G’day folks it’s cortezerino and welcome to another installment in my chunk build landscaping series and today we’re doing a cherry blossom tree and just like all the other builds in my landscaping series this fits into a single chunk it’s a 16 by 16 area and it it doesn’t include these polished Diorite blocks around the outside that’s just a border around my 16 by 16 area so what you would actually do if you’re going to build this in your world is you’d take out those blocks just build the 16 by 16 area and then add some bushes and grass around it just to blend It into the environment but this build is extra special this is the fourth installment in my little series here where i’m trying to build four of these landscapes that you can all fit together so if you want to build this big 32 by 32 area then you can find All the links for the other builds in the video description and in case you’re wondering this is how the build looks without shaders and you can find a full materials list in the video description so let’s go ahead and get started and the first thing we’re going to do is Just build the tree so maybe you’re only here to get the tree you don’t care about all the other stuff around it we’ll build the tree first and we’re going to do this block for block and when we do the tutorial i’m going to consider that this is the front of the Build so this side here is the front so if i ever say the front this is what i mean okay we’re going to begin by building an 18 by 18 square this is to surround our 16 by 16 area and it’ll just make it a bit easier to Know where to place things if you put the square in but you certainly don’t have to so come around to the front side here and we’re going to come over to the right hand corner and count in diagonally seven blocks so one two three four five six On the seventh we’re going to place some dark oak so looking from the front here we’re going to place a dark oak log there one there and one there now this one’s going to be two blocks tall this one’s going to be four blocks tall then with Dark oak stairs looking from this side we’re going to put two like that swing around to the left we’ll put one there around to the back we’ll put two and finally we’ll put one there then a dark oak slab we’ll put it there then grab some grass we’ll go one two three okay Back around to the front we’re going to knock out these four blocks in the ground and put in a light source i’m using sea lanterns you can use jack-o’-lanterns or anything you like and we’re going to cover those with some green moss now turn around to the back of our build and We’re going to knock out these three on the diagonal and these three on the diagonal and then just do the same thing put in your light blocks and cover them with moss okay looking from the front again right here we’re going to place some chiseled stone bricks Now just over here behind the moss we’re going to place a smooth stone and swing around to the back of the build and just in this little spot here polished die right and we want to build these up until they are 13 blocks tall and you’re thinking cortes that does not Look like a sakura tree well that is going to help us build our tree because what we’re going to do is we’re going to build this in slices so we’re going to go level by level starting at the bottom here just adding a few blocks And then moving up to the next level and placing in more blocks and for each of these i’m going to show you a little slide of the blocks to place and in this slide you can see where those blocks are so it’s just a point of reference for you So you can just pause the video and copy those in so these are the blocks we will be placing there’s the dark oak with the bark all the way around i think there’s at least one just plain dark log there will be dark oak fences and then The leaves will be pink wool pink glazed terracotta pink glass and white stained glass so we’re just going to begin with these and yeah just using these blocks as a reference we’re going to start just on top of what we’ve built here so the first level here you can see there’s Our one two three four blocked all pillar you’ll be starting by adding this fifth layer and when you’re building this you’re going to need lots and lots of dirt because many of these blocks aren’t touching so you’ll need dirt in between them so to represent that dirt in these Slides i’ve just put down granite so you can count the number of blocks between our blocks here so go ahead and start building here is slide number one and pause the video again here’s the next level and slide number three and number four and you can see we’re Starting to use the dark oak fences and number five and in case you’re wondering the front of the build is always at the bottom of the screen number six number seven number eight we’re nearly done and finally number nine so once you’ve built all of that you should be looking like this Just go ahead and break all the diorite and stone blocks there just get rid of those and once you’ve removed those pillars just on the bit of grass where the diorite was the polish diorite pillar just placed some grass in there now come around to the frontier build And we’re going to come to the left hand side here and with stone we’re going to go one two three another one there and then andersite two of them like that then grab some stone stairs we’ll place one like that turn around to the left-hand side we’ll Do another one and then andesite stairs and keep turning around right here we’re gonna put two jungle leaves with a bit of grass and then with stone stairs we’re going to place one there and another there then turn around to the left and place a third then with an endocyte slab we’ll chuck In there we’ll go two more grass and then grab some temporary blocks in this gap we’re going to place four temporary blocks put a bit of string on top and then break those and we’ll plant a bamboo and you can either just let it grow or bone Meal it and looking from the front again we’re going to put an andesite slab stone slab and a stone block turn around to the left hand side we’ll place stone stairs turn around to the back of the build we’ll go underside stairs spin to the left again and we’ll place another stone stairs And that’s just a nice little boulder okay looking from the front again just after this bit of grass we’re going to skip a block then place a polished basalt and we’re going to leave two block gaps in between until we’ve placed three then grab some jungle leaves and we’re Going to make a little plus sign right there with an extra one on top and one in the corner now spin around to your right i’m going to do the polished basalt again just leaving the two block gaps like so and come around here what we’re going to Do is right there an undecided slab cobble slab on the left and grass right there now on top of all our basalt we’re going to place dark oak pressure plates and this is a fence so what we’re going to do is just add two chains in between These so we’ve done it there do the exact same thing right here and we can keep coming around to this side and what we’re going to do here is skip a block then we’re going to place a sea lantern in the ground with some moss on top A bit of grass beside that and then two cobble slabs with a cobble block and a lilac right there now grab jungle leaves we’re going to put eight in total sets two four six and eight and right in the middle we’re going to add another four just like so Right here we’ll place one more and over in the corner one two three and now we can swing around to the back of our build right here we’ll place a large fern then one two three acacia fences with a lantern in the middle and finish with a bit of grass right There alrighty now we’re going to start adding some path blocks and you can see i’ve taken the top off the tree just so this is easier to see so here’s the aerial view where those lapis blocks are i want you to put a path block where you can see Each of those just like that guys and now we’re going to do the exact same thing but this time we’re not doing path blocks we are placing sand into the ground so everywhere where you can see a lapis block just remove that bit of grass and replace it with sand and when You’re done you’ll be looking like this so now i want you to come to the front of the build see this bit of grass here we’re going to skip the block behind it then place a temporary block a leaf block on top and you can break That and we’re going to place a dead bush underneath and we’re going to make a little tree here so one on top and then one jungle leaf on each side like so we’re going to do two more of these so one of them was there Next one we’re going to come all the way up to this last basalt and that’s where your dead bush is going to go and up the back here that’s where the other one’s going to go so just build those two just like that guys so you’ve got your three trees now What we’re going to do is start adding some rocks in our sand so come around to our fence here we’re going to place one stone button there we’ll place another one there now just diagonally out from this bit of moss we’re going to place one there and diagonally out from this grass one There and we’ll do three more so come over to where your path is turn toward your boulder place a button right there turn your tree diagonally from the grass we’ll place one there then diagonally from this grass we’re going to skip a block and on the next one place our Button okay staying over near our path just behind this bit of grass we’re going to replace that block with some gravel knock out those two grass blocks we’re going to put in coarse dirt keeping on going here we’ll replace that one with some gravel that grass becomes cobblestone and that Grass becomes coarse dirt and we’ll do the other side of the path so we’re going to knock out those three blocks we’ll put in rooted dirt cobblestone then coarse dirt now come over to this grass block right here we’re going to knock that one out and then we’re going to knock out those And that one so the two on the sides here so that one and that one are coarse dirt and the other three are rooted dirt and then right in the corner here we’ll just place a cobblestone slab alrighty swing around to the back of our build come over next to our fence And we’re going to knock out those four blocks we’ll start with two andesite then a gravel and a stone and we’ll place an andesite slab right there we’ll plant an allium and jungle leaves on the andesite okay next to our stone we’re gonna knock out a block And we’ll knock out those two we’ll put mossy cobble coarse dirt and rooted dirt we’ll put a cobblestone slab right there and then we’re going to break those two blocks and these will have sea lanterns with moss okay now we’re going to build some park benches so we’re going to make two Of them the first one is going to go right here so place two dark oak fence gates just there and look over to here just on top of that rooted dirt we’ll place one there and another one beside it now i’ll show you how to build one and you can copy it To the other on the ends of our fence gates we’re gonna place dark oak trap doors and then holding shift we’re gonna place spruce strap doors so one on top of the traptor on the end two on top of the fence gates and one on top of that trapdoor so that’s one go Ahead build that one alrighty so now we’re just going to look at this bit of moss on the ground here just in front of that we’re gonna place a lightning rod with a lantern i know that’s overkill but i’m afraid of the dark and i like Lots and lots of light next to that we’re going to place a fern and then swing around whoops bumping into the tree swing around to the back of that park bench we’re going to place some grass on the rooted dirt then we’ll put a lilac there Large fern next to it then a jungle leaf and another and a lilac right there then back to grass we’ll place one on that side and two there okay right next to this bit of grass we’re gonna plant this little white flower then we’re gonna skip a block and place some grass just Behind the grass a pink tulip and on the cobble a flower pot with a flowering azalea then grab some grass and we’ll place it on the coarse dirt and believe it or not guys we are all done the tree probably took you over an hour to make but the rest of the garden Goes very quick so thanks for watching guys that is the conclusion to our little four-part series here i’m kind of tempted to add a few more little details to this a few more chunks uh but because there is so much detail packed into such a tiny little area i Think if i made it any bigger it’d just be a bit too hard on the eyes so i think we’ll probably leave it at that but if you’ve got any more ideas for chunk builds send them my way and i’ll see what i can come up with so thanks for Watching guys i’m curtis arena and i’ll see you later Video Information
