EPIC Minecraft Extralife Game Day 2023 – Part 1

Discuss hello hey everybody how’s it going welcome to extra Life game day we are here just getting set up to join the Minecraft extra life server this is a basically I took a 1.20 Java Minecraft server and we coded the extra life donations into our chatbot and then the chatbot will also

Um we’ll send commands basically to the server and do different things based on what you donate so any donation will spawn a potion on us with your name we don’t know what the potion does though so it’s like drink at your own RIS never we’ll never know it’s a mystery also

Hello everybody hello I hope you’re having a good start to your weekend um if you donate under $5 it’ll spawn a special streamer item based on one of us that are on the server if you like there’s a bunch of things uh $5 is a zombie horde on every player $10

Is a tool like a random one $15 is everyone’s drunk or is it 20 15 or 20 one of them is everyone’s drunk it’s all on the extra life Page by the way if you’re watching on our extra life page you can actually see all the donations do we

One that I only spawned one because having like eight wardens hunting for 5 minutes seemed excessive so yeah um but yeah um for goals we just hit our Ali AO homemade coffee oh we did and I am nervous yeah I am nervous oh yeah so we’re going to have

To make an all the auto homemade coffee the next goal is pil coffee at 750 and then if we hit 1,000 we have to do the most cursed thing ever and drink tea oh and on top of that it’s going to have all the ingredients from the

Previous coffees in it so I am going I’m I it’s so not ready I’m not ready yeah yeah I it’s funny I coded this twitch integration for our server so everyone on the team could use it I’m I’m excited I’m hoping nothing breaks cuz that would

Be a nightmare but it it’s possible um it’s possible we have about 10 members in our stream team also participating so things are going to become they’re it’s going to get chaotic it’s already been a bit chaos yeah we can probably hop into the game we won’t hop into the thing yet

Cuz we’ll show you how so our goal basically uh s and I both have a bingo card so mine’s on the top left right now and then if we switch to SZ point of view now SZ is in the top left right there and essentially uh for each of these Bingo

Cards we complete I’m going to do a donation to the charity so there’s kind of an incentive to oh gosh there’s kind of an incentive to help us uh complete the cards but also murder us it’s covered by the oh I forgot to turn off the crowd control thing that

Would probably help yeah it it’s been it’s been weird it’s just been turning on on its own crol is supposed to automatically turn off when we’re not do suppos to but uh I guess it decided not to the last time and then we just haven’t fixed it

Sword so I got to try really hard to not use a sword but but anyway if you check out our extra life donation page there’s tons of things that trigger on us we have things as low as like $5 that can trigger little things on us as as well

The moment I am an I’m a ball of of cobalt anxiety I haven’t played Minecraft in forever and creep and and I’m already have like skeletons and creepers after me yeah and I don’t know where you ended up either I went to the cave I went follow the light in the

Cave you said that you went to a cave that had light uh yeah I’m in like a Kass like a massive Kass on the ground that’s kind of what I’m in I don’t know how far you went though like I lost you so fast oh I went just where the trees

Yeah to be fair though there are client side like mods to like a mini map and thing that would be very helpful for this kind of stuff just to be able to see where biomes are yeah we used to do that I mean whenever we’ve actually like done a I always use

A mini map it’s so good we we we we also we do a lot of the mods um I guess we can hang up here till daylight cuz it’s almost day I think we should stay up here it’s already BEC creepers everywhere I could slime now

Yeah well it’s safe I’m going to put the timer actually the only thing that’s unfortunate about the Slime form is how ites it’s never the right size like it’s the only only one that’s the wrong size there we go he I still have my witch CH so big yeah uh okie

On each player instead of for each player on that player maybe I made a may I made a mistake there so everyone’s getting a potion for each player on the server let me fix that I’ve never gotten a potion oh I’ve never gotten one yet I

I came in here and everything decides to happen at once okay uh a potion to one player like player to one player yeah maybe I have it backwards yeah maybe scared let me fix that everything is scary sun’s coming back up it’s coming back up thank you last

Time it actually died in the wall here interesting um and sorry um what is extra life about so extra life is like a really big uh fundraiser um about helping um children’s hospitals and sick kids yeah so they’re all everybody’s um campaigns are connected to their local children’s hospitals

Basically nice and this is one of their big events that they do each year yeah um so ours would be going to mechmas Children’s Hospital that’s uh located near us I don’t have any spider eyes thank you that’s good to know so execute as every player about this you need to move
