EPIC Vault Raid! Hermitcraft Vault Hunters

Hey guys Wells Knight here and welcome back to another episode of Vault Hunters hope you guys are having an awesome day I’m having a fantastic day uh we’re going to run our first architect Vault today uh and I’m pretty excited I also want to try out something else uh and that is making

Some catalysts so to make these I need blank catalysts which are just made with nine of these Catalyst fragments that’s easy enough but then we also need to infuse them in the Catalyst table and that requires this stuff mystical Essence so to do that let’s just grab some of these uh we

Need uh the perfect benti or whatever let’s just make a bunch of those we need some Vault diamonds and we need a bunch of Vault Essence there we go and then we can craft uh a fair amount of these things so bada bing bada boom uh and

This will allow us to make our own little catalysts uh I do actually want to make one more Catalyst fragment just so that we have an equal amount there we go okay so then we take this upstairs we go to our Catalyst table right here we

Can toss these in along with this and it will spit out these Catalyst uh crystals like so uh I’m assuming there is a way to uh prevent the to like automate this maybe I can put a hopper to it or something like that um but we just grab all these I’m seeing a

Bunch of wealthy which is actually great that means more coins living gilded ornate wealthy again plentiful and wooden and some of these will have random negatives some of them will just give you uh wealthy like this one plus 25% coin piles so then we can take those and we can apply those to

Crystals and do all sorts of good stuff with them so yeah not not too bad uh I had one that was wooden and and a random negative right yes okay so what we’re actually going to do I think is I’m going to make a chest just for these and

We’re going to use this one cuz that one’s kind of bad we’ll just put those all in here along I mean we might as well put the Catalyst fragments in there too so there we go now I don’t know that I actually want to use any of these

Right now on our uh our architect Vault but we’ll see anyway so now uh for the architect Vault basically the way this works is you can make specific rooms so I went ahead and crafted up a bunch of these things and to do this you need inscription pieces you need Vault gold

Uh or if you’re looking for specific rooms uh you need various things Echo Gems or chest Scrolls or or whatever it may be um I went ahead and made a dragon inscription which is Bounty pearls and Echo gems and then made a bunch of these

Empty ones uh so if we look in here this is the this is going to be the final uh thing ofad dooodle so alt together there are a few things here the time is how much time you have in the vault instability is uh you want to keep

That low the higher it is the more bad things can happen when you’re making your Crystal it can add curses it can add uh a chance of failure when you try to put one of these inscriptions on there and so on and so forth and then

Completion uh the closer you get that to 100% the more complete the Vault will be uh if it is below 100% some of the blocks and chests and things like that will be replaced with Vault Bedrock so if you have a vault that is only say 50%

Complete half of the blocks and chests and everything within the Vault are just going to be Vault Bedrock which you can’t do anything with so it makes no sense to have a vault with tons and tons of chests and then only have it like 10% Complete because like only 10% of the

Chests will even be there so uh yeah and then once you have all that good to go you take these and you apply them to an anvil like so uh I don’t know now uh these specific inscriptions here these ones all have 0% instability which is

Amazing uh so we’re just going to keep putting those on okay good it’s only going to cost one level per thing uh but oh that is actually going to add a tiny amount that’s fine though 1% I can live with so right now we’re up to 22%

Completion 4 and 1 half minutes of volt time and .1% instability which is not bad at all but then we get into these other ones and these add a bit more so I think what we want to do we’re going to put these guys on there right

Here if I’ve done this all properly it is going to be um essentially 100% complete a fair amount of Vault time and then it will have this Dragon room the dragon room is an amazing way to get vault gold there are there’s like a stupid amount of coin piles in there uh

So that’s what I’m going for is just lots and lots of Vault gold uh so I think what I’m going to do I’ll put these two on oh rip Anvil it’s it’s fine we’ll put those on and then we’re going to man you know what n we’ll save the Dragon one for

Last I can make another Dragon one if I really want to but I don’t really want to okay so up to four 4.6% in stability now unfortunately the dragon room has 99.3% inst stability which is a massive amount but it looks like like it worked

So we’ve got 13 minutes in the vault we got the dragon room and then we have 14% instability uh which is not terrible um so yeah that worked out pretty well now what we can actually do is pop back over here to our catalysts and one of these there it is

Is extended oh that only gives a minute though I thought it was more than that I think we’ll probably be okay yeah so uh and then our next Quest is uh oh it it it was just apply okay that’s fine uh oh hey level 40 yes I I have

Made it to level 40 so now we have uh the gods this explains things we kind of already know about this um complete there we go God alars complete a god alter there we go uh so we got some good stuff we get an unidentified charm we should check this out what’s this

Charm oh this is one of the affinities with uh the gods yeah I’m not worried about that right now uh I think I was keeping those in here yep uh and then we got some other good stuff we got four Echo gems which is actually great cuz

Those are super rare we got two mod boxes which gave us a disc drive that’s amazing from refined storage and then an energizing Rod which is actually really important for the power mod well worry about that later and then some bamboo that’s like whatever uh and the Vault orange I will

Just throw into my backpack in case I need it so okay I think without further Ado we are ready to attempt this architect Vault we do have 13 minutes and there’s only one room that I care about so I’m basically going to run around until I find the dragon

Room uh and then go for for it so that’s the plan uh let’s sleep real quick before we uh continue and got all my armor and stuff that’s all good uh I need to swap out my paxel here and then we’re definitely going to want this and this so let’s give this a

Go oh I should have put the plentiful modifier or the the plunderers thing on it oops although maybe you can’t I don’t know if you can put a plunderers pearl on there but yeah this is a uh an architect Vault um and it’s it’s a special Vault that you it’s it’s

Essentially like build your own vault which is pretty cool uh and here is our Dragon room and this might be the yeah actually this is the only room everything else is uh blocked out so that works out pretty well I want to do this in such a way that when I fall I’m

Not going to die okay and there are uh oh hi there there are Champion mobs and unfortunately we kind of got unlucky in that the mobs are um pillagers which is not great cuz they’re actually tough but it’s fine uh not all the mo not all the mobs are

Going to be Champions I don’t think oh let’s we’re actually really close to death okay hold on let’s uh let’s drink our potion we’re fine we’re not in a rush we can take our time here there are waves of enemies we’ve got like 15 minutes to do this but you can

See all the coin piles there are so many yeah now you can see there’s other mobs here who aren’t ow there are other mobs who are not Champions we just kind of got all the champion enemies right off the bat go away spider oh hi oh there are

More okay yep yep time to go uh we’re going to pop over here we’re just going to make sure we keep healing and now there are Champion spiders yeah this is uh not great okay I guess we’re going down uh we’ll just have to be a little

Careful the big thing is to make sure we don’t die uh because then we get nothing from all of this work which would be highly unfortunate okay but since we have so much time we can just take our time and then uh make sure that we you know don’t we be

Okay so we’ll heal up and then drink our potion very good and just kind of slowly take out the enemies a little bit at a time there is a limited number of enemies that spawn it’s not infinite so as long as we’re careful it would be great if I could

Proc a poison Cloud right now oh yeah okay time to go yep Health very low very very low it’s fine uh in the meantime okay there we go drink our potion again since it restores our Mana High these guys do hit real hard oh I’m being hit from this

Side I mean as I said they don’t spawn forever but there’s like I don’t know five waves or something like that and then a bunch of Champions ow please get off of me actually that will suck all of these guys through the poison as well okay I think that might be the last

Champion that got me a Pog actually that was real lucky um okay I’m not seeing any more enemies at the moment so I’m hoping we’re good to start just Gathering all the coins that would be amazing and we still have 8 minutes left so you know we got time

But this should get us a very significant amount of coins okay I think we got pretty much all the coins I think that’s the last that might be the last pile right there um I’m just going to we still got four minutes of Vault time left so I might as

Well be you know careful and make sure that I’m thorough here but I think that was everything I can still hear an enemy or two oh there’s another coin pile that I didn’t see before grab that real quick and get rid of these slimes might as well because they do give us

Soul shards and stuff and it’s not like I’m uh I mean once I get once you get rid of the champion enemies it’s not too bad which we did so and that actually completes a bounty for us as well so not see I knew there

Was a reason I was getting rid of this slimes uh okay I don’t see any more coin piles there I don’t see any more here we’ve cleared all of this I believe so yeah I think I think that is the whole Vault basically so now we just need to leave

Uh although there may actually be more up in the ceiling so let’s uh let’s just pop up there and take a look at these lights and stuff up here and just see oh yes indeed there is more up here uh a few okay so this is

Fine so we’ll just pop over here uh I’m actually just going to break that there we go don’t mind if I do uh make build myself a little Bridge Okay and then it looks like there’s one more like oh okay let’s not fall off um looks like there’s one more over this way

I mean you got the Vault time you might as well make use of it right and there we go that should be the whole Vault Yep looks like it definitely is so now we can just do this drop on down and uh that is the whole Vault

Complete we got a a pretty significant amount of Vault bronze as you can see some Vault silver some Vault gold we got some good stuff from killing the champion enemies including a relic fragment so yeah all sorts of goodies and we even have time to turn off our

Magnet and throw away all of this stuff that we don’t care about so that way we’re only bringing the good stuff with us bada bing bada boom Vault complete and we even got a little bit of experience from that so yeah not too bad well once it was all said and done we

Got 50 volt gold just from that one Vault uh along with a little bit of Vault silver and some Vault bronze so not bad at all and then uh nothing super crazy as far as the gear goes although this chest plate is kind of intriguing uh more attack damage roughly the same

Armor as what I’m rocking right now uh and it’s only common common Rarity which means if I die in the vault it will be cheaper to revive cuz right now it would cost me 33 volt gold for what I have uh but you can see nine of that alone is my

Chest plate so you know that the I don’t think you’re charged for Vault gear that is uh below well no cuz my boots are H interesting I wonder why my boots aren’t charging me when they’re epic but the chest plate is interesting either way um yeah so there we go not too bad

We got a decent amount of Vault gold from that uh and as far as quests go we our next Quest is to complete a god alter that will be significantly easier to do um than uh than the Alchemy archive God Alters are relatively common if we run like a single Vault we’ll

Probably come across at least one and then it’s just a matter of completing it which isn’t always possible it kind of depends on what the quest you’re given is uh sometimes it’s uh a little more forgiving than others but let’s see what our next Vault Crystal costs us here ooh

Prismarine shards that’s unfortunate the rest of this very doable but prismarine shards uh I will have to Lo at a have we already found an ocean Monument I don’t know that we have okay well I wonder does this Nature’s Compass will this direct you to buildings I don’t think so

Unfortunate okay well that’s fine uh we we’ll make it work I’ll figure something out well I did go ahead and run a vault uh and unfortunately I didn’t find one of the altars to one of the various Vault Gods but I did get a prosperous

Vault and it was an Elixir Vault so I was able to complete it which means that this Vault crate should have a guaranteed artifact yeah look at that so we now have three different Vault artifacts uh which is pretty good we’re I mean we’re we’ve gotten we’re getting

There we’re getting there we’re making some progress we also got some good stuff here are these any good nah not really uh 16 Vault Gold’s not bad though and then we’ve got a bunch of other gear there we go we’ll just identify all of this stuff at once

Bada bing bada boom and we’ll see if any of this is any good uh there we go okay so let’s see what do we got we got a pretty mid ax boots that are actually pretty decent uh three armor uh that’s actually going to be what six more armor than my current

Boots that’s really good uh and some resistance too on top of that yeah I’ll probably actually wear those those are those are probably an upgrade uh no math uh yeah this is actually a little better than what I got right now it’s more Thorns damage because of the plus

14 uh compare this I think this is significantly less damage yeah um that’s okay I think I’d rather stick with my current magnet that gives me trap disarm chance uh this we will wear uh which is actually great because this Vault helmet is uh it only has one

Repair left so yeah this is a straight upgrade pretty much gives me increased attack damage gives me plus seven Health instead of plus five and has 16 armor instead of 14 so yeah that is a straight upgrade to what I have right now uh and then

This I might wear this too plus 48% Mana regen is not bad and it’s at the cost of two armor and some critical hit resistance though too let’s see what we get if I throw this guy into here what’s our last thing healing efficiency maybe I don’t know I’ll think

About that one uh everything else though looks pretty whatever uh although we The Shield is an upgrade too so uh yeah not too bad as far as gear and stuff goes uh we’ll just put these in here for now uh as far as other stuff we got some of

These Jewels doesn’t well durability meh uh looks like nothing here too crazy we did get a couple more mod boxes which I will open we got another framed compacting drawer and a spirited Fator okay that thing generates 8,000 RF per tick that’s really good uh spirited is very very far up if

If I remember correctly if we look at Power um you go starter basic hardened blazing nitic spirited and the only thing higher than that is Nitro so we just got like what a tier six Fator uh essentially for free that’s really good uh okay outstanding I’m I’m all I’m very happy

With that we got some more Vault gold and some other stuff too but uh all in all pretty good Vault uh I did not complete the Bounty but I’m close my bounty is to kill uh tank mobs and those are some they’re like semi- rare uh I

Got 12 out of 18 but yeah not too shabby look I put put up an artifact puzzle here excellent for your five artifacts yes indeed so you could you could I I’m surprised though five that feels like we are getting close F fill them in I I

I’ll warn you I am very bad at puzzles um it’s showing you which one goes that one goes there okay yeah uh that one goes there no no no just no oh no I’m breaking things destroying everything I’m the worst uh okay try this again let’s see this one goes here

I think ah yes yes yes yes and that one was there yeah and then we got um oh there it is that one nice uhhuh and then uh uh is you standing on a thing with a sign next to you hanging from the thing and I don’t see you

Oh it’s oh it’s this one it’s that one it’s right there yep yep yep I see it and then last but not least is that one aha wait a minute so you had five artifacts and not a single one was a dup I mean just you know sometimes it’s

Better to be lucky than good get lucky it’s what you’re saying I love that yeah I I was here prepared with the dup chest and everything but uh yeah didn’t need it didn’t need it cuz Well’s not got luck good there there’s what 25 artifacts Al together there’s 25

Artifacts alt together yep so I mean we’re a little over a third of the way yeah that’s not how math works though right because there’s 25 unique artifacts well yes and we have collected nine of 25 and like math you know nine goes into 25 no three well 2 point something I I

Don’t know I’m bad at math too um but I didn’t say I was bad at math I said I was bad at math then you said too no but but the the last few ones yeah they’ll get harder and harder for sure gets harder and harder still though but this

Is great you know I what people should do is just every time they pull an artifact just get one that hasn’t been pulled yet oh yeah like welln gaming yeah why not just try that it’s the it’s the strategy Pro strats exactly yeah good job Wells good job anyway this is the

Place I’ve just put it up it’s beautiful it’s I feel very confident now seeing those five artifacts going to be honest yeah I think I feel I feel like we’re actually making progress now and and the thing is there’s going to be more too cuz like everyone everyone has at least one

From the quest oh actually stress do you have any artifact I think people have gone over to Pacific and put them up in my base though oh it’s possible come to spawn with it she has one this is good yeah everyone should have at least one cuz

The quest gives you one the the quest line that’s very true yep so everyone should have at least one um and then I think I found one somewhere on the grind to level 50 and then I found like three of them in a row uh so yeah that’s crazy yeah I don’t

Know I don’t know oh here she is hey here she comes look at that is it going to be a dupe is it going to be a dup I think it’s this one in the corner oh wait we can see it in her hand yeah hello hello hello hello why have I

Got to bring this here I have set this up for us to see our progress this is after all there’s 59 days remaining today oh God all right well I think I have one that we don’t have here oh that’s that’s brilliant yeah I’m I’m well impressed

With this I I was expecting to be a dup yeah no that’s is good this is good so that’s there right yeah can I count 2 10 goes into 14 no that’s 11 it’s 11 count counting Counting not look look I’m I’m just how many times does 11 go into 25 at least

Once good not it’s not wrong two in a bit that’s looking good though is that just it is yeah that’s just the three of us oh my god well I got three artifacts in a row what yeah I got super lucky I got whatever the modifier is for the vault

Crystal prosperous yes prosperous I got Prosper I got prosperous randomly going into a vault and then I had two um uh uh monolith vaults cuz I’m looking for VA I was looking for a vault iron room and I was just zooming through the vaults and I was like well I’m zooming

So I might as well hit the monoliths along the way and the Vault crates uh I had two of them in a row that dropped artifacts I got super lucky so that’s ridiculous yeah went from like uh congratulations went from two artifacts to five artifacts in the span of like an

Hour and a half is great y it’s great it’s great for the team look at us exactly I’m doing my part there yeah no one’s got my one yet the one with the open mouth no but I I got your base up here yeah you did get my old base yeah

Y I look good need to Rally everyone else up now yeah I bet eo’s got a bunch has he been playing lately uh I haven’t seen him today I think I saw him last night for a bit okay I know he’s been sick oh well that maybe maybe

That’s been you know why I haven’t seen him then that would make sense it could be okay well this was great we we’re we’re almost halfway there yes we are and fif three4 of the way there all right I’m off then see you later P see you bye

Bye so I have been grinding as you can see from all the unspent points that I have in the upper right uh ran a ton of vaults mostly looking for chromatic iron uh because I really want like we have half a storage we have half of one wall

Of storage drawers at the moment and I want to have a lot more than that so um I need a ton of chromatic iron because each single storage drawer requires four chromatic iron and then the upgrades all require chromatic iron as well uh and I

Need tons of both uh not to mention once we get into Power mods and our actual refined storage system like I you need so so so much of it so I ran a ton of vaults mostly looking for that chromatic Iron Room did not find a single one um

Uh just my luck uh So eventually what I did is I took our super fancy uh shatterer here uh our Hammer that we made earlier and I basically just went down to Y level 54 and dug and dug and dug and eventually I did find uh

A fair amount of it uh we now have roughly 20 700 chromatic iron give or take some somewhere around there I think there’s about 400 smelting up in some of these furnaces right now uh and then we’ve got another three 2300 in here so uh that

Comes out to roughly 45 to 50 stacks of chromatic iron which sounds like a lot but again you go through it so fast because like everything mod related takes chromatic iron um so it’ll hopefully last us enough to get all of our storage stuff going and hopefully

Get refined storage up and running um now I do have 13 unspent knowledge points and I could spend them but I think what I want to do is save up for Mob Spawners which is going to cost me 15 the ey spawners mod uh and this will

Allow us to make a pretty fantastic mob farm for basically all of the different mobs in the game we’ll have to take all of these spawn eggs that we’ve been collecting these mystery eggs uh which when you open them they they give you a random passive mob egg uh and then you

Can uh essentially convert it into a hostile mob egg with Vault diamonds and Vault Essence uh and or actually I guess you have to do that first you have to convert it and then open it but that’ll give you a spawn egg and then you can

Apply that to a spawner uh and make a mob farm uh because we are uh at the point point now where we need crazy amounts of stuff for the volt alter speaking of which I have an expertise point and there’s really only two expertises left that I’m really

Interested in one of them is the Angel block this will give us creative flight within a 64 block radius completely useless inside the vaults but it will be great for Base building and I really do want to do uh some work on my base in the near future because it’s a little

Underwhelming right now but then the other one is this the lucky alter uh you get a chance to essentially uh have the various resources that you dump into the crystal uh reduced by 90% And if you Max this out it’s roughly one out of every three crystals you’ll be dumping in vastly

Reduced uh resources and I think I’m just going to take a point of that for now uh we’ll get the angel block later um but it is something we will for sure want I think and and the rest of them like there’s a lot of other good

Expertises don’t get me wrong but eh none of them really interest me that much um I mean unbreakable would be great but you’d have to dump Five Points into it to Max it out um Bounty Hunter is like fine but yeah I I think at this point I’m looking for Lucky alter and

Angel block uh we’re level 56 right now so we should have what uh 11 no no no nine more we should have nine more expertise points to spend cuz level cap is level 100 and you get one every five levels uh so we’ll be able to Max this out get Angel and then

Maybe we dump the rest into unbreakable uh or something along those lines I don’t know yet um but yeah that’s kind of where we’re at I think what I’m going to do is just plug away at this storage room try to get uh a lot of these chests

Out of here uh and now that I actually have chromatic iron and resources uh I’d like to convert everything into storage drawers and then hopefully get our refined storage system up and running uh very soon but we are out of time for this episode so guys I think I’m going
