What’s up everybody welcome back to another episode of Hermit back on the her minecraft server oh yeah guys so last episode you know we set up this thing the thermal evaporator yes we are piping in water into the thermal evaporator it is heating up from the

Solar panels on the top of it so it’s keeping this thing pretty warm almost uh well let’s see almost 700 C I think it goes up during the daytime and that temperature goes down during the night time so it’s constantly doing something it looks like but yeah we’re turning water into brine

Yes and we’re taking that brine we’re separating out the sodium and the chlorine from that I believe is what we’re doing lots of different crazy things trying to get this 5 X or processing online from mechanism so already we have a crusher here that’s taking cobblestone crushing that into

Gravel that’s putting it over here I’m not sure why this is not working I just got done rearranging some of these machines so it might be broken I’ll have to look at this anyway I just got done rearranging the machine so I can move it

Over we’re gonna be adding in a few more machines here anyway this supposed to take cobblestone turn to gravel the gravel gets put over here into our craft or turned into Flint – Flint gets crushed and the crusher here turn into gunpowder and then the gunpowder gets

Infused or I guess inject it with hydrogen chloride and turns into sulphur makes sense so the next step of this process we need to take that sulfur and then we need to let’s see the sulfur needs to be mixed with I guess the chemical oxidizer this thing right here

So I made 2 machines we have a chemical oxidizing we have chemical infuser I think well actually let’s set this down before I think let’s just see how this thing worked ok so it looks like we have power going out the side and I would imagine that the fluid comes out

This front part so I’m not sure how this thing is all gonna work so we got to figure this out yeah I imagine powers gonna go right there let me grab a conduit grab one of these guys should work just fine ok we have power we got

Power so now we got to feed this thing yeah sulfur dust and then oxidized and I’ll turn into sulfur dioxide okay so let’s try doing that if we set the configure we set this to output dark blue which is the auto eject on we did I

Auto eject that Auto checked on it is not receiving anything yeah these machines are weird sometimes like sometimes they automatically eject sometimes they don’t hmm I feel like there might be a sitting in here that I have mistakenly done I’ll go ahead and figure that out you can

Also change these colors from the transporter which actually I don’t think that effects this maybe we have to just pull it out with a pipe I mean if that’s if that’s the case that’s fine I’ve had to do that before and a few different things so let’s grab we’ll try this more

Conduit will grab item conduit this time we’ll pull out sulfur we’ll probably want a filter maybe I don’t know if we need the filter we might even I’ll grab one anyway so we want to pull out the sulfur from here put it over here so with this

Machine we need to see on the back now that’s a bomb on the back you want to output okay and then on we are gonna set this to always active here we’ll say insert now we should be getting something always active extract so why is that now working we click the button

Oh on the back says dark blue eject on mmm yep there is something either I have done something incorrectly or there’s something oh maybe it’s the insert maybe at the back of this machine there is no configuration for the back of this machine to insert so hmm okay well let

Confused I thought this was the front of the machine because I’ve seen other machines look like that like for instance this one down here the chemical infuser I guess the one that I have in my inventory right now we set that down facing forward we can see has got the

Little thing on it right anyway so this is the front of the machine it accepts items from the left and it sends out gasses to the right right okay so all right guess a fluid or whatever whatever sulphur dioxide is I guess I might be a

Gas anyway so with the machine set up like this this machine is now ejecting the sulphur directly into there so we don’t really need any pipes okay so now we can take the resulting sulfur dioxide from here and we can set it into a chemical infuser like so so we need to

Take the chemical fuser we need to take the sulfur dioxide and mix it with oxygen yeah that’s the next step right now and that would give us sulphur trioxide as the result mm-hmm then we all go from there so our oxygen is down here where we’re separating water and hydrogen they’re separating

Water into hydrogen and oxygen we’re using the hydrogen into our chemical infuser here but now we need that oxygen so now I need to run like a gas pipe under here or something and up into this machine I guess on this side so I’ll go ahead and just get some the mechanism

Pipes here which my wireless thing we’re just using the basic version of these pipes – there’s a different versions of these and I haven’t needed to use the upgraded ones I’m not really sure what those will do for us but anyway we’ll go ahead and do something like that we’ll

Bring this down I’ll figure out how to run that over to get the oxygen out of here and we’ll be right back guys all right guys well I’ve added a little bit more to this our chemical oxidizer is now oxidizing the sulphur which is going into our chemical infuser so we get the

Sulfur dioxide here we have the oxygen now being piped in and now we’re making a sulphur trioxide that sulfur trioxide we’re having it being ejected directly into another chemical infuser right here so that is completely full now the other thing we need to do with this guy is we

Need to give it some water vapor so in order to do that we need a rotary Condon sinn treat or this guy look so apparently you pipe in water you get out water vapor okay so let’s check that out that’s gonna be another gasp of water vapor

Right so we can go ahead and just bring a gas tube down and like soo I’m not sure the best way to do this maybe this way facing it this way and which size this which I guess we could try connecting okay so this is a side that

We want going up there so I guess we face it this way I need to grab the configurator otherwise you know crashing the client have you break these mechanism pipes in this version for whatever reason so he’s you guys switch out over to wrench we can wrench that

Place that so that goes there and then we could put down our pressurized tubing where like so okay so that should get us our water vapor up into the machine that we want we just need to get some water over here I assume that this is how you

Connect the water port oh do I not have those I thought I had the tubing’s on me I don’t okay let’s grab these basic mechanical pipes to a boil just use the same reservoir that we’ve been using connect to that and I guess we’ll just connect over right like so cool alright

So we just need to flip this so it ejects water uh-huh okay so now this should be filling up with water rate it doesn’t appear to be okay uh well let’s take a look at this for a second and this is the front and we don’t have a

Configuration option on this one either huh okay so it’s probably gonna be like it has to go into one side or the other so we can try connecting it to multiple different phases that doesn’t wanna connect that doesn’t want to connect it looks like you disconnect here I wonder

If I have to set this thing um fluids like this oh whoops I didn’t know you can wrench these machines I guess we want this to be the front okay so that should be pushing the fluid in if they can go in but doesn’t look like things are going in here

So yeah water had to go into the watery contents and treater which turns into water vapor which should go up here but why it’s not going in I am Not sure it doesn’t go into the top does it maybe nope it does look like it connects to

This side so I’m gonna have to figure this out yet again man it seems like there’s the things that mechanism seems like they should be a lot easier than what they are but I seem to be struggling quite a lot with just the basic connecting these machines hmm hey

Water by pressing this button okay so I press the button return water into the water vapor this is what we want it to do and now we have the gas cooling up here the gas is empty so yes we need to go ahead and set our configurator once

Again to configure gasses and set this to extract like soap so now we got water vapor going up there okay so now we got water vapor we have sulphur trioxide now we’re getting sulfuric acid right so this is pretty much what we needed to do what we’re trying to do originally if we

Grow to osmium or when you look at the uses for this we click the back right here so sulfuric acid plus osmium ore equals osmium slurry so this is where we needed to be now I just need to make the chemical dissolution chamber we invite the sulfuric acid into it and then we

Can make ourselves the slurry so hmm it was quite the operation to get this thing going it looks quite messy here too I don’t know if there’s a nicer way to get these machines to look better together there’s probably ways where you can run the pipes and spread them out a little

Bit more and all that kind of stuff but for now I think we’re gonna just be okay so we’ll figure out how we’re going to get this into whatever our next machine is the chemical dissolution chamber we might just run a fluid pipe down then over into whoever we’re gonna set that up

Took it to the highest level so it is now 16 blocks tall yeah but it seemed like the real problem though wasn’t the fact how tall this was I wasn’t really sure what increasing the size of this did if that made it so I made brine faster or whatever it doesn’t appear to

Affect the speed I think that just affects the inner tank like how much water it can hold on reserve I think anyway so I tried swapping out our reservoir that we had here with the transfer pipe I guess the the transfer fluid from extra utilities to I even put

In 20 upgrade speeds in here 20 of them so we’re using Oh a decent amount of power here actually we’re not not the full amount this is there oh maybe it is so it says currently we’re using to grid power and we put that in there and all

20 of them we’re using a hundred and two so that requires a hundred power to do that now if we look over here and see we’re empty so I thought maybe adding an upgrade stack in here would do something fluid stacks seem to be a thing that was

In the older extra utilities I tried that doesn’t appear to be doing anything as far as like increasing how much water this thing is making another thing to note is it looks like this transfer pipe is not connected but it is in fact transferring water to this valve okay so

I pulled out the old torture reno’s as like another trick that we could do so if we set this to a 200% increase it starts barely gaining a little bit of water in fact it might have to catch up now I’m not sure we could set this to

400 though and that’ll start gaining a little bit of water here so yeah we are really really stuck right now on getting water to thing to make brine and you see that’s the temperature is still going up yeah the temperature definitely goes down during the day and I think as the

Temperature goes up the production goes up is what this is happening so it’s gonna be coming nighttime here fairly soon I think yeah the Sun is going down we’re late in the day so we’re gonna start cooling off once again and then the production is gonna go down once

Again but it kind of sucks right now that we have to use that torture II know in order to keep this thing full of water now I suppose we could use more of these transfer nude fluids around or you can use more reservoirs for all piping

In at the same time to try and keep this thing going I know that people had mentioned that there was a pump from mechanism specifically for that I think it’s actually called a water pump actually there’s just search pump maybe spelled like an electric pump or something immersive engineering Betania well I

Thought there was one in here I think isn’t it before electric pump yeah I think it’s this one right here that you can use to pump in water no I don’t know how this thing works I haven’t given it a shot yet I don’t know I said you just

Put into a source block and it pulls a limited water or if you have to do like the infinite water source thing and then do it I’ll figure that out but I think that’s gonna be our next steps I really don’t wanna have to rely on torture

Reno’s like I said before and I don’t really like the fact that we’re using so much grid power to try and keep that going but all that brine is being used right now well we’re really running low on that stuff because I wouldn’t hand I put the speed in the energy upgrading

All of these machines so yeah the Brian is being separated right here into the sodium and the chlorine yeah we are just not keeping up we’re constantly making the hydrogen chloride which being piped up into this machine here yeah trying to go into the gun powder to make more sulfur yeah so

Anyway I’m gonna go ahead and see what else we can come up with don’t like that don’t want to use the torch arena as if possible upgrade stack doesn’t seem to work and to have 20 of those in there’s usually like a hundred GP on that one

Liquid transfer note I’m not so happy about that so let me try a few more things and we’ll be back guys alright guys well I tried a few different ways to get water here and ended up just going with the mechanism electric pump now this is like all the other mechanism machines where

You can put an upgrade so one pump by itself was doing like half a bucket maybe twice a second something like that but yeah we put in the speed upgrades got all eight of those in here we got the energy upgrades in here all you know

Those and it does use 400 RF per tick and it’s like constantly going I did upgrade our pipes here the mechanical pipes of the advanced versions we could use the the and Rio ones but I just figured well just go ahead and use the mechanical pipes from a mechanism to do

This so yeah we are now creating enough of water where we are getting a surplus we had to use two of those pumps by the way I tried making one like I said it didn’t work in with all the upgrades so I was like you know what let’s make

Three of them so I did make up a third one I had it here but then I realized you know we probably don’t need three and I trade with just two and yeah I’m sure enough it works when they’re fully upgraded so yeah we’re using 800 RF per

Tick to get all the water in this thing is that the best way of doing it I don’t know but it is gonna keep this thing full and it won’t be using the full 800 RF protect what’s it’s full they’d only be using enough power to keep it you

Know topped up right so anyway we’re up to making 70 mil Ibaka’s per tick of brine which we’re still using constantly it’s not getting a surplus over here soon as it makes it it’s gone so um I don’t know maybe we’re gonna end up having to make a second one of these

Thermal evaporators I honestly don’t know what’s gonna happen here but I think eventually down below but I guess in our main mechanism room over here when we’re trying to do the five times we’re processing all of this stuff will you know finish up it’s like trying to

Make extras right now let’s see what we got here as far as this goes yeah we’re still we’re making the hydrogen chloride decently fast and it’s still making the sulphur decently fast but oh yeah I guess we did fill up here we’re starting to give it a slight surplus but once we

Start using some of this sulfuric acid we’ll start using these things I don’t know like how fast we’ll use it though like if we process one word does it have to make you know like five more of these the gunpowder’s into the sulfur these are things we’ll have to find out as we

Continue on but anyway we got a lot of this stuff solved for right now so now we gotta get that sulfuric acid into the other machine so we can start making a slurry I’m gonna work on that next and we’ll be right back oh so yeah we’re using quite a bit of

Power now with all these mechanism machines and things we have going on around here thankfully we have a large power supply mm-hmm and then we have a decent amount of power generation yeah when those generators kick on I think we make like 20,000 mm RF per tick

Or 18,000 anyway we’re making more than what we’re using so it’s still enough to fill this battery back up when we need it yeah I just saw that was like whoa we’re using a lot of power because not too long ago I looked at then we’re only

Using like 400 or something anyway just thought I’d point that out to you guys so I just got done making the next three machines that we need for this operation we got the chemical dissolution chamber we put the ores in here with the sulfuric acid and it makes that slurry

That sorry we’ll go over here to the chemical washer we put the slurry in with some water and that gives us a clean or slurry I guess is what that’s going to be called and that’ll go over to the chemical crystallizer and that will give us crystals yeah from here we

Have to set up another process to start doing things with those crystals but I think we’ll probably do that another day if we can get to this point that’ll make me happy so we need to get sulfuric acid into this I assume we can pipe in the

Sulfuric acid from any side as it seems to me like the larger openings like this are for item transports I guess I’m not sure I don’t know if we put water into the top of this thing cuz I don’t think you put in you items in this maybe their

Larger openings are for fluids to go in yeah honestly I don’t know anyway let’s go ahead and start trying some things here so we will grab ourselves some more the dope that basic mechanical know we want the pressurized to use because I think that sulfuric acid I think this

Isn’t a gas form right now let’s go and try that will we’ll listen make sure we got our configurator set to gases and we extract yeah okay so that’s gonna be a gas coming out as the sulfuric acid so we might have to run that underneath it over here let’s see

Do we have any room to do that you know I think we do have a room I haven’t even done anything with this stuff over here okay so the sulfuric acid is gonna be coming out from right here so let’s go ahead and run that down well it placed a

Pipe wrong I connected the wrong gas pipe to the wrong thing everything is messed up I quickly went to switch my pickaxe and break it and that crashes the game because I didn’t use the wrench the configurator yep so anyway we got the sulfuric acid coming up here into

Our chemical dissolution chamber so yes we are collecting this stuff quite nicely now we do have basically mechanical pipe connected down to our main water line down there going into this thing and that should be ejecting everything over here so I haven’t tried this yet I assume everything’s gonna

Work I have not given these any speed upgrades either so that’s something we’re gonna have to do but let’s just take one osmium ore here let’s throw it into this thing let’s just kind of see what happens so without any speed upgrades that goes quite quickly and

Then that goes over here to make a slurry and that is doing stuff and then that is just automatically coming over here and making osmium it looks like clean osmium slurry nice so just putting the machines next to each other no configuration settings used just dropping them down left to right just

Like this and there you go there’s an osmium crystal now I assume it should get like four or five of these from the slurry I’m not exactly sure how that works probably five I think this is five times or processing right we got everything over here okay so it’s still

Doing a slurry and it’s still cleaning it yeah the server seems like it’s a little bit laggy I’m not sure if that’s the server right now or if that’s my internet I think as the server is acting just a little bit laggy um yeah so we

Got four of those crystals now well how many are we supposed to get from one or that’s the thing I don’t know maybe is only five crystals total aha okay so we get five crystals yes so from here the crystals have to go into another chemical injection chamber I believe

With some hydrogen chloride and then that goes into like a purification chamber and there’s like a whole other step beyond this in fact I wonder if we take these things and we look at the uses yeah so a chemical injection chamber with more hydrogen chloride to

Give you an oz Miam shard okay and the osmium shard can be recycling the scrap it gets mixed in a purification chamber it looks like with some oxygen to turn into an osmium clump the users for that looks like we go into a crusher with the

Clump to get dirty osmium dust and so on and so forth but I think the whole point of us getting five of these crystals is how we get to five times or processing so we might look at changing this thing up a little bit in the future adding in

The rest of the ore processing and getting this from you know or to complete it five times or processing at the end but I’m not sure I’m not sure if it’s worth all the power that we’re using because right now like I said we’re not using like 10,000 RF per tick

I just crashed again by left-clicking on one of these pipes with the show so anyway I’m not sure if it’s worth using ten thousand RF or take and then running all these wires and having all these machines he’s sitting up all this process for the five times order

Processing it’s kind of cool cuz I’ve never done it before but this place is definitely a mess I would like to find out there’s a way we could clean this up a little bit more I know there’s a way we could clean it up a little bit more

But I want to make it like a lot cleaner and have like all these pipes and stuff I don’t know how you can run multiple gas pipes next to each other maybe if you do the different tiers the different tiers don’t connect or something that’s something I don’t really know about

Mechanism I’m sure there’s some way that we can run these all a little bit nicer and if there is pipes that didn’t multiple gases through the same line that’d be really nice they kind of how you can do items going through these conduits on different channels and stuff

But unfortunately I don’t think end Rio has any way of transporting the mechanism Casas so I don’t think that’s gonna be a thing hmm anyway I’ve had a lot of fun messing around with this it looks decent on top it could still look a little bit cleaner

I don’t really like having the two rows of machines right here I might end up moving these like over here or something trying to clean this up there’s a lot of things that I’d like to tweak with this and make it look a lot better but anyway
