Hey our friends we’re drawing another cool minecraft guide today are we chuckers yeah what are we drawn an ocelot nice all right geez you got your marker yeah we hope you guys are gonna follow along with us you got something to draw with we use sharpies but you don’t have to You can use a pencil or what else colored pencil yeah yeah and we use the sharpie because it shows up really nice on the camera and i also like it because when we draw it down we usually color after and the marker still shows up even After we color it another reason is you can’t erase them huh yeah yeah it goes down permanent and so you’re not worried about too much erasing you’re not worried about trying to make it perfect we just do the drawing right yeah and then if we want to do it different the Next time we just draw it again yeah you ready to do this yeah all right dude this is gonna be fun just like our wolf and we’ve already done a wolf huh yeah yes and ocelot is a cat it’s a cat right kind of looks really cool it’s yellow and it’s got Some spots on it yeah we’re going to draw them almost just like the wolf okay so the first step for the wolf was that we drew his face right and we drew a square and we’re going to draw him kind of just like that so we’re going to draw The square first so we draw uh two two lines that make an l and we want both of those lines to be equal so this one probably could be a little longer good draw the bottom awesome dude okay that’s gonna be an awesome ocelot all right okay now let’s draw the rest Of that square so we’ll draw a line up and then that’s equal to this line and then we’ll connect the top nice okay now let’s draw his nose so we’re going to come up and it’s almost half well pretty much halfway so we’re going to draw a line here it’s going to Be another box we’re going to draw another line next to it and we want to come up halfway to the middle of the box and then we’ll connect those oh not halfway that’s all right it’s a little smaller yeah a little shorter but that’s okay keep going and we’ll Practice right yeah yes and then let’s draw his nose in there so we’ll do another box inside of that for his nose okay and then we’ll draw the side of his nose so we’re going to draw a line that comes out the side and then another line that comes down Good job now let’s draw his eyes we’re going to connect here and here yeah go ahead you can connect it even though it’s going to be a little lower that’s totally cool okay we’re practicing right okay then we’re going to come back up we’re going to draw the Other the top of his eyes so we’re going to come across and then down and we’ll do the same over here same height and then down for those good job now i kind of over i went into the nose a little further you stopped right here so watch me i’m gonna connect Almost what you did so you can come in to draw the other part of his eyes does that work it still works huh it’s pretty cool all right okay now we got his we got his face in there let’s draw the rest of his head okay so we’re going to draw a line That comes down or over i mean not down out to the right and then they’re the same length and then we’re going to connect those and that’s for the side of his head good job then we’re going to draw his ears we’re going to draw a line so we’ll Come in a little bit and then draw a little line that comes up okay and then we’re going to come over and we’re going to come back down and then we’re going to put a square right in the front see how that makes a square then we’ll come over here and we’ll do His other ear so another line same height do another line connect them and then a box dude we did his head man that was pretty easy huh yeah all right let’s do his body so we’re gonna have a little line that comes again out to the right Actually let’s keep going let’s go all the way for his body okay okay good now we’re going to do the i went kind of oh yeah i went diagonal it’s okay okay now we’re gonna draw the bottom part of his body or the front part of his body Okay so this line see that distance right there we are gonna do that same distance right here and then come back down with a line that’s equal to this one good then let’s connect those so that’s the front part of his body okay now let’s draw his legs so we’re gonna come Just down this line a little ways and we’re gonna do a line that comes all the way down okay and then stop at the bottom of his legs don’t have the longest legs but you could probably go a little further down the paper good okay now see this distance right Here we’re gonna do that same distance so about there we’re gonna bring another line down and this one should be equal with this line this should be the same distance good job okay now we’re going to split the legs okay so we’re going to do the gap in Between the legs so we want to pretend like there’s a line right in the middle and then we’re going to space it out so we’re going to do a line here and a line next to it and we want those legs to look about the same width yeah So this one got a little thick but that’s okay so we practice right but if the next time we do it you could shift it just a little to the left and then this this width would be the same as that one huh okay cool all right dude Now let’s do this he’s got a small little line right next to him right here we’re gonna go down to this corner good and then we’ll connect it to there good you did it okay let’s draw the bottom of his feet there we go awesome and then we’ll draw A little diagonal it’s slightly angled up not too not too much though all right now let’s come back here and we’re going to draw the side of his leg so we’re going to draw a line that comes down and then we’re going to draw it slightly diagonal up Good okay now we’re going to draw the rest of his body or the his belly okay so we’re going to come up angle up just a little bit good and then we’re going to come we’re going to leave a little space right here okay And we could put a dot there if we want and we want that space to be the same as this space right here see that right there this space so we’re going to have that space we’re going to come straight up from that dot about halfway through his body we’re going to come Down and connect through that dot and then stop a little short of this one yes and stop a little high so that this looks like it’s going kind of in perspective okay now let’s draw a line that’s that comes down and connects to that so we’ve finished that little gap there And then we can connect them at the top this is because his legs kind of stick out from his body on the side okay now let’s do his back legs so we want this same distance right here right okay so we’re going to do the same distance and imagine that over here and This is going to be the same it’s going to come down and be even with that line and do a straight line across good and then let’s do the same gap so you see this distance you’re gonna do that same gap right here and then that comes down to the same Same distance there and then it depends on how much space you have there i don’t have enough room i’m just going to connect the bottom but you could imagine that distance over here and draw another line that’s probably right there starts there so maybe a little wider and then you go straight Down to the same length as the one next to it and then connect it there you go so ours are a little bit different right your legs are a little further back than mine so you had more space to draw the whole leg in okay okay All right and then we can draw that little diagonal line just like we did over here on his front legs good all right let’s draw the side of his leg okay okay we’re gonna draw another line that comes out and we want this to be the same distance over here And then this is going to be a little shorter so that we can draw a diagonal line up yeah okay let’s finish his body so it’s gonna keep coming this line’s gonna keep coming a little further back past his leg come down and then back in Yeah you did it okay now let’s do his tail his tail is kind of skinny right and then it comes down and then it bends back up so let’s do an l shape just a little one here and then up okay now let’s draw the inside of his Tail so we draw a little line there and then we’ll draw a big one there and then we can connect them all right good then we’re going to draw a line straight across to the left and then we’ll draw a parallel line down for the other side of this tail Mine got a little thick that’s okay his back part of his tail is thicker than the rest okay now let’s draw the end of his tail so we draw a little line that’s parallel that one and then comes down for that part we did it dude he looks awesome hey we Gotta color him though because he doesn’t quite look like an ocelot right yeah he needs green eyes he needs to be yellow and some spots yeah all right let’s get our colors ready the colors we’re using and we’re going to use oil pastels we’re going to use chrome yellow And we’re using also a yellow ochre and the reason why we’re using two different yellows is because we’re going to do the same thing we did on the wolf and that was shade him so we we’re going to make one side darker than the other and that Will make it look like he’s 3d okay so we got a light yellow and then this is going to be our darker yellow and then we also got the brown that we’re going to use for our spots and then the green for his eyes okay okay so let’s do his eyes first Okay so we decided to do a slightly darker green to make his eyes a little bit darker huh this was too bright so the next part we’re going to do is we’re going to do his body and we’re going to simplify the whole thing i know there’s A lot more texture and stuff on there but we’re just going to do a light yellow and then the dark yellow for the shading let’s do all the bright yellow stuff and we’re going to do the front so we’re going to do the stuff on the left And then everything on the right is going to be dark you ready fast forward yeah all right let’s do it all right next step we’re going to use the dark yellow okay and our friends can pause it right now so that they can make sure that they match the same parts that We have so we left all of these other spots that we’re going to do with the dark yellow white so that we can co go over it now okay okay good job okay now let’s get our brown dude and we’re gonna do his nose dark brown and then also his tail over here Although i think this should be black i’m not i’m not positive it probably should be black but let’s do a brown anyways okay not awesome he looks really cool now we could leave him like this but he doesn’t quite look finished right he needs a Spot but you can tell that he looks 3d huh so it looks like the light’s shining from this side because this side the left side of his body is brighter than the right side and so that means that there’s shadow on this side of his body cool yeah looks like he’s almost Sticking out of the paper yeah all right should we do the texture okay so let’s just do we’re just gonna do a few boxes on his on his legs so we’ll do one over here so we’re gonna draw just draw it with our oil pastels we’ll draw a line out line in Little box and then we’re gonna do another box and he has a lot of texture but we’re just gonna try and keep this simple so it’s easy do another box in the same spot on his other leg okay now we can do another box on this side up here closer to his body Okay now let’s go over here on the side of his leg and we’ll do a little box right here a little higher on his leg and then we’re gonna do another box even higher but we’ll do on the back side of his leg there awesome okay now let’s do it on The side of his on the side of his head we’ll do a little box right here next to his eye okay we’ll do it the same height of his eye little box then we can also do another one right here on his body okay let’s do some more spots on the Side of his body okay so we’ll come in between his legs and do a square there and you really can just kind of mix these wherever you want it it’s kind of hard to line them up and make them perfect so just put a little couple Squares and spread them out and you can kind of make them random all right cool let’s put us let’s put some stripes or some boxes texture on his tail we can do a couple on there like that and then i’m gonna do i’m gonna do some on his back legs too and i Think these should be a little bit lighter but we’ll just put them on there anyway now if we want we could do the little texture on his face we could use the dark yellow that we had since it’s not as brown right and do some eyebrows He’s got like a texture that goes over his eyes that looks cool huh yeah and then we could do a little dark texture under under his eyes too and that’ll really make him look like an ocelot dude good job man give me five i always love getting a five after we’re done Drawing it makes me feel good inside did you have fun yeah you promised yes now my favorite part was that we did this together that was my ultimate favorite part of this drawing what was your favorite part and the drawing he turned out really awesome do you know what would be super cool If we drew a wolf and an ocelot right next to each other that would be way cool yeah and we should add a creeper too aren’t creepers really afraid of ocelots a tamed ocelot they’re really scared of cool we should do that together we could draw that the creeper like running away Like he’s freaked out yeah that would be awesome now it’s okay that our drawings look a little different right yeah because what do we always say the most important thing is to have fun yes and we hope that you
