Hey there my name is juror Crafton welcome I think we all know what a Minecraft village looks like right usually lacking in detail creativity and sometimes looking like an absolute atrocity well in this series I’m gonna be showing you guys how you can transform each and every single Minecraft building found in a Minecraft village and in today’s episode I’m going to be showing you how to transform the church so sit back relax and enjoy now to kick off this video I’m gonna start by transforming the entrance of the church it’s absolutely atrocious and this Building needs a lot of work I’m going to empty out the inside of the church and I’m gonna push the entrance a block further in I’m gonna try my best not to get carried away with this building but you know me I tend to get carried away I’m gonna add in as much detail as I can and we definitely need to add in some woods so some liquid pillars some spruce woods and I’m gonna even start adding a roof I mean this is important I’m gonna start using some spruce wood stairs to Actually get this roof going and to make sure it has a little bit more extra detail I’m going to add two layers to the roof instead of one now although I did expand on the size of the building I did try my best to keep to the original Design of the church so initially it does have the same shape it’s just slightly wider and I think it’s a lot more fitting for this style of Church definitely adding as much detail as I can using some cobblestone wall and some fence it’s very important if you want to Make your buildings look as amazing as possible I’m also going to go straight into adding a gravel path and some extra decoration but guys the idea of this video is not a step-by-step tutorial but to actually give you guys some tips and ideas into building your own creations Although if you guys do want to step-by-step tutorial video just smash that like button and leave a comment below and I’ll definitely consider it now for the back of the building I’m actually going to expand on the size once again just kind of extending outwards and I’m gonna stick to the Original design used at the front of the building so the back of the building is practically the same Kai the style and shape the only difference now though is that I will be adding a window instead of obviously an entrance into the church so all that’s left to do Now is finish off the back of the church before we actually move on to the tower so I’m just adding in some extra spruce with blocks to finish off the ceiling and then of course adding in a bit of extra decoration to make it look a bit more lively So now we can jump straight into the main feature that this church has to offer and that is the tower now I hate seeing flat surface walls on buildings like why use a flat cobblestone wall when you can actually use some stair blocks to give the building that extra Bit of edge that you need to make the building a lot more detailed and more decorative I’ve also given this tower across using some cobblestone wall doesn’t necessarily need to be across you can always add in just some windows and again I’ve been using a combination of spruce wood stairs and stone brick Stairs to make the top piece of this tower now this is where things got a slight bit more complicated so if you were trying to replicate this building into your medieval towns and cities from watching this video you might find this part of the video to be a slight bit More challenging I did use a variation of blocks from spruce wood slab to spruce with full blocks to spruce with stairs to come up with a very unique kind of roof you have to be very patient when you’re coming up with a decent roof design and just kind of use a variation Of shapes and sizes it’s very very hard to give tips and ideas into building this roof but hopefully from watching this video you can actually come up with something decent yourself also to finish off this design I decided to give the church one extra feature using some Spruce wood fence and that is a nice big cross right on the top of the tower right guys so once you finish the outside of the church don’t walk into the church and panic okay it’s not as bad as it seems all you have to do is Remove all those blocks that are no longer needed and these are blocks that were actually left over from the previous design now as you can see I’m pretty much fixing everything up even using the same kind of design and technique that I used on the outside of the building using some cobblestone wall And some fence to actually put this all together I’m even using some spruce with stairs on the roof now a very helpful tip when you’re adding some lighting to your church is that you can actually hide some glowstone right underneath the carpet this is perfect and you don’t Have to use those nasty default torches that I absolutely dislike I don’t like the look of them I rather just hide some glowstone and add in all that extra lighting guys to finish off the interior pretty much I’m adding some flower pots we got some carpet they’ve got a nice altar even a Cross at the very end of the building right guys so there it is the new church is finally complete and looking better than ever although if you do need a step-by-step tutorial video don’t forget to let me know in the comments below guys become epically awesome today
