going to place this

Beam going down this line going down the opposite side on this side of this log and on this side i’m going to place a of just slabs right here of darko going down this section and then going down right here i’m going to grab a trapdoor let’s go with the dark oak one

And then this one’s going to go right here on this side so we have a way in to get to this top level right over here then we have to get a way to get up here as well so i want to go ahead and just

Make a ladder as well and let’s place it really on any side let’s go right from here and go up one two three four five six seven eight and nine that should open up and get us up over here on the top of the tower and then over here you can

Just place pretty much anything random junk beds if you want to sleep in here pretty much anything you want here on this side so something like this super simple just a little bit of a shelving unit over here on this side then over here we can also hang some

Light same thing we did on the other side so grindstone let’s go with a couple chains one two and three and a lantern hanging down like so over here we can also add maybe a couple more bits so maybe a composter and a couple bushes would be fine

And in case maybe you do need to sleep over here let’s put a couple beds down uh then back here it’s gonna go with two composters i’m gonna go with some of the same slabs place them on top get some more of the trapdoors here

Of our spruce let’s go down one and two and yeah you can sleep here if uh if you like this might smell a little bit but it’ll be all right then maybe over here just a couple stairs maybe one over here on this side one of them can have a flower pot the

Other one can have maybe some sea pickles just for added detail something like that would look pretty cool you can put some trapdoors underneath just to make it look a little cooler drop a fern in there too why not now jumping back over here for the little storage room

Actually back here what we can do is we can make this into a smelting area so we can get maybe either smokers or we can get blast furnaces or regular furnaces is fine uh i can go down the line right here so just maybe one and two

We can get some barrels place them up top so one two maybe three right here uh we can even throw in a cauldron here to make it look like this is almost like a little bit of a kitchen area that’s fine uh we can even throw maybe some chest up

Here uh maybe a lantern flower pot is fine uh this can get a plant right there on the top that’s fine just a little bit of an area here for uh just cooking we can lower this maybe by one more take that bit out add a fence maybe just to add

A little more detail and we can even add a door here if you like as far as the flooring here we can make this very very simple just with a little bit of just cobblestone going down this line maybe even a little bit more also on this end maybe more cobble on here

And maybe add just stones on this section as well you can even bring a little bit of the smooth stone also uh so for this side it would be kind of looking like so but over here we can add more details how about we bring in a little bit

Of a course dirt a little bit of puzzle uh and just make this look a little bit rougher uh and then in here for all of them we can mess with them and add more details but for uh if you want to have any kind of sheep in any of these just leave

The plain grass as well and there it is all done i got all the exterior details here adding a little bit of hay adding some bushes some flowers adding some more hang more bushes more flowers just to add details all the way around as well

And then also i did the same things over here just a little bit of bush a little bit more details here but here we have some uh hanging lights inside here that i didn’t show you guys earlier so just some dark look slaps and some dark

Vlogs with a lantern there we got horses going down this section right here which is cool some anvils on the outside in case we need to fix their shoes but that’s not a minecraft thing that’s fine then over here added some uh lights hanging on the inside as well

So no mops would spawn this is the section for the sheep and if you notice the floor is pure grass over here we got a pig pen it’s perfect couple piggies in there also added some soil soil and some of the uh concrete powder the brown concrete powder right there looks good

And then over here some cows looking really really awesome on the outside here just um some compost with bushes and some more hanging lights uh we have our way up here just with random junk on the inside uh we have our hanging lights here a bunch of lights on the top nothing bad

Is gonna spawn and then little pods here of storage going down this road that you can modify and do anything you want on this side over here on this end extra details and it’s looking so so good what do you guys think of our brand new ultimate
