Extreme Minecraft Hardcore Advancement Hunt

Hello everybody and welcome to Minecraft advancement hunting with me randig do this actually the second time we’re doing this because we died in the first uh attempt on day two yeah embarrassing it was a practice run and this this Run’s going to be for reals so um yes we

Are going to be trying to achieve all the advancements in the game of Minecraft in hardcore mode and we shall be referencing our progress uh on this chart over here this is an advancements chart and this shows us all the things that we need to do and

Over the course of the next couple months we’re going to try and knock off all the items from this here chart and it is going to be a fun time so uh if you want to stick around make sure that you uh are watching this Channel and if

Just a something World we’re going to be starting a brand new fresh random seed it’s Minecraft hardcore advancement hunting and we’re going to try get past day two this time around uhuh yeah the last run we didn’t even make enough content to make it onto YouTube so yes hopefully this time

Around we will we will actually do a thing we’re going to call the world uh zombies ruined our last run and it shall be Minecraft hardcore no fancy things no nothing we are playing with very few mods just with OptiFine to make the game a little bit smoother and a little bit

More beautiful but we’re not playing with any free cams or anything like that just good old vanilla Style Minecraft arinos brand new fresh world and uh yeah it’s time to hunt some advant ENC Ms let’s have a look around o ooh o ooh this is a juicy seat to start things off

On is it not looking fantastic I see Fage right away there and by the by we have to eat every single food type in the game as per this chart here there’s 40 different foods we need to eat including all of the meats all of the vegetables and fruits and we also have

To eat stuff like spider eyes and suspicious stews and all all the all the things that can be possibly eaten so um yes we’ve spawned on top of a tree which is never the greatest place to spawn and we should probably not waste too much time we already took damage it’s fine um

First things first I think we should try our best is to find a vage as fast as possible and uh spawning in what looks to be a very awesome little jungle a area and as soon as we are hungry we are going to be able to lock in our very first

Um advancement which is to eat a melon and I can think of no better first advancement in Minecraft than melon eer aha yes a superb way to kick off this uh advancement hunt I must say while we’re here I would like to scour the land for some cocoa beans because talking about

Foods we will need to eat cookies at some point and cookies require banage so that is going to do for for that and let’s not jump into scary holes oh my goodness what the heck guys wow wow what a cool Spawn look in our previous run we had a really really cool

Spawn or a really cool seed should I say this is pretty equally cool is it not look at this beautiful beach right next to a jungle there’s a jungle temple right there whole bunch of oceans oh look at this cute little island oh does this does have to be a hardcore series

Can we make a base on that that’s begging to be a base look at the cute little tree oh it’s adorable um okay yes let’s have a scout so there might be a desert in that direction we’d like to find a village as fast as possible but first things first

Ooh it’s advancement time babies oh yeah let’s lock it in lock in the melons lock in the melons ding ding ding first advancement in the Bailey very good it might seem like we’ll be able to do this very quickly but I think what you will

Find is that we will do a lot of these smaller advancements very fast and then the bigger advancements might take us a couple of days to achieve so it’s going to kind of slow down over time you know but um I’m happy with that okay let’s

Pump our head into this jungl Temple and hope for I mean you can’t even get anything interesting in here right like the loot table for the temple is really bad I suppose we should probably get some sort of a weapon before we go in there just going in with a fist is

Probably prob not the greatest plans but it’s fine so we’ll punch some trees oh we can also get the another advancement pretty soon I’m very glad that melon chomage was our first advancement to be honest that’s pretty awesome by the way I’m going to try call these things

Advancements from now on cuz I know that um that my main man JT was pointing out that we shall never actually win the battle between achievement and advancement uh-uh they are advancements also there’s traps and whatnot right where’s the Trap uh it’s down there I think yes I haven’t been into one of

These bad boys in a while so oh where is the the trip wies around here somewhere oh we have to figure out the red stoneage also uh okay hold on this is this is a terrible idea isn’t it we should have made a pick yes let’s make a

Pick and we didn’t even get enough stickage to U make a pickaxe either oh hello oh yeah this this breaks down there but that’s that’s the Cobblestone I needed for the pickaxe oh this is going terrible but there we we go Stone Age Stone ede my peeps let’s lock it in

I think that’s one of the majors now done first major done beautiful beautiful oh man we are cooking with gas already although I am very much aware that the day is ticking away Sunshine is fading and we will very desperately need to find a place of safety pretty soon so

Probably want to get through this fairly fast I would say hey yes uh also let’s get another one of these I’m was just going to break into the temple you know like why bother with all the Redstone Trapper and whatnot uh I don’t remember what the configuration is uh getting an

Upgrade very nice it’s lock it in people bam two Mages achieved right off the bat I mean it’s not like it’s hard to do um but still you know uh okay we’re going to break in here right this is where the goodness is this is where the present is

Oh and because it’s Christmas time we get Christmas presents four iron ingots hey don’t mind if I do also rotten flesh is something we have to eat I will also take the chest and the repeater actually also the Pistons which we can actually use for our Iron Golem Farm I know it’s

Really dark in here you guys can’t see anything right now um but yes we’re going to try and make another Iron Golem Farm we do need uh a piston and repeaters for the farm so that actually is Fantastical uh next up we’ll Chomp on some of this here rotten flesh also

Should probably make some sort of a sword situation uh you can’t make swords out of this right nay you can’t okay that’s fine we do have an axe though uh we’ll just make the sword it’s fine guys I feel like we’re already on like off to a good

Start here did we leave a piston behind it’s fine we only need one piston for the uh the Iron Golem Farm it’s going to be totally fine uh right rotten flesh my peeps boom let’s lock it in rotten flesh melon slic fantastic although we have poisoned oursel now which you hate to

See but you you know guys got to do what a guys got to do uh there are turtles here too guys so why don’t we note the uh the coordinations for this particular island or this particular Beach it is- 7169 I’m going to take a screenshot of

That in case we need to come back here for Turtle action we now know if you know you know and I think I’d like to pop over to this here desert area to see if there is a village okay it is not a desert area whatsoever and I don’t think there are

Very many villages in this area I feel like maybe heading out into the ocean might be the the best plan I mean worse comes to worse we have to spend our first night uh maybe on this little island that’s not a bad idea there is a

Little cave system here it looks like it maybe maybe we can get oursel a bit of coal in a wall no no coal um let’s keep on looking I I would very much like to maybe make a you know what we should probably get a little bit more wood this

Way we can make a campfire maybe do some fishing and we might have to sit on that island and have a little chat for 10 minutes while we wait for the sun to come up after first night cuz I feel like I’ve done quite a bit of Dilly

Dallying at the start of this episode however this series is going to be a cozy one we are not racing against any sort of time um I have never achieved all advancements in Minecraft before so my goal for the series is to just achieve all the advancements uh although

There is one advancement that I might skip which is the advancement where you need to get all effects at the same time I’m not sure I have the willpower nor the skill to achieve this particular advancement because it means we have to build uh a whole bunch of farms and

Things like this we need the infrastructure to be able to make all the potions and stuff so I don’t know if we will do that one but we shall see how far the series goes of course we have to live um all the way till there and so I

Think one of my early goals for the season is going or the series is going to be to get a raid going somewhere maybe at the first Village that we find and build uh some sort of trap system for the Raiders so that we can obliterate them and get a totem fast

Because yeah we we died in a terrible way in our previous run we made this amazing Iron Golem Farm we found a great Village and uh we were trying to get a Golem uh sorry a zombie up into our Golem farm and the zombie knocked us off

And we died to fall damage it was the horrendous way to go but that’s how she rolls hey that is is that a boat it might be uh this is going to give us some nice quick access to different cage potentially potatoes carrots Etc so

Let’s take a quick squiz yes it is a boat wreck and where is chesticle it is not here oh no wait we’re going to drown got to take take it nice and easy here we got some Dolphins whistling in our general direction which you love to see

But we don’t have time to fiddle with dolphins right now man we need to we need to get our stuff ooh this is a whole bunch of great great stuff inclus including a poison potato and um some coal which is fantastic and we’ve even got our first bit of armor which is

Great and on top of that we did find some trims which we will need need to use for an advancement at some point plus what else did we get in here we got potatoes and wheat very nice so that’s bread covered poisonous potatoes covered rotten flesh covered so far and we also

Need to get some kelp cuz we need to eat cook celp to as a part of the eating situation and you know what we can get that at any time I want to try keep my bearings our little island is directly behind us right so if we go straight in

This direction uh we are heading currently North let’s remember that and we’re just going to go straight until we find some land see if we can find a village or at least some sheep uh and make a bed so that we can skip first Knight as fast as possible although um

We didn’t manage to skip first Knight in our first attempt so so yeah um doesn’t look like we’re going to get there this time either although this does give us a chance to do an advancement while we’re on the high SE beautiful poisonous potato in the B lock it in poisonous

Potato consumed uh at our Peril of course but that’s okay we don’t have to worry about the potato now next up will be the rotten flesh let’s get that one done shall we boom nice lock it in people lock it in there it is rotten flesh melon poisonous potato very good

And as soon as we find our first Village we can start growing some of these other crops that we found off to a decent start I would say guys looking good feeling good and hope everybody here in stream is enjoying the show so much a lots of Merry Christmas is coming in and

This is a tiny little island oh look at this ruined portal sticking out of the ocean guys this seed is kind of nuts no nice okay uh there’s a couple of Defenders on this island which is not good although we could capture the Endermans in the boat right that could

Get us the first ender pearl that we need and all we need to do is dispatch of that creeper and that spider I mean we’re professional Minecrafters right this should be possible okay here comes the spider that’s dude this is a ter you have made a terrible terrible decision Mr spider I

Mean you know you have a massive head which I assume means there’s a massive brain in there but seriously this is this is a terrible idea okay the okay the creeper the creeper is less good oh we need a spider eye potentially creeper okay that’s fine creeper exploded

There’s the spider eye we need a munch on that for food advancements and next up I would like to get these Ender Butts oh he’s angry he he angry oh no oh this is bad did I look at him I did right okay wait wait wait wait wait poop got

Him you love to see it oh man okay so wow this is Enderman Island what is going on here shees so many Endermen that’s fine we can capture them all right let’s get them then we’ll slay them and that will be our first mob oh well no we’ve

Already killed some mobs already now haven’t we uh we need to lock that in at some point too hold on uh please Mr Enderman would you get in the boat please you also get in the boat please uh into boat please boat okay that one’s into boat this one’s also into boat okay

Excellent nice let’s take a moment to lock in the advancements here friends we have just slayed our first mobs spider and the creeper exploded so we didn’t do that we have acquired Hardware from the ingots we found in the ship and monster hunter of course for slaying those Undead

Filth very very tasty indeed we are making some decent progress we have found oursel a very cut little island where we chilling um and now we can get to kill some Enderman we didn’t actually managed to kill an Enderman in our first run so this is great and the Enderman

Are trapped they cannot move ender pearl already oh man that’s amazing that means we can get to the end uh relatively quick I suppose um or we can make an Ender Chest pretty quickly which I’m excited about to but actually just excited that we are are um slaying the

Enderman for our Monster hunting advancements boom nice lock it in babies lock it in where is it at Enderman destroyed beautiful should I say Enderman obliterated yep there’s Ocean Monuments here too we’re not going to bother with the Ocean Monuments until we are feeling a little bit safer though I

Would say also um can’t remember where the Shipwreck is it’s some oh hello that was awesome little dolphin doing a dance for us um well my friends I must say this is not how I anticipated our first night of this hardcore series to go but here we are on an island

Thing broken there we go potato locked in very good very good uh right do we have what it takes to make any other advancements right now we could make a campfire right if I’m not mistaken we have what it takes we’ve got coal and we can make a campfire ooh a nice cozy

Little campfire over here beautiful I think that’ll stop mobs spawning on our Island plus we can make some bread so bread will be next I think we can also take this time out in this beautiful evening out here in this ocean cook oursel up some tasty kelp we got to eat

That too and let’s hit box and see if any fishies around here there’s a couple down there oh a tropical fish that is one we have to eat too we can’t cook tropical fish of course but we can just give them a smack and eat their fresh

Corpses very good or do that make salmon now that made tropical fish and any Cod or Salmons around here what’s this oh this is a salmon very nice all right salmon in the belly we need two of them though that’s going to be raw Cod oh yes we need two

Raw card in that in that case these are salmon fish now these are codfish so let’s yink ourself another Cod one Raw One cooked and see if we can find some Salmons is this salmon I don’t think so right I think that’s more Cod yeah that was more Cod okay so

Salmons are not in this ocean doesn’t look like it these are all cods puffer fish I’m not that oh we have to eat a puffer fish too oh no okay we have to eat a puffer fish also all right got him did we get his corpse though we did okay we’re feasting on

Sushi on our little island this evening friends beautiful bit of sushi out here in the middle of the ocean I mean sounds good to me hey Zer thank you for the tier one sub welcome my friend appreciate you and uh wow guys we are actually cooking out here man like

Literally cooking uh okay so next up we will Chomp on a spider eye because it’ll poison us so spider ride done beautiful we can also now Chomp on the raw Cod this is actually like a perfect Island to do these very early advancements right like we’re completely alone out

Here we’re chilling nobody’s bothering us although we do need to lose a little bit of life so that we can can eat again there we go so we’ll Chomp on the raw Cod beautiful and let’s get the other cods cooking these are actually good foods for us next up we will eat the

Puffa fish yuck oh that okay that’s that’s a little bit more damage than I anticipated is this going to poison us all the way down oh no wait are we going to die are we going to die okay okay um we can get some dried CP in the belly

It done oh yes we must note coordinates at all times of course um Carrie says on the list of things not to do in Minecraft eating a puffer fish yes uh never eat a puffer fish that is I would as a professional Minecrafter I highly recommend that you never eat a puffer

Fish you will pay a horrible Price Right three more ingots done very nice that could give us something useful probably an axe once we find a village um but let us go and yink some of those wait we’re going to need some building blocks aren’t we guys we’re never we’re

Not going to find a village today are we we’re going to be stuck on this island for the rest of time I can feel it uh okay building blocks just anything just any old junk will do there we go that should be enough to get us to the top famous last

It was somewhere to the left I believe um in and amongst all of the kelp and whatnot there was like a a little Temple do you guys see it I mean I see the ocean Monument I see that very clearly but I do not see the little drown Temple thing

H maybe should have gone straight to it hey it’s two Ocean Monuments right next to each other here scary stuff wait you guys can see it where is it stream of blindness guys streamer blindness you hate to see it um try to get a bit angle try to get the

Shadow of the uh the building going I don’t know guys I can’t see it one more try so we came toward the ship like this and then I think it was to the left somewhere right oh I don’t know oh there it is there it

Is yeah there it is all the sun’s going down though this is probably a terrible idea right I think it’s here I think it’s here yes here it is sorry drowned your stuff is mine treasure map see you nice nailed it okay awesome we got two treasure maps

Two treasure maps that’s going to give us access to more iron and diamonds actually I’m not too worried about finding um a bed and stuff super fast we’re chilling on the ocean right now man we’re pirating it up taking it easy if I then tilt the camera into the water

Level oh yeah there is a spot like this right there oh this is like uh speed running cheats going on here look at that you can see the ocean so clearly like this huh hey you learned something new every day guys um we are heading north right

Yes back to our little island all of our stuff is on that island so we we can’t lose sight of the island which is hopefully in this direction somewhere oh there it is oh look at our smoke oh it looks so inviting doesn’t it it’s like we’re going

Home nice okay can we like can we do the same thing if we look this way like this oh look at that the ocean’s so clear well I think we’ve all learned something today guys I did not know that this was a trick that existed oh you

Know what we should make right away a shield that is the only thing that is going to save us from a potential drown with a trident so I think um Shield is definitely next with this iron and probably some sort of armor right um Shield can we make a shield

Please we need more wood well looks like another night on the island everybody we are making a shield though that is for sure and we can start dropping off some of our terrible tools now also we got feathers for arrows and books and whatnot we got some paper buried

Treasure bars very nice some more coals uh we can make some more bread I guess we go into eat mode now although we have eaten pretty much everything that we could this can be more bread also let’s just start stocking up of where we can there we go we’ll drop oh

And a bottle o enchanting nice can we use this for anything other than experience let’s drop everything in here that we don’t want that diamond is very very nice any food left in here for us to Chomp on I guess we can make some more kelp cuz our food situation is actually

Not that great I kind of want to keep these potatoes to grow when we find a vage don’t want to use those and for the most part this is all just junk right we’ll probably leave most of this behind when we head off into the unknown

Um but yes hey chat what’s up night too still no bed how’s it going everybody we could grow some on the island you are right that is a good idea we could grow some out here I mean if anything we should probably grow some sugar cane let’s get some sugar G

Experience points that we can use to enchant all of our gear on top of that we’ll be able to get all of our Diamond gear and tools from the blacksmith and then we can use all the emeralds that we get from the blacksmith to trade with the farmers to generate golden carrots

And to trade with um we can even trade with the Fletchers to get like bows and arrows and all that jazz we can basically just abuse uh the Brokenness of Minecraft villagers which are completely broken so let’s make use of them I would say we probably should start smelting
