Amazing experimental features this update’s got a lot we’re gonna talk all about it you can consider this your complete and essential guide to Minecraft 1.19.4 let’s do this we take things off with a bang when it comes to cool mobs the drown has to be in the conversation

This thing was added to Minecraft way back in the 1.13 update and basically since then it’s been bugged the next time a drown finds you inside of your local River look at how this thing is gonna swim after you the swimming animation of the drowned has been

Changed and oh my gosh this thing is way more terrifying than ever before and deadly it’s very deadly oh it’s so creepy and it was bugged for years this next one is for fans of the fighter things in life as of this update if we look up painting in the creative

Inventory we’re not only going to find that classic one that does like random variants but of course we’ll Now find every single other painting name Artisan all inside of this inventory including some Brands new ones the the relatively new you’ll be able to find some relatively new ones in here too

Mechanically this one is pretty straightforward let’s say I selected this one right here if I select that painting and place it down no matter where I place it down it will always be that painting for the painting to be able to actually place though you have to have enough room and if you’re

Looking for the paintings that aren’t available in survival you’ll find them inside of the operator utilities tab there was that in 1.92.3 from the very start Minecraft 1.19.4 it’s going to look completely different We Got a Brand New World create screen and you got to tell me what you think

About this do you like this do you not like it this is now the final version it’s it’s in the update it’s in the update and it didn’t looks exactly like this it’s a little strange okay starting on the first screen you have the name of the world just like always you’ve got

Your game mode it’s just like always as well then we’ve got difficulty then we have cheats we can turn them on and off then we’ve got experiments which is like 1.20 stuff right now we’ll talk about it more later over at the top we’ve got

Some new tabs if we slide over to world then we have some World settings some not all we have World type right here we can scroll through that the world seed and then some options finally inside of more we have experiments again we have data packs and we have a game rules just

Like you thought inside of game rules we have every single game rule in the exact same order as before including some of the new ones as well data packs data packs works exactly like it used to and of course logically we have experience located in two spots and in inside of this menu

This is the update for you Minecraft 1.19.4 actually updates every single one of these mobs in a very very small way I believe the update that happened to all of these mobs is really just a simple texture change in the case of the mule and the donkey I believe it involves the

Chest and while we’re talking about rideable mobs almost every single one has received some kind of update in this update there’s a lot of bug fixing going on inside of 1.9 2.4 but easily one of the best ones is this right here if you’ve got a saddle you want to equip it

On something you just have to walk up to it now and the same same with the horse armor of course first you’re gonna need to like tame them up or whatever you have to do but you don’t actually have to like get on and put the saddle on now

This is beautiful moving right along from that bug fix to this bug fix we’re gonna have to be quick we all probably know how this works if we have a piglet and we open up a container and a pig lens nearby it’s not gonna like it it becomes my mortal enemy interestingly

For some reason the mechanics spilled over to the hopper Minecart as well or at least they’re used to it doesn’t anymore this is one of those changes that is a really nice quality of life attention to detail one after all Palin’s never cared about any other Minecart before so it never made sense

In the world of parody changes jukeboxes and note blocks they got some changes in the subject too a feature from Bedrock that’s been pulled over to Java this one right here when you play a note block a note will actually play outside of this thing now it’s so small but it’s so nice

Looking and actually if you’re at the point in your world where you’re messing with jukeboxes you’re gonna notice the exact same thing if you’ve got a jukebox playing a music disc notes are gonna play outside of it while that disc is playing but uh when it comes to the

Jukebox that’s not all we’ve got here we got some amazing brand new Redstone functionality check this out inside of this trap chest I put a disc if I go ahead and close it oh it’s music to my ears quite literally is the music to my ears Hoppers wouldn’t

That be able to interact with jukeboxes this means you could totally cue it up if you wanted to you could load up a music disc in a specific order and they’ll play one after the other after the other and let’s say I was able to finish this music disc well the hop

Right below it it would pull it right out of this jukebox when it’s done and drop it into this chest for me it’s easily a very legendary change one of the biggest updates to music since streaming next up we’ve got a change that I guarantee you had no clue about and I

Guarantee you will never experience the Vex in Survival Minecraft when the Vex is mad at you and it’s charging at you it kind of holds up his arm well imagine if the vex’s sword broke in it and it held up its arm like that oh that’s a hard no the Vex is problematic

Move it has now been fixed if the Vex is mad at you and it has nothing in its hands it’ll charge at you a little bit different commands inside of Minecraft 1.9 2.4 we’ve got two Brands new ones one of them’s a parody commit that’s damage to use the damage command you’re gonna

Start with Slash damage then you put your target so let’s say myself then you’re gonna put the amount of damage which could be like an infinitely large amount or it could just be one damage then after that we have damage type instead of damage type we’ve got every

Single type of damage you’ll be able to find in Minecraft right now including just like generic damage or hot floor if your Justin Army is not going to be very useful to you but if you’re a modern data bat Creator or anything like that it might be pretty useful the other

Command that we’ve got here is way more technical it’s called a slash ride and to this day even the smartest scientists cannot figure out how to actually use this command all right so check this out this changes such a subtle change but it’s it’s game changing when I take damage from the

Front I I move like that let’s say I took damage from the side I don’t know if you noticed that but I wobbled differently and if I take yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah if I take damage from this side You Wobble the damage water this has been bugged literally the whole time

I’ve been playing Minecraft and it’s not bugged anymore basically built into the game now for like the first time ever you’ve got an indicator as to where the damage is actually coming from if you play Ghost attention I always wobble towards the skeleton no matter

Which way I’m facing in fact it’s such a nice change that you could turn it off you can turn this off all the way if you want armor stands have received an update inside of this update as well or in a way too theoretically let’s say we had

An armor Sans and named something continuing our big Theory let’s say we place that armor stand down and then right after that we decided to break that armor stand well if we did all of that the armor stand it’ll still have its name I don’t know how useful this is

This one is subtly it’s so small but listen listen foreign it’s the same as always except a little bit quieter now it was really really loud in a way enchantments will never be the same after this update check this out if I look up enchanted book I I don’t know

How familiar you are with the enchantment glint specifically and how your memory is but does it look different to you tied to this next change we’ve got two sliders I’m tucked inside of the accessibility settings menu we’ve got glint speed and we have a glint strength did we go ahead

And raise Glenn speed up and back out and check out the enchantment glint we’re gonna see that it moves a little bit faster you see like the waves in it yeah if we go ahead and lower glint strength for some reason enchantment glint will become way less apparent I

Guess in 1.20 if you want to like show off your armor trim or something it is beautiful but I I don’t know I feel like it’s kind of nice to be able to see the enchantment going maybe it’s just me in the world of absolutely amazing bug fixes instead of

1.90.4 this has to be one of the best ones hot swapping armor or in other words like quick changing armor let’s say I was wearing the diamond chestplate and I need to fly all of a sudden all I need to do is press use on the

Armor and it will swap this change will actually spill over to armor stands as well if I had something on my hand on the armor stand before I wouldn’t be able to swap it and now obviously I can just swap it just like that this is such a small change but it’s absolutely

Amazing for quality of life but it’s also terrible really really bad bear this amazing change with the change we just talked about a second ago let’s say we have lowered the Glenn strength even just a little bit then I went looting eventually I find a river portal and

Inside of that room portal chest I have this chestplate within Gem and Clint lowered right from the bad it’s a little bit less obvious that this thing has a curse on it and with hot swapping it’s gonna be easier than ever before to accidentally equip bad armor you got to be careful

By far one of the most technical changes in 1.19.4 is when you can actually experience in Survival Minecraft for the longest time horse breeding it’s it’s kind of a terrible like terrible to the point of not even worth doing if we don’t have time to go into the

Technicalities of all of it today but basically before because of the map that was crunched when you bred horses usually you ended up with a worse horse and that it makes no sense that’s all been changed in this update from this update on when you breed horses it’s actually

Possible to end up with a better horse if you’ve always dreamed of getting one of the best healthiest fastest strongest sources in the game now’s your chance game rules they’re a great way to customize your world and make it fit your playstyle 1.19.3 had a lot 1.19.4

And it’s been changed and so different too I’ve known about this change for weeks and I’m still not used to it this is so different and speaking of looking different the perfect Seguin instead of accessibility settings we have a brand new Option now this option can actually be accessed

Instead of resource packs as well oh my gosh welcome to the neoni vibey Future this is a brand new high contrast resource pack that is going to be built into the middle of the game presumably forever as of right now it does not modify any in-game uis or anything like

That but menus oh boy back over on the main menu it looks so different it’s shocking inside of the new creative world screen look at this thing it’s clean we got that yellow line up top That 80s aesthetic that Vibe wow it’s cool I highly recommend checking this

One out for yourself if you’re into modifying the game but like not even needing to download anything at all it’s so cool and honestly I I hope they do more built-in resource packs in the future and also expand that one to the UI the single thing that I think has

Gotten the most updates inside of 1.19.4 is easily gonna be the skulk sensor we have a brand new things that it’s able to detect and even brand new interaction types that it can sense too so there’s kind of a lot here immediately for this one so we’re just going to go ahead and

Try and move through this one as quickly as possible beginning with the turtle scope sensors can now detect when a turtle lays an egg that’s going to give you a signal strength of 12. so I don’t know if you knew this one it’s kind of a small thing but you can actually stop

Vines from growing by taking shares and using them on the tip of a Vine they’ll cut it and it’ll stop growing while the skulk sensor can now detect when you do that on Cave funds on weeping buns on Warped buns and on kelp as well the

Skull sensor will also be able to detect when you pick glow Berry things when you interact with items inside of an item frame when you recharge a respawn anchor not doing that in the Overworld when you trample farmland and when you interact with a composter for all of those

Interactions that’s going to give you a signal strength of a six the sensors will out put a signal strength of 14 when you interact with the chest inside of a boat or inside of a minecart shulkers skulk the words are kind of similar coincidence I don’t think so in

This update of the shulker bowler if you can break one midair you get a signal of eight from the sensor entities when you mount them if you’re close enough to a skulk sensor that sculk sensor will make a signal strength of six cheaper fascinating they’re the only mod that

You can die without them having to weld you know when you do that to them it’s a signal of eight but wait there’s more when we attach a lead to an entity or detach it next to a skull sensor that’s also a signal strength of eight and finally when you’re riding an entity

That’s going to be a signal strength of six like we talked about but when your passenger gets on there’s gonna be a signal of seven yeah there’s kind of a lot when it comes to this Gog sensor if you’re into vibration signal strengths detections everything like that I recommend the everything series episode

On vibrations we go over them all and some tricks too quiet quiet listen The Shield that sound is brand new it never played before and now it plays nice quickly approaching the end of our big update video today we’ve got bug fixes on bug fixes on a bug fixes inside

Of Minecraft 1.9 2.4 this update is all about bug fixes there are so many here in fact the total amount of bugs that were fixed inside of this update is going to be about 137 it’s insane when giving yourself an effect it is now possible to set the

Duration of that effect to just plain old infinite and when you do it’ll look like this by far one of the most technical one of the most advanced but also potentially one of the most useful changes inside of this update has to do with a thing called display entities for more on

Display entities I’m gonna have to recommend you sliced limes to break down videos sliced lime is not only super technical very knowledgeable but also literally a Minecraft developer it’s straight to the source on that one I’m not even gonna try and explain this because to be honest to be honest I’m

Just gonna completely butcher it but for map makers mod creators this is maybe one of the most useful things ever wow and then so aside from diving into the specific details of every single bug fix in this update when it comes to 1.90.4 the the main changes that’s just about it

But when it comes to the experimental changes oh boy included in the 1.19.4 update if you turn on experimental features you’ll get a brand new pink biome you’ll get something new to dig up you’ll get a dinosaur and some interesting new interactions as well when it comes to

These new experimental changes we have a lot some of these are pretty small like being able to just drop heads on top of no plus some of these are absolutely big a brand new tree a whole new wood type we got the snip for being able to dig up

The first seed we have archeology and all that stuff structure updates and armor trim too but experimental features are experiments they’re not technically included in the main update and in such a big update video we don’t really have time to go over all of those sitting
