EPIC: Old Man’s First Time in Minecraft! EP 20

All right my peeps welcome back to another episode of gaming with old man episode 20 old man plays Minecraft for the first time for the 20th time and you know the rest of the story last episode we done some mining a lot of Mining and appears that I was uh

I’m probably misunderstood or misread the comment that I was supposed to go to-5 to get the iron somebody said it’s just 15 so we’ll back up there a little bit in the M shaft and see if we can go find some iron we really need to get decked

Out with some good equipment and some armor May made a bucket good stuff found some other stuff we made a iron pickaxe awesome so let’s jump right into it and get back down in there and get the business going let’s get some iron don’t leave trees floating the heck does that mean

Um save the iron ones for when we get the good stuff and we’ll use our Stone just to do the basic mining we got all kinds of guys out here hey hey no cows in the house all right let’s get right to it let’s get down here not to there okay

M Let’s Get Down negative negative or no just NE just 15 not negative 15 we have really got we make another Branch off a different direction I’m sure we’re below the uh the big water Cavern over here and the uh Cavern o o demons that we discovered and cleared out on the right

Side so right through here somewhere see what we can do start us a little Branch this way so 15 should be about chest High we’ll do that route this is what you call strip mining is that right let’s do some strip mining boss should I go down up and down or

Just like straight 15 across and just see what we can find there some copper uhoh not good what is this what is this where heck we yeah who okay that does not vote well I bet that’s in that Cavern we’re not going that way let’s spure off this

Here do a little assessment of what’s going on down here just step out here whoa yep we we don’t want to go down there all right get some iron there we stay on course and go this way sure there’s nothing above us it’s funny that my mind is like that close down

Axes here pickaxe let’s go back and get some more pickaxes we’re going to go cut down some trees see what we can do with this iron we got we got a bucket so we can make some armor some armor sir yes sir all righty Um let’s see what we need for armor first we got iron armor iron boots so we need iron ingots okay here all right let’s just go ahead and pop it in the oven because I know it’s what it’s going to take IR we going to cook it with some

Uh what we going to cook it with where’s the fuel we need some fuel it’s not going to be that Spruce all right this iron ingots I think so right yes sir so I guess when I melt this stuff down I can use the iron ingots for a lot of better

Stuff see what we can make with as far as armor with our iron ingots you guys have to hook me up in the comments about what’s the best thing to start with and what El should go for I’m imagine I thought I would think you know everything has a different Defense

Level we got some dirt all kinds of dirt boss we got rocket the yinyang probably ain’t going to need it but we got it pal put that there boo yeah and we got iron ingots can’t wait make some stuff now look at that what is that shears okay for

Defense I was trying to get two for one deal you know what I mean but looks like it’s not going to happen should we go for this the biggest one first I mean we got seven to make the pants uh we got four for that one four for that you know what

Let’s do the iron helmet and then we get one more we’ll be able to do the boots sound good no or no you know what sometimes it’s better just know hey you got have to get the big one knock the big ones out first then you get you come onto a good little

Spiel you can get two or three at once helmet I’m going for the pants guys let me know in the comments if I if I’m being stupid but I’m going for the you know the biggest pieces first and then the more iron I get I can knock out the small ones real

How do I work with the lava did all I got in a bucket obviously I got that right so then how do I put it in here I don’t get it and why is my armor not up to par does this affect your armor too do

That big cave system over look like actually look like a temple or something like some kind of civilization was going on uh it’s over there in the mountain side once we get some armor and good weapons stuff we will definitely go explore that for right now we going to get our progress going

On our armor and whatnot quick pick me up is that llamas what are you oh more horses they’re just different colors what is that oh it’s the octopus guy yep yep yep give me them berries give me them berries sir oh chicken chick chicken turkey thing look at what we got

Here yep sorry we need the food there’s a pig thing there two pigs oh all yeah that then there when we ran into that water thingy pretty sure that’s this that goes way down into the mine we didn’t through where the mine is and I don’t know what direction it goes

But we obviously ran into that I’m pretty sure that’s what that was so okay oh it’s getting dark all right perfect time all right got a short video we found some iron I I think it see if you guys agree with me or not get the iron and when I get enough to

Get the big Parts go ahead and get the big parts then we’ll work on getting the the smaller pieces like of armor you know the the legs gloves we have gloves we even get gloves no you can’t use gloves okay chest head legs and feet so would that

Be wise of just I say I got the legs cuz it C you know it takes the most iron ingots get the bigger pieces first and then then work on the small ones so yeah hook me up in the comments there guys and let me know the best route for that

But we’re making some progress we found iron thank you for whoever said uh uh at level 15 I did find something a little bit lower but 15 seemed like it had a bigger seam of iron so thank you for that uh suggestion in your comments there

Awesome and uh we’ll keep mining once we get you know some good supply of iron and whatnot and other resources then we’ll Venture back to the outside guys cuz uh yeah I kind of like going be stuck it on the ground just digging around kind of sucks but necessary do
