i am going to SPEEDRUN minecraft

Hmm okay welcome everybody to the Stream we are gonna have zero technical issues today it’s just gonna be smooth sailing so everybody’s strapping get ready uh my camera’s just a little too bright I’m gonna darken that down and I think we should be good to go all right

Um I hope everybody’s doing good today I am going to be continuing to uh Speed Run Minecraft I’m going to continue to practice my speed running um I’ve been practicing a lot and I’m actually getting pretty good at it um I’ve done let’s see my my best uh my best speed run

Attempt so far has been I I got from I did the whole second half of the speed run without dying so I everything from like trading with the pigs to beating the dragon I did without dying I did the whole second half without dying and I’ve done the full whole first half without

Dying too just not in the same run so if I can just put those two together and just get lucky and do it all in one run I can do it um but the way I’ve been practicing is that I’ll go in creative mode I’ll start a world in creative mode and then

Um I’ll teleport around to find the right things that way I don’t have to rely on getting into like a really good seed in my practice um so once I actually do like a legit attempt I’ll have to do a random seed but um just out of uh

Just for practice I could just teleport around and find all the stuff I need and just practice like that and that’s been really helpful so I can just like teleport to every monument I I can and oh we got pride month in the chat we got pride month in the chat what’s up

Show you a little bit about how I was practicing I’m gonna do some um I’m gonna do some creative mode style practicing and I’ll show you how I’ve been doing that dude look at how many freaking worlds I’ve how much I’ve been practicing most of these are just seeds that I didn’t use

But I’ve had some pretty successful runs so what I do is I create a new world and I turn on creative mode and then I do I do it like this so watch okay so also how for those of you who were in The Last stream dude I learned so much from

Curry way that was so helpful um I felt great after that okay so here’s here’s the steps of a Minecraft speed run in case you missed last time all right I’ll catch you up to speed first go to a village try to get food and beds and some resources some iron second

Um find a monument but in between those two I’ve actually been trying to find a shipwreck too because they’re both in the water so the Shipwreck and the monument are both in the water happy gay month [ __ ] gotta go catch up on your latest video Danny adios

Yeah yeah you better watch that that video dude it’s uh it’s pretty important um okay Village shipwreck Monument the monument is to get enough gold so I can trade with the pigs so after the monument I have to make a Nether Portal then I have to trade with the pigs then

I have to get blaze rods I have to fight blazes that someone just donate 300 dollars oh my God yo M thank you holy cow name the kid Greg I mean I’m not going to but that’s uh or maybe I will [ __ ] I’ll never tell um but damn thank you that’s crazy wow

Um thank you okay where was I have to trade with the pigs I have to get blaze rods I forget what number I was on and then I have to find the end portal and kill the dragon so those are all the steps okay so now we all have a good

Idea of what I have to do uh going to the village and raiding the village is not difficult so I don’t need to practice that the first thing I need to practice is The Monuments because I’m still a little iffy on that

So what I do is I go over here and I say locate Monument it tells me the coordinates of a monument I teleport to the monument here’s a monument okay I go over here and then I can give myself everything I’ll have at this point in the speed run

So I give myself an iron pickaxe I give myself some milk I give myself some doors I think I want like five doors I give myself some bread and I’m gonna give myself 64 bread honestly I don’t think I’ll need it hopefully but are you having any pregnancy cravings Danny um

Honestly on a real note dude we go get ice cream all the time and it’s fantastic it’s it’s honestly been it’s honestly been great so no complaints on my end I get to go eat ice cream all the time um okay bread and I want some blocks too so

I’ll just give myself a bunch of blocks and am I forgetting anything oh I want a boat and am I forgetting anything I don’t think so okay so now without further Ado we go back into survival mode and now I’m ready to roll and I do and I put my boat okay

So watch and learn so this step is uh to get gold in this Monument there’s eight blocks of gold in every block of gold is nine gold ingots right something like that so I’m gonna come out of here with a lot of gold ingots um and I turn my render distance down

Because that’s what Curry way said to do I think it’s so that the um the Guardians that guard the monument can’t see me from very far away now the trick is to not get killed by the Guardians and this is what I have the most issue with and I get very flustered

And I’m already scared but we’re gonna go in and we’re gonna try this ready on your Market set oh [ __ ] okay yeah okay see this is scary okay they can only get you if they can see you though which is which is the good part so if you could just if you

Just hide behind something real quick okay so if you just hide behind something real quick they can’t and they can’t see you then they lose sight of you and then oh yeah baby okay so this is where the gold is oh [ __ ] oh [ __ ] oh [ __ ] okay look at

That and then I’m in and I’m pretty safe right here because I put a block above me and I can put a block here and there’s the gold Daddio and now I just mine it dude this is going pretty well see I’ve been practicing I would I used to die

All the time before I even got to this point but look at me now okay so I mine the Gold and I’m gonna go down and get it but first i’m gonna I have to make my Escape Route I’m gonna break that I’m gonna go down and get it

And then I’m gonna go back up and just like that that’s how you escape where’s my boat and I go to my boat let’s [ __ ] go dude and we’re out of here and they and the Guardians are none the wiser that’s how it’s done dude that’s pretty

Much one of the best that’s one of the best I’ve done it so far and now you can see I have eight blocks of gold and that turns into 72 right yes 72 gold ingots so it’s just when you okay beating Minecraft seems hard it what I’m

Learning is that it seems hard but when you break it down into really simple steps like this that you can just practice over and over and you just get good at those individual steps then all you have to do is string it together and and uh I haven’t really tried stringing it all

Together too much yet but yeah guy guy was literally none the wiser dude they were seriously none um so that’s what I’ve been doing so I can just create a new world and do that same [ __ ] again to practice again um so I’ll probably do the monument a

Couple times and then maybe I’ll go into uh then maybe I’ll do the nether a few times the nether I have practiced less so um that might be a little bit more stressful okay here’s the monument there’s the back of it so you always have to enter it from the

Back and you there’s specific blocks you have to break where the gold could be oh I didn’t even have armor that time usually I’d have like a at least one piece of armor by now too but luckily I didn’t really get hit at all um bread doors and what else dirt some blocks

Okay so what will I have going into The Nether hopefully I’ll have some iron armor let’s just say I have like an iron helmet and then let’s say I have gold boots and then let’s say I have bread again okay and iron pickaxe of course and maybe like a wooden ax

And I’ll probably have some wood too I’ll just give myself some wood I might I might have other stuff but I think that that’s all that I can think of right now I like your hat it looks like the things truckers wear yeah it is sort of a trucker hat style

Hat so I could see why you would say that um this is from the half marathon that I ran okay what else might I have oh well I’ll have to have all the I’ll have gold ingots as we all saw I’ll have 72 gold ingots okay

So we’re going in pretty Bare Bones but sometimes all you need are Bare Bones oops okay if I need anything else while I’m in there that I should have I’ll add it but I forget right now okay let’s see what happens folks now the first thing you have to do when

You enter enter the nether so that you don’t totally screw yourself is that you have to write down your coordinates right away so that you can find your uh way back to the portal when you need to okay so that’s my coordinates okay put a bed down no no no dude there’s no

None of that happening here today this is a speed run baby we don’t have time to sleep oh look wait whoa why is the fog like that okay there’s a literally I was gonna say there’s literally a fortress right there but instead I said look there’s a little little

But I need to find pigs first so where might they be look Lily I sounded like uh sounded like uh who was that guy that was in Lele pons’s videos Twan you guys remember Tuan he used to say Lele because he was taught he was in Lele pons videos

That’s actually what I was referencing I didn’t mess up when I talked when I spoke and I didn’t mess up just then either so don’t ask someone said who the [ __ ] is Twan someone wasn’t on Vine dude if you don’t you don’t remember Twan then you definitely weren’t on Vine buddy

I hate to break it to you okay so where the hell am I supposed to find pigs to trade with by the way like is there a specific biome they appear in or what I feel like I see them I feel like I’ve seen them most in forests

Uh and I’m not seeing any forests around here does anyone know where to find pigs the red biome red Forest yeah okay that’s what I think that’s what that’s what I think too if you guys think that then I think that too but unfortunately I don’t know how to find that

Yeah Curry way didn’t really give me much instructions about the nether he did say that if if I trade all of these ingots with the pigs they’ll probably give me like a fire resistance potion which would be super helpful and I’ve I’ve done this I’ve practiced this part um all the way through

Once and I did get a fire resistance potion from the oh God I don’t want that thing I don’t want to touch that thing go away what is that called again aghast um yeah when I did it all the way through the one time they did give me a fire resistance potion so

Can confirm that that is possible and that helps like majorly with fighting the blazes dude it basically makes you invincible to the blitz to the blazes which is how I’m trying to be please show me some red trees damn it okay see see here’s the thing about

Speed running is that like you have to get so lucky to get a good seed because like I could have found a seed where I’m right next to a village and right next to a monument but like this but then so I’m like having a really good Speed Run and then I get

Into The Nether and it’s like there’s nothing for miles it’s kind of why the [ __ ] doesn’t make any sense honestly if you think about it red trees please yes exactly okay it’s also kind of weird that there’s like no bad guys in the nether really right now I feel like I’m lucking

Out okay this fog sucks ass if I no okay God can I turn off the fog clouds Graphics fast brightness minimap entity culling I don’t know what that means okay I guess I can’t turn on the fog see I got so lucky with the Fortress being right there but look there is no

This is so sad this is surely gonna affect my speed run time oh wait wait aha look at this look at this look at this weird little trick dude if I tilt my vision this way I can see through the fog on the left let’s go all right

Let’s go find a pig to trade with hopefully even a few ow okay Pig City here I come dude it is pig City over there look at this this place is crawling with pigs oh but it’s got those okay okay so there’s if you don’t know

There’s a certain kind of pig that will attack you and it’s the one that look like giant warthogs these pigs that I’m pointing at right now are nice those ones absolutely actually have something wrong with them dude the way they want to attack me so we’re gonna try to stay away from them

Gold armor I do have some yeah I have gold boots so don’t worry about me just yet we need some food as well okay now I want to get I want to get a bunch of pigs together because then they’ll they’ll do this trade faster so

I wonder if I can find a spot where there’s a few pigs without getting attacked by a warthog or whatever those things are okay I feel like there used to be so many more pigs around here is it just me did I kill the vibe over here or what

They’re just gonna go Hog Wild for this gold they’re gonna sort through oh look at that dude look at this four shiny ender pearls I think I want um I think I need 12 is really what I ideally would want but they’re just sorting through it they’re going through it they’re gonna

Take their little piggy time they’re giving me Obsidian too which actually I think I do need in the end so that is also good fire resistance dude for three minutes so that’s pretty good okay give me those pearls baby give me those pearls please you probably want like 16 in some cases

In case some break really hey there’s stuff down there that I missed guys you’re supposed to pass it up to me you feel like I feel like you’re hogging some of the stuff down there Ooh okay now I got two splash potions look at that oh also when I was practicing this earlier I learned that there’s two different kinds of potions there’s potions that you drink and then these ones are called splash potions because you throw them so I discovered this the hard way when I

Tried to drink it and I just like threw it across the room and it shattered you know I was like what did I do wrong but apparently you have to like throw it down at your own feet if you want uh wait are there pearls down there dude I

Swear they’re not they’re not sharing they’re like half-assing this whole thing okay there we go oh yeah let’s go let’s go I’ve got 12 ender pearls now dude is that all the gold oh I accidentally picked some back up all right well let’s just let’s just give all of it to them

As I need to so I’m like only practicing the nether right now um so I just got I just traded with some pigs to get these pearls and now I gotta go get um blaze rods okay I really should not still be in here I feel like I need to dig up

I feel that so hard man I just get so flustered when I get into combat but also I feel like in a in a real speed run if you get a good seed like you don’t even have to deal with this because like you should a lot

Of the times you can find the blaze spawner before you even have to fight any of the oh okay wait hold on let’s just whoa why are there so many blazes over here now okay so for reference The Blaze Spawners up here so maybe I should have been able to see

That like if I was an experienced speedrunner maybe I would have seen that from the start because now I gotta navigate through this whole thing gotta go get my stuff back where did I die where did I die oh I died in the lava didn’t I that’s right I fell in the lava

Okay that’s really frustrating okay let me just give myself then a sword and a a fire resistance potion yeah I’ll just give myself the eight minute one and some iron armor gold boots that’s what I had some bread some bread and some whatever yeah another rack that rock stuff okay

So I put those on yeah that’s where I died it’s so sad oh there’s some stuff here okay thank you okay okay let’s try this again game mode Survival let’s see what we can do okay so there’s a blaze right there I’m gonna get my fire protection potion

And I’m gonna kick his ass thank you did I get a blaze rod no okay yeah those guys are annoying all right what how did I get hit blaze rod how many one okay let’s go up here there’s skeletons up here too and who’s that guy what okay

Weather skeletons are three blocks tall so you should just block off the top layer and then still walk under from X speed okay we’re gonna okay no we’re going back to the title screen we’re gonna make a new world I didn’t like I don’t like that Fortress I think

There was something wrong with that Fortress because and let me tell you why because I did this earlier and I didn’t have to deal with nearly as many of those skeletons I feel like that was a weird Fortress okay that’s what I’m choosing to believe and you can

You can choose to believe it too so someone’s saying put keep inventory on how do I do that uh I don’t know how to do that really um it sounds a little too advanced for me Um foreign okay now when I die I’ll keep my inventory thank you chat that’s Epic all right whoa whoa okay let’s go find a fortress there it is okay so uh okay so I want pickaxe helmet uh uh uh a sword gold boot gold boot I want bread and I need blocks

I want maybe just some stone blocks okay you didn’t do it wait why didn’t I do it keep inventory oh whoops you’re so right guys keep inventory oh I have to say true okay there we go that could have been bad oh and I knew my fire resistance potion okay game mode survival

See I already have a feeling that this Fortress is more peaceful than the other one I was just in is there stuff below here look at this this is like a walk in the park oh and the blaze runner’s right there dude look at this

So now I just have to sit here and kill these guys look at that how was why was the other one like that if you want a higher chance of blazes blazes dropping blaze rods enchant you’re sword with the Looting enchantment I don’t think I’m gonna have time to do that in the

In a speed run I don’t know how to Loop something that or uh equip like a enchantment that fast see look at this dude dude I never really [ __ ] with potions when I was like playing Minecraft before but this is incredible dude look at I already have five blaze rods that’s awesome

Oh that one got too close oh whoa they’re getting too close oh I don’t like this yeah you got to keep them at a distance because they can still apparently hit you melee Style foreign oh scary blazes dude jump scare hmm still only six guys I don’t know about the shield thing

I don’t think I’m gonna have I don’t really know if I’m gonna have the resources to devote to a shield and I would rather just I would rather be able to just raw dog it so to speak seven seven Blades of rock blazes rotting seven rods a blaze uh seven or seven

Rods of Blazing sounds better better damn dude they hit hard please be let’s go okay that’s eight blaze rods okay so I can do it that part’s not hard it’s just I guess it’s just the navigating the nether that’s really the hard part once you have a fire potion

Fire resistance it’s actually not that bad okay let’s try let’s let’s go back into let’s make a new world and let’s try the whole nether thing all together and see what we can do okay okay okay so I’m gonna go into survival mode before I even go into The Nether so we

Can do like a whole nether dress rehearsal so to speak so let’s get a bunch of blocks let’s get a bunch of bread let’s get iron helmet and gold booties and iron pickaxe and let’s say an iron sword too okay what the heck and we need all of our gold ingots
