I Survived 100 Days as the ULTIMATE VAULT HUNTER in MODDED Minecraft!

In today’s video my friends and I try to drum up some holiday cheer and with the power of magic crystals anything’s possible watch as we enter Labyrinth after Labyrinth searching for any ounce of the Joe we felt as kids on Christmas Day puzzles missions and danger awaits

Faces will be built monsters will be slain and everywhere from the highest peaks to the deepest of caves will be explored ladies and gentlemen you are in for a treat join us for today’s mod pack Adventure as we become Vault Hunters our 100 days began like any other only

This time we were playing on a public server there were people that we had never met before and we didn’t know what role they were going to play on our adventure now the number one rule when playing on a survival server is to never build its spawn you just have too much

At risk such as your house being destroyed or your stuff being stolen so I decided to put as much distance as I could between myself and Spa I sailed for a few minutes until I finally came across land after that I decided to take a breather and see what this mod pack

Had to offer if I was going to have any success in this mod pack then there were a lot of things I needed to unlock and there were also a lot of items I needed to obtain now I don’t usually go mining at the beginning of a survival I usually

Make some basic tools but then I build a house only this time that was gonna have to wait the main goal of this mod pack was to open portals to places called vaults inside the vaults there was lots of loots and it was also the place where

I was going to get XP to unlock all of those cool abilities but the only way I could open a portal was if I first acquired chromatic iron before I explored any further I decided to get myself some food because I was going to be strip mining for a very long

Time after what seemed like thousands of blocks later I finally found chromatic iron and as you can see I was very happy the chromatic iron was going to be used to make a vault altar now what was that for well think of a vault portal like a

Locked door the only way to open the doors if you have a key and the Vault altar was how we were going to make those keys Crafting it was finally time to pick a place to call home and during my search I came across what I thought would be a potential spot it was a really cool looking Village nicer than anything I had ever seen before unfortunately it was claimed one of the setbacks of playing on a public

Server is that people can actually claim land preventing you from building on it I came to terms with the fact that I was gonna have some neighbors plus I didn’t even know you could claim Lance so I wasn’t that worried about building nearby and build nearby I did because right

Across the way from the village was a beautiful mountain perfect for building our new base I carefully bridged across the Ravine thinking to myself that everything has to go smoothly and just my luck it didn’t back at spawn I was determined to get back to that area

Before anyone else could claim it I also met up with Xavier he had just logged in and he didn’t know how to get to the base so I guess my death worked out in the end as we sailed across the ocean we spotted another person out in the

Distance whether or not he was going to be a friend or Foe only time could tell the only thing we knew was that he was heading in the same direction as we were from the ocean to the river we finally made it back to our build site we

Climbed the side of the mountain and once we reached the top we surveyed the area and we realized that this was going to be a great spot to build so I quickly got to work I terraformed the land and prepared ourselves a nice flat Foundation then I cleaned the area had

To make sure that no one could access our chest seeing as though they were still out in the open I finished the Brew and then after that it was time to collect all the materials for the vault altar we didn’t need much just a few blocks of obsidian a couple of diamonds

And some Cobblestone to make stone bricks and but a bean bada boom we had a vault altar we were ready to take it a step further and build the portal shortly after Noah joined the portal was going to be made out of a block called Vault Stone oh yeah we also went back

For more chromatic iron because we needed a lot of it the vein of chromatic iron that I ended up finding was massive I smelted them and then I crafted Vault crystals you remember those keys to open the portals well those are going to be our keys but they weren’t as I was

Saying they weren’t quite ready yet you put a crystal into the altar it gives you a checklist of items it tells you what you got to get and how much you need once you deliver everything back to the altar then you can activate the Crystal and open the portal so it was

Time to go on to scavenger hunts but first I needed to craft myself some Diamond gear after that it was time for the adventure to begin it didn’t take long until it came across someone else’s base they were there at a village and it looks like they were working on their

Vault altar as well they also had something that we needed they had beetroots nobody was home so we decided to borrow some we then stumbled across a second village and there we made a discovery that would change our lives we could actually shift right click the villagers and put them in our inventory

As items as the sun set on another glorious day we made our way back home we finally had all the items we needed to make the Vault Crystal it was almost time to go Vault hunting but before we could go I needed to make some walls around our

Base I didn’t like that we were still exposed and the mobs were starting to Annoy Us as soon as I was finished I put the crystal into the portal and the Gateway activated our first Vault and our first objective scattered throughout the vaults were these special blocks called monoliths if

We could find all four then we would get extra XP as well as loots but one thing we didn’t know was that you couldn’t regenerate Health in the vault there were chests all over the place but every chest was guarded by a spawner so we had to be very careful

Because once we took damage that was it our health wasn’t coming back we went deeper into the Vault and I was actually surprised when we came across one of the monoliths only a few minutes in and I was already low on health and then all of a sudden I just randomly died

That’s when we discovered the truth there are some vaults where if one of your friends died everyone in the vault dies seeing how our group was wiped in a matter of moments we decided to backtrack a little the guys needed to upgrade their armor because iron simply

Wasn’t cutting it in the vaults we also needed to make another portal we went to the Ravine to get some obsidian and like a dummy I didn’t look before I leaped and I paid the price for it Xavier was a little more cautious than I

Was I decided to stay back and make some much needed upgrades to our base for starters we actually had a building now our days of living like cavemen were finally coming to an end as for the villagers that we collected earlier we decided to put them to good

Use it was time to make a little trading Hall in our basement now I hope you’ll forgive me for the crew today of this trading Hall I’m gonna be honest I’ve been playing Minecraft since 2012 and never have I ever made a villager trading haul before I never traded with

Them I just I thought the deals were a rip-off we made our nether portal and jump back into the vaults and we killed as many mobs as we could to get all that XP we needed by the time we had finished we had killed more than enough mobs to

Finally level up looks like our hard work was finally paying off since I leveled up I had a skill point that I could spend as soon as I got the point to spend I instantly knew what I wanted to buy healing I wasn’t gonna go back into the vaults without the ability

To heal because you know what I am awful at fighting mobs with my brand new ability I feel more confident when I stepped into the vaults and that’s when I came across an interesting rule it looked like a Rubik’s Cube and the center was a floating island and on the

Floating island were these weird blocks looked like some type of puzzle that we had to solve but because we have a smooth brain and we were running out of time I decided to leave the puzzle room behind and look for the other monoliths and I’m so happy that I did because I

Ended up finding all of them and if you don’t know monoliths are pretty hard to find now as a reward for completing the Vault we were given what was called a vault crate now I didn’t know how to open this I placed it I tried breaking it I tried right-clicking it and I

Couldn’t figure it out in the end I just put it in my chest and saved it for later for the next few days we ended up just defending our base for mobs doing a bunch of Vault raids and during these next few days we actually encountered some interesting rooms some of them

Being an entire Village others being a desert village with a cactus in the middle there was even a moment where we had just stepped out of the vault only to find that there was a stranger stalking us from the trees we don’t know who this guy was or what he wanted but

We scared him off after that Xavier and I began the Quest for slime one of the required items to make more Vault crystals was slime and there were no slimes where we were so it was time to go hunting for them we ended up having to travel really far away that’s when we

Came across these beautiful Jagged Mountains which were somewhat tricky to navigate through but just beyond the mountains was where we needed to be on the other side was a swamp Bayou and I had heard from others that slimes are most likely to spawn in swamp mines

During a full moon so Xavier and I dug a hole in the ground we assumed that if the hole was big enough slimes would be more likely to spawn after a couple of nights nothing spawned but we did receive an offer from a stranger on the server

He said he was willing to give some slime away so we made our way across the world and we hoped that he would actually give us what he promised it was a long journey because this man was on the other side of the map we crossed the

Ocean traversed the planes and just a little after Sunset we came across a settlement and there in the distance was our guy now PVP was enabled on this server and we had no way of knowing whether or not this was going to be a trap

He didn’t know that there were two of us so Xavier proceeded to make the trade while I hid behind a tree watching just in case this guy tried to pull anything tricky on us thankfully everything went smoothly he was even kind enough to let us use his another portal to go back to

Our base once in the nether we carefully made our way across the rugged terrain hoping that we would come across our nether portal real soon we also didn’t want to end up like that guy just out of pure curiosity we decided to peep our heads through the other side of

Some of these portals and I’m happy that we did because we ended up discovering an entire villager trading Outpost although we didn’t have any XP to trade we did Market on our map and saved it for later we did end up coming across our nether portal after a long journey we were

Finally home now that we had our slime we needed to get some honey thankfully unlike last time during our slime Odyssey I knew where to get some honey there was a birch Forest nearby and all I needed to do was lure the bees away now that ended

Up taking up an entire day while I was making my way back Xavier prepared a little bee shelter for them once again we had all the materials to make another Vault Crystal but our gear wasn’t cutting it so I crafted a vault Forge this was another block useful for making

Vault armor and Vault armor is way better than regular armor it was also extremely expensive to craft none of us had any of the medals to actually make the armor so we were gonna have to make do with our vanilla armor and the only way we could improve that was by

Actually enchanting it so it was time for another house upgrade we needed an enchanting room I also had another skill point I could spend so I ended up buying vein Miner it would be the fastest way to mine the most blocks in the shortest amount of time perfect for building and

Thanks to the power of my new ability a tower was beginning to rise from our original house during its construction we were visited by another stranger it was then there that I came to the realization that our house was actually in the middle of a very active route

After that it was time to go back into the vaults if we were gonna make Vault armor then we needed Vault medals not only did the vaults have chests but they also had special oars that could only be mine there and just like the chests these oars were also guarded by mob

Spawners during that same run we came across a room that resembled a factory there were these giant Vats and on the inside were these chests and these weren’t just regular chests these were like God to your chests because they had god tier Loot and the lower level of

That same room were these piles of coins just free for the taking no mob spawners no problems just free cash off camera I bought a third ability when I activated it plants would grow all around me it was as if I had bone meal another way of

Gathering more XP was by killing the elite mobs like the elite skeleton way more dangerous than a regular skeleton and if you killed him you got a ton of XP still a ways away from making Vault armor I had to upgrade my diamond armor I ended up crafting another ride set and

I hope that it would carry me all the way to the end until I could make regular Vault armor speaking of Vault armor we had begun accumulating some of the metals and these medals always came in the form of dust or in nuggets one of the materials

Was Vault dust and when crafted together in a three by three Square you got Vault nuggets and Vault nuggets made Vault ingots one of the metals we needed to make Vault armor then all of a sudden we were visited by a third person the AUG and Palkia he had already acquired Vault

Armor of his own as well as a vault Shield he told us to follow him into The Nether and we did that’s when we discovered that he ended up breaking through the nether ceiling I had always heard that it could be done but I just never figured out how one

Could break through the Bedrock we ended up building our portal on the ceiling and then we followed him all the way to his portal back to his base while he didn’t have a house yet he was living on a really cool Sky Island he also had way more Loot and crafting

Stations that we had yet to make if we wanted to catch up to dialgan then we needed to step up our game it was time to do a little farming after that I spent even more skill points and this time I unlocked strength I had permanent

Strength and it was as if there was a beacon nearby while we did our thing Dialga decided to hang out and we didn’t mind the company after that we entered the month of December I’m talking about in real time the holiday season was finally here and we needed to make the

Place a little more cheerful we put up a tree set up a fireplace and we even put out a keg for Santa Of course I did leave a sign so he knew where it came from after we finish decorating I step back to admire our work and the place was way more festive

But break time was over and that Vault armor wasn’t going to craft itself so it was time to go back into the vaults and this next time around we were incredibly lucky we actually found a room that was dedicated to mining Vault ore now I never actually explained what the

Euro was for well Vault armor wasn’t the only thing that we could craft there were a number of things that were available to us and the only way we could make them was if we had these gems but these gems were incredibly rare so we couldn’t pass up an opportunity like this

There were also instances where you could find Vault armor and chests although unlike regular armor Vault armor is always random you have to right click it and hope that the piece you get is a good one I ended up pulling a piece of armor that looked

Like it was taken from a junkyard after that we decided to make more friends by trading with locals the server was developing a bartering system and when the Vault altar called for some of the rare items you would want someone to trade with to get that item

Now the vaults were getting a little stale I wanted to customize them I wanted to make them different luckily we could modify the Vault crystals that opened the portal the only thing that we needed was a catalyst table I used some of the metal I was saving for My Vault

Armor and I crafted a table with the new table I crafted an infused Vault Catalyst and there you could actually see the modifiers for example wealthy that meant that there were going to be more coins on the floor or the Trap modifier let’s implement the chests were going to be trapped

We put the modifiers on our Crystal and then we went into the vaults judging by the new symbols at the bottom it looked like it worked when we got back someone had taken a bite out of the cake for Santa I had a couple of suspects in mind

Back in the vaults we came across another desert village room only this time I actually decided to mine Into the Heart of the cactus although I did feel a little guilty afterwards then I accidentally set off some of the TNT I didn’t know that by actually clicked it

With your sword it would cause it to blow up all of a sudden mob started spawning everywhere and I was trapped thankfully reinforcements arrived looks like the Silly Cactus wasn’t gonna get his revenge after all I also heard that we were going to be welcoming a fourth

Member to our party I added another room if we were going to be welcoming new people then we needed more space but before we could welcome our new member I went back into the Vault for another adventure that’s when I actually ran into a mummy on top of my little wooden

Pillar he couldn’t land a single hit on me I also felt that her portal was a little dull so I added a little holiday chair to that as well and gave it a candy cane design then after that Xavier and I discovered a room that we have

Never seen before the center of a room was a giant X and as you know x marks the spot so we began to dig until we came across this Bedrock chamber we don’t know what to expect until the walls disappeared revealing an entire room full of chests

That was a really good payday I was even able to grab myself another piece of Vault armor this time a helmet and a pair of boots I was also gifted some leggings with a full set of Vault armor I gotta say that my appearance looked interesting even Xavier got himself some

Fancy new gear I also had enough material to make a vault sword so I went to the forge and did just that I ended up rolling a pretty good sword I was happy with the extra modifiers and I couldn’t wait to put it to use after

That we found another room with an x on it so we dug under the X found the Bedrock room and hope for the best unfortunately this time we weren’t so lucky quite some time had passed but finally our new member had arrived I was excited to greet him but

Huh looks like he didn’t make it that far but Robert was filled with the termination he wasn’t gonna let one little death get in his way inside the base I gave him a two worm and then eventually I showed him to his brand new room after that we give him some armor

And other starter gear we then showed him how to make a vault Crystal and then after that he walked off and never came back after that I purchased the hay skill that way I could break spawners way faster than usual I also made some cheeseburgers I guess if you ate

Cheeseburgers you got more voltex speed go figure while crafting more Vault crystals I made a discovery one that I thought was pretty funny I don’t know if this was intentional or not but they misspelled andesite back inside was an artisan station this new crafting station allowed you to customize your

Armor similar to enchanting after that we took on another vault only this time the challenge was different it was a monoliths we were looking for it was items the challenge it was a scavenger hunt after putting the scavenger hunt items into the altar I left the vaults and I was awarded another crates

Hopefully I could open this one all I had to do was shift right click and I swear that was one of the things I tried with the other one but I guess it worked this time so hooray I also unloaded some of the oars that I was hauling around my

Inventory was just too full now I felt incredibly stupid when I saw that there was actually an ability that showed you where the monoliths were and this wasn’t even some end game ability it was a beginner ability I have no idea why I didn’t say this before but it was Game

Changing this next Vault run was the most frustrating Vault run that I ever did I came across some of the coolest rooms rooms that I had never seen before an entire Village dedicated to trading rare items there were even apples and apples were pretty useful because the Vault

Altar called for them sometimes then after that I discovered a castle an entire castle inside the Vault and inside the castle hide your chests full of great loot that I needed the only problem was that I got greedy I was running out of time didn’t notice there was a timer down there on

The bottom left side and I used all my time I went back too late and before I could get to the portal my timer went out and I died I died with all of that good stuff gone wasted fortunately I got a do-over on my next attempt I ran into

The sand castle only this time I wasn’t gonna let time ruin me I had a chance to do a little more explore so instead of going to the top I decided to explore the basements and I’m happy that I did because the basement was full of loots

There was a library there was even a lower level that looked like some type of blacksmith shop all I know was that that was one of my greatest Vault hauls with all the loot I had I was able to get myself some more Vault armor I rolled for new Vault leggings and thank

God this one was an upgrade after that the guys and I were grouped we decided to do a vault together and wow this fall was very interesting it was a giant dragon in the middle of a room down below lots of mobs looking back on it

Now when hindsight is 20 20. we probably shouldn’t have gone down there where the danger was then we looked out a second time we came across another room that looked like some type of weird nether chamber I decided to dig under the sand but that

Proved to be a bad idea whether or not there was loot down there I’ll never know and I know you actually haven’t seen what the x-room looks like so here’s us finding another X room and that’s what it looks like literally just a giant X in the middle we dug down and

Thankfully this time we were lucky enough to find more chests instead of monsters our 100 days were finally coming to an end and I’m gonna be honest we did not accomplish nearly as much as I wanted to so if you want a part two then leave a like and comment for a part
