To make the third life smp with commands in java and bedrock edition now i could have made a tutorial that works for both versions however i decided to instead make two tutorials in one video that one works for java edition and the other for bedrock so there will be a timestamp in

The comments section to doing bedrock edition but for now let’s get into the job edition first you’re going to do a few commands slash team add red yellow and green slash team modify green color then green do the same thing with red and yellow now you’re going to want to do slash team

Join green all players now you’re currently on the green team next do scoreboard objectives add then you’re gonna do minecraft.custom minecraft deaths you’re gonna have to run this for every player but with a different name for the command for example death 17 for me now do scoreboard Objectives add life find something that’s possible but is not really going to happen like no one’s going to break into the right hole next do you slash scoreboard add objectives add subtract and once again something that’s not going to happen now do slash scoreboard Players add all players to subtract and you’re gonna have a score of one then at the player you’re working on to the custom deaths with a score of zero and then once again at the player you’re working on to life with a score of three also you’re going to have to repeat all

Of those commands in these next command box for every player except for subtract out of this you’re going to put a command block line that looks like this and in the command box you’re going to put the following commands in one scoreboard players set player working on deaths zero

And in the other one you’re going to put scoreboard players operation the player you’re working on life minus equal the player you work on again subtract next you’re going to add these command blocks the repeating command blocks you’re going to do execute if score the player work on life matches 0

And going up by one the regular command block across from the repeating command block that’s zero in it you’re gonna wanna do game mode spectator than the person you’re working on do team join red player workout or yellow or green and now you’re done you just have to

Repeat this for every player and then it should have it so every player will always start in their green life and then once they’re killed they’ll turn to the their yellow life once they’re killed again red life and killed one more time spectator for the better our condition part of

This tutorial it’s much simpler however it does have its cons first off it does not show the color of your name or what life you’re on but the game will know it and also using beds respawn anchors or going through the end portal will break the

Game all you have to do is make tons of bedrock cages and have the first one beat world spawn in it you’re gonna have a pressure plate and underneath have some command blocks what those command blocks will do is one set the spawn point of the nearest player at p

To another cage which could be close or as far as you want and the other one which will tp the player to world spawn by having multiple of these you can make it so the player has three lives or however many you want and then the last one can just put them
