Minecraft is host to well over 500,000 servers but I bet you could only name a handful of them off the top of your head because for every massively popular server like Hypixel there are dozens of MLG dank Lord 221s smps basically there are lots of servers that get next to zero traffic Either due to being completely forgotten about or never finding a community to help them compete in the first place and I thought it would be interesting to explore some of those servers in this video enjoy the first server I decided to join was one called pandemonium which touted Itself as being a general survival smpp server all right oh monthly play time I don’t know are those in hours or seconds or minutes upon spawning in I decided to go look for an area to set up base which was a bit of a pain in the butt because There was a 500 block radius that I could not break any blocks in let me break something oh oh after a lot of running around and getting really confused why is there’s a boat here wait what why is there just a boat here I can’t interact with things Why is there a boat I finally decided to head back to spawn where I found a random teleport oh okay we can break blocks and there’s nothing out here it is dark and rainy like I guess I’ll just play Minecraft for a bit so after spending a good 10 minutes or so playing Minecraft like a normal person there a skeleton I decided finally I’m just going to go back to spawn and just start walking in a direction and see if I stumble across anything and thankfully I did and like that we have found the destroyable Zone finally oh this is like interesting Stuff here although it looks mostly destroyed I wonder what was once here so does this path just kind of keep going I guess we’ll stop here and look around at what was once I assume a more coherent build like what is this everything is like destroyed it’s kind of sad whoa someone Built like an entire pathway how do we get in can I break this and then nope I can’t interact with that all right so this is just like something the server admins put in after exploring the ruins of what was once a thriving gated community I decided to continue Venturing forward to see what else the server would offer oh wait what’s this over here why is there a door here this isn’t something natural this is something someone built which has also been destroyed no everything’s been destroyed this looks so nice or it looks like it Was nice at some point it’s so sad I wonder how long ago this was all built it is very sad to see all of these builds that probably took many hours just destroyed and now it’s on a server with zero people on it I had to find This on like page 200 something of a random Minecraft server list pigini the pet pig what the who oh oh jeez you’re not a pet pig get out of here there’s two of you what the heck I just got jump scared jeez don’t you come near me oh oh they came Through all right we’re on I can’t keep I can’t hurt him cuz he’s in spawn no what have I done where does this take me to another boat track okay and dimension all right I’m going into the end this is indeed the end what have I done Ean Farm Okay I want to I kind of want to get back now can I just slash spawn that works it’s honestly kind of nice but it’s very Lial feeling knowing that nobody’s here and when you go out far enough it’s just destruction I was not expecting that I was expecting some Nice houses you know maybe a couple cool builds but instead I just get like War so after all of that exploring I finally decided it was time to go to another server and next up on the list is a server called Minecraft zacher Network which according to the website is the Longest running cracked Minecraft server around however clearly based on their player count and the fact that they haven’t done any events for about a year I’d say the server has seen better days uh the only thing in here besides me is event oh and now event is gone all right What’s over here can I fly oh I can like leap cool oh what did I leap into wait I didn’t see what I oh okay this is Welcome to our sky I PvP server I am the only person I the only person here I win by default oh there’s some people here And one of them is named leaderboard and one of them is named duel oh F all right I’m the only person here and I’ve still found a way to lose that’s awesome another game mode that they had on the server was called Avatar which was this interesting blend of PVP And abilities using the elements and I’ve never seen anything like this before for any server but once you kind of got past the learning curve of figuring out how all the abilities work I must say it’s a pretty fun idea really only let down by a lack of players like If a server like Hypixel picked this idea up I think it would do really well unfortunately though that about wraps it up over at zacher Network because it seems they’ve closed down a bunch of their game modes I mean I couldn’t even access the creative game mode because it Was shut down at some point so with that said let’s move on to our next server this server is called hyp craft and I am underwhelmed all right let’s go I have to register done okay I’m logged in okay so we have access to survival One block and Sky Block to start on Sky Block what create is there there’s a who Okay use slis create island name no I won’t do that wait why am I Minecraft I can’t even use like my custom skin I just realized why am I Minecraft Steve all Right let’s go to survival that’s that’s going to be that’s you do anything what oh why am I still Minecraft Steve that’s okay that’s weird but hey at least there’s something here I wasn’t just teleported into the middle of the Void what the heck is this is this something is this somebody’s Thing yes okay you don’t have permission so I can’t open open any of these chests but hey a build that isn’t just destroyed anything in here no it’s all right it look cool from the outside inside’s a little underwhelming but that’s okay it’s something oh there’s villagers what the Heck leave me alone please what is this oh sick can I go for a ride just oh someone’s base this is actually like a pretty nice okay that’s I don’t like that design this is actually like a pretty nice build all things considered they even got mossy cobblestone on their Stairs here is this a jail the heck oh why is okay all right I don’t know why they have a jail there’s no one in the server they’re fine I will say building like right next to the spawn kind of wild oh there’s a village on top that makes sense why there’s pillagers There and there’s a Pillager Tower an Envoy event will start in 10 minutes what the heck is that so wanting to see what an Envoy event is and continue exploring I decided to loot some wheat in the village above and then waste 10 minutes by wandering around to see if I Could find any other builds I will cause a feud within the internal Communications of the server by not replanting that wheat it surprisingly didn’t take me long to find another Pillager Tower of which of course I had to loot okay hi oh there’s stuff oh give me that give Me that give me that bottle of enchanting let’s go now anyone who goes Sal loot that won’t get this iron bar and bottle of enchanting let’s go and after that exciting find I pretty much just did nothing until the envoy event started oh what is this an on there Weren’t enough people to auto start an Envoy event and rescheduling I waited for all that just to be told I can’t do it yeah that was a little disappointing but next up I decided to join a server called Anarchy hellscape in the hopes that I would see something truly insane This is indeed an anarchy hellscape you got to hand it to them this is uh the most Anarchy on a server I think I’ve seen so far all right there’s some Nether Portals here I guess we’ll just go in there Yep this is the nether I Don’t know why I was expecting stuff oh okay I don’t like those guys they know we’re here we’re just going to head back there’s nothing here all right let’s just go along one of these Pathways yeah this is uh destroyed to say the least I like these like single trees this one’s Floating someone broke the bottom log and just left it that that’s Anarchy right there if I’ve ever seen it so there was something here maybe there was once like jeez I don’t know a fish tank or something in like a base here I see an Ender Chest as I kept Exploring the destroyed lands I couldn’t help but shake this feeling like something was off the server just felt weirdly empty the land was destroyed sure but it didn’t really feel lived in more like someone turned on creative mode in a single player world and blew stuff up for fun which was a little Disappointing this is a destroyed Village oh my God there’s food here what are the odds like two pieces of bread I keep thinking I’m going to run across like one villager who managed to make it out alive just running around okay I see something over here we’re going to put That villager hunt on hold cuz there’s no way also why is there a bed here I’m just going to follow this uh Road of Destruction I think so this is probably just like a nether portal spawn at some point kind of makes me wonder like the Lack of just any sense of a base or anything makes me wonder if like just the owner uh went on went in creative mode and just started blowing things up like there’s just nothing I’m I’m a little surprised there’s an Enderman he’s just hanging out I probably should not have Looked at him I should not have looked at him oh my God why did I do that why did I do that I thought it would be fun I’m going to go to the water I’m going to go to the water all right I have a theory and I don’t think there’s Going to be anything over here there is like the sense of what was once here like what could it have been but then there’s another part of me that thinks it was probably nothing and after a few more minutes of running around I finally decided that we had seen just about Everything there was to see on This Server so it’s time to go to a new one this one was called top gaming okay I don’t even know what language this is and it is called top gaming.org so I assumed it would be in English but uh interesting it is Definitely not let’s see we got Tycoon factions classic Sky Block bedw Wars Survival Discovery SkyWars box PVP and survival extra I feel like a lot of these aren’t going to play very well with one person so I guess let’s just go to survival efficiency one iron pick a gold sword okay Interesting protect te it’s like a shield I don’t like it when these servers do this thing where they just like teleport you to a random location kind of feels meaningless in a multiplayer server I don’t know I’m curious what everyone thinks about that when it comes To these worlds I get why it’s done like don’t get me wrong I get that but and when I can just leave a spawn and see like a bunch of things it definitely makes these worlds feel a Little More Alive than just being sent to to likeus 21,000 in the X it reminds me of like Day Z you know you just SP so much of Daisy running around can we spawn SL spawn SL oh okay that worked okay we’re in an AFK Zone we can talk to Carl the creeper I’m assuming these are loot boxes what language is This anyone knows let me know okay we can do random teleport there are I’m in the top 10 people for money on this and number two is dream also I’m one of four people that have presumably played on this server and in fact I am number one For playtime so I feel like we’re not going to see anything which means this is either a new server or it is a server that has not seen people like ever which is also possible it’s got to suck to put in like this much effort into a Lobby For basically four people to have played it all right I guess I’m curious what is survival extra so I guess it just gives you a bunch of stuff jobs gadgets no lag oh here we go Ultra Crate Key from store extra crate vote Crate well I do much prefer the terrain generation if you wanted to do survival with a bunch of mods but didn’t want to go through the effort of getting a bunch of mods I could see this being actually kind of a nice way to play survival okay What is Tycoon I’m assuming I get like a plot I have a bunch of stuff holy okay do I go I genuinely thought that was a real portal oh my God what’s the point then where do I where do I go top 10 Islands I Am Number 10 so at least There’s more people playing this game mode there’s dream again or I just want to know where I go to play the Tycoon I really wanted to try to show off this game mode but I ended up spending about 8 minutes running around in the lobby Confused as to where to go before I got kicked from the server so if anyone’s ever played this game mode feel free to let me know in the comments below what you do I assume it’s like Sky Block or something but I wouldn’t be able to tell you unfortunately next up we have Another mainly survival based server called red server and this one had some weird stuff happening to say the least oh there’s a mystery Vault of course very important you have your loot box box is going why are the games like all the way over here creative creative Bedrock compatible okay Survival announcement thank you for joining thank you for announcing that Modded Survival okay Color Shuffle that’s it let’s check out creative I feel like we check out a lot of survival this is um I I genuinely have no idea yeah I like this one they really got Hard at work here what was the context for this I’m testing if I can put blocks down okay all right let’s see let’s go see some interesting stuff what this is a uh this is owned by bruh 85 interesting is it supposed to do something just test in some Redstone I can’t I guess I can’t interact okay I can’t even interact with anything so I guess we’ll never know okay Jesus what is this what is the purpose why did you need for this to be a thing oh I like this one wait why did They get a double plot this is kind of neat though I like this it’s like mini Villages I I don’t know what this is is supposed to be a swing all right I can see it y this this very much feels like a Minecraft village oh okay now this Person maybe they’ve earned their double plot you know they’re putting in some work it’s like a full experience uh but apparently I can’t open doors ah you can go into the eyes very cool actually I kind of like this this is neat I am a little curious why all this grass is Floating it’s a little bit strange little did I know that floating grass and weird Contraptions were going to be on the lower end of weird on the scale of the server as next I decided to go to the survival world where things only got weirder oh I’m actually surprised I Honestly didn’t expect to see any kind of build on the survival server oh okay there’s like just a single mine cart this horse is just floating very cool that’s a arrow is that really all that’s been done on this I keep thinking I’m going to stumble across like a bigger Base but I think the only thing that’s been made is that hallway and this tree which for some reason has a piglin just chilling on it interesting wait what’s in here oh there’s stuff wait that’s just straight up like a mine cart from a m shaft we Circle back is that another piglin that is okay well this is strange in that hallway there’s got to be more to it I’m being Bamboozled there’s got to be like a hidden switch for the iron I guess and I deserve that what wait did it it duplicated everything okay there’s Something I’m missing here I’m just going to make a pickaxe maybe I’ll figure it out I bet you if I like just dig down I’ll just fall into a base I’m getting a hunch that maybe I’m wrong and this person literally just made the most insane hallway into like a cliff for no Reason okay there’s nothing down here oh he fell uh sorry to whoever was here I think he’s just going to wander away now and with that I decided to Bid Farewell to Red server as I couldn’t find anything else of note but mine Heroes there are like three players Minus one player online all right this is one of those miname servers ah yes coming soon I love that game PVP prison Sky Block Survival Creative they new game Earth smpp one block Infinity I love how nobody’s playing these I don’t know let’s check out creative there’s a marry Command that’s kind of weird wow some people on the server genuinely put effort into their builds unlike the last server we were on what are all these doors here for and all these empty signs oh what’s this hero or is that herd herd nerd nerd I think that’s supposed to be Nerd who is this what are they doing holy someone’s built like an entire Island oh my God they even did like little water like waves oh this looks so cool like it just it’s weird to just think about a time maybe when the server was Not so dead and it had all these people probably building side by side also just to like have these sit here for who knows how long these could be like 3 years old all right now we’re talking what is this what is this what is this Is this is this oh it’s a unicorn I think wearing like a hat I I think not to get sappy again but it is just weird to like go through these servers that are just uh maybe not abandoned fully but definitely clearly not as popular as They once were just to think about all the times people probably had making these when the server was the back of my mind but hadn’t really thought about much until now one every block that I’ve seen placed today was placed by a real person whether it’s this RP world that weird hallway I found Or any of the other creations that I’ve come across these were all made by people and two these servers won’t be around forever I’m not sure if this memorium is for real people or RP characters but regardless I do know one thing for sure one day nobody will ever Be able to find this again servers inevitably shut down for good at some point and the world either get deleted or sit somewhere never to be opened again it’s a sad fact to think about but at the end of the day that’s just what happens it’s costly to run servers Especially if nobody’s going to be on them I guess I just hope that this video serves as an interesting time capsule because while these servers are fully playable today who’s to say if they will be in even a year from now I mean M Heroes hasn’t even seen an actual update In 2 years according to its own website so you never know anyway I’m done having a sappy moment let’s get back to looking at some creative plots and maybe reminiscing about your favorite Minecraft from teleporting to the main lobby and there was no portal that I could find that would take me there and on top of that Rel logging into the server would just place me back in the creative Lobby
