To get this custom terrain you need world painter Open word painter On the top left open the tab called file find the tab named import then select height map then find the image you downloaded and once you selected it click OK and it will bring up the custom terrain then open the file tab once again and click export and then click export as minecraft map then click the export button once it finished exporting it created a world in minecraft with the terrain in it. Enjoy!
