Fun convention I’ve been to it it’s gotten very big in the area it’s grown a lot over the last 10 years um so this year they’ve announced a second convention in Knoxville for the first time they’re going to be doing one in March and it’s specifically going to be

Dedicated to toys anime and gaming still called Fanboy Expo but this one’s going to be focused heavier there’s G already got a bunch of uh anime voice stars and artists that are going to be coming and stuff uh looks really cool first time they’re doing it decided to get off my

Butt and have a little fun I’ve gone ahead and I have signed up and purchased a booth there uh I’m going to be there representing and trying to draw a little attention to the channel and the merge worlds podcast and all sorts of stuff so I’m going to be going to a convention

For the first time I’m very excited about it that’s going to be in March I think it’s March 9th and 10th if I remember correctly um so yeah pretty pretty excited I already have a few friends in the area when they found out they went online and bought tickets so I have a

You test out your system uh but I made a pretty decent little four-sided dice uh which is kind of fun um but I designed and made something that I’ve wanted to make for a long time if you’ve ever played dungeon dragons or any type of fantasy roleplay game you’re probably

Familiar with what a natural 20 is or critical hit dungeon dragons if you roll a 20 that’s considered a critical hit it’s highest you can roll on the 20-sided dice at the flip side of that if you roll a one it’s known as a critical fumble or critical Miss it’s an ultimate

Failure right so what I made many years ago I had a friend of mine uh get some metal and make me big Square metal Dice and they’re custom design critical hit and critical fumble dies so if somebody rolls the 20-sided they roll the critical hit they roll a one they roll

The critical fumble critical hit has six sides they’re both squares uh critical hit has hit so you got double damage triple damage stun sever limb knockout or death so you’re doing such a good hit you get a chance to roll for the opportunity to do something special at

The same time if you roll the one you roll the critical fumble dice hit self hit Ally drop weapon break weapon stun self or fall because you know these things didn’t really happen in combat um and my players have always enjoyed even when you roll a one it’s

Like oh they get to get the Big Dice out and they get to roll those and I’ve always wanted to share that with people so I’ve custom designed critical hit and critical fumble dice there’s a hit self um knockout is that uh dice not on your YouTube profile yes that’s a 20 side

And knock out some of the Twilight Forest stuff today um because again I’d like to continue to move forward with jonic I would like to make the best solar which is chaotic solar that then I have draconic I need chaotic solar next but to do that I have to defeat the chaos

Dragon that’s what’s slowing me down um I did go ahead and fight the regular Dragon five more times um so I could get his data modeled to basic so right now I’m leveling up the Ender Dragons data model and I haven’t checked what do you get what do

You get from it in this pack let’s see uh for this one you get dragon Eggs which I don’t think have any EMC to them pretty sure eggs don’t oh they do oh they’re worth a lot of EMC moo okay that could be a that’s a fair amount of EMC for one thing okay I need that more than I need these so we’ll let that make

Just about everything but just the basics I use hit film um there are a lot of other good ones out there there’s also better ones you can pay for but I’ve had good success with hit film so that’s my recommendation because it is free and you don’t get ads and all that

Kind of stuff okay so I want to see if there do we have Industrial in this pack I think of course we have industrial I already have machines from industrial so if we have industrial there should be one of these things that sucks enchantments out of machines here uh animal mob mob

The hopes that I can break a crystal or two cuz I have to break all 14 crystals before I can ever hurt the drag I’ve killed eight and we’ve been doing it about two hours tot heads up so far for those of you just joining the

Room nothing can hurt me and I can’t hurt them we’re just in a stand still I have to wait for the dragon I can’t kill the withers but I’m immune to them and I can’t hurt the dragon but he can’t hurt me either so it’s I have to eventually he’ll kill

The withers and then start flying around again but it’s like six to 8 minutes every time we enter into this phase and as we just saw we entered into this phase almost back to back I didn’t even really have an opportunity to try to break it Crystal that time there he killed the

Withers so now he’ll be flying around again in a moment yep there he’s flying around what I’m trying to do is get him to shoot this thing so he can break it this is not fun this is miserable oh now he’s doing the pulling thing again

Which I need him to do but I can’t oh he just popped out Withers again and I’m stuck I can’t even move cuz he’s got this vacuum that’s got me pulled against the stone I I’m trying to hop out I’m not going to lie to you I’m I’m

Very close to just going into creative and killing him because you know if you’re not having fun why are you playing a game this is not fun this is me sitting here watching Li fight I just hate the cheese a boss fight but it’s such a Cheesy boss fight

Do this float thing and I don’t know why it’s somehow disabled my ability to fly I can’t tell if I’m here so there’s no change in the noise until he’s shooting it sit here whacking on as you can hear nothing’s happening see when he’s hitting it that’s when I get the change in

Noise so I have to have him to do that and then I’m then I’m stuck and I can’t move again cuz he’s got me in the pole even if I had a weapon that could oneshot him I can’t get to the crystal half the time come on where you at shoot at

Me so regardless of the weapon I have even if I had one that did more damage I still have to be in a position where he’s shooting the thing so I can smack on it a grow is that going to work so that’s what it is that he has to

Break the shield on it in order for me to be able to damage it so once he does that I can break the thing but then I can’t move for five minutes I’m stuck I can’t get out of this hole he’s using his vacuum pull again okay I think it’s off

Okay and for some reason my flying is not working I can’t fly anymore does GEM armor have some type of setting that turns off your flying all I could do is hold shift to float see I I’ve lost my ability to fly for some reason and I don’t know what’s caused that

No D move see I can’t take advantage of him shooting things when he’s pulling me away from the crystal nope pull me back again yeah I can’t fly as soon as I let go of the space bar I start falling I can only do a float

Maneuver and I can’t get to the crystal to make use of his throwing stuff yeah I am now it’s threw me way over here it literally threw me out of the fight yep it works now God I hate gem armor I understand it’s a invulnerability is is nice but as a

Whole I I don’t like it it pulled me through can’t get to the crystal if the armor was faster I might be able to make it between poles but the armor is so slow I can’t move I can’t get up to the crystal I’m stuck I have to wait for him to stop

Shooting so I can try to get him to to start shooting that vision is not quite the concern I have right now nope we’ve entered into wither mode again all right now we got to wait another 8 minutes for wither mode to end we are now almost 50 minutes into this fight

May not you print things uh if if like for example when this printed it printed with the point down for for a reason but you can’t print over thin air so you have to have supports that come up that it also prints and when you’re done you pop

Those off and file off the edges kind of like a an old model car we used to break the pieces off sand off the edges and then glue the pieces together uh I get I’m learning about 3 I know very little I’ve been doing it a week um it turned

Out pretty good I got a set of 3D printing tools today with a whole bunch of special knives and sanding piles to F all sorts of nooks and crannies for work on stuff so having a good time messing with it looking forward to looking forward to be able to put together a

Bunch of hopefully cool stuff um and then uh I I I I lucked out that I got a very good prin I I put a fair amount of cash in it plus it’s Black Friday so I got it for a good deal but uh I have a very I

Got a very good printer so uh there’s almost no setup it was ready to go out of the box pretty much I had to put just a couple little things together on it take out a couple screws that were hold and stuff together feed in the filament and then click the calibration button

And then give it 10 minutes to calibrate and then I printed out my first thing which was a Beni this is kind of the first thing everybody prints out it’s the same little tug boat uh it’s called Beni because it’s a benchmark uh it’s a good way to learn if there’s problems

With the prints or if it’s doing something wrong but you know what type of details because everybody does the same thing you’ve got a lot of other ones to compare against to say okay well mine doesn’t look as good here as it does in that person’s what is it doing

Wrong in this area uh mine turned out very very good uh which isn’t anything I did I just hit print the program was already programmed in me but I like it cuz it’s wireless so it’s connected to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth so I have the program on my

Computer I download set up the program I want and then hit print and then it just sends it over to the other side of the room connects it and does the stuff and I can control it from the phone I didn’t pay the extra to get a webcam in it you

Can get a camera in it so you can watch it being done but I don’t think I’m ever going to run the thing when I’m not at home I’m just too paranoid about my house burning down to run Electronics especially things that run hot um so I really didn’t need that I

Can see it from where I’m sitting right now so uh most of the time when I’m printing I’ll be able to just I didn’t need a camera but I do want to buy an AMS which is a thing that will allow it to use multiple colors right all right

Blue a white a black a gold and a copper um some of those I had some of them just came in so uh the brand I’m using is called bamboo b m Buu buy I bought it straight from the manufacture they don’t sell them on Amazon and I get my filament for them

Which I find to be reasonably priced and I mean it’s one of those things where probably there’s cheaper filament out there that would work just as good but I know their filament works on their stuff right so why question it have good luck with it so far I I’ve joined all the different

Subreddits and all these different websites for three trying to learn as much as I can I’m definitely walking in with zero knowledge um found a 3D CAD program CAD vated drafting found a program I can use to design stuff that’s free called Tinker CAD uh that’s where I designed

These and then uh what else what else uh I’d like to make some coins very hard to design so hard to design coins they’re okay if you do one side it’s very hard to design a double ended a double-sided coin it turns out and I’m having such a rough

Legit well that’s I don’t think that’s going to help because when I was killing them before he just spawned more of them I think it’s part of a phase I think I have to wait till the phase is over cuz I killed four or five of them last time

And there were no less Withers than there were before I think he just keeps spawning them having his sweet old timeo there isn’t he 100% I can tell you right now once we kill him I will create a in the rest of the chaos shards I might get I’m not

Doing and I understand my sword’s weak but it still should affect the bar some I’m getting the the same when I hit him it’s the same noise as it was when I hit the crystals are you Landing are you Landing that’d be cool it’s not Landing flew down for some reason

Um well I’m not going to use dronic weapons I have no desire to use draconic weapons if that’s what it takes I’m just not going to mess with them anymore I have no desire to use those weapons what is this what is this anyways what is this do doesn’t turn into

Fly now he’s got some kind of Shield I can’t hit him in this mode when he goes red I’ll see if I can hit him in red mode but he has the same sound it was like when I was trying to hit the crystals before yeah we’ve been trying to do them

For an hour and 20 minutes and it’s not making any difference I’m in creative and I still can’t hit him that’s the thing I yeah there’s there’s no crystals here there’s nothing in the air there nothing here nothing there nope nope nothing on that one I’m I’m swinging

Above it then I’m swinging at the thing itself nothing on that one I mean I’m in Creative I should be able to break it if it’s there nope not there nope that’s all of them now there are no crystals here I just got to wait for this wither mode

To end so I can see if I can get him I don’t even see the withers he talking oh there they are down there noise change there for just a second now we tried killing the withers as well it they just put it just spawned more Withers eventually he’ll kill the

Withers and go back into red mode like I understand that the weapon I’m using is still a pretty damn good sword and even if it took forever to kill him it should still affect his health bar doesn’t matter what weapon I have if I can’t can’t hit him don’t know what happened there

Vision went like I was drunk for a second yeah it’s not trying anything Gerald beat him with a with an unobtanium sword he said he one shot him with an unobtanium sword so it does not have to be a draconic weapon weapon and I’m not saying this sword

Should be doing a ton of damage but I’ve hit him at least eight times now the bar should have at least moved uh what’s the thing called there’s a sword I’ll take that well that didn’t do anything this is having absolutely no effect on him I’m getting the same Shield noise as

When he has a shield on it’s not even moving the bar in the least yep I hit him there for sure yeah I’m still in creative and I can’t even hurt him in Creative which I’ve never found a creature I couldn’t hurt in Creative usually they just ignore you

Yeah the weapon’s not doing any damage to him at all well I couldn’t damage him before I went into creative either Gerald when I’m in when I’m not in Creative I can’t fly he’s eliminated my ability to fly no he just went blue again he he eliminates my ability to fly

And I can’t get to him I’m just not going to mess with that anymore all right that’s going to call it for today we’re at time to call it anyways I’m just going to creative in chaos shards and we’ll move forward as if we kill them because I’m I’ve wasted

Almost two whole streams on this without any advancement so it’s making me not want to play the pack and there are still things in here I wanted to do so at this point we are not going to mess with the dragon we just unfortunately probably won’t be able to get whatever achievements are

Associated with it I will create in some a bunch of CHA couple stacks of those chaos shards toss them in the inventory and next week we will move on from that point so that said we are at 11 o’clock I’m going to call it um I’ll be back
