Hello everyone FET here and welcome back to my how to build a series in today’s video I’ll be showing you how you can build a very very simple zip line that takes no mods no command blocks it doesn’t even use any redstone the only thing this thing takes advantage of is a Graphic error so right up here we have some water which you cannot see thanks to those item frames right there so if we come up our zipline we of course want to traverse this lava without falling into it and dying all you do is just jump and then go right across now if You’re gonna make this thing really long I have a couple versions of this so you know you don’t die from drowning but honestly you could just open up one of these trapdoors go like that and then go back in see I can get all my bubbles Back and then go back in but I do have a better one if you don’t care about the way it looks so right here you know you can’t see any water but this one over here you can see some of the water but it’s just safer now this other one uses Chest instead of these slabs up there so you just come right up it and they just jump into the water like that and as you can see I am on survival I am in third person I am right on the side of it and then we just go right across it by Holding forward and we can also sprint on this one as well so as you see and go across this one a lot faster than the other one you can sprint you can sprint on the other one but it is very difficult I’ve done it it is very difficult and I have Died a lot of time so let’s see if I can actually try to do it on this one in the first go let’s see so we just got jump in the water look up a little bit like this and then sprinted okay let’s try one more time what we’re talking jump up Then we’ve got to look up a little bit and that’s prated Oh No okay I’m not good at this at all that was a horrible idea I shouldn’t have done that but the cool thing I like about these things is that you could put them into like if you have homes and Trees or if you want to go across the ravine or go across some lava you could build this thing pretty much at like the beginning of Minecraft all you really need is a bucket of water and that’s it and you can make this thing it’s super Super easy to build you might have to kill a couple of cows though to get that leather but it’s a pretty easy build so I’m not really gonna go over the resources you need for this cuz it’s just simple things like wood ladders and things like that so let’s Bring this thing up a couple of blocks like this you know just place some ladders going up you don’t even have to go up with ladders you can honestly just do it straight off of the fence post but I like to just make it look a little Nicer you know this would actually look really good in like a playground or something like that as well so just come up a couple ladders place two fence posts in and then we’re gonna go ahead and place a block right here then we’re just gonna take out our slabs and place Slabs going upside out – as far as you want with your you know zipline and then we’re gonna come right underneath it and we’re gonna place in a full block to fence posts and then just bring this going straight down to the floor there we go and then you know just have Ladders going up on this side as well and then I like to also put a little staircase here and a little staircase here as well next what we’re gonna do is take out our item frames and place our item frames off at the bottom of those Slabs just like that and then for this one I used a spruce trapdoors I’m just gonna place spruce trapdoors of the entire zipline so I’m gonna go ahead and speed up the video here because you don’t need to watch me place in all of these spruce trapdoors alright and I’m Back and I placed in all of my spruce trapdoors on both sides now all you have to do is just take out your bucket of water and then place it off each slab so you might if you’re doing this in survival you might want to get an Infinite water source close to this area while you’re building it what I like to do is just place all your water buckets in and that’s it you’re done so all we have to do is just jump up into our zipline and hopefully I didn’t miss one Of my water sources and you can see I’m going right across it absolutely fine and then once we get to the other side we’ll come down off our zipline now this one like I said I like it a little bit better it just doesn’t look good like this one looks amazing you Can’t see any of the water but this one does go a lot faster you know you just jump up into it and then you could just sprint right across your entire zipline absolutely fine so if you want to build this one it’s the same thing now pretty Much how this thing’s working is any block that you can put water into you can use you can use a stone cutter if you want to you can use a staircase if you want to it’s completely up to you so let’s quickly go ahead and build this One as well so it’s just you know basically the same exact thing you know I’m just gonna go straight off the floor with it except we’re using chests this time or like I said you can use a stone cutter as well so you know just come up At least two blocks we’re gonna place in our first chest and then we’re just gonna bring chest going along the whole thing so as far as you want with your zip line and let’s stop right there and then let’s go ahead and just place in two more fence post like that next up Instead of using spruce trapdoors this time we’re gonna go ahead and use some sine so we’re going to play signs off of every single chest I’m gonna quickly go ahead and skip through this part as well because this is very boring so I got all My signs in the place now all you have to do is just crouch and place your next up we’re gonna go so I got all my signs into place next up all we have to do now is just put our item frames off at the bottom of our chests and then just place In our water buckets and then of course we can also put some spruce doors on top and we could even put some spruce doors on this side as well you know I’m not actually gonna go out and do that I think it looks better with the spruce Trap doors on the side so I’ll quickly put his first trap door right here and close it but now what to do is just take out our water buckets and now place our water buckets inside our chests by crouching so just place water going inside all of your chest just like this There we go and I want to spruce trap door on this back hand side so let’s get rid of this sign and then just place it under spruce trap door right there and then to hide up the chest on top always to use place more spruce trap doors Along the tops of your chests there we go and now just to get a good indicator I like to put another chest here so just get next to this chest jump and as you can see we are now flying and we could go right across our zipline absolutely Fine to the other side now another one you can use our grindstones they look really good but then you have to use a ton of grindstones but all you need to do is just put some trapdoors upside down take out your grindstones and then just place them off the bottom of the Trap doors just like this there we go and then just do the same thing we did here with the item frames and the signs so I’m gonna go around my grindstones with some signs real quick there we go now all you do is just place in our item Frames along the bottom of them and then once you have your item frames in just grab out your bucket water hopefully you have an infinite water source near you and go ahead and to crouch mode and just place in all of your water source blocks There we go so it’s the same one like the chests all you to do is just jump at the side of it like this there we go and then we can go ahead I opened up my tax chat and then we could go ahead and go Right across the zipline so like I said you can also use grindstones but I don’t know if you want to use that many grindstones it’s so much easier just to bill the chest one or the one where you can’t see the water at all at the beginning of Your game but there you guys have it that’s how you build a simple working zipline inside a Minecraft if you enjoyed this video make sure that the like button subscribe and if you already subscribed make sure you hit that notification bell because I’m uploading every single day alright guys peace And for just a little sneak peek for you guys who stay to the end of the video I know a couple of you when I made that drawbridge asked if I could make it just a little bit bigger for you guys so I’ve been working for about a day or two and I came up with this nice little design right here it is a 14 wide drawbridge you don’t have to make it 40 but you can expand it up to that long so let’s go ahead and click the button and with all 14 it’s a little choppy if you use all 14 as you can see there’s a little bit of block lag but you don’t have to make it this big but there you guys have it a 14y drawbridge and eight blocks long and when we click the button it will retract back in so look forward to that video in The future alright guys peace Video Information

Works on (Xbox/PS4/Mobile/Switch/Windows 10) Why build a bridge or simply walk around a ravine when you can use a Minecraft Zipline… I say Minecraft zipline because it’s the closest thing I could build to an actual Zipline =p
