Finishing Astral Sorcery – Minecraft: Enigmatica 2 Expert #78

Hello everybody i’m arden welcome to another episode of minecraft enigmatica 2 expert today we’re going to actually finally continue on astral sorcery make the iridescent altar and finish out the quest chapter for this but there’s a catch because i’m sure by now you know that i’m not very good at

Looking at recipes and i was like i’ve got everything we did all the blood magic stuff we’ve got through the capacity we’ve got the elemental affinity reagent and i somehow missed the draft of angelus down here which well can’t be that bad right well yes and no it requires these the

Neurotoxin and the antiseptic which requires the alchemy table but none of this is hard the catch here however is the weak blood shard which we haven’t done yet if you click this there’s nothing in jei and that’s because if you come into the blood magic chapter there’s something we haven’t

Done yet available at tier 3 and it’s not actually a lie like the rituals were it’s the bound blade which as it says kill hostile miles with it for a chance to get a weak blood shard because it inflicts weakness and when you kill a

Mob with weakness on it it has a chance of dropping this i’ve already made the binding reagent which was really simple in the skin things other than the fact that it required a large amount of will so all that’s left is to combine that with a diamond sword to create the bound

Blade so let’s go do that Oh that’s that’s big well that was fancier than the normal ones and now we’ve got this done now i just need to enchant it to put fortune on it and then turn on my mob farm all right so i got it all enchanted up i could only find looting two i didn’t

Want to hunt for 15 years but everything else is pretty good and it’s nighttime so i’m just going to go wander outside and go kill some mobs because that seems like the easiest course versus turning on my mob from right now all right and got it on the very second

Kill so uh that was easy enough all right so now that we have that we need to make the alchemy table which is actually pretty simple at this point the main thing is we just had evan orr which we’ve long since made and let’s just put it down next to our uh

Forge there we go now to make this we first need to make a neurotoxin and the no toxin is just a puffer fish so let’s put the orb in here i think and then the puffer fish yep and then it just goes the same as the hellfire forge

And the neurotoxin is done next up is the antiseptic which is requires plant oil so you got to do that first and then it’s just basic materials and the plant oil is just plants and bone meal all right and now we can make the flask of angelus

All right enough excuses let’s go make the iridescent altar before i waste another night huh alright so i’ve got the crafting table all loaded up and i’m just about ready to go i’m just waiting a little bit of power the problem is this is where things get a

Little bit funky and i’m actually kind of concerned that i may not be able to use this table again after i switch it over because we start having weirder requirements like it requires a an aligned collector crystal as part of its crafting patterns you can see it

Here on the one for the draconian seeds which is one of the first things i’m going to want to make um you can see the the constellation pattern down here you have to have a crusher’s crystal for the correct pattern to make the items you want

I’m assuming you can still use the table without but uh i guess let’s find out huh i may have to make a new one and start this whole process over again at least that’s not hard oh that is shinier than normal though All right and we have just unlocked the last chapter for astral sorcery let’s go break this apart and finish the quest and i’m just going to clear this so that we have completely finished off astral sorcery you know or at least the uh the part of it that’s for the quest i’m

Sure we’re gonna have to go into the radiance chapter here because there’s still a lot you can do with actual sorcery but my immediate concern is mystical guy agriculture might as well pop this open while we’re here though oh henry ender energy manipulator i have no

Idea what this is but it’s a legendary and straconic evolution i probably should look this one up oh and that solved another quest for me though a quick google search says it’s for uh getting dragon eggs from in a live ender dragon so that you can get multiples without killing it

But uh we can just create the egg so that doesn’t really seem all that useful to me But it looks it sounds neat it was legendary so after all my complaining the last couple i’m not going to complain about it this time huh anyways as you can see in the astral sorcery tone we have a new chapter the radiance chapter which has a whole boatload of

Things and actually i probably should make one of these tuned wands one of them straight up doubles the uh damage your weapons i think it’s the disco this the disc the decid this the dissidia one but that’s a problem for another day what we actually need to do is go add on

To our altar for this so that’s actually usable and then started tuning some collector crystals because we also need the correct constellation in the sky to make the things we want okay so i set up the new structure and you can see there’s a collector crystal sitting above it now

That was just part of the completion of the uh altar around it i didn’t have to do anything there turns out you need a tuned crystals not in a tune collector’s crystal to do the crafts that require it so that’s good bad news is the constellation i need mineralis is not up

Tonight so we’re going to do something else while we wait something that will help me make things up for a little further down the line so you notice that i have these focus relays sitting down here on the floor here the thing i’m going to make is the containment chalice

And you see how it has a normal looking crafting pattern and then these five things on the perimeter those are what the relays are for as this crafts they will light up and it will tell me to put an item there as we go and you need to

Fill it in as we go so let me go kick this off hopefully i’ve got enough power i may not actually yet this might have to go further yep and it won’t kick off yet one sec oh ho it looks like i’m wrong that looks like minerals rising

Over there because this grid is all lit up so i guess i’m going to tune this rock crystal right now before i forget Honestly i probably should do the rest of these but uh that’s a concern for another day Okay and while that fires off let’s go see if we can kick this off nope still not full oh we’re not actually filling up now i don’t appear to be getting enough power to the iridescent altar that’s actually a problem i need to figure that out okay so the answer was linking some

Collector crystals i don’t know if i have enough power but i guess let’s find out but as you can see i have more in here than i did before it’s nearly full one more fairly weak collector crystal should finish this out i should probably just go tune another one right now while

It’s still night but uh let’s test this out first okay and it’s lit up and it’s showing it there and it looks like it kicked off this time now we need to watch for to tell us to put uh aquaman’s knee up like that we just add them as they go And now we have the chalice so the reason that i wanted a containment chels is it will it can fill up with various liquids it will drain a light wall if it’s sitting next to it or in this case on top of an inner tank full of liquid starlight and it will

Refill things in the area that use it like the liquid starlight that’s used inside the infusion altar here there’s clearly one spot empty right there but it was empty before this started i do need to do some testing to make sure that it works when it’s one up

Off the ground but it supposedly works if it’s anywhere with inside this structure so uh give me a second to test this yup i’m pretty sure it’s working because when i start this you can see it pulling liquid starlight from it instead of draining it from the

Outside so that makes this a whole lot less annoying to work with especially when making the lenses which seem to eat up starlight extremely quickly so hooray for that all right so i’ve used the last couple nights in game to make a couple more collector crystals and i’m using them to

Grow celestial crystals right now because when minerals pops up in the sky next time i want to be able to attune multiple celestial crystals because i’m going to need one to be able to make the seeds with as the item i put in the celestial altar but i’m also going to

Want a celestial collector crystal to help boost the power on my ultra itself and i’ve actually got a decent crystal slot in it already so hopefully that all helps especially since i’m mostly going to be using this for mineralis uh recipes that’s the bulk of what the seeds are

It should help me out long term hopefully possibly should hopefully give me enough power i don’t know we’ll see but now the waiting game continues all right i had to wait what felt like an attorney but it’s finally rising you can barely see behind the mountains

There but this is all lit up so let’s attune some crystals real fast all right so i have the collector crystal made back over there it’s linked up to the iridescent table the iridescent table is now completely full of starlight let’s go try to make some

Seeds i’m going to try to make uranium draconium and platinum all right and it looks like this liz is all lit up and good to go excellent looks like we can indeed make the seeds all right now we have all of the seeds and we can be done with astral sorcery

For a little bit we will need to come up here to make some of the tier 6 seeds but we should be able to handle that because the main thing holding us back on the tier 6 seeds right now are needing the tier 5 essences which we’ll get pretty quick making them it

Also requires a bunch of insanity investments but we can up convert what we have and you know blocks of things we may or may not have in this case another stars we do but like neutronium we definitely do not so we’ll have to work on that as well as awaken

Draconian which is one of the big ones we’re going to want to do quick first but this should all be pretty easy to do now at this point so for now what i need to do is i need to add these seeds to my mystical agriculture farm and as you can

See i upgraded it a bit i added a second layer that’s currently just producing uh end and essence to create uranium with which we can just replace with the uranium seeds now so that’ll make that easier i also are amusing phantom faces and phantom redstone no phantom energy faces to give power to
