Hello everybody my name is flying cow one and welcome to my medieval series this is a series where I’m going to be building a bunch of medieval kind of build kind of fantasy builds and the first video that I’m going to be doing in this series is a wizard tower Tutorial now behind me you can see all the blocks let’s turn around here oops now these are all the blocks that you’re going to be need it does look like a lot but it’s really not it’s just a bunch of different variations of the same block So go ahead and pause the screen if you’re going to be building along with me and then go get those blocks now to start this tutorial we’re going to take the polished andesite and we’re just going to build a little outline of a 4 by 4 square but with no corners so no Corners in there and then we can fill that up if you want you can just fill it up with whatever block you want doesn’t matter and then we’re going to take the stone brick stairs and we’re going to put two on top of each now for this you Can do this before or after or during your build we’re going to take out some of them and we’re gonna replace them with stone stairs we’re going to take out some other ones place him with cobblestone I think I just said that backwards and then what we’re going to Do we are going to take our cobblestone slabs and we’re going to just build a little random it’ll kind of look like roots coming out from it you can use the cobblestone stairs as well just going to be kind of building little route looking things just put the stairs in there randomly And then put down the slabs put a stay right there and this part again emphasis on the random you don’t need to copy my exact a little pattern that I’m doing here and there though it’s pretty decent so once we’ve got those little routes down Now you take some oak leaves and you can just place those in any little patches fill up anything that you didn’t place some stone slabs or stairs in and that’ll kind of give it a little more of an old look it looks like the bushes are Kind of growing growing into the tower a little bit so there that looks good like that and now what we’re going to do we take our stone bricks and we’re going to build up sixteen or seventeen I didn’t even start counting so now it doesn’t matter which one sixteen and seventeen I’m going to do sixteen for this video so one that’s 16 right there go down and just copy down totally missed a bunch of spots right there that’s okay now yes this is only going to be four wide I know there were a lot of comments or There’s probably going to be a lot of comments saying how oh you can’t get up they’re completely useless well yeah it is kind of useless it’s more for decoration but I mean you could always also put a ladder on the side or you could put vines on the side I think That’d be a good good way to use it so I’m gonna actually yeah let’s let’s do that let’s get some vines we can put these on the side of it so now what we’re going to do let’s also so now we’re gonna use some mossy stone bricks Some crack stone bricks some dead bubble coral rock stone and cobblestone as well a couple stone stairs to kind of make this look a little older so we’re gonna just take out some blocks here just kind of randomly put down some stairs maybe upside down or right side up either way Same thing I put down three of those maybe put down for these right here down some stone as well these blocks all kind of look the same so they’ll blend in they’ll make it look a little older give it some more texture I did about three of each of these So let’s see how that looks Alex pretty good we’ve had another stare right right there so I would be a stone stair all right so that looks pretty good right there got a little more moss to the front yeah guys don’t be afraid to just like destroy this more random blocks There are the better but kind of make sure that the majority is still the stone bricks so there I think that looks better right there so it’s up 16 hi and then we’re going to take our cobblestone now we didn’t even mix any cobblestone in there did we not really I’ll put one Right there we’re going to put four on top of there and then we are going to do the same we’re going to put stone brick stairs upside down all around there and then yes the same that just mix some of it in I don’t think I grabbed any mossy mossy stairs that’s okay Oops I just put the same one one on the corner there alright and there that looks pretty good so next what we’re going to do we’re going to take our stone bricks we’re going to put one in each corner then we’re going to take the stairs we’re gonna put a stone Brick and a cobblestone brick upside down just like that and then on this side stone brick art stairs I mean stone stairs and then stone brick stairs that’s what it’s called I’ve been seeing it wrong the whole video stone brick stairs cobblestone stairs stone stairs stone brick stairs alright There we go now we’ve got that oh did I forget a block yes I forgot to I didn’t I didn’t forget it but I don’t have it there it’s a cobblestone wall we’re going to take that and we’re going to put two on each corner and that is The completion of the tower portion you can see I’ve got the same tower over there excuse me but now we’re going to build the roof of this wizard tower so we’re going to take the spruce wood slabs and spruce stairs and the spruce fence for the top now the Roof is also going to be very random so let’s just outline with the slabs and fill that in now so this is going to be very a very random roof so just place down some blocks kind of go kind of don’t have like three in a row maybe Like don’t have that maybe have just two in a row on the same level and then one up so yeah it’s just very random again here you could copy the way that I’m doing it exactly but I’m sure that if you just do it whatever way you want it’ll turn out Fine so it’ll be just like that and there there’s part of it right there now the roof of this tower since it’s a wizard tower we’re going to make it kind of look like a wizard hat so we’re gonna take some stairs on this thing to open Doesn’t even line up just like that so yeah just very random very unorganized kind of have it blend all together you can add on to the other layers as you go and then towards the middle it’ll get taller so it’ll just build up towards the middle there There we go I think that looks pretty good that right there so yeah there we go that looks doesn’t look bad and then on top of all that I want to put a little more on this base down here and maybe not the oven on top Of that we put our fences we’re gonna put three fences on the top right on top of a stair and there you have it there’s your wizard tower complete and I guess you could put the vines up looks like you can’t put vines on stairs I don’t I don’t think you can put vines on stairs yeah so we’re gonna have to get rid of that stair so yeah there we go now it’s useful now you can actually go up there and I don’t know use it as an archer tower in your medieval fantasy World so yeah there’s the complete tutorial thank you everybody for watching this video I hope you enjoyed it if you want to help me out then go ahead and leave a like and subscribe and go ahead and also share it with your friends if you think you’d enjoy Building it with them or anything and yeah I don’t forget to
