I FINALLY Visited the Scariest Place in Minecraft | Let’s Play Survival 1.20

Well we have been in this world for almost 3 000 days and I still haven’t visited an ancient city that means no Swift snake despite the massive projects that we have undertaken here in our world from our massive Woodland Mansion transformation to our giant iron farm volcano we’re

Still moving at a snail’s pace without Swift’s knee but before we head out to go and hunt for some ancient cities we are going to need some shulker boxes to bring back all the goods that we do find but unfortunately all of these shelter boxes are jam-packed full of resources

For our builds here so we need to build a storage building to house them all there is a few resources that we’re going to need and I think I have all of them over at Main base there that we’re gonna need we’ll need like tough and some Mossy Cobble as well as some

Mushroom stem blocks but I think the biggest one that we’re going to have to do a little bit of gathering for is Cherry wood let’s get chopping Foreign Storage build is complete mostly there’s a few trees that I want to do here around the outside we of course need to connect the path up but on Saturday we did end up doing a pretty nice interior here in our build we need to put something here in the

Center and I’m unsure what should we make this into a living quarters where maybe we have a bed and a table or something like that or maybe we just add in a centerpiece of storage I have not decided yet feel free to let me know what you think down in

Those comments but now that we are finished with the storage here uh storage is all empty which means we need to do a little bit of sorting of all our lovely show her boxes here out in the front yard so I’m gonna do that off camera and I’ll bring you guys back when

It’s all complete and we shall get ready to go to the ancient cities well I have sorted all the materials that I have over here and have even labeled them which is amazing and I went ahead and built a few of these trees including a couple of custom cherry trees here in

The corner um just to bring a little bit more life to this area I have a few plans for the mountain behind here but that is not going to be right now we’re going to come back to that in a little bit but now it is time to go to the ancient cities

Um I have been to ancient cities before but I have never done an ancient city exploration by myself so I think what we’re gonna do is we’re gonna do this the safest way possible and we’re gonna head back to my starter area and get ourselves a whole bunch of Wool

Wool is now Acquired and of course we had to get a whole bunch of colorful wolves our goal here by going to the ancient city or cities is not only to get Swift sneak but I’ve also reset the chunks in this world which means we have the opportunity to find some of the

Lovely armor trims such as silence and I think the other one in the ancient city is Ward so I do know the seed for my world and I do know approximately where two of them are one is over that way and we tend to cross it when we go over to

The Mesa and the other one is over that direction which is inside of a snowy biome let’s go try the snowy biome first of course both these areas are on opposite sides of our map but you know what let’s go the snowy version first see if we can’t find the ancient city

And then if we don’t find everything we want in that one then maybe we’ll head over to the other one on the other side of the map well this doesn’t quite look what I remember the snowy when looking I thought there was a village on the side

Of the mountain but this does seem like a really plausible location we should find a little bit of a hole here somewhere and see if we can’t find a way down into this mountain and see if there actually is an ancient city in it oh I don’t like it

Oh I don’t like it Okay negative 52. which is where they’re supposed to spawn Minecraft deep dark shriekers shriekers 911 emergency they’re shriekers here guys you guys are not going to be able to see anything uh so we’re gonna turn gamma on okay it’s just gonna help you guys see what I’m

Actually looking at here oh sneak 100 we got our first first advancement I guess yes that’s definitely ancient city that’s on percent ancient city guys I don’t like this our stairs are over here so I say let’s uh make ourselves a little room just just a little one and place our bed

Down okay let’s go be brave let’s let’s get this thing okay what do we got good good no shriekers ooh Echo Shard I’m Gonna Keep the cold just because we’re kind of low and honestly we don’t really need either of those what does that sound glowberries ooh disc fragments we’ll take those

First time I’ve gotten into this world it’s crazy Swiss sneak 2 okay well we’re getting there okay no I did it I jumped too far guys I jumped too far uh okay this is only number two it’s fine oh I am not good at this game it’s a sneak three yes and go

Oh I did it I did it no I don’t like it I don’t like it and after setting off those shrinkers for a few times I finally got down into a rhythm opening chests in the safest manner possible but despite checking all the Jazz in this ancient city and

Finding a number of Swiss sneak threes we were not successful in finding any of the armored trims two enchanted golden apples guys was that my first angelical in apple too I feel like I have one let’s do a final free cam through this place

Um just to see if we have in fact gotten all the chests so I do think that is going to call it for this one so I’m gonna safely make my way back out of this ancient city and we’ll head back uh to home base and then go check out

Another ancient city to see if we can’t get across one at least one of the armor trims I am back at my starter base and I know so there’s an anvil here so I kind of want to see how much it’s going to cost for us to put swiss sneak onto our

Pants so if we put these here and those there it’s only 15. we’re gonna do this because then that means that when we are actually in the next ancient city it’s gonna be a whole lot faster oh my goodness I cannot believe that we have

Okay we’re like right on top of it oh it’s also oh my gosh why do I have both things here guys it’s terrifying why am I doing this to myself again I’ll get used to the moving fast but right now it just feels like so fast fingers crossed

Silence guys I hear that’s the hardest one to get that’s the first one we found oh my goodness that is awesome another it’s nothing template to add to our growing list and I can’t believe it was silence first I’m not mad about that that is awesome so

We got war two guys this is the one we should have come to First this is amazing having found both the armored trims right at the very beginning of our exploration trip we did quick work of checking all the rest of the chests for any more armor trips

But we didn’t end up finding any other armor trims and really the rest of the loop wasn’t that great we got them all and that was amazing and we got both of the armor trims did not expect that one but besides the fact that um my heart is racing really fast we’ve

Done really good with what we accomplished so let me get myself out of here get back home and we’ll have a little chat and we are back with two boxes of loot from those ancient cities now this one is completely filled up with of course our silence armor trim

And our Ward armor trim we have 30 Echo shards then we also have quite a number of Swift sneak books now some are like Swift sneak one and that kind of thing but let’s just take a look here how many Swiss sneak threes did we actually get

So we got three Swift sneak threes which is actually really amazing we of course got ourselves some skulk sensors and shriekers three enchanted golden apples the other side disc which honestly I might have already but we picked it up anyways a couple of really nice hoes

And in this one we got a couple more Swift sneak books and a few more Diamond armors all in all not a bad haul from only two ancient cities I’m really happy with that plus we can now walk so fast when we were sneaking and the big
