Hey you yeah I know you’re here to learn about how to get mods on Xbox mods are cool you know we get guns you can you can shoot stuff we got cool chairs I’m not really going to be wasting time I’m just going to tell you how it’s done I’m Going to tell you how to firstly get mods and then all the issues that other tutorials don’t talk about sit down for a bit cuz it might take you a while especially if you’re planning to get a bunch of mods it is quite a long process I’ll also be showing you how to Efficient L install mods on Xbox without just using your Xbox cuz you can use other devices to help you too you know but uh let’s get started so firstly you’re going to need um the respective apps that everyone tells you to get uh files Explorer or my File Explorer first We’ll talk about that one in a sec uh my files Explorer you can find it probably in the store I hope it’s there if it isn’t then you’re probably watching this like years later it’s my file explorer this with the purple symbol so you VI it in this go to The store and um if you don’t trust me yet and you look down at the reviews like you should you should you should always look at the reviews of anything and it doesn’t look good like I would rather die then use again if you get the trial first uh immediately when you open It you will get a prompt okay I don’t have it cuz I already went through it but which will take you to uh expansion for explorers which is right here what you do is you launch this puppy and then it’ll ask about the trial the trial is is the trial is indefinite It doesn’t ever go away and um just leave this here right you’re good next you want to uh look for your mod right so we’re going to go to Microsoft Edge the my files Explorer does have a browser but Microsoft Microsoft Edge is just a little easier to sort through I Guess MC PP DL I’m sure you’ve heard this website a bazillion times there’s probably other Minecraft mod websites and they might work but for now we’re using mc. PDL mCP DL anyways I already have a mod up here a mod that I I’ve never downloaded before so I kind of Hope it works for the tutorial some mods just don’t work I’m going to go through a minute before I start installing um now actually there’s something I’m a little curious about because I’ve been trying to install mods for a little bit now and some mods don’t Work right it depends on their link so if you scroll down you know you see they people normally talk about their mod what you can do and in this instance I’m going to be looking at the morphing bracelet mod as well um they have specific links as you can see here this Looks great right it’s one link uhmc addon you know morphing bracelet a couple megabytes the issue though is that you um when you go through the process it says please wait this is some BS right here so you wait for that get downloads and it says this but on Microsoft Edge Specifically it says downloads are not supported on this device that’s great um if you click a up here you do get a link but um we’ll talk about this later for now we’re going to go to something that I know that does work is um you’re looking for links you’re looking for links That look like this where they have the behavior pack and resource pack separate now I want to talk a minute about the supported Minecraft versions you’ll see these on every single mod even if it isn’t perfect even if the mod isn’t perfectly up to date it doesn’t Mean it doesn’t mean the mod doesn’t work essentially if it’s a simpler mod like if it’s just adding new items like food and such it could say not supported from like 1.17 plus but it’s still might work you know it just depends on the mod If the mod is simpler it more it’s more likely to work in future versions even if it doesn’t say it does because that’s just how mods are obviously you still want to go for the most recent versions anyway but that’s just an FYI you don’t have to be super stingy about supported So we’re going to need these both I normally like to go from top to bottom because you don’t want to confuse yourself like oh did I get the resource or the behavior pack first just go top to bottom so let’s get the behavior pack It’ll ask you’re leaving mcpd this is The link right here that it’s going to take you to in this case uh if you look kind of closely it is uh link target. net dinosaurs over time you’ll understand the link language where this will take you to a website called link verse you will see This a lot uh people that make mods obviously want to make money and this is the way they make money they give you ads through through buffer links this is dinosaur mod so what you do in Ling vers is you scroll down right uh content access there’s direct access with Premium and free access unless you’re some you’re obviously going to go for the free access so get dinosaurs add on you can uh then ads will pop up oh typical stuff just say I’m interested to one of them learn more it’ll take you to the website uh typically I think You’re supposed to stay over here for about 10 seconds or so and then you go back press lb or just click it it’ll re it’ll look like it refreshes the website because it kind of does but I believe it will remember that you’ve been here and it should let you through after you Click it again which it does so obviously you cannot down this is the page you want but on Microsoft Edge if you click download this is downloads are not supported on this device kind of BS but oh well so go back to media fire what you want is you want the link of The media fire website you can can either uh select all or you can do what I did is you can just drag from one side to the other and select it all in blue or if you press three lines there’s a select all right here doesn’t matter as Long as it’s all selected then you press copy then what you do is um after you copy it it’s now copied in your Xbox you will go back to uh expansion for explorers okay play trial then what you will do now is uh you will go to Download from URL it’ll open a browser for you in this case Google and on the top bar up here I think you can do it on the search bar too but I just do it on the top bar if you press a and three lines in quick succession because if you Just press a the keyboard will pop up you press a and three lines in quick succession not too quick but just quick enough so that you can get this pop up here then you want to paste nothing shows up if you press the A Button in The search bar then your link will pop up then you press the uh search and it’ll go to where the link is supposed to take you and then you finally have your beautiful blue button which you press to download your pack as you can see I already have quite a few packs Here but um we’re worrying about the one that we just installed dinosaur time so we click a on this and then uh we press install there we go sometimes um if your pack it doesn’t most packs know where to install already they will after you click install it’ll Automatically go to the spot where it’s supposed to go in this case it is a behavior pack so if we press uh three lines we can press rename to see like the full name of it and this is a you know DT JP um BH I guess in this case Means Behavior pack but a lot of them you will also see b or BP which also means Behavior pack we all mean the same thing make sure you just look out for it normally it’s just as long as you see the letter B in there it means Behavior Pack confirm so it’s extracted it went to where it’s supposed to go some mods though uh for the portal gun in this case if I press install a little popup box box like this will happen doesn’t understand the pack format and it needs help determining where it wants to go Like I just mentioned some packs already know but this one doesn’t in this case you saw that it was portal gun B cuz it’s a behavior pack so to go to behavior and um it looks like nothing happens but you just press cancel for some reason this pack doesn’t work That’s just mods for you it say error which is why I’m not using this mod for this tutorial it’s it’s weird some of them work some of them don’t you’re just going to deal with that but luckily this dinosaur pack did work so now we have the dinosaur pack it’s in there we Extracted it um what we’re going to do is uh we’re going to make life a little easier we’re going to add my f uh fold we’re going to add the expansion because my files Explorer and expansion you can see they look similar pretty much the same they same title uh same picture different Titles um we want to add this to a group that is um easy to find like uh one of the I have it in my media folder already but you know you can put it in um a a folder that’s easy to find and put it to your top so After that go back to Microsoft deck uh what I do just respectively is I like to bookmark them because otherwise you had to go through the link first uh process again you don’t really want to do that so maybe just bookmark it you know that that would that would be smart that Would be nice uh let’s go back though to the m uh MC PDL pedl page and scroll all the way back down so we had uh installed the behavior pack now it’s the resource packs time so we do the exact same process so after you go through the Exact same process you open up media fire you press three lines up here oh I already picked the selected All Copy and then go back to explores and do the exact same thing I think this dinosaur mod was the simplest to work with because link verse is the most Self-explanatory it doesn’t doesn’t has the least bugs works all the time we just as you can see it says RP resource pack BH Behavior pack so most of the time it should say BP that makes more sense because they just decided BH you extract it or you install it click Install cuz install will extract it and then automatically send it to its location extracting it is not a big deal it all it’ll do is it’ll put it right here now once this is done extracting I’ll show you um how to um double check well firstly to dou double check Mods and also how to move mods if they’re not in the right spot so let’s say that um I’m going to Let’s I’m going to extract uh this one because you can have you can have duplicates of mods if you want doesn’t make a difference so let’s just regularly extract it Though and then it’ll come out uh right here okay as you can see it it’s it’s right up here so it made a new folder that’s what extracting does so if you extracted it or if it’s just in the wrong spot what you would do is you Three lines and you do uh move folder and then um it doesn’t look like anything happened but it did so next you want to go to something called my packages is right here on the left now this looks like a lot but if you look closely you see that it just is Basically your applications and your Xbox Rec records so Microsoft captures Xbox Insider Amazon video those aren’t relevant right now at all for this tutorial what you’re looking for is Microsoft Minecraft it you will find it it’s it’s Minecraft you just look out for Minecraft you click on this go to Local state go to games Mojang and then uh this is your main Hub I guess World templates Behavior packs resource packs skin packs Minecraft World pees in there and we just copied the resource pack so we would go in resource packs here and E see I have a Bunch of resource packs signified by the r symbols and such RPS and um we already have I already have the dinosaur time here dinosaur time JP but what you would do is if it wasn’t already here is You’ press the three lines in an open space and then you would do Paste see there it is extracted and then um it that’s that should be it it’s here the next thing uh to think about so I’m going back to the portal gun mod even though it didn’t work for me um I’m going to show you the other forms of the advertisement that they Do so for this instance uh there’s another one so aside from link verse there is Boost Stellar this one is also pretty simple you just click on it it’ll ask you want go to the um next page and then all you have to do is click on the add Button and it’ll say go to the next page for 15 seconds oh my God all right so some ads are pretty wild sometimes you’ll get a thing where it says this and um when it says that it don’t you don’t have to worry about it all you have to do is sit On that page you go back and it should say unlock content but sometimes it doesn’t like in this case I don’t this is why I don’t like this is why why it’s such a tedious process sometimes it doesn’t work the uh next things I want to look out for is remember I was Talking about the the link where it’s like a singular link and it just says mc. addon if we go back here and we press a up here and get the link from the MC add-on uh theoretically you would be like this should work and it should you Copy the link it’s a direct link and you bring it over come up here you press uh a and three lines paste a and look you can see that it tries to download just can’t don’t know what’s with that could be doing something wrong you tell me but Um I would just say to keep a lookout for the really simple links cuz they just don’t work which is really sad it seems like a cool mod this definitely works on PC uh Xbox I guess it’s just a little more complicated than that let’s say you want To download um another mod using a link first link but as you saw before we have the um the free tokens yeah free access are free tokens are up they were stated down here before Oh what am I supposed to do well uh you can either you can use The link from link verse and there are things called bypassers uh a lot of people suggest different bypassers some people suggest fast forward expansion uh extension some people use this website or that website it’s kind of tough to really tell you which one is the right one because they Update differently uh link verse will update to stop certain bypasses from working and then the bypassers update um and it just makes everything uh more complicated but let’s see uh if we it should be pretty simple you just look up link vers bypasser right and then you have a bunch of Options here this one at uh there there there’s these two at the top your Prett much always see these two at the top they’re the most popular this one right here um this one works sometimes I’ve used it enough where I could say it works sometimes but other times it’ll just Tell you that the link could not be found this one up here with the more blue I think I’ve gotten this one to work more also there is less popup ads the other one has an egregious amount of popup ads and you can’t get ad blockers On Xbox so it is terrible you have to fight with it with the the link processing it’s just it tried to download it if you go back I think it’ll um it’ll give you the right yeah there we go it gives you the media fire link That had me for a second so you uh get the med media fire link right here uh you copy it and then you just go back and do the same thing in the file explorer you put it in the download URL paste it up there and then click the Blue download button so this bypasser bypass do City Works I think more but maybe in the future it doesn’t and you know it might not work with all of them you just got to you got to go in and do it so the next step go to your homepage And then you want to delete Minecraft now uh you should know by now that Minecraft save data is saved on your account not in the game itself you’ll never have to worry about deleting any game ever on your Xbox unless you delete the local save data which is down here this is your Local save data don’t don’t touch any of this cuz that’ll ruin your life you can uninstall Minecraft though you can uninstall the game a bazillion times it doesn’t matter uninstall the game next I I want to show you something so there is there’s actually three different Minecrafts or four if you count education Edition uh Minecraft yeah as you can see so there’s Minecraft and Minecraft preview now it never shows the other Minecraft right so let’s go look at Minecraft in the store I want to show you what the wrong Minecraft is okay so this Minecraft it looks perfect right It’s not if you see in the top left there is a symbol what is that symbol it’s Game Pass this is Game Pass Minecraft this Minecraft is different from regular Minecraft while I search reg uh regular Minecraft I I’ll tell you why so if you download Game Pass Minecraft it’ll Auto it’ll have the uh update automatically installed what you want to do is you want to look up uh what I normally do is you can look up just uh you can either look up Minecraft and click on one of the add-ons you can Just but what I do is I just look up a text texture pack so I look up plastic because it’s I don’t know it’s just simple uh there’s Minecraft plastic texture pack don’t click that that’s for Xbox One Edition go to Minecraft plastic texture pack I see Microsoft Store not currently available fair Enough doesn’t matter you scroll down and then you see works with now you can see the two different Minecrafts this is Minecraft this is Minecraft with Game Pass and here’s Minecraft preview there these are two different Minecrafts like I said this Minecraft has the update already with it this Minecraft is the One you want you can Noti you notice how it doesn’t have the game pass symbol in the top left this is important this is very important you do not want the game pass symbol in the top left you can also look at the number of reviews too it has A different number of reviews what I suggest is you add it to your wish list so you don’t have to go look for the plastic texture pack again you can just go to your wish list just add this Minecraft to your wish list because it is literally different so install Reinstall the Minecraft reinstall this Minecraft basically you’ll notice that this Minecraft is less than a gigabyte it is 837 megabytes I think it’ll always be that many gigaby uh megabytes because this is the base Minecraft and what this is doing is it is loading the mods onto It as you can see the megabytes the um the maximum megabytes just changed right I think the mods just got onto it I could be wrong but hey that’s what it looks like it does and we just sit here and wait for a bit obviously if you have different load Speed all right so it’s uh finished installing and um what you want to do is you want to click on it it’ll ask for an update it doesn’t look like it’s installing but it is you can trust it it doesn’t look like it at all some for Some people I think it will look like it’s installing for me it doesn’t look like it but that’s okay all right so your Minecraft is done uh you you go straight into it because everything should be good now I think you’re pretty much done now what you can do now is you Can go through and um check your resource packs yep look at that 27 I already have a bunch but you can see there it is the dinosaur dinosaur time is there and um you just add that go to behavior packs we didn’t forget to install that add that uh experiments Make sure you turn on all experiments I’d say except for the unnecessary ones you don’t need like villager rebalancing but add-on creators Uh custom biomes and stuff if you have them in this case I think we only need like holiday features and um yeah that’s I think that’s mostly you But just make sure you turn on all of them anyway just to be courteous then uh create aren’t the mobs here oh it looks like we got poop uh it’s probably in the mob eggs yeah there we go we got dinosaurs that’s a long name bro what whoa there she is there’s our Puppy well it’s definitely not a puppy but still oh that’s the same one yeah look at them they probably won’t kill each other oh okay um goodness gracious well uh we know it works that’s cool uh I don’t know what else is in this oh okay wrench and stuff gross Syringe um clearly this is a good survival mod you could probably raise your own dinosaur or something might might play it later yeah and um remember you can add multiple Mods together I would say be conscious of the order that you put mods in for example if you have a uh a gun Mod uh gun mods are usually pretty delicate but mods like food mods like mods that only add items these can go at the bottom of the list I’ll show you kind of what I mean uh if we just add food expansion and then if we also add uh guns in it’ll Uh you want probably the guns to be up on top because I just mentioned they’re delicate and um they are like less likely to work the lower they are the dinosaur mod just adds in MO uh mobs so it should be fine around the middle area But if it doesn’t work you know it’s just a happy balance trying to figure out what mods work with what but you should be good from there if something in specific doesn’t work uh it probably just wasn’t meant to work like I mentioned the ads and AD website and Stuff are very Jank you’re just going to have to go through the list basically figure out which ones work just make sure you have the right expansion folders and make sure everything’s sorted well keep track of everything but um that should be it for Xbox only all right I’m now on my computer This is Microsoft Edge you don’t need a crazy computer you don’t even need a computer that plays Minecraft this is purely for uh the Microsoft you might be able to do this on your phone as well but I mean hey it’s easier on a computer um so in this case uh I Went through same process mc. PDL I just went to arcraft another mod I have not installed before so I’m hoping it works but it’s is the same process let’s go through uh4 addon full Behavior pack let’s just do top to bottom uh normally it recognizes you and doesn’t let you Get the free credits for the day but this time it does but let’s pretend that we don’t have that or we just don’t feel like using ads you uh copy the link and I already have the bypass here this is the other byass bypass website over here I was talking about let’s see if it works sometimes this one does work sometimes it doesn’t it’s kind of a hit or miss um but it did work this time that is pretty nuts and you can just kind of take this and um copy it and then all You have to do is make a folder I already have a bunch of of folders mod links and stuff um I’ll just put it in here paste and it and then all you have to do is on your uh Xbox if I switch my capture back we go uh to Microsoft Edge And obviously your it’ll be in your folder this is what it is oh looks like I broke something uh this this thing is not dealing damage but anyways I uh I hope I helped out um and I wish y’all Video Information

🚫TROUBLESHOOTING-
If you ran out of tokens for linkverse or want to avoid ads use a bypasser:
if your bypasser doesn’t work try a different bypass website. if that doesn’t work try the bypass website on PC edge, you can even try google chrome or whatever other browser, ASLONG as you get the media fire link and can save it to your edge folder.
💀If Booststellar doesn’t work on your Xbox or you find it annoying:
Just do it on your PC browser and save the media fire link to your edge folder(s).
↩️If the link doesn’t take you media fire at all:
it likely isn’t compatible with My file explorer. IF ANYBODY knows a method to get these specific links to work, please do tell.
