profiler installed because profilers use resources Um I’m gonna run one on Wednesday no the Wednesday though I have a feeling I know exactly what it is no the ticks is behind it’s behind a little bit right now it’s not behind a lot but it is behind the console tells you when the ticks are behind will it uh It’s the Overworld weird and it’s back yeah no I know I was I figured that well I didn’t know I was but I figured that’s what you meant that was what my assumption was I don’t know once I get that that profiler in and I can see what exactly Like where all the Rams going and because we have 12 gigs of RAM like we have a lot of RAM on the server it’s not a ram problem it’s a something is being a jerk with the ram problem and I have a feeling it’s it’s the ad Astro extra planets because it adds a lot of stuff which is fine I mean we’re still gonna have like six or seven if I take out the extra ones yeah but that can’t you so that’s the biggest tick offender but couldn’t it be consuming a lot of RAM and it consume like and that be like why the overall’s having problems I swear I’ve had that problem before it was lagging when we weren’t necessarily using a mod but it was still oh it was still using a lot of RAM like when I turned dynamap off I noticed the difference But that wasn’t the actual problem the actual problem was there was a oversized chunk but it’s not throwing that error but last last night it was bad like it was really bad the server like last night lived at um it lived at like 30 seconds behind because of the oversized chunk Trying to make sure they know about it well I have the I have the allotment like you can set how far behind it gets I have it turned up really high because I was trying to figure out what problems were and I just never turned it Back down because what it’ll do is if it gets mine too far and it hits the whatever you have it set at it’ll reset it’ll restart the server and I don’t want it to do that like I don’t want to just randomly restart the server I want to tell it when to restart I it I don’t know um Atlas they don’t have a ram profiler installed by default because it uses Ram so you have to install one but I don’t have one installed because it uses Ram um which is what I’m gonna do on Wednesday I’m gonna install Spark and see what’s using it Dr Michael Albert the angry yeah it’s one of those things where I’ll just be restarting the server a thousand times on on Wednesday to figure out what’s what’s causing it like I’ll figure it out it’s just I have a feeling it’s it’s that though that’s using all the ram Because of the amount of blocks that it adds because it adds let’s see here one two Three four five six seven Eight it adds eight dimensions at least it adds kamino Camino orbit hot orbit whatever that is indoor orbits Tatooine hot planet oh indoor Planet I guess that’s like a lava Planet I don’t know Tatooine orbit Mustafar and I’m sure moves the far or but it doesn’t show on that there some lapis and I got a little bit of tough I can throw out profiler would say you’ve always found a high tick rate actually in that Dimension fast farming Perfect piping bed logic I don’t know um one mod pack I had Pam’s Harvest harvestcraft was the offender it when it’s when the server started up it used like three gigs um you combine Ashland you combine gold and copper dust yeah or you can do them in an alloy Smelter induction smelter I guess an alloy smelter works too I don’t know if you search it it’ll tell you how to make it doesn’t I think an alloy smelter is I spelled wrong elect stronger careful almost unkillable fell from a high place rip yeah don’t do that recipe that’s a hard One to do I do it with thermal I go to the pole where as a route because I think it’s easier foreign wait what’s that sulfur but yeah sometimes sometimes stuff will use a lot of ram to start up but then it doesn’t use a lot when the server is on That was Pam’s Harvest craft problem because you know it adds 8 000 [ __ ] items or at least it used to yeah now it’s all yeah now it’s all split up but it used to be a giant Ram offender because when the server started up it would use a ton of it Yeah and then when the server was on and you would check it wouldn’t show that it was using any like that like it wouldn’t show that it was like an offender but if you had a startup profiler installed it was it was I don’t know like I said I’ll figure it Out on Wednesday I’m sure it’ll tell me immediately when I turn on the profiler I just I have a feeling it’s it’s that the the extra planets which like I said it’s not a huge loss it’s not like anybody’s there nobody’s on any of them um it was just more potential content for Later maybe we’ll have to do a crush Tech 3.5 where we power into it they were still nice because you could come back and have a bunch of [ __ ] one two check on the tick rate It’s calmed down it’s more than just how many people are on though there’s something else going on because with 12 gigs of RAM we should be able to have like a dozen people on no problem I bet it’s I bet Ed Esther uses a ton of It when it loads up I I bet it’s that Star Wars mod I bet it uses like three or four gigs when it loads up but it doesn’t do anything while it’s active because there’s nobody there but I bet I bet it uses a [ __ ] ton of a ram just Because it’s so many dimensions it has to load and if Wednesday goes really smoothly maybe we can play Minecraft on Thursday too but I’m not going to promise anything not with how this lasts Wednesday and Thursday went and then Friday I get to beat my head against the wall about arcospheres I think I think I’m close I think I’m really close to having them where they need to be I’m just there’s something I’m
