In this video we’re building a huge Minecraft shipwreck like literally 100 times bigger than this to do this I’m using thousands of wood blocks and this giant fish tank I’m even going to sink it and hide real Treasures for my Axolotl Lucy and lemon or as I like to call them I’m on a quest to build every underwater biome in Minecraft so far we’ve built a lush cave using real Stone cubes and this giant turtle biome for my tiny turtle Harry and isol of you you wanted to see next So today we’re building a Minecraft shipwreck in real life we’ve Seen a ton of Minecraft axolotls on the show Gold lucistic and wild you all even named my copper Axolotl popcorn but today we’re building this epic Minecraft tank for Lucy and lemon shipwrecks may look simple but they’re actually made up of multiple block types and they can spawn in several locations but you Kick by a Minecraft shipwreck this is going to be very challenging and I have a challenge for you can you spot these characters and in somewhere in this video we’re going to build our ship two feet long and 18 inches high and then we’re gonna sink it in a custom-made ocean Biome we’ll finish it off by adding over eleven hundred dollars worth of plans the only problem is we’re gonna need a huge tank I’m calling my acrylic shop to order a four foot tank later in this episode we’re going to build a strong stand to support the weight of it at 100 Gallons this is heavier than a male grizzly bear it’s gonna cost five thousand dollars we just can’t afford that we need to find another way but first let’s build a scale model before we spend hundreds of dollars making the real deal these miniature wooden blocks look just like jungle planks time to Build it up okay this is looking pretty good I even made these masks for the ship but real shipwrecks in Minecraft has sea grass and are surrounded by white sand so we can’t forget to add those I can’t wait to see what this looks like when it’s 10 times the size In the game these ships can be found anywhere from beaches to the deep ocean and are surrounded by sea life this tank isn’t big enough for Lucy and lemon but it is the perfect size for these tiny guppy fry my guppies gave birth to these tiny little fry just a few weeks ago They can’t be much bigger than a corn kernel I wonder what’s going on in their tiny brains they look just like salmon mobs from the game let’s give them a snack just look at them snatch up those plates but if we want to make a real Minecraft shipwreck we’re gonna need Multiple block types treasure and a lot more plants over in the office Adam is making great progress I mocked up this 3D model of his shipwreck and to keep it super realistic we’re going to keep this side completely open I also found a massive tank for a great price it does Have some scratches though but we wait for the tank let’s build our huge shipwreck I found this wood stump just like in Minecraft let’s cut it in a grid formation to make thousands of wood blocks for a chef right away we have a problem I’ve been cutting for an hour And it’s almost impossible to turn this into a cube in Minecraft blocks are cubes and this just isn’t it this was a huge waste of time and money we’re gonna need a serious saw to cut our Minecraft cubes I wish I could just use my pickaxe and more importantly we need different Shades of wood so it looks legit I’m going to visit a local lumber yard to see if they have what we need it’s so cold in Chicago I can literally see my breath after browsing the aisles like a Minecraft mob I stumbled upon some resources check these out these are Perfect they look just like Spruce and dark oak planes let’s get everything loaded up so we can get back to building our table saw arrived let’s get it unpacked to make our Minecraft blocks this machine is terrifying check this out we need to be very careful we don’t Want to end up like that guy this cuts the wood like butter and it’s definitely more efficient than that tiny sauce this one was pricey but looks identical to Spruce planks totally worth it well we got hundreds of blocks I’m giving away another Wet Pets aquarium Kit real people just like you win every single week it comes with everything you need to make your dream fish tank so make sure to subscribe and comment for your chance to win it’s the next day and I’m making good progress this pile is massive now we can finally build our Shipwreck I love making these tanks for you all but what makes it really worth it spending thousands of dollars in all this time is seeing the enjoyment my animals get from these creations I even made these dark oak fences and trap doors in a week I surprised my turtle Harry With his own Minecraft vacation it and watching him scoot around and discovering the treasure that I hid for him soon Lucy and lemon will join in on the fun they’re just so cute together let’s get back to work hours later and we finally have our Minecraft shipwreck this looks insane The tank just arrived early let’s go check it out this thing is absolutely massive this box looks just like the chest for Minecraft I’m pretty nervous to open it up let’s see what 60 off gets you okay so far so good honestly not as bad as I thought we have A scuff mark on this panel but no biggie we can just make this side the back let’s get our ship glued down and into place I can’t wait until we sink it under water we’re a bit behind schedule now let’s quickly build the stand so we can finish Setting up our shipwreck I’ve always loved shipwrecks in Minecraft these were added to Minecraft as part of the update 1.13 and are mostly abundant in Oceanic biome I’ve yet to find one with all three chests but won’t give up trying in the meantime I’m going to make my own Minecraft Treasure Chest IRL I don’t know who I was kidding trying to paint a straight line this looks terrible I’m going to paint over it and start over this time I’m using tape so we’ll get nice straight lines okay much better this has to be feeling very much like a Pirate do you think we should build a Minecraft pirate ship next let me know in the comments now we just have to get our tank on our stand this looks insane I can’t wait to see our shipwreck come to life on this thing this white sand looks great but it’s not Very Minecraft thankfully I built my own real sand blocks to go around the tank and we can’t forget to add in our Oceanic biome background right on time our plants arrived winter is fast approaching in Chicago with temperatures dropping rapidly I just hope our plans arrived in one piece we Have so many plants there’s literally over a thousand dollars on this table right now we lost them in transit but thankfully our seagrass is intact Minecraft shipwrecks have sea grass overgrown on the deck but our plants have Roots if we want this to look like The real deal we need to get plants on the boat these are anubias Nana they grow on rocks and wooden nature so they’re perfect for our shipwreck and we can’t forget to add heaps more plants around the ship this way it looks like a real sunken structure It’s finally time to fill up our fish tank I’m so excited for Lucy and lemon to explore this thing I just stopped the fill we have a huge problem the tank is not even this isn’t good we’re going to have to drain it and check it out this Tank is super heavy and with a gap that big this tank May Crack we’re going to need to drain the tank and reassemble the stand we were so close to getting this done I’ve already spent days on this build and this is going to break me After hacking around for hours I got the tank level lesson learned our Minecraft shipwreck is looking incredible all that’s left to do is add a real treasure chest with their favorite snack a night crawler this was an incredibly challenging build but so worth it look at Lucy and lemon Go it didn’t take them long to discover the hidden treasure we just made a Minecraft shipwreck IRL make sure to subscribe comment and I’ll see you here next week Video Information

Join me on my quest to build every underwater biome in Minecraft! Lucy and Lemon are my cute Axolotls and now have their very own underwater, sunken Minecraft shipwreck. I love creating custom Minecraft aquariums. We’ve now built an Axolotl lush cave, a Turtle beach biome and an Axolotl shipwreck. What should we build next?
