Bu this mountain and make will be no if it wasn’t made clear already I’m not a very big fan of what’s currently going on man this intro just doesn’t compete with today’s unique and underused style I’m going to have to use the other intro I made in today’s video I talk about the current state of Minecraft on YouTube and its major problem this is Minecraft 2023 these are the videos YouTubers are uploading this is what their worlds look like this is how they edit and this is the music they use in 2023 this is Minecraft in 2013 these are the videos YouTubers are uploading this is what their worlds look like and this is how they edit this is the music they use in 2013 I constantly hear that Minecraft’s biggest appeal is that it has Endless Possibilities yet if you go on YouTube everybody’s making the same thing and it Makes me mad the old style of video in 2013 no longer works unless you’re mumbo jumbo it doesn’t matter how good your personality is if your video is in 100 days or Minecraft civilization then why bother if you want to get views lose every ounce of creativity and Originality you thought you once had you’re playing hardcore Minecraft now you don’t need to be original you just need to imitate learn to love overly edited videos and trick yourself into thinking that subtitles that cover a third of the screen is good content CU it’s the good videos that get popular on YouTube Right I used to be able to go on YouTube and find so many people all doing their own thing but at some point they lost the uniqueness that makes them great they’re hyperfocused on making their retention as high as possible and getting as many views as they can can But in doing so they all blend together holy [ __ ] sleepy Joe did you just make your first complete sentence ever shut up Trump these YouTubers try to make videos that every single person who watches will like I like Stampy Longnose on paper it would seem like it’s pretty Obvious that you want everything that you make to be liked by everybody that watches it and if you want views then yes I think that’s definitely the case on YouTube but if you want what you make to truly connect with people I don’t think that’s the case when you’re not Making something that every single person likes what you’re making is intended for a smaller audience an audience that will be able to appreciate it more because they care more about it if you look at a Creator like Ethos Lab he’s not following all of these trendy video ideas and the next gimmicky Editing Technique No he doesn’t even put a thumbnail on his videos he’s being authentic and he’s being genuine and he’s simply himself and not everybody likes his videos not everybody likes his personality but the people that do they love him guys my hero is in the server Right now I kid you not my heroes in the ethos in the server guys eth a lot of these old Minecraft videos that I used to watch when I was a kid are still fun for me to watch today I got sick a few weeks ago and I just Started rewatching mumbo jumbo videos from like 8 years ago and those videos aren’t the same quality that he has now but they were still so entertaining but this I don’t want to watch this I want Minecraft content to be different I want to see creative and unique ideas that contain personality And I want to see people getting ideas for things other than from the same type of Minecraft video that they’re making there’s this entire pool of creativity out there from movies to music to Art and Design they can give so much inspiration and so many great ideas is But instead people are making the same videos that they’ve been making for the past 4 years and I can’t blame them it obviously works and there’s a very clear-cut formula so it’s not that hard it just takes time so why wouldn’t they do it these YouTubers want that sweet YouTube money not 50 views and a comment that says good job keep it up I mean don’t get me wrong I’m sure that the people who are trying to optimize their videos and Chase after viws still appreciate those comments but I think to some degree the value has been lost on Them just take a step back and stop worrying about the numbers for a second and think if you make a video that only one person sees that person loves it then you were able to entertain them for 5 or 20 minutes or however long your video is and you made something that They truly enjoyed and they truly connected to and I think that we’ve lost the value in that I hope that someday we can go back to when people uploaded to YouTube not because they wanted views and money but because they wanted to make a video and they wanted to share it with the World Video Information

Youtubers used to earn money so that they could make videos, but now they make videos so that they can earn money
Minecraft content is unbearable.
In todays video I talk about the repetitive nature of Minecraft videos on Youtube. Minecraft content used to be different and original depending on who you watch, but now it’s all just 100 days, minecraft hardcore, and worse versions of Dream manhunts.
