Welcome everyone and in today’s video I’m going to be showing you how to add custom map markers to your maps in Minecraft Bedrock Edition so the first thing you’re going to want to do is get your map and hold it in your hand or at least make sure it’s in your Inventory then you’re going to want to save your game once your game is saved you want to open up your world in NBT editor I have a link to a video by Amon Mt where he shows you how to get the old Universal Minecraft Ed which is actually still Free down in the description below the first thing you’re going to want to do once you’re in the MBT editor is go to your player then in inventory find the map under tag you’ll see map uu ID this is what the map you want is so You want to find that and then over here you’ll see a list of numbers you want to find the one that matches The UU ID so for this one it would be this one right here you can see how there’s no decorations these are where map markers Would be now over here this is from an Explorer map so I’ll copy this and then I’ll paste it in over here and then these you want to change to where you want it to be you want to make sure that’s somewhere that’s within the range of the Map now you’re going to want to leave type for key as one for data the rotation this is the rotation of the marker and this is the type so if I save it right now and then I load up my world again you will see that now there’s an ocean Monument on the Map and it does show up when you put in an item frame so now you can also add other markers too so if I go and copy this a few more times then I change the coordinates on them so if I added all of these and give them all different types and coordinates Now I can save it again and then I can load up my world again and now as you can see there’s a bunch of different map markers you can also access different player icons now if you like the video and want to see my future videos make sure you like And subscribe Video Information

In this video I will show you how to add custom map markers to your maps in Minecraft Bedrock Edition. Note: The x and y coordinates of the data property for the mark markers in the NBT Editor are the position relative to the center of the map. while the blockX, blockY, and blockZ coordinates of the key property are the actual block position in the world that it is linked to. If you are on mobile then you can just use blocktopograph instead of the Universal Minecraft Editor. Here is the link to the video by Amin MT on how to get the old free Universal Minecraft Editor: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mjGRdgc3sx0&ab_channel=AminMT
