Hey everyone my name is hydro and today i’m going to be showing you guys how to fix the privacy settings error for minecraft bedrock edition now i did make a video a while ago explaining how to fix this on the pocket edition version of minecraft but then a ton of you guys couldn’t Access the site and a huge thanks to christina de la cruz who actually told me what’s what the problem was and that’s how i’m making this video so again a massive thank you to christina de la cruz and now let’s begin so this will work for all versions of bedrock not just pocket Edition so yeah all right now let’s begin all right firstly what you want to do is open up your web browser and type in microsoft alright so microsoft.com all the links will be in the description down below so that you’re just one click away And now what you want to do is click on your your profile if you if you haven’t signed in you do need to sign in and then you can click on your profile and click on my microsoft account now it’s going to take you to a new tab it’s Going to redirect you to this new tab all right over here all right so once you’re on this page you want to click on your info right so this is the tab and it will redirect you to this page where it shows you your email id Your date of birth and your region or country and what you want to do is edit date of birth if you have an account that is lesser than 18 plus so yeah that’s the reason why the page wasn’t loading guys so if your account is lesser than an 18 plus so basically a child’s account if your microsoft account is a child’s account the that page won’t load up the privacy settings page won’t load up so now what you want to do is click on edit date of birth all right and i’m just going to change it to before 2002 So if you change it to before 2002 it’s automatically 18 plus so it doesn’t really matter i’m just going to click on 1998 and hit on save all right now that this per personal information is saved all right now what you want to do is go Scroll down here and go to your xbox profile all right so i’m going into my xbox profile as you can see and over here we have two options again customize and privacy settings we’re just gonna hit on privacy settings and it’s going to take us to another new Page and yeah let it load up all right so this is it and what we want to do is go into xbox one slash windows 10 safety online safety now that we can finally access this page just hit on allow on everything that you want remember you don’t have to hit allow on Everything you can just read and find out what you like and you can hit allow on that and click on submit and it will automatically save this form and now what we now what you’re going to do is launch minecraft and i’ll show you guys this That this problem is fixed all right so i’m back in minecraft and it’s the same account as you can see hydro form 12 and now i’m just gonna click on play and as you guys can see it is currently fetching them and voila okay let it load resource Packs i just showed you guys look at this guys so my realm is expired and it’s actually showing this i can actually do you know play with my friends and also join servers so yeah that’s it for the fixed case so if you did enjoy this video Leave a like subscribe if you haven’t already and i’ll see you in the next video goodbye Video Information
