I Ended a War on the DEADLIEST SMP…

Recently, I joined a minecraft SMP called the  LifeSteal SMP, where killing another player   gives you an extra heart, while the other player  loses one. Since my last episode, I received   information that the other team on the server had  been recruiting new members to defeat my clan,  

The jolly ranchers. And with a battle on the brink  of breaking out, my clan needed to defeat the   other team before they stole all of our lives. However there was still one major issue: my clan   was severely outnumbered.  So, we enlisted a new member  

And former sour patch member named Jepex. And for those of you who saw my last video, yes,   this was the owner of the dog  that I murdered. Needless to   say I was now regretting that decision. As Parrot had invited more of the schoolmates  

Onto our server to recruit, my team remained  pacifistic and decided not to kill the noobies.   But when they went missing, my clan needed to  find them. And the battle… was officially on.   Unfounded was the first of parrot’s classmates to  go, but we were targeting one kid in particular:  

And that player is Parrot himself. That day, Parrot had invited more of   his schoolmates onto his server to recruit to his  team, and my team remained pacifistic and decided   not to kill the noobies for their hearts. But, when they missing from eyes, my clan needed  

To find them before they got geared and could  kill us. And so, the battle was officially on.   Unfounded was the first of Parrot’s classmates to  go, but we were targeting one kid in particular.   And that player was Parrot himself. But as we were searching for him,   something interesting happened.  

One of Parrot’s classmates, Woogie, had  drowned, meaning that he could potentially   be back at spawn… and naked. Mapicc had killed woogie   once, but we still had to find  parrot. And not too long after…   While I was enacting revenge against the player  who killed my cat, roshambo had slain parrot!  

There was no time to mourn my kitty, my team  had to find parrot to kill him over and over   for his hearts. But unfortunately, our target  got a lucky dolphin and managed to escape,   and the battle was over… or so I thought. Because while I spent time getting mending  

For my armor, I had unknowingly  left our spruce home unattended.   And this spawned the perfect opportunity for  Parrot and his goons to attack our base.   This was the second base of ours that  they had burned, and our team needed to  

Give them a taste of their own medicine. And so, with the help of a new player named   ashswagg, my team tracked down the sour patches  base and defeated every single one of them.   But now, the sour patch nation was fuming. And  not only that, but they were growing in numbers  

Fast, with new additions to  their team every single day.   And so, my clanmates Mapicc and Poafa (and me)  spent hours clearing out an area for our new base:   an ocean monument. And while this base looked  

Great even with it only half done, a mental  image kept appearing in my head: a depiction   of a destroyed ocean monument. This was a dark, but foreshadowing   detail. I knew that this place was going to be  destroyed, but what I didn’t know was when.  

But that answer was revealed soon…  and a lot sooner than I thought.   Before the fight began, there is  one thing that you should note.   You see, the night before this recording,  ashswagg messaged me on discord telling  

Me that Parrot was using an exploit. Of course, I didn’t know what exploit it was,   and I assumed that it was duping netherite using  chest donkeys or xray or something else.   But the cheat in question was much, much worse  than I could have expected. And I was unknowingly  

Jumping into a sand semicircle of doom. Out teammate roshambo joined the fight,   and my team was in dire need  of his help to kill Vortex.   But something was wrong: he  wasn’t actually fighting.   And as I realized this, my worst suspicion  was confirmed: roshambo had betrayed us.  

I had run out of food and had only two golden  apples, and vortexdragon was hunting me down.   Parrot was coming for me in a boat, but  luckily, Poafa tboned him, letting me escape.   Fortunately for Mapicc, he had been bastion  raiding in the nether all day and had 4 god  

Apples, some of which he gave to me, and one  of which I had gotten from a dungeon chest   previously. But even with god apples, a wither,  and the weirdest items that I somehow found   floating in the ocean, (I don’t know where they  came from) nothing could possibly go against the  

Exploit that had been performed the last night. Oh, and remember what Parrot said about combat   logging? Well it turned out the worst  offender was none other than his teammate,   with a grand total of 9 combat logs. Good job buddy, I need you to go  

Ahead and log off for me. After a bit of time cooling down, my   team and the sour patch clan hopped into a voice  call to talk about the chaos that had ensued.   With the confirmation of Parrot’s exploiting, it  was time to see what he had done to make himself  

Immortal. And remember when I said that the  exploit was worse than duping? I wasn’t lying.   You see, there was an error in our server’s plugin  that didn’t ban players at 0 hearts, but instead   let them live. And using this, the sour patch  clan managed to cheat an extra 200 combined  

Hearts, making them practically immortal. Obviously, this was a game breaking exploit that   ruined the server and made it impossible to  kill any players who had performed it. And so,   the SMP had a serverwide health  reset back to 10 hearts.  

And while this last war was a chaotic, hot mess,  trainwreck, clown fest, I decided that this would   be the last battle I would be involved  in. It had been a long and hard journey,   but I had to accept that we physically could  not win this war against the sour patch players.  

And so, giving up was the only option I had. Or… was it?
