Oh my god i guess we’re in factions okay factions is a hell hole i would say it’s the most competitive game mode in minecraft the aim of the game accumulate wealth and keep it or take it from other players factions is a game about building up a base And then blowing up other people’s bases that they worked so hard on they made such a cool little statue in there and you just put a piece of tear directorate i’m gonna somehow try and survive for a hundred days by the way wish me luck okay it’s day one people Have noticed that i’m here and to get out of spawn i need to jump down this hole i’m gonna kill that guy sorry mr box head okay i don’t know what that is you little sh away from my loop okay i’m having too much fun so you spawn in with some Decent stuff and clearly some people have like they have good swords i guess they all have basic diamond armor sounds good right no it’s terrible you need at least protection for and breaking three just to survive here so i’m gonna leave day one you boys already got two kills zero Deaths i’m sure we’re never gonna die once oh i’m gonna leave immediately i’ve spotted a really high ranking player they have a hat that i don’t understand and full enchanted armor ocean oh hey buddy did he just murder that guy oh you gave me a pet i don’t know what That does i’m gonna leave i think okay we’ve just entered the wilderness this is where players can build their bases and claim land there’s stuff down there there’s cows and pigs oh i’m in his base can i break stuff no can i break his spawners you must mine with silk touch Anyway hey and emeralds if i can find Me some diamonds looks like someone’s already mined here yo what the heck what did this okay on this server i know there’s like custom enchants and opie picks and stuff like that but i didn’t think any of them did this i gotta get me one of these i Immediately just started mining as many oars as i could find for some xp for enchants and maybe to do something with later redstone’s not worth an awful lot on the server but i want it oh diamonds hey buddy come to papa i’ve just put every valuable item in my E-chest oh and that my god that’s a good one and we’ve reached the end of the tunnel so we gotta get out of here now all right so i do actually have a strategy with this i’ve got to get as far out from spawner as i possibly can Because i’ve just found like two things already how big is the map big thanks 10k by 10k the maps 10 000 blocks by 10 000 blocks in positive and negative as well i’m gonna turn my f map on so with the f map on i can see if anyone nearby has Claimed land means we could find a base but my biggest goal is just getting away from spawn and finding a spot let me teach you a little something i played factions for a very very long time it was the first thing i ever did on youtube i know this pretty well This is my game mode you may think it’s skyblock but it’s enough i’m the factions man so i know that on the border of a faction’s world are the best bases so this is your faction’s map this is the border of it ten thousand blocks in this direction And ten 000 in the other direction all of the good bases are gonna be around the outside because or in the corners the corners are where the powerhouse factions lay these are the big boys they occupy a lot of the map but only in the corners now the smaller guys They’ll want to try and go to the edges but not the corners because they don’t want to mess with those guys so typically they’ll try and stay away from them and these slightly smaller factions will go here because guess what they can only be attacked from three directions You cannot go outside the border they’re safe from this side completely the big boys only can be attacked from two directions which is why that’s the best spot these are great strategies but i don’t want to use them now if everyone on the server is occupying this region this is also Where everyone’s going to look for bases and raids because they know everyone’s going to go there and obviously no one can build in the middle because this is spawn area this is the dumb bubble if you build here you’re done for tnt right through your base this is the death zone but this Leaves room for me across all of the remaining area if you have a base around here you are pretty darn hidden my strategy is this people are gonna run straight out in each direction so having a base along these axes probably bad same thing diagonally if you’re perfectly diagonal from spawn dunzo Death zones so this leaves me with anywhere around here is gonna be really hard to find i know it looks complex but i understand it okay around these places are the prime real estate if you don’t wanna be found the big boys they’re gonna rely on pure strength in numbers but i am Just me fam i don’t really want to die i don’t really want to get raided so i started exploring i want to stay away from those death zones but i still want to try and get out quickly so i’m just going straight just to get out as fast as i can oh Hello that’s a bass right there die often this is it’s a great game mode this faction has two guys in it they’re on yesterday okay one of them’s rich though i don’t think it’s worth exploring this they’ve only got this one land claimed and i’m not seeing any spawners around so and There’s nothing in the sky either yet i’m just gonna leave we need to go further okay it’s been a couple days we are now around 6 000 blocks out which is good but we’re still on one of the death axis we went east from spawn and We need to move we need to go a different direction where people aren’t going to see us on the map dude look at this place there’s like five biomes here i feel like this is a good place to stay there’s melons there’s lava there’s a plains biome a forest biome I think that’s an ocean as well like all within viewing distance oh look at oh it’s beautiful okay this is perfect this is where my base is going to be i’m going to need a starter base though i’m going to kind of stay hidden oh the cave oh my god wait there’s a Skeleton spawn okay this is perfect i noticed on the shop the highest selling thing are obviously the mob drops but the spawners are way too expensive right now also bones sell for like nothing oh god this sucks the easy thing to get though is sugarcane sugarcane sells for four Dollars per one which is really good i don’t have the room to make a big farm so i’m doing sugarcane let’s buy a couple stacks wasn’t there a bucket in there yes you did you had a bucket you had two buckets okay i’m set for life i’m gonna Make a really quick area for farming now i just need to build a floor it’s a terrible idea to view sand i’m out of blocks okay wood i didn’t say it was gonna look good but you know it’s it’s gonna make me money that’s all we Need to think about two buckets of water water sources along here okay yeah it it looks absolutely dreadful but it’s it’s it works okay it works someone just dm me cactus’s eco well not for me now i just have to make a little base since i’m not in the Business of wanting my base to be found i have an idea there we go thank you let me be kind of perfect and then i can use this to make a button that oh you cannot tell running by you’re never gonna notice that button right there though using the redstone that i got i can make This a goddammit i solved it i added more repeaters and now It’s perfect so the next thing i did was i worked on a spawner as little as the skeleton spawner makes me the levels are quite good and i can make just a little bit of money okay there we go we already got some growth there so while that’s growing and making me money And i’m building the skeleton spawner let’s get a few chests down wow that looks terrible just so i can store some of this stuff mount my trophies there we go so this is just a starter base i can’t live here forever this is not gonna hold up to any amount of tnt So what i what the heck i gotta save up for obsidian i’ve gotta build a base out of obsidian i just have to i really like it obsidian is so expensive though that nine hundred dollars per stack i need to sell a few stacks of sugarcane just to buy One stack of obsidian damn okay i’m gonna get a really quick skeleton spawner up and i’m gonna be waiting for the uh the sugarcane to grow a bit i’ll see you in a few days sugarcane takes a while to grow okay look what i did i’ve realized on the server you can hit Things a lot every time you click it hits once even with like an axe so i made a thing so you could just look at how fast eight of them died okay it’s perfect you get so much stuff from this look i’ve already got over half a chest worth of just skeleton Stuff and a pretty decent amount of sugarcane i get around three stacks every time i harvest this when it’s fully grown this macro seems to grow a little bit faster as well i don’t know server’s a bit weird okay now if i go into here and i do i haven’t sold anything yet Sell all there we go another 6k okay that’s that’s pretty good so what i’m trying to build up well for is to buy some of that obsidian before i commit to a purchase i wanna i had oh i have two voting kits someone voted for me i guess and i have One of these golden keys come on me good call me smee good damn that’s not the best come on dude come on dude realized i actually have no idea what i’m doing i Figured building a base and then realizing problems with it would have been a bad idea so i’m gonna test sever i’ve mapped out this for what i wanna do so right here is the main base this is gonna be two by two chunks we’re gonna have a lot of space for run around Spawners and all that then we’re gonna have a series of all wraparound walls and this is gonna be on every side by the way so i’ve only done one corner because i’m lazy and then we’re gonna have just a bunch of straight walls tons of them and then Here color coded green because this is gonna be a bunch of cactus they do this on a lot of servers where they have separate bases for money because who’s gonna raid a cactus farm they’ll only try and raid your base not the farm you have two separate bases two separate Raids better smart big bank i think this is a pretty darn good strategy for just the start i might improve on it but this is what i drew up really quickly i’m gonna get onto the main server now and at the very bottom i’m trying to protect against People going upwards so i’m gonna have a little bit of air as well oh are there gen buckets slash gen oh okay hey buddy gem bucket obsidian ham i’m oh a thousand okay kind of my biggest issue right now it’s a thousand dollars per place it’s costing a lot though but in theory If it’s a thousand dollars how far will it go down because if a thousand dollars goes all the way to the floor yeah that’s really good oh that’d save me so much time okay did we make it okay that’s sky limit there let’s get my gem bucket and go Down bam there it goes look at that okay that’s already cheaper than one stack of obsidian with how far it’s gone i think that’s gonna go all the way to the ground oh that’s amazing one thousand dollars per that is a steal dude i’m broke dude i’m broke okay i need money quickly Because this is half done oh diamonds sell hand 600 bucks nice my only issue now is my little starter base is gonna be in the way you served me well starter base i’m so sorry for what i’m gonna have to do i definitely want the heads i really Want the heads i’m so sorry to have to do this ah well it had to go time to get this stuff all mined out this is so much easier with this pick oh we did a lot we did an awful lot it’s mined out to about three chunks exactly yeah okay i tried To line up the chunks pretty well the enchant has this fun effect of stopping water flow which has been really useful the only issue that i have now is that i do not have enough claimed land area i’ve had to enlist some recruits which are just the two Staff members that are online currently um i kind of bullied them into joining my faction so i could claim it but i’ve got 60 available claims i don’t want to use all 60 because if you die once your power goes down which is your claiming power you can kind of see On the map we’ve got like a circular shape going on but we’ve also used a 52 out of 60. that’s about as close as i wanted to get basically all of this land area is claimed now it’s not ideal but we do have like 400 000 so we can Spend on just upgrading this place i need to do the top of this though i need to do a roof oh what ah oh my god why would it just kick me out of fly like that i got my comeback oh dude that was just rude so i want the Bottom pretty much empty like 40 blocks maybe we’ll do a little bit higher so all of this down here is actually just to prevent one specific type of cannon i’m trying to prevent people getting water so they can uh so they can get through this easily i even Might want to do an anti-glitch layer so i’m going to go up two blocks and then do another floor which is going to be another 32 000 dude every floor in this base cost 32k now they shouldn’t be able to glitch through but just because i’m concerned i want to Do a bunch of cobblestone glitching is like my number one fear the server’s got so much anti-glitch protection and i know so many servers have anti-glitch protection but i’ve been glitched into way too many times luckily the cobblestone is like next to nothing for money so now we got a three Thick floor and i’m gonna do another one and now guess what that’s not even the end of it i wanna start separating layers and making new flaws i’m gonna go and separate a bunch of layers and i’ll show you how much defense i’m gonna do for what’s called Like reverse cannons basically a cannon will go in make a little stack of sand and then it will use this as a backboard to shoot two pieces of tnt upwards into the base which is terrifying so i’m gonna make sure that never happens okay this one it’s gonna look like okay This is what it’s gonna look like i mean i’m gonna have flaws for every single one of these but i have bad news this is gonna cost 500 000 i don’t have that the closest thing i would have is to finally mine and get all of these together that’s not enough that’s 21k Maybe to stretch a hundred thousand with fortune three oh that’s not great ah i didn’t wanna do this but remember that bundle i did have 1.25 million dollars from it i was kind of hoping to use these as a security like backup fund but i’m gonna have to use them five Hundred thousand dollars is just gonna go into the floors of this thing and then i’ve gotta water it all the reason why i’m cutting every layer in half is so there’s a lot of exploits on bases i’ve played this game for long enough to know that one solid wall You can just take out with not even no sand at all so the reason why i’m doing this many floors is because let’s say you’ve got a hundred walls on your base getting your spawners at the very top of the uh the very top of the base gonna have to stack 200 and something you need a big cannon to do that because you got to stack sand up the whole way and then blow it up that takes a lot of tnt but you know what takes barely any tnt and is way faster a very small cannon a bedrock level like A five stacker that you could just run automatically you can get through a hundred walls in like five minutes and then you swap the cannon out with something a bit beefier that goes upwards and let’s say you’ve got one floor that’s one shot they’ve just got into your base in 10 minutes flat No they’re gonna need to go through tons to get into mine i have taken six hundred thousand from my account because what we’ve got to do next is cobblestone yep that’s right more glitch layers you know what i could do i could fill this with lava that could be cool and Then i could like oh then then it’d make a mess that’d be awesome okay i’m gonna get this all lathered and then i’m gonna do another glitch okay so from the outside we have got around 15 floors so we’ve got a big nothing air area there’s no water in sight with it i Might even make this floor like this middle bit really thick just so it’s really hard to do anything with and then we go into water layers about 15 water layers and then it goes into a cobblestone floor a glitch floor and lava floor another glitch floor another cobblestone floor And then boom we’re at the base that is my total defenses we sit at around 110 blocks tall so they have to come in at a minimum 110 blocks it’s really rare that people glitch in from the roof but it does happen usually they come in from the floor but Either way i’m not taking any precautions oh okay i’m significantly more poor but the roof is now completely done now i could be a dick with this what i could do now is actually have a lava roof which makes getting the spawners really really really difficult i’m gonna be a Dick i mean the whole point of factions is to be a bit of a dick so it’s fine oh i have an idea oh i can totally do it like this oh wait am i smart i am oh that’s not good oh no okay it’s been a few days i’ve Actually done some cool work i’ve laid out the parts of the base that need to be done i’m gonna do the tops of the walls they’re going straight in blue wool because i’m cool so i kind of want to do so regen walls are enabled what regen walls are Are there walls that contain lava with water on the outside or the other way around it doesn’t really matter they’re a pain to make also it requires a lot of money and a lot of time i don’t know if you’ve seen the day counter but i am running out of that and I don’t have much money left either so what i figured i’d do i’d knock out some cheap cobblestone walls as many as i can and then every like uh fifth wall i’ll do a sand wall dude look at my sandal being built oh my god this Is dead easy that cost 500 bucks oh this is brilliant oh my god this is the best thing ever i’m only doing a few walls to start off with but for these days i want to get the base set up done my god the sand wall looks so cool when it Goes up i kind of do wonder if anyone knows that like i was part of the initial three people that made gen buckets listen it’s probably like what 20 minutes into the video at this point i just want to quickly say did you guys know i was one of the three people that Made these they’re on like every faction server now and like i i was the very first person to be shown them genuinely ever two guys that created it they used to have it so you place down one of these it wasn’t like this you just got a Bucket you bought one bucket you placed it and it just spawned in a wall they were talking about how it was so cool but it lagged and i said oh what if you had it like instead of uh they’re just placing one wall had it fall down and They only ever had it for cobblestone they’d never made a sand one or they never made an obsidian one but we were there for that i was there for that it was cool i’m glad that i was a part of that hell there’s even like a old trailer on my channel That shows these this plug-in off because it was so new it’s interesting to come back and see it at a certain point memories aside i’m now down to 500k i think this is a pretty good base layer right now no one’s blowing into this easily just the fact that there’s one sand wall Means most people will kind of look at this and go nah not for me fam let’s head on in there we go i added a grass floor and i added a little cool little roof because the lava was like the droplets were dripping down it Was annoying me but yeah i think i was i think that looks pretty cool up there remember this area the big hollow space that’s just kind of nothing for a reason i’m gonna use this i left in this like little glitch layer here there it is hey there’s a thing Collection chest this chest collects all drops within the chunk that is placed in this guy in chat i asked him how much would they be worth and he says i don’t know how that’s why i’m just giving them okay they don’t feel like they’re rare i’m gonna pay him 100k Just so i can give him something i might actually be overpaying but i i feel kind of bad so now i place this down like there farming drops oh that’s dope i just realized when i i have to cut that out i just realized when i placed it down it shows the Coordinates look that pink bar there that says my exact coordinates when i’m looking at it what the f oh that’s so annoying i’m gonna have to place them when i want to use them i’ll show them to you really specifically but when you go in there It gives you the option of farming drops or mob drops and then look at this it’s so dope look it says how much of anything is in there so this can hold anything and shows you it’s worth too that’s so dark okay so i’m gonna have This little area up there for my uh for my collections but for now i’m gonna build a cactus farm the good thing is cactus farms are not the most expensive thing ever oh i was wrong what the f the good thing is now with that i don’t have to worry about Actually collecting them i can just place them and if they grow they grow So for 13 days yes 13 days you have no idea how long it takes to build a cactus farm but it took so long to finish this cactus fun hours in real life i may be surviving but i’m not having fun cactus grows really quickly it’s like The ideal thing and because of the server’s addition of these chests they speed everything up because the server now no longer has to grow a cactus it just calculates some stuff either way we’re finally done okay so i’m trying really hard not to show you everything But if you have a look and we zoom in for you look at that they are producing money a lot of it actually but it gets a lot better i learned that there’s f upgrades if you type in slash f upgrade it brings you here and there was Growth upgrade speeds i just paid 250 000 for level one and then my faction member oceans has just upgraded us all the way up to level four i think that he maybe spent another 500 000 on it but yeah look if i open this now look at that 5 000 stored in there Left click to sell everything okay let’s sell it bam hey there we go look at that oh dude this is so sick i am very happy with this we’ve just gone up another fifty thousand dollars and it’s not that big of a farm either we’re It’s a okay it’s a big farm but it’s not like insane you know it’s it’s pretty good oh yeah also while getting our alts on we’ve given ourselves double the power i’ve logged on two alts our friend too fast the admin that i pressured into joining uh is logged in One so we’ve got another three people in the faction which means we can claim all land baby so what i want to use this for here is actually for the the cactus farm yeah i could actually make four more size of the base just cactus i i’m doing that that’s my idea dude Imagine how cool this would be having one giant cactus farm on every corner i could be making tons of money i don’t know how many days i spent doing this i cannot remember but hey warden how many days was that yep that’s what i thought realistically i should claim this but am I gonna i’m filling up as much as i possibly can so this cactus farm would have like eight walls on it you know that’s good enough for me i think i’m gonna try and finish this side’s walls just in time for it the sun’s not set yet we got a few left That’s wrong well can’t have them all oh i’m dumb i didn’t mine out this far well good thing i didn’t do the full walls okay well god damn it okay well that’s the basic wall plan it was slightly disturbed but good thing it was just all the cheap Ones so it doesn’t really matter there we go that’s the wall layout that alone just cost me like five grand what there’s a region bucket whoa what slash regen bucket what this bucket places lava sources top to bottom oh my god okay well that’s definitely what i’m gonna be doing on the inside Okay new plan i didn’t realize that was a thing okay so i’m gonna relay out these walls and try and make them regen walls oh my god okay i’m actually kind of excited oh yeah dude i’m doing obsidian region walls all right let’s do it 200 000 sitting in storage i am finished Why did i mention the 200 000 sitting in storage just because i just did some math and realize this is gonna be real expensive all right i’m gonna do it i’m gonna do obsidian all in all this should take around six hundred and seventy thousand dollars And each one of these has a hundred and forty thousand dollars in it right now which is pretty decent actually and there goes 000 because i had to do the corner as well that time this Is expensive i think it’s five million five million dollars to finish this entire thing now listen we’re on day 99 it’s almost over there’s no chance i could finish this whole thing in time i could finish it overnight but i just don’t have time but we’ve managed to get a lot of walls Up one side is pretty much all laid out we’ve got obsidian wall samwells more obsidian if you count these as just two obsidian walls because that’s what they are eight obsidian walls on this thing and a sand wall this space is pretty damn protected this is a Starter base this is my baby my pride and joy my crown jewels i’ve got big things planned for this thing but as i see the moon this marks day 100 and it is over cactus does seem to be the eco right now that’s how we Make our money so i haven’t got any good spawners up yet i
