EYstreem – How to Build a WORKING HOT TUB in Minecraft! (NO MODS!)

Hey what’s up guys livestream here to show you how you can make an actually a working hot tub spa jacuzzi in your very own minecraft world with real bubbles actual steam that rises from the water and the ability to sit inside your hot tub not to mention there are no mods

No add-ons and no commands so this will work on any version of minecraft whether you guys a rocket an ipad iphone android playstation xbox pc or nintendo switch and ain’t matter you’ll be able to splish and splash in style with this hot tub now before you click off the video thinking i don’t

Done enough talking i gotta show you how awesome this thing is let’s get into the build now obviously for this to have as many cool working features as it does we’re also going to need quite a few items so for this builder you’re going to need 81 grey concrete

Four flower pots 16 spruce fences a whopping 51 campfires a wooden shovel 20 spruce fence gates four stripped dark oak logs eight spruce trap doors four jungle trap doors 15 a glowstone five cell sand a button a white banner an item frame a honeycomb 15 quad stairs one random

Block we’re just going to use dirt here guys a rail a minecart a piston some sort of redstone activation device either a lever or a block of redstone four ferns eight oak leaves and we’ve already got our campfires and then we’ll need two spruce wood slabs and finally two

Lanterns all right we got our items step one pick a prime location for your hot tub we’re going to need at least a nine by nine free square but the bigger error you can get the better so let’s get started you want to dig out of the ground here guys

One two three four five six seven eight nine count this is one block so one two three four five six seven eight nine and then we’re gonna clear the rest of the dirt inside this square perfect now we want to fill in this space with our gray concrete Okay so now we know the space we’re working with we want to put around some markers to make things easier and actually make all of this work the first of which being flower pots that’s right we’re gonna put a flower pot in each of the four corners one

Two three and four just like that for our next marker we’re gonna grab out our spruce fences and you wanna come from the corner here of the flower pot come one in diagonally and place down your spruce fence and this is going to go one two three four blocks high

And we’re gonna do that with each of our other corners here so come in diagonally one one two three four coming diagonally one two three four and then again coming diagonally one two three oop stuff that up three and four perfect so that’s going to give

Us an idea of kind of our spacing we’re working with the next thing is we want to outline this using the campfire so grab out the campfire here guys and you want to place a campfire on top of this spruce fence here and we’re going to drag this campfire

All the way down to our other one on this side then from here we’re going to do the exact same thing i’m making sure that we have our campfires come all the way down just to the end here and we’re going to outline basically using campfires the whole way round

Between our spruce fences here now i know this may look very odd at the moment but trust me it will make sense later and it will help us out a lot then we’re going to whip out our wooden shovel and we’re going to get rid of all this smoke that’s happening right now

And you just want to go ahead and whack all of these campfires with your wooden shovel you can use a different type of shovel but wooden’s just the easiest and cheapest to go ahead and extinguish your fires all right very nice we have this beautiful outline we’re also going to grab our spruce

Fence gates here and just because we’re already doing the outline you want to go ahead and place a spruce fence gate under each of these campfires here connecting up our spruce fences this is going to make a really nice outline for us to work with later when we start

Making the hot tub actually work so we’ll go ahead and fill in that all right bang perfect now it’s time to start building the hot tub so what we’re going to do is grab your stripped dark oak log and you want to come diagonally in here from your spruce fence and place

A single block there and we’re going to do the same thing on each of the four sides here guys all right and this is going to be the outline of our hot tub then you’re going to grab your spruce trap doors and you want to

Come to one of the sides of your hot tub you’re going to come a one block out and you want to place a spruce trap door facing inwards so that when you activate it it goes up like that then you’re going to place a jungle trap

Door and a spruce trap door after that and you want to go ahead and activate all three of them we’re gonna do this exact same pattern on all four sides so spruce jungle spruce and activate jump around to our third side here spruce jungle spruce activate and finally guys here spruce juggles

Spruce and activate perfect this is giving us a really nice outline to work with for our hot tub the next few steps may seem very odd but trust me they are fundamental in getting this hot tub to work so step one we’re actually going to dig out our gray concrete here

All from the center of our hot tub just one block down then what we’re going to do is mark one of the corners as our like bottom left corner we’re going to call it and from here we’re going to place glowstone going one two three on the outside and then

One two three on the outside like that then you’re going to come to your next corner here you’re gonna place one out outline here one out outlined here and one out like that giving you this kind of fish shape like that i don’t know fish is the best way i can describe it

But basically you’re outlining the outside here and only leaving this one glowstone block normally you’d have one there to make a cross but we’re going to not have that for this design then you’re going to grab your soul sand here and you’re going to line this fish shape on the inside with

Soul sand like so then from here guys wherever your soul sand is touching as you can see we’ve got this light here we’re going to place down our item frame like so and fill this in with honeycomb why i’ll explain a bit later but this is actually really important

Then we’re going to come to the opposite corner here to our honeycomb and we’re going to place down a button and then on the side of this button we’re going to place a white banner kind of coming off our dark oak strip log and this is supposed to look a little

Bit like a towel and this is going to be the button to turn on our hot tub when we start getting it working then you’re going to grab your quartz stairs here guys and anywhere there is glowstone we’re going to place quartz stairs so we’re going to come here one

Two three four and you want to make sure that this quartz stair here connects so it’s got like the curved quartz there i don’t know how else described we’re gonna bring this across here guys one two and just cover up all of the glowstone so you

Cannot see it now what’s the point of putting that glowstone there if you can’t see it trust me guys it is important to getting this hot tub to work you will everything and all the secrets will be revealed later in today’s video which is why you should stick around because trust me

It’s going to be flipping awesome our first little trick to making this hot tub look more realistic is adding steam that’s going to rise out of the water and we can actually do that using our campfires so to do this guys we’re going to come here to the side

That is just opposite our honeycomb and we’re going to dig one two blocks down and place down a campfire then we’re going to cover it back up with our soul stone and as you can see we have actual smoke or steam that’s going to be rising out of our hot tub

Now when we add the water the next place we’re going to go here guys is just over to this corner of the fishtail though if you’re looking at the fishtail you want to come to the left side of that tail and you want to dig again two blocks down

A campfire and cover that up with soul stand all right so there’s the smoke or steam coming out of our jacuzzi time to add a way for us to actually sit in the hot tub oh my goodness there’s so much smoke in my face guys wherever we put this seat

We do not want steam rising up in our faces because nobody likes that so we’re actually going to come to the right side of our jacuzzi fishtail here guys and you want to break away this staircase and we’re going to break away this jungle trapdoor like so making this area open then

Above our glowstone you’re going to place just some random block we’re going to use a dirt here and we’re going to place a rail on top of that then chuck your minecart on top here and destroy the dirt block underneath and your mine cut should have falled down like so then

We’re going to grab out our spruce trap door here and you want to place this just in front of your mine cart like so this is going to be super important in just a sec then we’re going to grab a quartz stair block again and you want to place this just facing

Uh our minecart then grab a piston guys and place this facing into our quartz stair grab your block of redstone and activate that piston and then you’ve got a minecart nicely inside your jacuzzi and why would you want a minecart in your jacuzzi well now guys you can actually go ahead and

Sit inside your spa or at least we will be when the water comes in and when the water does come in you actually won’t be able to see that minecart making it look really really realistic and we’re also going to grab our juggle trap door and just place this back here

To cover up our minecart very nicely all right really cool time to add in our next feature next we want to enhance the vibe of our hot tub making it actually feel like we are an absolute boss so we’re going to fill each of these flower pots in now with ferns

Like so then you want to go ahead and crouch and you want to place an oak leaf block directly above your fern like this and we’re going to actually place two of them to make this nice little uh plant hedge looking thing i don’t know we’re going to do the exact same thing

On the other sides here the other way you can do this is the way i just did where you place one two and just place a block above your phone like that it is easier because the whole crouch thing uh you can miss it like that it actually is really hard

There we go it’s really hard to do it using the crouch but it’s totally up to you all right next we want to deal with this giant gaping hole above our hot tub so we’re going to grab our campfires again here and you just want to fill in

All of this empty space with campfires now guys for my ocd please make sure all the logs of the campfires are facing in the same direction or you will literally hurt my soul don’t any of you guys do this to me all right don’t do this to me i might actually die

Although we’re gonna grab our shovel again guys and you want to click click click click click and just distinguish all of these fires otherwise you’re going to have your roof on fire which i don’t think anybody wants then this is a bit tricky the next bit guys you want to figure out

Where the center of your roof is and you want to break the block on the left and to the right of this center then you’re going to grab your spruce wood slab and you want to fill in both of those spots then grab your leaves here guys and this is totally up

To your own personal preference you don’t have to do this but i like to just break out a few blocks here and there and fill them in with oak leaves i don’t know why i just think it kind of makes it look a little bit nicer and adds this nice little

Jungle vibe to your hot tub which i mean aesthetically looks fantastic then grab your lanterns here guys and from our spruce wood slabs you’re going to hang a lantern from each of those just to you know make this look really aesthetically pleasing all right guys we’re almost

Done we just need to you know add the water here comes our final step after we add the water i’m going to show you how everything works because right now you probably haven’t even noticed but we’ve been slowly designing this thing to actually work so let’s go ahead

Guys you want to grab your water bucket stand in the center here and you want to water log each of your stair blocks like so it’s super important that you water log these blocks so that way the water touches the edge of our stair blocks and you got to be

Really careful here with your mine cart you want to make sure that you are selecting your stair and not the mine cut and you want to place that and that way the water will actually go over and hide our mine cut then you want to activate this trapdoor here

And fill in this space of the trapdoor you can close it again and finally go up i don’t want to sit in the minecart and finally we can go ahead and fill in the rest of our water across the stair blocks very nicely like so and boom our hot tub design is complete

Now it’s time for me to show you all of the awesome working features the most obvious and visible feature is this a beautiful rising steam that is coming out of our hot tub making it look very realistic our next feature is thanks to the soul stand here and you

Guys may notice there are actually bubbles inside our hot tub just like a real jacuzzi and that looks really cool and adds an extra effect but as many of you guys know when you get in a hot tub usually the jets turn on and then there’s way more bubbles luckily

This hot tub actually does the exact same thing watch this guys if i go ahead and get into our hot tub look at this guys it actually creates more bubbles around me and these little splashy water particles just like in a real hot tub which i think is really

Really awesome not to mention if i don’t want to just stand out hot tub i can jump in to the mine cart here oop we’ll go ahead and just jump into our mine cat and voila guys i am sitting inside our hot tub enjoying the rich life enjoying my boss

Glass life and just you know soaking up the surrounds the beautiful bamboo forest and everything yeah guys it’s pretty awesome and when you get out of the mine cart it actually takes you outside of the hot tub which i think is really cool now what’s even better guys is you

Can come over here and you know if you want to go ahead and close off your minecart you can do so using that spruce trap door and a really cool way to enter is you can you open up this jungle trap door here guys and click onto your

Minecart and you’ll go straight into your jacuzzi and i think that’s probably like one of my favorite features is this is like the coolest way you could enter into your spa all right now the next few things here guys is we’ve got this honeycomb and this actually looks like a sponge or

Like a soap thing or something or rather guys that you use to scrub a dub dub inside your hot tub we’ve got the button here to turn it on and off and then we’ve got this nice white kind of tap white banner acting as our towel and

Those are all the features of our working hot tub not to mention it looks flipping awesome and really stylish i’d recommend guys if you can grab this gray concrete and like extend it out and you know make it a whole outdoor area because it would look really cool
