Hey guys this meetings what I intended to do first of all was I wanted to make clouds move really fast so at least guys I wanted to make them move really fast like cycle across the sky moving forward in time or you know those effects that You see on television or in the media but I couldn’t do it unfortunately I do know how to make them stop moving but I don’t know how to make them move really fast so you guys have any ideas pitch them to me and I’d love to try that out So getting back to this I sort of found a way to make foggy weather so I think this has been done before but not in the same way that I’ve done it and the way I’ve done it is essentially something that’s dynamic so I can make it really Really foggy if I wanted to you probably have heard of the idea of using render distance to generate the fog or some other mod if I make it at render distance too you have a bit of fog right it’s just in front of you and if you Generate more chunks the fog sort of just moves away as you move forward or backwards but that’s know what I’m talking about the fog that I’m talking about is this yeah literally foggy so you’re seeing foggy weather now so this applies in any dimension you can go To the nether it all look really foggy so it will layer on top of the natural nether fog and if you go to the end it will layer on top actually there’s no fog in the nest in the end anyway so you can play in this environment now this Looks really fascinating right because it almost gives you the idea that it’s really cold which is something you don’t normally perceive in Minecraft temperature even though it is part of the game but it’s like you’ve just woken up from an early morning start and you’re going for a jog and then you have This fog that just sweeps right through your body it’s super cold it’s moisture and you can’t really see much until it’s later in the day now I haven’t actually put a setting that would reduce the fog if it’s later in the day even though I think I can it’s actually really easy Yeah you’d be surprised so this fog is actually it actually originates from clouds and that’s how I figured it out from you know that connection to clouds because if you go up to the sky and you enter the cloudy area the clouds you will have a bit of Fog on your screen and what I’ve done is I have removed that check so that fog appliers everywhere and there’s also another check which will increase the intensity of the fog so this is right now at point three so it’s really difficult to play you Right now anyway now if I said it’s a night time it looks even better right so the starry sky line is you know quite distinct now because you can’t really see the horizon but even so it’s gonna be more dangerous to play in this environment it’s gonna be you’re Definitely a challenge that I think so it’s hard to see you know where you’re trampling and it’s really difficult to see mobs and this will apply even in caves now I made a video yesterday about caves and check out what happens with the fog while you’re caving it’s Definitely a lot more dangerous so any turn that you make won’t even ink you won’t even improve even if you use torches now this also applies in daytime now the fog is actually gotten a lot better or actually worse in the daytime and if you’re trying to traverse or Explore a cave it’s a lot more risky so even in every turn I can give myself and torches here like so doesn’t really prove there you go you can see a creeper now and my render distance is clearly at 8 so without this fog super visible but With the fog can’t really see it so I wanted to demonstrate this you know this concept this notion of a foggy environment in Minecraft which i think is it’s worth it I think there should be a biome that would have this fog yeah look at that look at the effect of the Sun so I’m gonna actually gonna increase the intensity of the fog from 0.3 to 0.9 they have it point 9 you really can’t see anything now the Sun has become this sphere which is beautiful because you cannot see the square here so that’s the effect of the Fog but you can’t see anything now and if you want to be bold you want to be daring why not try this so I will obviously give you guys some directions in the description of this video just to tell you guys how to do it and it’s it’s really quite simple to Change but if you guys really want to try it this way go go ahead but I think point 5 is roughly you know it’s playable 0.8 0.9 is when you’re just barring on hardcore set some boundaries for yourself when you’re playing thank you all for watching leave a like subscribe for more Great I’ll actually look at this look at the moon oh that’s that sucks it’ll be cool if the moon didn’t have that square shape anyway thanks for watching leave a like subscribe for more great content whoa they’re popping out everywhere does rival more creative content taker Video Information

Using “clouds”, I transferred high-altitude fog to ground level, creating an intense foggy environment.
