views so he’s a pretty popular guy is what I’m trying to say and um he decided Well let’s look at it let’s take A look at it here we go I mean he kind of deserves that watching that [ __ ] video oh foreign so he’s going over to kick kick has signed another content creator I will say that it seems like this has been the most controversial kick signing so far we’re going to talk a little bit About why that is fousey assigned as well I believe fousey was not controversial there’s nobody from fouseytube’s audience that thought to themselves oh well I ethically you know I used to watch fousey but now that he’s on this uh this gambling website that’s a bridge too far let’s be honest and so Sapnot better have gotten the bag because I’ve never seen someone’s fan base turn on them so fast now this is important to keep in mind this is not his entire fan base this is a small subset of individuals that are on Twitter this is 700 people But we will read some of the actually let’s go ahead um let’s look I think it was tubbo that said something about this tubbo is part of the same Minecraft Community oh [ __ ] he deleted the clip how money greedy do you have to be to sign up on one of the Most god-awful platforms knowing that most of your fans are majority POC or LGBT Plus I don’t necessarily know if the majority of them are that I don’t know I mean how do you really uh does this person know that I think that they um POC uh people of color like minorities Uh racial minorities uh I I think that I think this person probably just made that part up but yeah let me see I’ll I’ll pull up like frankly the majority of sat nav’s demographic is people in communities such as lgbtqa plus um younger demographic and stuff like that I feel like this I would say younger probably is true I I I I mean I I don’t think that the majority of them are LGBT plus like I I just I I doubt that just based off of demographics but younger for sure we can go with younger platform is not a safe place to be L’s like there’s a lot of these you know I I Would say all that you mean xiai I think that all of that is way worse than than kick how’s kick anti-trans or black it’s nothing like rumble or even Twitter well in terms of saying that it’s like it’s unsafe is being able to type something into a chat room Without it getting banned does that make a platform unsafe I think that if you want to use that logic um you know Twitter X is more unsafe than uh than Kik is I I think that we also should be a little bit more honest here like are we really worried about our Safety whenever somebody types A mean message into chat unless it is a threat of violence which of course should be banned I I don’t think that we should be talking about safety it’s very uh hyperbolic in my opinion however tubbo does have a point He he does have a point and I think that if you cultivate an audience the Minecraft audience they are a lot younger I do think that it was kind of weird to see somebody who is part of that Minecraft audience take a deal with Kik because kick does have kind of a bad Reputation in this stuff and they do say like you know Aiden Ross is saying to to kill trans people and stuff like that that’s kind of bad right I mean can we be honest that’s kind of bad and so it was surprising for me to see This happen now why did it happen does anybody know why this deal happened oh God oh my God what is the word Community yeah I think Community exactly Community is the word and so yes uh obviously wants to build the community over on Kik and so yes Community is of course where bird is the word yes I I think that’s probably about accurate too so yeah um a lot of his fan base is pretty pissed off about this people are mad because they feel like this is a guy information on Sat Nav this is like a I Guess some sort of fan account uh we wanted to let you all know that we will not be updating when sapnap goes live on kick out of respect for our admins the people of color and part of the LGBT community uh anyone’s part of Snapchat Community who are also we do not feel Comfortable supporting this app as it is not a safe space okay next uh I I again I I’m really not going to take this super seriously whenever I think that there’s like way worse stuff on the on the website that they’re posting on I’m really not going to take This very seriously like it is of course it matters to these people but it is not a truly principled stance all of the internet is not safe no I don’t think it is safe space on the internet where’d this idea come from well people can congregate and create whatever spaces They want I just don’t think they can expect everything else to to be the exact same let’s see here not going to listen to anyone say sapnap ain’t no kick is bad everyone knows and now he’s bringing more people to an entirely bigoted ass app fostering a worse Community than than ever before I will have to tell you that one of the hundred racism accounts on the website that you are using probably has more daily visitors than the entirety of kick but people are not going to and this is really what I think the problem is right is that you have these people who are Criticizing sapnap for taking a multi-million dollar deal this is a multi like they probably paid him I don’t know three let’s say three million dollars so how are you going to criticize somebody for taking three million dollars when meanwhile you will not even forego your own personal entertainment To use an app to be consistent with your moral values I’m sorry like I’m sorry I think this is ridiculous I think how are you gonna criticize somebody on Twitter for this [ __ ] whenever you’re on Twitter it’s crazy asthma is on the side of the streamers Well how can I be on the side of the streamers if the streamers aren’t all on the same side foreign safe about a web page I will concede this I think that saying that a website is unsafe for people whenever people can experience threats of violence threats of real life Violence even if they are not credible I think that that’s fair I think it’s fair to say that it is not it is unsafe if you can experience threats of violence so everywhere I think it’s to a degree right I mean to a degree some people do get real spooked yeah and Then also sometimes it happens uh nothing against the law oh threatening somebody legitimately like saying that you’re gonna like kill somebody or like having any sort of like real threat on the internet yeah that’s against the law that is it’s not like the Internet isn’t real Like what you say on the Internet comments but um Uh cake promotes gambling to Children I’m not cool with it well I mean like how does it really promote gambling to children in a way that twitch doesn’t I mean are there not uh is the that complicated is it but yeah I think this is a situation where like really like ultimately super right like I think tubbell has a point with what he’s saying I also don’t think it’s Really that big of a deal if he does it and I think that there’s a lot of people that are being hypocritical by talking about it and like really criticizing them a lot but sure there’s kind of a point to be made so this is a situation I figured I’d Talk about it there’s no real uh um you know winner I guess you could say or anything like that and uh that’s it do we not just see the power of these streamers and in Ross promotes gambling to kids look at his audience yeah I mean Okay well then if you don’t like it like so what if you don’t like it I don’t get it he’s a grown ass man but if here’s the thing is that if you don’t want your kid watching advertisements for gambling take an interest in his life and stop Him looking at content for gambling you’re really telling me that you can’t figure out your own kids finances whenever they’re 13 years old I don’t think so are you against gambling these types of games are in general because it affects the kids I think parents need to take a bigger role I don’t think that there should be any time that a video game should allow you like and I will say this again I’ve said this before in a perfect world some people aren’t going to like this I have a lot of fans from the Middle East they will No drinking no drugs no gambling no smoking none Nobody Does it it never happens no pork ah Bacon’s okay Haram but I just I I know that I don’t have the uh you know do I have the moral authority to push that on everybody else so opioids are Fine oh I think prescription drugs and painkillers are completely acceptable and it’s a completely different Paradigm than taking Fentanyl and other recreational drugs I think taking any drug that you need to take in order to help you with like chronic pain is completely acceptable uh my dad’s had That happen and
