Do you want to go see what old minecraft was like what is up guys it is farsi here and today i’m going to teach you how to simply and safely go play older versions of java minecraft so the first thing you should do is make a backup of Any important worlds just in case there’s some issue with corruption in your launcher so make sure you back up any worlds you care about now open up your minecraft launcher to do this double-click the minecraft icon on your desktop now click on the word installations now go to this little Versions tab and click on historical this is going to mean any older versions will run in a different directory which will definitely put you out of harm’s way so click that on now go to this plus sign and hit new we’re going to make a new account for this older version and I’m just going to name it old mc now go find your old version now the further back you go the buggier it gets so make sure if you go all the way back to alpha expect crashing expect glitching i’m just gonna go up to like let’s just say 1.0 okay we’ll do that now this is all set you’re going to click create and then you’re going to click play okay we are all set to play but make sure if you make a new world you’re all set you’re fine but if you are playing On an older world these old versions are very likely to corrupt the world so make one or maybe even two backups of any important worlds like i did now i’m just going to make a new world to avoid any risk i’m just gonna go survival create New world but you’re going to see as soon as you load in you are in the old minecraft and it’s super nostalgic super fun i feel super slow too by the way geez but yeah this is how you do it and that is how you do it guys be safe be Careful but enjoy those glory old days if you want to see more easy tutorials like this make sure to subscribe and hit the bell it helps me out quite a lot but anyways guys thanks so much for watching make sure to like subscribe do all the Good stuff and i’ll talk to you guys next time so until then goodbye you Video Information
