Hey everyone and welcome back to gregtech new horizons so between episodes i’ve just been doing a little bit of breeding on the stick right here i think that’s enough for one day though not much progress here that we made i have also just been processing more of Our materials and i did move the miners and the fluid drilling rigs as well as clean up this area next to our nuclear reactor we built last episode this thing has been working really really nicely and now allows us to power our ev blast furnaces so what Is our plan for today well we are still on the mission to move this base not this base but all the contents within the base and to do that we have to reach iv before we can get access to the void dimension to access iv we first have to Get tungsten steel and to get tungsten steel we have to go to mars and to go to mars we need tungsten steel so yeah it’s a bit of a chicken and egg situation we’ve got going on here so by visiting mars we do get a better source of Tungsten steel but like most things in the pack we have to deal with the slow way first of all so tungsten processing in the beginning before we have the mars oars is going to involve the autoclave here so we don’t have the eevee autoclave yet but we do need tungsten to Process through this thing and basically for the last three episodes the steam grinder has been grinding down all of the moonstone we got from the moon which has given us an absolute ton of moonstone dust we then have to centrifuge this for a 2.5 chance at tongue state we do also get platinum Which is really really nice as well but this is only a very very small percentage chance and it is not one to one with tungsten either i believe the tongue state we get out of this oh we actually already have four wow the tongue state we get is seven to one and I think we need seven or eight pieces of tungsten steel and the reason we need the tungsten steel is for these tier two heavy duty plates which is used for the tier 2 rocket so we’re going to let those centrifuges run for a little while and we’ll come back to that project Later on but one of the other parts we need to go to mars is some protection so we need this thermal padding and this is going to take 192 woven cotton which is a whole lot of string this is insane it’s so much string something else i’m Noticing that’s maybe a little bit more concerning than the woven cotton is actually the meteoric iron so this 216 iron string is 54 meteoric iron do we have that much oh we do okay yeah this stuff we can only find on the moon at least for the time being i think This meteor iron we actually want to thermal centrifuge for a chance at some iridium male i don’t know if we actually need that right now our thermal centrifuge is very very busy but we’ll do it anyway we have a while to wait before we actually need this stuff and Once we have the dust is this a blast furnace recipe unsurprisingly yes it is we should get a decent overclock on this thing though yeah look at that only six seconds with our overclocked blast furnace here and we don’t even need to kill this thing that is cool okay So the rest should be no problem so long as we have this woven cotton we need to do something about this So All right well it has been hours actually so let me show you what all i’ve been doing here so the cotton here there’s actually a cheaper assembler recipe it only saves one con but i mean it’s worth to do this i don’t think this woven Cotton is going to be any issue i did however actually just start working on the rest of the tier two components for this rocket most of it is the same as the tier one in fact we even need the other tier one lander we have the majority of the components in here i Didn’t want to fully craft this thing because we need the prerequisites for the quests first but the thing we’re blocked by here is the tungsten steel again so in all the time i’ve been crafting we only have 20 tongue state which is what not even three pieces of Tungsten steel and i think we’re pretty much out of moonstone dust as well yeah so rather than taking another trip back to the moon i think what we’re gonna do is actually go the other route for tungsten and we’re gonna visit the end instead so the end in this pack has been Changed slightly this is not going to be default in their dragon i don’t think it’s as strong as the chaos guardian mind you but it’s still not going to be an easy fight so before we go off and find the stronghold i would like to actually upgrade our jet pack now that We have titanium we can actually build the advanced electric jet pack we also need one of our workstations some carbon plates some titanium some platinum wire which we should have and this composite vest oh this is easy it’s just some leather and steel one steel chest plate one leather tunic which i’m actually Surprised this default recipe combine this with the hammer some advanced alloy gives us our composite vest two titanium plates two platinum wire our workstation two carbon plates and our jet pack i’m hoping this works with the charge in it we have our advanced electric jet pack actually hold on we nearly done this Last time let’s check the quest first i am so glad i checked this look it first of all wants us to make iron armor for some reason okay there’s your iron armor for the quest then we have to pick up this advanced alloy and steel chess plate that we just crafted unfortunately Oh we’re fighting with the quest pick again and we’re one advanced alloy short of course we are so we need to make all of this armor twice then this should be our quest okay now we’ve unlocked the electric jet pack advanced electric jet pack well it’s time for a little adventure Let’s see what direction the eye takes us in looks like we’re headed north [Applause] stone bricks is a good sign what are the chances this is the portal room right here i doubt it very much oh we got chest though and a creeper oh oblivion frame nice yeah i really Really want to start bees but there’s just there’s too much today ah we found it the portal room and the silverfish thor fish are very very nasty in this pack these spawners are no joke either 500 hardness on this block all right very quick resupply mission grab some potions Apparently we don’t have any netherwork for anymore so a quick trip to the nether as well may as well visit every dimension this episode where is the time in a bottle when you need it a these brain stands are so slow all right i think we’re prepared as we Can be not gonna lie though i’m a little bit terrified of this fight we’ll see how it goes where is she oh she’s in the distance over there okay let’s not waste any time then oh no oh no we’re instantly poisoned okay is that the mall Yeah we are not doing very much damage at all oh where did you go you went straight through the end island okay around half hp we’re not doing too bad to be honest geez getting fast now two hits one hit we got the ender dragon oh yeah I’m not gonna lie i didn’t think i was gonna get that there he was doing a lot of damage oh look at all the experience oh this is awesome we were looking for so much experience we got the dragon heart and we also got a lot of these shards of dragon blood And dragon essence i have no idea what these things are used for but yeah what we’re actually here for is the end stone All right well i would say that was not a bad little trip to the end and the nether so i came back to base grabbed the backpacks and then went back to fill this with endstone i also did decide to craft up the experience obelisk just in Case the enderman got any funny ideas it turns out those guys don’t like you mining at the end anyways we’re gonna send all of this ends to industry our macerator we still have a decent chunk of moonstone dust as well but the benefit of doing it with the end stone is the Recipes are much faster on end zone plus it’s easier to go to the end than it is to go to the moon so we get a five percent chance at a tiny pile when we pulverize the end stone itself then when we centrifuge the endstone dust we get a Second chance of small pile this is 12.5 percent chance along with some helium as well i’m not sure exactly what we’re going to be doing with helium at the moment but yeah this recipe in the centrifuge is much quicker than doing wood stone dust the end stone is 16 Seconds whereas moonstone is 162 seconds so yeah big big difference there it will take some time but we don’t really need that much to get our tier 2 rocket i guess we can go through our pre-departure checklist for mars yeah you know what it’s going to be a very Similar setup to the moon we will need some oxygen supplies we do also want to make sure we bring both the miners with us as well we have one here in the overworld i think it’s on iron or gold vein yeah i’m sure this is a magnetite vein here we’re on Oh there’s so many resources here as well we’ll have to do something about these chests pretty soon okay that’s one of the miners the other one i think is still in twilight forest from last episode i did go and find another lapis vein which is what 800 Blocks this way yeah right over here next to the sheep i wonder if it finished honestly i think we just stopped this just now we’ll take it either way this is enough lapis and the next thing is our two oil drilling rigs as well i would quite like to get Some more salt water which i believe also spawns on mars yeah it looks like we got soul war and also chlorobenzene and the chlorobenzene we can use in multiple different recipes primarily i think for phenol which is used in epoxy which is what one of the things we need For eevee yeah it’s actually the next quest up here for us to make epoxy resin boards i’m not exactly sure if that’s something we’ll get into before moving bases though so we may actually just hold off on the oil drilling rigs we can always take a second trip to mars later On we do also need the seismic prospector along with some squid ink the scanner wait that was the printer yeah we need that as well the scanner the printer and the assembling machine with the glue we’ll need some leather and paper to print off our books some spare seating boosted diesel to Power the various machines which looks like it’s no longer in short supply we are absolutely swimming in this stuff and i think c10 can also be used for the tier 2 rocket as well oh yes i almost forgot we also need some leaves for the oxygen Also going to take some spare locks as well or liquid oxygen this is quite useful for filling our personal oxygen supply before we get the oxygen compressor up and running on mars all right are we missing anything i don’t believe so some batteries as well we’ll take our energy crystals the only Other thing i can think of though is to empty these chests we kind of need some more storage space to bring back all the ores oh i am not looking forward to this at all oh great we need to apply the logistics all right well it has been a little While that certainly was painful emptying all of those chests and something else very painful to see is we lost our whole crop field here well almost the whole crop field we are we’re left with like the stone lilies and a couple of stick reeds it looks like The weeds got to these guys on a slightly more positive note though i do believe we have enough tongue state dust in this chest let’s see what we’re at 46 tongue stay i think that is actually enough for us plus we got all of this instant dust we Still have to send through the centrifuges again oh yeah if you’re wondering where most of those resources went basically just reshuffled the different chests so they still exist but at least we have the compressed chest to take to mars with us so yeah with the tongue State what do we have to do with this well we have to use our eva autoclave which i crafted earlier and i’ve actually set it up over here so we got a little reservoir down there for water which feeds into the autoclave i can hear an ender creeper where is he where Is he i’m a little nervous now anyways we have to send this through with sodium hydroxide on an evaclave oh this is a fast recipe nice so this is going to give us lithium dust and sodium tungsten the sodium tungsten we want to pick up for the quest definitely don’t Want to miss this thing we need to pick up four lithium all right so the fluid is the thing we’re after here we need to send this through the hv chemical reactor which is right above here and this is going to be combined with calcium chloride dust to get calcium Chloride we need calcite dust which actually spawns on the lapis veins so we have a few stacks in this chest i believe it may be scattered amongst a few of these it’s somewhere a snack and a half should be enough though and we also need hydrochloric acid which we are currently storing here And we put this inside a chemical reactor the calcium chloride goes in the hv chemical reactor with our sodium tungsten and from this we get our shellite and also some salt tungsten processing step one but once we have our shea light now what is are Going to be our next step we have to mix the she light with some more hydrochloric acid ev chemical reactor which we don’t have and i think we’re actually out of workstations as well yeah we have one is one going to be enough for a chemical reactor no we need To of course we did wait question words i wonder if we have question words here nope i think we’re crafting another one all right we’re off one more workstation we already had all the materials for it so it’s just a matter of putting it through the circuit assembling machine One more eevee more one stainless roller two plastic pipes two of our workstations a machine hull and two aluminium cable gives us our eevee chemical reactor i have no idea how we’re gonna power this thing yeah actually that is a good question how do we power this thing to get power To this ev autoclave here and amongst all of this hv stuff we’re using one transformer which only has one output on it so uh maybe we just switch out just do this make sure we get the rest of the sheet light of this hv1 yes and Now we send it through eevee with more hydrochloric acid we get our calcium chloride dust back and we got six tungstic acid dust it’s a very long process and something we’ll probably automate very soon although once we get to mars as i mentioned this is a much Easier process it cuts out some of the initial processing for this line second to last step for this tungsten acid is the blast furnace just two seconds per recipe here yeah this gives us tungsten trioxide which we then have to blast furnace once again and there’s two options here we can Either do for the ingot which takes 400 seconds or we can do the dust which takes five seconds the duster we have to mix into tungsten steel with some steel dust and then cook this once again in the blast furnace and i think this is the long recipe isn’t it i mean 130 Seconds it’ll still take a while but we don’t need that much yeah we need some hydrogen which we have absolutely loads of here and do you in fact maybe let’s turn off this one just in case you end up with any issues i did not want to Avoid any of this tungsten and actually i haven’t checked our titanium in a while i wonder how we’re doing wow 500 extra titanium that is crazy last few hours i’ve basically just been loading this with the brutale as soon as we get it through the master ears that’s a lot of titanium Hello blast furnace do you work oh it was disabled hey we got our tungsten dust is that a quest almost it wants the fuel tungsten steel okay let’s do all of this dust we will only mix this four recipes we’ll leave two dust as tungsten and i think this gives us two tungsten Steel pair yes our first two tungsten steel dust is this also our quest it wants the ingo again for we have to blast furnaces once one last time and 5 million eu which is like half a laptop crystal we’re good for power though oh yeah i did also get this information Panel working as well so 11 hours is how much fuel we have remaining in our nuclear reactor there and we’re outputting 1920 eu per tick all that was missing actually on this was just a redstone signal we are eagerly waiting in anticipation of this guy look at this 10 seconds left Oh this took all day to get this we finally have tungsten steel oh actually i didn’t check the recipe requirements in the vacuum freezer this also has to be eevee oh no oh we only have an hv vacuum freezer here all right we’re gonna do something a Little bit sneaky here just to get us to mars today we take out the envy one we’ll borrow this hv setup from the first blast furnace here place the double hv energy input on the vacuum freezer plug in the transformer and hook this up to a reactor aluminium cable aluminium cable no Explosions please this is blue alloy this should be hv running through here this is in step down mode all right this should be an ev vacuum freezer now and we should be able to kill the tungsten steel with this there it is the first tungsten stealing It i think we need two for the quest though oh it’s doing titanium again it’s weird that it prioritizes someone gets over others oh i think it’s running now okay oh yeah all right now i’m excited let’s go to mars okay we have to get our vessel first to Take us there next quest in the space race tab is for the heavy duty plating so i think i’ve got all the materials prepared except for this tungsten steel requirement let’s see if we run into any issues we need to fluid extract six of these tungsten steel ingots right it was six yeah Then we need your heavy duty alloy which is ev assembling machine we should have one of those right i remember crafting that thing yes here it is here and once again we’ll swap the machines here yeah this is eevee right here so tungsten steel goes in circuit number One heavy duty plate in tier one and meteoric iron also and we’re getting our heavy duty alloy tier 2 to turn it to the plates has to go through the implosion compressor again i hope we have enough itnt for this we had actually run out of nitric acid earlier On i always forget how much tnt this takes yeah we’re out of nitric acid again here or no what is this nitration mixture all right we’re almost there with this we also did get managed to get all of our woven cotton we have 216 here Which is going to be used for a thermal padding we have the iron string and being made in the wire mill here okay we got our 11 ingots we are left with half a tungsten steel in here but that’s okay i think we actually need one more tier Two plating for something or other it’s one of these components in the rocket i seen earlier on we’re out of tnt okay then i guess this takes more tnt per recipe yeah it’s for itnt per plate how do we get more nitric acid into this mixer here it should be coming out of Here but we are not running this distillation tower 100 of the time let me grab some more of this nitric acid i’m going to try and trouble troubleshoot this a little bit so yeah this unlocks the rest of the components for the tier 2 rocket including this thermal padding which i Guess we’ll start with we need our silicon rubber which we automated last episode the woven cotton the iron string and also some aluminium foil 15 seconds in this assembler and we need how much of this 24 yeah and then we ev assembling machine this time with more silicon rubber and more string i’m Hoping the quest accounts for the amount of string that we need let’s make sure we don’t over produce this stuff okay we got the thermal cloth let’s not make two of the same armor piece so the helmet is circuit five chest is circuit eight seven for the leggings and i think four For the boots all right how do we look ready for mars i think i prefer the nano suit to be honest we are almost ready though we need our tier 2 rocket now so we need our tier 2 rocket computer i have crafted all the materials here except for the second Heavy duty plane but this is where we use our other half and get off tungsten steel although this craft has to be in an av assembler inside the clean room and right now our clean room is only inputting mv and hv energy for this circuit assembler here we’re gonna have To move some things around i think okay so what we’re gonna do here is build an ev combustion generator i didn’t actually realize these exist i think these are new input this to an ev machine hull connect up to our fuel supply point to the correct direction and this Should give us ev power in the clean room here i don’t know how many times this guy has been moved recently so we give this thing the hv emitter the sensor the keyboard the computer case a display one of the tier two platons along with some soldering alloy we need a circuit oh Oh i know what the problem is our clean room is off well i guess we’re waiting like two minutes for this thing to heat up i guess it’s not heating up i i suppose it’s clean in the room i don’t know where this thing’s doing it takes a While before we get to 100 efficiency though in the meantime though we can make our tier 2 lander we also need the boosters here which is going to take some more compressed meteoric iron uh i don’t know how much of that we actually have left however we Do get it from the quest reward from the tier 2 play in here we’re definitely going to pick up the meteoric iron for this quest is that enough for six playing though oh no we are one short well to me eric iron short wait a second We must have some in this blast furnace please [Laughter] don’t tell me we have to go to the men for two meteoric iron oh there’s seven here okay it looks like i missed counting down the tier one plates again we are somehow nine short this whole counting thing Really doesn’t work for me does it okay there is the last tier two nine more tier ones two tier one boosters mars is further than the moon so we need some extra firepower to get us there wait do we have them yeah we have the materials for a second one Our clean room here is now 100 let’s try this craft again we need to give this some southern alloy as well yes it’s working okay 30 seconds later we have our tier 2 rocket control computer all right what else do we need is it just the rocket yeah i think it is we’ll Need two more tier one rocket engines oh it gives us all these empty canisters back we have so many of these things now four rocket fins another nose cone some small fuel canisters oh and somehow this time we have too much plane well we can use it For the next rocket i’m sure all right but i think we’re ready to assemble our tier two rocket now we do need to unlock the schematic here so we found this on the dungeon on the moon unlock schematic oh it worked okay we’ve got a slot for the tier two rocket okay Nose cone two of our boosters two of the other boosters heavy duty plane in the middle what are we missing here i think just the small fuel canisters and the rocket control awesome all right you know what i think we’re going to take off from a slightly Different location this is one of the most polluted areas in our base anyway and these rocket launchers don’t produce as much as a first thought oh yeah this thing is bigger than the tier one for sure and last time it was five cells of c10 to fill it to fill i’m Assuming this takes more fuel since we’re going further yeah five cells only takes us to 66 phil hello zombie oh he’s stuck on the rocket ah oh there’s gonna be more since i hit him yep i think this time though we will take the fuel loader just in case that Isn’t enough to get us back as well last thing we want is to be trapped on mars the sun is coming up but this is not ideal i think we go for it let’s do this three two one wait did we make it i don’t know Today our Mission is to obtain Tungstensteel, which is one of the last materials we don’t yet have to get to Mars. Our journey to the Moon left us with lots of Moon Rock which we can process for a small chance at Tungstate, however it is nowhere near enough. So we decide to take on the Ender Dragon, with the hope of being able to collect End Stone. The End Stone is a slightly faster means of collecting Tungstate, which we can therefore process into Tungstensteel. Finally we go through our Pre-Departure Checklist for Mars, and craft our T2 Rocket.
