EPIC PVP TIPS – Master Critical Hits in Minecraft!

Hey what’s going on guys my name is Anthony or Big B stats and welcome back to another minecraft console discussion tutorial video for you guys here today and I’m gonna be talking about critical hits exactly what they are what they do and how to actually land critical hits

Now this is gonna help you out in certain game modes whether its hunger games battle pretty much in PvP in general so I’ll be sharing you guys some of my thoughts my opinions on how to do critical hits on how they actually work also if you can’t drop the video I can

Share it it is much appreciated and shows your support for the channel so today I’m actually gonna be testing critical hits out on certain mobs and also again on iron golems as well now what I want to talk to you guys again about critical hits is that they are

They’re really dangerous especially if you’re playing like battle or or you know PvP in general with other people and sometimes you get in the battle with someone and you wonder like wait a second I hit them way more times but they managed to kill me because they

Probably landed a few critical hits so let’s talk about critical it’s because there’s two type of hits in Minecraft right now I where we have critical hits and then we have normal hits so I’ll taught you guys about the normal hits now so I’m gonna spawn in an iron golem

Or I can actually check it no i won’t i won’t do that to the chicken right now so let’s want an iron golem here so i’ll use this one as test subject number one now we’re gonna use a stone sword for video purposes I will also maybe use a

Diamond sword but I’ll start with stone sword because that’s more of the norm I think that you make PvP in so what we’re gonna do is we’re gonna hit this iron golem and see how many times it takes so I’ll show you the difference between the regular hits and also the critical hit

So you can kind of make a judgement on that I now do bear in mind that you won’t be able to hit someone 15 times it’s for or however many times it takes for this because the the hearts they won’t totally be dead by that many hits

So don’t compare the hits to the mobs just think of the comparison between the two hits so here we go 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 okay so there we have it 17 hits 17 regular hits because again I’m

Talking about regular hits and critical hints so 17 regular hits to take out an iron golem I want you guys to guess down below in the comments how many hits do you think it will take with critical hits to take out an iron golem so let me

Show you first how to land a critical hit so I’ll demonstrate quick on this spider before I start on the iron golem oh it’s on peaceful mode so let’s go ahead and switch this into easy mode so let me show you exactly how to land a

Critical hit now you have to time this and sometimes you may do it by accident but this is the motion on how it works so basically the critical hit is the hit on the way down from a jump so if I was to jump and on the way down and you’ll

Know it’s a critical it because you’ll see sparkles or particles kind of come off of the mob so that means that you’ve landed a critical hit now if you mess up the jump a bit then it won’t be a critical in so let’s say I jump and I

Hit when I’m on the ground or let’s say I hit two earlier or something like that like let’s say I hit while I’m in the air like that you see it doesn’t work the critical hit only works on the way down so right before you touch the ground

That’s how the critical hit actually works so let’s go and test this out on the iron golem I think we said what took like 17 hits not to kill it with a regular like regular hits so let’s try critical hits all critical hits here so

Here we go remember it has to be on the way down that’s when you hit so that’s 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 12 hits the slime was kind of helping me out a little bit but as you can see it took 12 pinch so

That means 5 more hits well it took 17 regular hits and I think what 12 or was it you got 12 critical hits which is just crazy I mean that’s a lot when you think about it that’s 5 hit so you don’t have to do any more as far as like that

Saved a lot now I can also test this out of course I’ll test out with a diamond sword just in case you want to see that so let’s do regular hits on this so we do 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12

13 13 hits so just one more hit from the stonesaur with critical hit so not too bad 13 with the diamond I think it’s gonna give me at least maybe 9 or 10 with critical hits on the diamond so let’s try this out 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 9

Critical hits with the diamond so there’s a big difference not a dramatically like huge difference but there is a big difference between critical hits and normal hits without a doubt now there’s no need of course testing us out on like a pig or so because I believe like a critical hit

What I think too critical it takes out a pig or so but and also like to regular hits too so sometimes it is the same but this is definitely super damaging to a cactus so just bear in mind whenever you’re fighting someone in PvP always try to get that jump hit advantage if

You can now I’m kind of telling you guys the secret to to winning some PvP stuff here but yeah try to get that jump hit initially sometimes you’ll see people kind of jump in first attack that’s because they’re trying to land a critical hit on you so let’s go ahead

And try this out on a villager again we use a stone sword so we got one two three four four regular hits to take out a villager and how many critical hits here we go one two three look at that three hits to take out a villager there and now we’re

Gonna try a zombie pigman yes we are so see one two three four four hits again for a Pigman and I’m gonna say at least three on this one ah two so let’s see critic wins one two three so three it’s so that kind of saves us just one there

But overall again it’s amazing you guys I love critic wins and again if you don’t know much about them you should use them whenever you’re playing PvP because they are very very useful for player versus player just because of course with the hearts it’s not a lot

Hearts and you know again so just reference it on to the difference between that and how much a critical hit might actually hurt so remember to wear your armor of course because being hit with the critical is not fun at all and you’re probably wondering like why you

Jump down like three hearts or so from a hit or or so so again make sure you you try to land these critical hits it is very important that you do get the motion of the critical hits and the critical hits that means going down on

It so jump up and on the way down that is how you get your critical hit not you know make just make sure you time that motion there but that’s pretty much it for today’s video I do hope you all have enjoyed again just a little bit of
