How the LifeSteal SMP Stole My Idea

Here’s the story about how i accidentally created the lifesteal smp kind of i don’t know if i’ve ever talked about this before but i started this channel in mid 2020 as a lockdown hobby something to just do to keep me from getting bored all the time and even now

Friends to try out the plug-in and we basically just tried to steal each other’s hearts and the last one standing wins we recorded the videos everything went great the plugin worked perfectly the issues came when i tried to edit the video i opened the recording and for some

Reason obs messed up all the audio there were multiple tracks being recorded over each other everything was echoing and it was a complete mess the video was ruined and i ended up scrapping the entire thing i was so sad that i didn’t even want to re-record the video and in the

End i just forgot about the plug-in entirely that was until about 10 months later it was october at this time and i remember seeing some stuff being retweeted on twitter from some of the other smaller youtubers that i follow it’s not uncommon to see smps popping up

Every now and again and at that time it was even more common it seemed like there was a new one every week if not every day but this one caught my eye it wasn’t just another one it was called lifesteal smp uh that’s kind of crazy that’s like exactly

What i came up with at the start of the year uh okay but yeah that little fleeting glance one retweet that was pretty much all the attention i paid at the time but as the months went on i started to see more and more from the smp videos getting crazy amounts of

Views almost dream s p level stuff and s p members blowing up on youtube not gonna lie made me wonder what would have happened if i did upload that video all that time ago but i guess we’ll never know now i’m not blaming anyone in any way for copying my plugin nothing i

Coded was ever public and the only people that ever knew about it was me and my friends so no way this could have been anything like uh i don’t know stealing ideas or anything i just thought it was pretty crazy that they came up with the exact same idea and
