Relief it’s going to be huh uh my second to last anatomy class and um I have been studying for my final and I just can’t like I studied all morning a lot of last night and I just can’t study like right after class so I thought well I might as

Well just jump on and do a little bit of a live stream I do have a little bit more work doing this mountain it’s getting closer it’s getting a lot closer you can see um uh thanks to some some major major major help I got uh the snow

Cap is on so I’m just working on sort of finishing a lot of these little little areas here where there’s like uh every everywhere there’s just little flat areas I’m just trying to put down this because we’re getting really close to finishing this up and uh and you know

Move moving on or not or whatever we do but uh this this kingdom is very close to uh very close to done uh we’re starting Atlantis yeah so you know I I I I want to sort of get a feel for how people are feeling about that um I’m I’m

Up for it um this I was sort of taken aback uh a little bit by how intense this last push in my class are so here’s so here’s the situation this is just a this is just a a me this is a me thing um my anatomy

Class I just finished my second exam last like right before Thanksgiving and now it’s like finals week so and I did not see that coming I mean I guess I could have had I looked at the schedule and and seen that that’s what was planned but I just didn’t think that it

Would be like immediately you know like following I thought there’d be like more time but but here we are so so I I said you know my initial plan was like yeah let’s start December 1st that is literally that is like that is my my my

Two my two Graduate School uh finals and that’s just really going to be tough for me to be really online playing games you know what I mean um so yeah because of the Thanksgiving break and then all of a sudden boom like out of the blue uh

Finals right after that so I have and you know um I have two finals I I have my anatomy and I have my other my other final that I have to prepare for as well so uh I’m sort of in the throws of that so I was wondering if if we could push

It back just a little bit um to let me sort of navigate through that and make sure or or the or we can start and then um I could just sort of you know be sort of vaguely on and then and then join uh more thoroughly um after after that is uh

Over so I so I don’t know do you have any thoughts um it was uh I so I got a 90 I got a 96% on my my second Anatomy exam and and actually I just sent out an email cuz I’m kind of arguing even though I got 96% I’m I’m

I’m happy about that I’m happy about 96% but I I I actually just sent an email out to my professor kind of arguing two of the points that I missed because I wanted to I wanted to um uh get those back CU I I’m not I’m fairly convinced

I’m not wrong on those two points so um I wanted to do to try to get those so anyway so uh I’m doing pretty well in it but but I can’t let up you know I can’t let up I I gota I got to stay strong because here’s the thing um of course

You want to do well in college or School anytime but the bigger sort of issue is that my I like I’ve been accepted to graduate school which is great um but I’ve been accepted uh with the caveat that I carry an a an A or a B

Average uh into it so I need to be like really on on my on my stuff you know um I can’t I can’t mess around so I got to be like 100% 100% in get some get a little bit more Cor here made up uh

So um I I just can’t slack at all so I I I got to make sure that that I’m 100% you know ready for all this and all that kind of stuff so uh I’m going to grab some screenshot take really technically underwat section from ff14 oh that’d be cool yeah throw those

In Discord if I I as you know I’ve never really played that game uh I need I need more grass oh I have lots okay cool I I’m just doing a a completely generic grass coar dirt mixture I could I could edit I bring in more later but I don’t think I’m going

To have to I think once I get some leaves and some little custom trees planted up here uh which I’m planning on knocking out uh over the next day or two um just really really just leafing the crap out of this this thing and just um

Doing like big trees at at the bottom little trees and bushes up near the top and then uh I don’t know then we’re then we’re then we’re getting pretty darn close to uh to calling this thing this thing finished it’s going to come a long way in this last in the last little

Push um here as far as just getting uh you know getting all the uh Shrubbery in and all the stuff that’s going to make it look so so nice so we’re getting close I mean it still looks it still looks bad but it looks less bad now and

It’s going to look a lot less bad once I get once I get some uh uh vegetation in here but all these all these little little platforms really help and then I’d like to do more but honestly at this point I just want to kind of get this

Get this done and uh you know maybe we can always come back we can always come back to it later this is the capital city of the entire world so you know we can always we have lots of time we can come back to uh I think as far as starting we need

To gather resources get infrastructure together I don’t I we might have a lot of resources you know what I mean like we I mean you know cuz we’ll we’ll take all the stuff that we have now I mean maybe I get is this regular dirt that’s freaking regular dirt I don’t want to

Cuz grass is just going to spread over it uh I don’t know I mean yeah I I hear what you’re saying we’re going to need some resources for sure but um I I don’t know yeah let’s let’s postpone it just a tiny little bit um we

I was thinking December 1st and I know I know people are ready to start um but I maybe not like I don’t want to post for real long but just through like maybe a week let me get through these classes so I can really be really be part of it and

Then and we can drum up some um some uh inspiration on the on the piics maybe look at like the second week if that would if that would be cool that’d just be so much better for me uh extreme amounts of deep sight and PR yeah that’s true but but you know we

Have some Grinders here too that’s the other thing we have some people who just really like to grind the you know the the stone and all that kind of stuff so yeah I mean I yeah I mean you’re not wrong I’m not really arguing that you’re

You’re wrong but I think we’re going to have a lot of uh a lot of materials pretty darn quickly um boy I’m not seeing a lot of empty platforms here yeah I think it’s going to be fun um I you know just just building just a

Just kind of like a mega structure I think it’s just going to be a lot of fun like um yeah I think it’s just going to be cool like like a instead of like instead of like a city with a bunch of houses just building kind of a structure that’s

Like all one giant thing with a bunch of people we’ve never really done that before honestly that’s that’s kind of a brand new thing so I think that’ll be really fun for us too I don’t think we’ve ever done that have we have I am I forgetting anything

I I’m pretty sure we’ve never built like a like a just legit just like Mega like almost like a mega base right like a survival Mega base almost but in the you know bigger like way bigger yeah I think this is going to be a brand new a brand

New thing for us and just a lot of fun you know I love my I love my mega build so I think that’s going to be really really fun as well so yeah it should I mean it should be a great time like I can’t wait to get get started on

This uh you guys built so much stuff in Old Baston yeah but like most of the the the big kind of Mega things were just kind of one well what when I say one I mean me most of the mega things like I just built sort of myself like like the end

Tower the end Temple and all that kind of stuff that was just I just built that that wasn’t like a group that wasn’t like a group Mega build like the end the end City uh like I did all mo most of that I want to say most all of it but

Like the lion chair of the end City for example that was I sort of just built that uh helan I built that I’m trying to think of the biggest builds what am I forget I’m forgetting some really big Builds on Old in Old vast this is going to be man this is

Going to this this Mountain’s going to look so good once we get some leaves and stuff put up here it’s going look great really excited about it it just had so much man having like a big freaking uh I just like like like just vertical depth and and and seeing

The scale of things because you know um scale in Minecraft is tricky since since mountains only go up and and like things since things go up only so little vertically uh it’s really important I think to to add in as much as you as much sort of height as you can I think

This just this mountain just dwarfing like oops just dwarfing the the you know the castle and the other houses and stuff like that is just is Absol it’s just huge is it can you hear the music at all it feels incredibly quiet why is it so quiet I picked acoustic music today I

Don’t know maybe it’s just super quiet maybe it’s just quiet in my Monitor I don’t know you can’t hear it at all okay that’s Cool I mean it’s just sort of gentle background Music okay someone this is nice there it is hey what’s up what’s up Patrick it’s a little bit more vertical than some of them it works out works out pretty well just looking for any of these like flat spaces to just like jam in some some dirt grass just really make it look like uh there’s sediment you know everywhere and then eventually the

Plan uh will be to to bring in some like shading and all that kind of stuff that that I want to do later with some like darker Stone and everything but for right now just placing everything down just takes just takes a while but it’s fun cuz it looks so Good all right let’s take a look I’m not going to be on very long today I got to go pick up my uh Lincoln from um kindergarten kindergarten pickup uh but my class I knew my class was going to be short because we were basically we’re getting the last amount of notes before

The uh the final exam uh so I knew it was going to be short so that’s why I planned it and then in turns out it was really short we just went over like less than a page of notes which is crazy for how many notes I usually take and then

Uh went over the the exam and that was it okay okay I get you man I get you okay wow freaking sword zombie um I I don’t know I know I I I know I had planned and still do plan on streaming like kind of primarily streaming uh from this channel basically

Going forward but I got some bad news my uh Feed the Beast even though I tested my my new Feed the Beast University series even though I tested it like three times to make sure that I could reload and I didn’t lose progress and all that kind of stuff guess what I lost

Progress I went all the quest reset again it was the exact same uh it was the exact same thing um as what happened before and I tested I thought it had been fixed in the new update and sure enough no so uh I can’t continue that series after only two episodes even

Though I tested and it worked fine and this time I loaded up and all the quests had reset uh oh I’m using a mob animations uh now I I I used it for a for a survival video uh for basically an intro uh for the intro to the 5K movie

Actually over here check out check out the the mob animations are so good um there’s there’s one one glitch there’s one texture pack that’s a glitch but you can see see these guys like with they they come with the Quivers and stuff and look look at the animations they’re so good

Oh okay I’d like to not die even the duck here let me show you all all the look at this guy look at this guy look at his animation it’s so good uh and then I’m using uh I don’t know if you notic how that duck was walking but it was really cool

Um uh and then I’m using not only the fresh animations mod yeah there’s the one texture that because I have I have I also have the terasu or tissue look at that thing look at that thing uh I have the tissue uh texture pack that’s CU my single player world

That’s when the zombie invasion starts um that that’s just the single player so there’s one there’s one problem with that texture pack and the uh I just need to remove that one texture that doesn’t have arms and legs but all the rest are great um I don’t know why that it’s just some

Sort of conflict between the the fresh animations mod and that one resource pack so I just need to remove the one the one texture but here look at look even the look at the way the the uh the cat walks look it’s it’s a subtle difference but the way the legs are and

Everything looks so Good did I just see there’s no way this works right there’s no way it does yeah it doesn’t work you know why it doesn’t work let me show you here’s why here’s why because zombies these freaking iron golems uh they they keep Tri stuff keeps trampling

The crops and then they spawn so no matter how much I keep I keep using uh my shovel every time I’m on I use my shovel to like dig all of the dirt or grass spots to make them not spawnable but look another look at look how he

Moves moves so cool the animation is so good I mean the texture pack is cool but the animation is so good but yeah like every time I notice there trample crops I get on here and I I dig it to make it you know pathwalk but yeah just sucks

Just sucks so so my my it’s constantly broken but whatever I don’t care uh yeah it’s cool so there’s there’s actually two mods um let me show you uh there’s uh mobs refreshed plus fresh animations and fresh animation so uh they work they work together to give you the whole

Thing it’s really great so there’s a lot of really cool especially creepers and stuff like that just looks cool I wouldn’t use it for the single player world and at this point I’m just not switching texture packs I’m just playing the same you know my single player uh

Fix Topia texture pack and and it’s just all I’m just playing all the same there’s no here’s a little flat area here there’s not a lot of flat areas on this side of the mountain it’s very steep K how was your Thanksgiving I saw that on your um last I don’t know if it was a stream or video or whatever I can’t remember now but I saw you were using the uh the faithless I know a lot of people like that I’ve never been in

That’s 32 bet am I am I correct uh I’ve never been super into the the 32-bit uh textures myself well I was I shouldn’t say I never was but I’m generally not these days into the 32bit textures at all I used to be um cuz it gives that

Extra little layer of like detail well quite a huge layer actually I shouldn’t say a little layer it gives a huge layer of extra detail but for some reason I don’t know and I can’t explain it but for some reason just it kind of lost its uh Mojo for

Me you think it’s 16 I thought I thought faithless was um cuz I know Faithful Is is 32 bit I thought I thought faithless was like a a take off of that but I could be absolutely Wrong feel like this is too small let’s back up is this new oh no no I I just don’t get over the side of the mountain that often let’s see yeah that looks pretty good oh man it was it was chill just relax home yeah yeah me too I uh I went

I went up and visited my parents for a little while but um I just kind of felt like being home after even though my kids were were with their mom I I just like uh I don’t know I I I think I I I felt like I

Needed to sort of the sort of quiet quiet time and I I ended up actually studying quite a bit uh that day trying to get ahead cuz man the thing is for for anat I know I complain about this all the time but for anatomy there’s so

Freaking many terms man there’s so many terms that if I wait until like the final to study I’m totally screwed like I have to stay totally up with it like I have to constantly uh const like after almost every like almost every every 2 days I’m like reviewing uh all these

Terms because there just so many of course now we’re in finals push but like when I when the it was just the normal class I was just in a constant effort of like trying to remember cuz if I waited till the end I’d be I’d have like hundreds of terms that’d be starting

Fresh but that’s kind of what happened for this last test because of taking the ex like I didn’t study any of the final while I was studying for exam 2 and now that we’re on the final I have not spent very much time at all so I’m really

Really cramming like all the bones of the face and the skull uh and all that kind of it’s just so much man so much families too scattered to visit for Yeah I did get I did some some good news about my kids though um we worked out uh we worked out a a deal where I’m going to have them I’m going to actually go get them uh on on a Christmas day so I thought that I wasn’t going to have them

For the entire week uh between Christmas and New Year’s cuz I I don’t get part of part of my what of my deal I don’t get any holidays um that’s kind of part of the deal that we negotiate I frequently work on holidays as as a musician and and um one of the

Sort of negotiate deals was that I didn’t get any holidays at all so I was really sort of trying to brace myself for not having my kids for the entire like the entirety of Christmas and that was going to be tough for me I’m a big Christmas guy I really love Christmas

And um so we agreed uh that I can get them for I mean get them like sort of meet in middle of the state on the 25th and keep them until like the Friday of New Year’s so uh yeah it’s really it’s really great really really I

Mean it’s I can’t I can’t overstate how really great it is cuz um the thought of the thought of not having my kids on Christmas man was going to be a tough tough pill to swallow uh even though you know I’ll actually see them on Christmas and then we can have like Christmas

Morning we’ll just tell we already talked about we’re in WR Santa letter and tell him you know where they’re going to be and so Santa’s going to come the day after Christmas to to our house here so yeah it’s going to be great we actually need to write

That Santa letter soon because I need some I need to make sure that they give Santa some ideas with enough time for his elves to uh to make this stuff and right now they’ve not given very many ideas so hopefully um Santa zel will have enough time to to make stuff or

Order however they get they get all the toys that uh the kids put on their list uh time I got to keep I got to keep an eye on on the time I don’t have much time in fact I I didn’t think I was going to start until 10:45 but I might

Actually stop early uh today because if I can stop early then I can go uh get in line for pickup early pickup is so annoying I you waited in this giant line of parents and some parents get there so freaking early but if you don’t get there early then

You wait a really long time to actually get through the line and pick up so if I get to the line early then I can pick up my uh Lincoln early from kindergarten and then we can actually go and get a couple Groceries on the way home okay feels very loud

New players get you know go to be sort of put into their place and all that kind of stuff so uh they would spawn in Atlanta and then be shipped to vaston city where they would then sort of go into their uh not new players but like

The uh the the refugees right they would go to their upcoming cities and all that kind of stuff yeah it could be really cool creeper Farm could be the main export too you know yeah creeper Farm could definitely be the main export of this and just make

That like the spawn creeper Farm all that kind of stuff yeah it looks really cool I mean that’s that with the reflection the water and the balloon all looks so good so cool uh as a backstory I’m in college and I work as a rock climbing gym as a professional coach oh

That’s cool I mainly do a type of climbing called B Bing which is free climbing on shorter walls than V10 is the hardest climb we make in the gym oh that’s fantastic that’s awesome well congratul I know uh that must feel really great Congratulations I bet that was um I bet that was a long time uh getting to the point where you could do a V10 then if that’s the hardest one at the entire place that’s awesome yeah this is fantastic man I I wonder what is going to go here hopefully something will go there

Next city uh in December in a couple weeks like in a week or two uh it’s going to be out there in middle of the ocean kind of Atlantis Atlantis kind of build um wait currently my aunt’s account due to having to Pawn off my phone and along

Dangler leaves and L and custom trees all around I don’t want any like uh default procedure generated trees I want it to all be custom trees I think that’s really super important but yeah I think I think we got to get some dangler set up maybe if we wanted to do

Some shading on the mountain we could like when I talk about that I’m talking like find the find the crannies like for example like like coming down in here I think we could do like a like a sort of vshape Cu that’s kind of a cranny right

So get into a cranny there and put in some of the maybe a little bit darker stone or or andesite or something you some sort of mixture not just one block but like deep Slate’s a little too dark but maybe like a like a tough tough andlight gray wool

Um concrete powder mix something like that if we wanted to that doesn’t necessarily need to be done though because when you’re looking at something this big I think you kind of you kind of take it as a bulk you don’t need quite as much detail I I don’t know man I’m

Not seeing a lot of more flat areas here for dirt even now there’s always more you can always cuz you cuz when you’re doing the dirt you can always just invent flat areas it’s not too hard but I think we’re pretty pretty solid on it I’m flying around looking for uh a flat

Area to to put down and I’m I’m not really seeing one there’s one right here just like anything that’s like even two even like two blocks wide can be made into a little bit of a sediment uh overhang kind of area but see if that go see if that horse has

Yeah oh yeah the horse definitely has an animation the reason why I loaded it uh load up this fresh animations mod was because I wanted to have a specifically horse animations for the uh the intro of my um single player World uh let’s see it’s pretty good I have not gotten a text message in days and did not even realize that my phone was not on silent that’s odd my phone’s always on silent it’s just permanent oh I know why you know cuz I was working out uh yesterday and I uh I

I I like so I work out here at home I don’t go to gym or anything so I like to have the uh the timer on I I think working out is incredibly important if you’re lifting at all to time your sets and the reason being because if you

Don’t time your sets you don’t know if you’re getting stronger or if you’re just like resting more that particular day so I’m a huge fan of timing my sets so I uh every time I I actually as I turn off my silent mode so I can hear

I mean there like I said there’s always more you could do you know I’d like to get into a place where we could do some shading on the mountain I think it’ really add a lot but that can just happen like later or down the road or or

If someone else wants to do it or whatever I think the next thing that we’ll do in the next stream is plant well not plant build a bunch of custom trees so what I’m thinking is basically do do th Birds right so uh uh what we’ll do is Divide from not

Counting the snow so starting at the snow one thing I’d like to do with the snow is I’d like to make this line less straight so I’d like to sort of cut up into it a little bit and then bring it down like where where the snow would

Trail like any areas that are kind of flat bring out like dangle it’s just it’s just it’s very flat I love these areas up here where the snow isn’t I think that’s great but it’s just very it’s a very straight line I don’t think that looks super realistic

So what I think we’ll do is we’ll um at some point sort of make the snow a lot more jaged by like you know 20 blocks more Jagged maybe maybe a 30 Block VAR if you go 10 up and 20 down uh for different like sort of sort of Peaks you

Know um but so what we’ll do down here is the first third of this will’ll do fullsize trees and then the second one we’ll do those little trees with like the fence like a fence based tree and then the last third we’ll just do some LEF danglers and that way when you’re

Staying down here you’re going to be looking up here and it’s going to look like hopefully it’s really really really high it’s like further up than it is because the trees will get smaller I think that should mess with your depth perception enough to make sense does that make sense
