FitMC – The Complete 2b2t Timeline (2010-2019)

Fit mc The 2b2t timeline is finally complete the oldest anarchy server in minecraft 2b2t.org has a history unlike any other multiplayer server in 2014 the timeline project was started in order to keep track of the long and troubled history of the server throughout the years several changes have been made to it in

Order to have more historical accuracy and less bias towards particular groups just a few days ago sato 86 released his long-awaited update to the timeline many of you have asked for this video for years so i am happy to finally give it to you the complete 2b2t timeline

Our first era the age of unrest begins on december of 2010. 2b2t comes online for the first time in less than a few days spawn is already destroyed there was no established community during this time discord didn’t exist yet no one was using skype there was no reddit a few players used

Steam to communicate but most used in-game whispers sabotage and briefings were everywhere during this era the server was heavily advertised on both 4chan and face punch prompting players from both of those sites to join 2b2t and bring their culture with them the face punchers were one of the largest

Groups on the server at this time yet not a single group from this era has survived to the present day this is also the era we know the least about hardly anyone bothered to write anything down and things could only be discovered by finding ungriefed signs at old bases from this era

At this time 2b2t was just a simple minecraft anarchy server and nothing more the notable events during this time included the player data corruption of may 2011. all players on the server at this time had their player data files corrupted this sent everybody back to spawn as if

They were joining for the first time no items nothing around december of 2011 one year after the server opens 2b2t gets backdoored for the first time in february of 2012 the farthest base on the server the one million base gets griefed which brought us into the next era of 2v2t Lag issues ip changes server down time and face punchers leaving would make the server hit an all-time low with the players barely making it to 15 people online during peak hours this number dwindled even farther to the point where only two or three people were online at a time the server

Almost died a few die-hard players kept playing despite the awful conditions and kept the server afloat with their donations the notable events during this time included imp space being founded in february of 2012 and the base 2k 2k becoming the last stronghold of the face punchers things were looking very grim for the

Server at this time But then Slowly but surely the community started to recover over the course of this age starting with the founding of the group base valkyria and ending with project vault’s creation this time was the 2b2t renaissance a huge period of time marked by the server’s first solid faction the first three incursions and a great

Rise in the number of group bases which helped keep the player base of the server occupied and interested it was during this time that a greater 2b2t community started a form it was during this age that 2b2t became more than just a minecraft server this is when 2b2t started to become something

Truly unique the notable events during this time included 2b2t’s first major dupe the second incursion defending nfe until they could no longer hold it the founding of shenandoah 2k 2k being buried in a giant lava cast 2b2t being backdoored for a second time the founding of the southern canal by thieves and sound

The founding of asgard 2 the founding of arya city the founding of king’s landing the spawn takeover of the third incursion the founding of the vortex coalition which would go on to become one of the largest groups on 2b2t and finally ending with the creation of project

Vault in an attempt to preserve tuiti culture though the project would never go public the community was at the perfect size around this time with an average of 15 to 50 players on at any given time it was truly the 2b2t renaissance brings us into the next period

The pre-height period was a time in 2b2t history where the server began to receive a lot of attention from the community outside of the player base it was also a time of great destruction in the community my video the day 2b2t almost died covered a lot of things that happened

During this era but here’s the gist of it all impspace one of the largest and most secretive bases on the server is leaked and destroyed motherboard releases an article about 2b2t at this time not too long after rock paper shotgun also releases an article about 2b2t multiple bases during this time are

Destroyed such as space valkyria kgb land of norfs as well as a few others it’s around this time that the backdoor drama happened which caused the player count to plummet to the single digits on some days it was a dark time but absolutely nobody was ready for what would happen next

When a new era on 2b2t would begin The age of hype on june 1st 2016 a big youtuber by the name of the camping rusher began a video series on 2b2t this would change the server forever the influx of players was so large that the server was not prepared and required upgrades before i get into this era

I want to mention that this is the era that 2b2t is still currently in not a lot has actually changed since rusher the server still has more players than it can handle we still have the cue that rusher brought with him and it’s still vital for the survival of the server

Due to the massive costs of 2v2t several other big youtubers came after rusher each of them causing a great influx of players into the server and causing havoc and hype even triggering some incursions this age is also marked by the huge amount of factions and groups that appeared and are still appearing

With some more solid than others the notable events that have happened during the age of hype are the camping rushers starting his video series the start of the fourth incursion the creation of team veteran with the goal of splitting rusher’s fan base the founding of team rusher which would

Oppose team veteran in the conflict the start of priority and veteran queue in july of 2016. 2b2t is also forced into a hardware upgrade to sustain the amount of players from the war in august lag machines begin to be used against youtubers for the first time Imperium is founded all maps are deleted in february of 2017. the world border is reached by burnsie and the diggers for the first time without the use of a backdoor in march of 2017. a few months later point dory is griefed at the world border

In july of 2017 the 1.12 dupe is patched summer melon is griefed and the 2b2t museum opens el rich mc arrives on the server in september of 2017 and that same month elytras are disabled and still are to this day in october of 2017 pre-june q also known as veteran q is

Removed by house master in april of 2018 ant venom’s long-awaited video is released on the server spurring the sixth incursion a temporary map is played on in march of 2018 and in the summer of 2018 multiple bases are griefed which brings us to our most recent event fuse begins his series on 2b2t

And here we are about to reach 2019 on 2b2t now sato’s next update to the timeline is going to be january of the year 2020 so we have quite a bit of a weight ahead of us but i can assure you that when january 2020 rolls around
