Welcome to 100 days of Hardcore Minecraft in an underwater world now if you guys are new here I had a series where I survived 1 000 days in an ocean-only world this time around I’m gonna be attempting to survive 100 days in a completely flooded world so that

Means that there are still going to be all the normal structures in a Minecraft world but the entire thing is flooded this 100 days ended up being way more challenging than I actually anticipated and I’m gonna keep you guys for a long intro but if you guys do enjoy this

In day one take a look around and uh oh man this is gonna be really challenging the first instinct was to naturally go try to get some wood but after tons of failed attempts and just constantly drowning myself I decided it’d be best if I just give up and since there’s no

Food around for some regeneration I decided to go for a swim until I actually managed to find a village but before I went down to the Village I tried to grab some sushi real quick so I could get a little bit of health and then at the Village I saw that the

Iron Golem was getting jumped by a bunch of underwater Bandits and I thought this would be a great opportunity for me to be able to swoop on in and hopefully get some loot you know while the drowns are distracted and everything managed to get

A door and then I tried to get a little bit of food before I got chased out of town but uh yep no it just it got a little dangerous and I almost died so that’s great afterwards I found a shipwreck where I can actually finally

Get some food and a good place to sleep and so now on day two now that I got some wooden tools it’s time to venture out and take on the world and not too far away from the Shipwreck I actually found another Village but before going

Over there I’m gonna need some more wood for a boat and more tools so I swam down and chop down a bunch of trees and then decided to dive underground where I got some Cobble and some iron now I can finally make a shield so I can be able

To protect myself from all the drowns plut afterwards I voted on over to the Village so I could be able to get absolutely anything of use which honestly wasn’t too much other than the fact that I got a little bit of food and a blast furnace but on my way out I

Decided to kidnap one of the villagers and now he’s gonna be my traveling companion his name’s gonna be Kevin everybody say hi to Kevin hi Kevin and not too far away from the village Kevin and I actually found a desert temple which could definitely come in handy

Don’t mind me I’m just having a hard time getting in the hole and honestly the desert temple just kind of ended up being not not good at all the only good thing about it was the fact that I got two golden apples and so now Kevin and I

Are boating around trying to find a good place to live I decided I wanted to try to live as close to the desert as possible without being in the desert because it’s kind of ugly but because the fact that drowns stand out a lot with a really bright background behind

Them so I could be able to always know when they’re coming and I’m also gonna need a ton of glass for all the underwater building that I’m going to be doing so living by the desert is definitely gonna come in handy after finding a good spot I decided to dig

Straight down to be able to gather some resources Resort resource resources need to get kitted pretty quick since all the drowns are going to be reoccurring problems in this world but eventually after mining all the way down to why level 11 I began strip mining for some diamonds but shortly into mining I

Managed to find a mine shaft and immediately after I found some lapis so of course I was gonna do the lapis trick or you go negative four on the z-axis and you dig straight down and boom you caught some diamonds which I actually managed to get for so that was pretty

Clutch and then I swam around in this mine shaft for a long time trying to find anything of use which I managed to get some gold and iron and coal and I also managed to find one chest and and it had one diamond in it and a name tag

Otherwise it was a kind of a dookie Adventure a73 I decided to clear out an area underground so I could have a place to work near where I’m going to be building my house because yes like I said before I’m gonna be building it completely underwater after all this is

A flooded world so I crafted together some diamond tools and some iron armor and then set sail to get tons of sand because like I said before I’m gonna need a whole lot of glass I just have you ever had to dig hundreds of blocks of sand underwater before because yeah

It’s just it’s miserable this is so difficult it takes so long the only good part about it is that after I’m done shoveling tons of blocks then I’d be able to go up in my boat in Tokyo Drift on the top of the ocean scooping up all

The blocks that I can afterwards I made my way over the hole and began the long process of smelting down tons of sand and I decided to just make a hopper so I could just funnel in all the sand without even having to think about it but making that Hopper did make me

Realize that I’m pretty much yeah out of wood now so on days nine through ten it’s time to go chop down a bunch of trees but I do also want to get some Spruce Wood for the house but to be able to do that I’m gonna need to find a

Spruce Forest which definitely took a lot longer than I thought it would to find but along the way I did actually manage to find a ruined portal so I figured that this would be a great opportunity to be able to get some obsidian for a portal later and also be

Able to get some loot out of a chest or so I thought because tons of drowns just started showing up on me and throwing their tritons at my head but shortly after getting scared off I actually managed to finally find a spruce forest and so I made sure to chop down plenty

Of wood so I wouldn’t have to come all the way back here for for a while and now it’s officially time to start building this house except I forgot how hard it is to build underwater oh man I started off by making the foundation and doing the big outline of a giant Circle

For the house then I had to start building it up but man it was it was just so difficult terraforming all the land under water and having a swim bag just to be able to get air and then do that over and over again not to mention

Just waiting for all the glass to smell just took so long but all in all I’m pretty happy with the way that this thing is turning out but the building of the house was the easy part after you’re done building you got to drain out all the water inside of it which sounds

Pretty easy because when you think about draining water you think about sponges but I’m way too under geared to go fight an Elder Guardian right now so there’s no way that I’m gonna be able to get a sponge but looking back on it honestly I really really wish I risked it all just

To be able to get at least one sponge I had to drain out all of the water the old-fashioned way I had to remove like the top section of water so that I could be able to have some air pockets to be able to swim to and then I basically

Just had to drop tons of sand in a row just to be able to fill up the entire house to get rid of every single Source block so I had to drop sand shovel the sand drop the sand shovel the sand and it just oh my gosh it was just so much

But eventually it was finally emptied it was a miserable grueling process but it was definitely worth it because I love the way this is turning out the only thing left is to just change out the floor and voila we have ourselves a beautiful underwater base and on Day 26

I spent the day just setting up a bunch of chests and moving in and getting organized then I decided it’d be pretty cool to have a staircase in the middle of my house going all the way down to Y level 11 for mining so I began tunneling

Down but that is until I realized I’m a thick boy and I’m running out of food and that’s going to be a problem now it’s time to boat back over to the desert village where I was forced out of but hopefully this time I can be able to

Gather some food before I get jumped luckily this time around before all the drowns started spawning I was actually able to get a decent bit but when they did start spawning man there was there was a lot of them they were coming in hot with all their tritons but at least

I did manage to get a handful of hay bales before leaving and on days 28 to 33. it’s time to get back down into the mine the only problem is is that I hit a cave and that cave was full of water of course so I basically had to section off my

Staircase away from the cave and then clear out all the water so I could be able to continue digging straight down and it was pretty smooth sailing from then on I continued digging down mining all the materials I could until I actually hit a man shaft now I’m almost

Certain that this is the mine shaft that we hit earlier so I’m just gonna skip right through it and just do the same thing and section off the staircase and continue digging down and after getting all the way down to why level 11. I cleared out a big room where I’m gonna

Be operating out of and then began strip mining by that I mean I decided to make one long thick tunnel eventually I’ll just Branch off of the tunnel later and make some other small veins but while mining I managed to hit another cave that was actually attached to the mine

Shaft I figured that this would be pretty far away to the point that I wouldn’t have explored this part of the mine shaft so I decided to swim around in hopes of being able to find some diamonds but instead I just wasted a ton of time and just found a bunch of cursed

Lava that didn’t turn into obsidian yet even though it’s touching the water so it’s back to mining out that giant tunnel after that I managed to actually find some more iron gold and even more diamonds overall this mining experience was pretty good went pretty well hey 30

Before I started off by unloading my inventory of all the stuff that I mined up and clapped in Enderman because he’s preloading to my house and I ain’t tolerating none of that then I wanted to finish setting up an auto smelter so I could be able to just dump all my raw

Materials into the furnace and just not even worry about it but that was basically the last time I would and chopping down trees underwater is getting pretty old so it’s about time we start on a tree farm that is after I go chop down some more trees underwater and

On day 35 pretty much just spent the entire day just shoveling tons of more sand because I’m going to need a whole lot of glass for the tree room yep pretty much just shoveling my life away and on Day 36 I tossed a bunch of sand

Into the auto smelter and then I and then I waited for a while actually because I went to go get some food because I’m not just thick in Minecraft I’m thick IRL baby and on days 37 to 48 it’s time to construct the tree chamber by that I mean literally building a giant

Underwater bubble enough to be able to have a handful of trees in it at a time I built a small hallway branching off of the house and then began flattening out a giant area and now after that was out of the way I made the outline for the

Giant Circle and started building it up biggest problem throughout this entire process was just running out of air and every time I misplaced a block I was gonna have to break it over and over it just takes forever to mine underwater I was just reminded how challenging it is

To do anything underwater but also if you guys haven’t already make sure you guys smash that like button if you guys want to see some more 100 underwater days and you guys just want to watch me struggle more anyways after finishing up with my giant

Bubble there was no way that I was gonna be clearing this thing out the old-fashioned way it’s way too big and I’m way too impatient now so on days 49 to 53 I decided it was worth risking at all just to at least get that one sponge

So I crafted up a bunch of doors and set sail to find an ocean Monument not too long into my journey I managed to find another Village and of course I couldn’t stop myself from pillaging the village and taking all of its valuables I managed to get a ton of food and some

Books and even a lectern and after that just a couple more villager jobs for later then it was time to hit the road again and honestly I couldn’t really tell what was the actual ocean versus the flooded ocean that is until I realized I only kelp spawns at the ocean

So I pretty much just followed the kelp and it led me right to a ruined portal on land Pearl was able to get some goodies out of the chest and also a bunch of obsidian for a portal later so far this is turning out to be a great

Trip except for the first I don’t have an ultra Monument anyways after that I managed to find a desert village and with actually a pretty rare house that spawned in it which is the Brew House I quickly swam down there and grabbed the Brew stand for some potion brewing a

Little maroon later that is before all the drowns came out to attack me right next to the Village was actually a desert temple so I quickly sway him down and managed to get some diamonds and a couple more golden apples which are definitely going to come in handy later

Unfortunately and finally thousands of blocks later I managed to finally find an ocean Monument so I quickly turned my render distance all the way down to help prevent getting miners fatigue before I get there my goal is to try to swim right on top of the ocean Monument

Because a lot of the time there’s an Elder Guardian just waiting on the top level for me and after breaking through the battle begun and taking even just one hit from the Elder Guardian did tons of damage so it’s a good thing I had those golden apples and I made sure to

Place down tons of doors so I could never run out of air under here but in the end the Elder Guardian just didn’t stand a chance so I got my sponge and made my way home and on day 54 now that we’re back at home we’re gonna ask my

Inventory and then I realized that I had a lectern actually so I can get Kevin to sell me a respiration book so I swam all the way up to the top and freed him from his boat finally and then I continued to give him a job and take it away until he

Sold me respiration or well rather until I really realize that I’m dirt broke and I have no emeralds right now and I pretty much just wasted the entire day trying to get him to sell me something that I can’t even afford yep I’m dumb anyways now it’s time to drain out the

Tree room and I will say having this sponge it makes a world of difference even though it’s only one sponge it still saved me so much time and so much brain cells and eventually after finally draining out this giant Beast it’s time to plant some trees but unfortunately I

Have hardly any bone meal so at least I can finally chop down some trees without pulling my hair out doing it all underwater and on day 59 I figured it’d be a pretty cool idea to build a water dropper for my base so I could be able to easily get all the way

To the bottom without having to swim all the way down originally I wanted to put it in the middle but the staircase down to the mine shaft is there so maybe we’ll do that another time basically all I really had to do was build a giant

Glass tube all the way from the surface down to my base and all the way at the very bottom just put like a water source block or two and then swim all the way back up and remove all the water inside the tube and then I can be able to just

Jump in now this is a really far drop so I actually water bucket at the last second because I panicked I don’t think it really did anything because I had a slab floor anyways so I gave it another try and jumped in again and this thing

Works flawlessly now all I gotta do is make an elevator that goes up but for that I was gonna need some Soul Sand which means it’s time to go into the Nethers and so I started off the day by crafting up another portal and jumping in and immediately I spawned right on

Top of a fortress with super easy access to a blaze spawner so I mean like what that well geez this was actually a really good portal I quickly ran over to a blaze spawner and fought a bunch of blazes to get all the blaze rods that

I’d need but then I was threatened by a bunch of piglens which reminded me that I wasn’t wearing any gold so I went back home made some gold booties and returned to finish off all the blazes and I decided to make my way over to the part

Of the Fortress that has a bunch of chests but on my way over I actually spotted a Bastion through a small hole really far away that’s also when I realized how big this Fortress Is this thing is massive there’s something weird about it because when I was going down

The stairs to go loot a bunch more chess I actually found another Blaze spawner but it was really down low and that’s not in a normal area for a blade spawner to be it was already kind of freaking me out a little bit but of course I just

Continued and looted a ton of Chess which I managed to find some decent loot like a diamond and a bunch of gold and just various other goodies finally I decided to make my way over to the Bastion but along the way I managed to find even more parts of the nether

Fortress which was weird because I’m kind of far away and this section is also another part of the section that is where the chests spawn if that makes any sense to you guys at all that’s also when I finally realized that this is actually two Nether fortresses that

Spawned right next to each other and they’re just overlapping with each other so not only did I spawn in on one Fortress I actually spawned in on two fortresses now what are the odds of that regardless now it’s time to head over to the Bastion but along the way I was

Actually stopped again um but this time it was to my surprise that it was chickpea and if you’re an OG of the ocean series you know chickpea is but if you guys are new here basically the first chicken jockey you find in your Minecraft world is chickpea that’s

Just the rules I definitely did not make that up um and after wrangling him into a boat so that he doesn’t despawn I actually managed to spot another Bastion really far away it was clearly Bridges and it had all the gold just sitting there waiting for me so I made my way over

There just to look at it because it’s actually across the giant lava field yeah there’s no way I’m gonna go get that right now we’ll go back to my original Bastion where it seemed a lot easier to get to so I climbed my way all

The way to the top so I could be able to loot it from the top down this place got some pretty tight security but luckily after giving them the Clapping I was able to loot a bunch of chests without any issues then I also went around cleaning this place out of all the

Secret gold that I could find all I had left to do is a bunch of Trades to be able to get some pearls which surprisingly there wasn’t much for any piglens inside the Bastion so I had to run around outside until I managed to find a bunch and put them into a hole

And after that I pretty much just threw a stack of gold bars at their heads and patiently waited just waited while they did all their trades took forever but in the end I managed to only get 14 pearls but that should be plenty to be able to

Get to the stronghold and on day 69 nice now that I’m back at home it’s time to finish up with working on that water elevator but first i’m gonna need to go out and get some kelp and man swimming around in the actual ocean part of the

Ocean world it’s it’s so hard to describe you know where the ocean normally is it’s just so much more difficult because not only is there a lot of drowns but I also have to swim down way farther just to be able to get all the way down to the kelp the sea

Level is just not making any sense in my head but luckily after chopping up a bunch of kalp I just waited forever for it to float all the way to the surface so I could be able to Tokyo Drift and pick it all up then I went home and

Began construction on the water elevator this one’s gonna be a whole lot Messier and way more annoying than the last one’s going to be pretty much I got to turn all the water into Source blocks and then it just starts pouring all over my floor in my house ruining everything

But after a bunch of trial and error it actually ended up working out perfectly so now I got easy access to get to the surface and get all the way back down to my house and on Day 70 I started off the day by preparing myself to go finally

Fight the Ender Dragon pretty much just made my eyes some bows got some food ready you know all the goodies then I decided to finally do something I probably should have done a long time ago I crafted up an anvil and slapped a name tag on it and finally gave Kevin

The name he deserves then I voted him all the way over to the dropper and sent him all the way down the Chute all the way to the house look how happy he is now he’s gonna be able to live inside now it’s finally time to make my way

Over to the stronghold I threw my first eye and of course it yeah it broke yep oh God I’m so lucky regardless I traveled for a long time and I just zoned out and I was in go mode probably because the fact that I was recording

This at like 2 A.M along the way I managed to see a bunch of different biomes but honestly the ugliest is by far the iceberg something about them they just they look broken they think they’re on the top of the water but they’re really not apparently I also

Passed the stronghold a long time ago because when I threw an eye it actually took me backwards and then I kept throwing them and then just kept taking me further and further until finally it took me to the top of a mountain so it’s pretty easy to be able to just swim

Right on down set down a door make a hole and jump on in and dig my way all the way down to the fortress stronghold strong it’s stronghold I don’t know why digging down I wasn’t thinking that it was going to be completely filled with water but man this is gonna be difficult

Just to be able to get around in this thing I swam everywhere and it was just so much more confusing doing it all underwater and having to take breaks to be able to get air I thought the stronghold was just never ending and not to mention the fact that it was mixed up

Into a bunch of caves which actually I just gave up and eventually started swimming through the caves but that also led me to a Ravine which I actually finally managed to find the Portal room in so I quickly swam my way over set down a door and honestly I wasn’t even

Worried about the silverfish spawner because I mean even though they’re fish they can’t spawn in the water yeah I mean that’s some irony right there anyways I filled up the portal and I jumped in it’s finally time to fight the dragon honestly going into this fight I wasn’t feeling too confident because the

Fact that I didn’t really prepare too much I didn’t have that many arrows like I wanted to but luckily I did have enough to be able to get rid of all the healers and after all the healers were finally destroyed it was time to chunk this thing down foreign

Now that that’s finally over with it’s time to claim my real prize the elytra so I jumped into the outer end portal and come I mean look at the spawn like what what is this luckily I did have another Pearl so I could be able to jump onto the mainland then immediately after

I managed to actually find an End City with an end ship now if you guys know me this just never happens like I never financed ships this quick usually I’m out here running around forever not only that I actually managed to spot another end City not that far away but that’s

Also when I accidentally stared at 200 men and had a near-death experience well let’s just not talk about that right now I gathered up a bunch of blocks and right before building my way up to the end ship I actually spotted another engine not that far away this is by far

The best end I’ve ever had in my life but I built my way all the way up and I took a pit stop at their treasure room inside the end City where I was annoyingly taken advantage of by a bunch of shulkers and it made me remember how

Under geared I was because even their 10 terrible little snot Rockets are dealing a ton of damage to me eventually I managed to cut loose and be able to loot the chest and then give all the shulkers the clapping and then I continue to

Climb my way all the way up to the end ship or I managed to get a bunch more Diamond gear so now I’m fully Diamond down and of course I also got my elytra and on the way out I made sure to grab the dragon head not only that now that

I’m actually pretty geared I figured why not actually go through this end City it was a pretty big one with a lot of treasure rooms but that was a mistake because yeah no shulkers are just really annoying they just keep floating me around but I did manage to get a ton of

Gear so I guess in the end it was pretty worth it after raiding this thing for all it’s worth it was finally time to head home oh and of course on my way through I can’t forget I gotta get the dragon egg and on days 80 to 86 I

Started off the day by making a shulker box then I voted my way over to a village nearby where I was able to get some seeds because it’s finally time to go rescue chickpea from the nether now originally I thought this was gonna be a

Great fun idea to do but after doing it man I’m never gonna rescue another chicken from the uh from the nether ever again it just ended up being way more challenging than I thought even at a close call just getting over to the chicken I had to gaffle up because I got

Jumped by a bunch of blazes in a Wither Skelly but finally after getting to chickpea I had to also get rid of the zombie piglet on top of him which meant that I had to fight off tons and tons of waves of piglens that were just coming

At me before I could even finally leave that sounds easy right you know just hold some seeds and then he’ll follow you well not really because I had to completely baby proof the entire Nether on the way through his last thing I want is him to turn into some cooked chicken

Or fall into a giant pit of lava or something time to make sure all the staircase were pretty wide in the areas that it needed to be I had to put out a bunch of fires cover up some lava it just turned into a whole thing it was

Just it took forever I hate this chicken but I also love them at the same time this just goes to show how much I actually do love him and after finally getting him through the portal I had to temporarily put him in a boat so that he

Doesn’t despawn until I get a name tag for him and now in day 87 I figured that now that all that stressful stuff’s out of the way I can have a little bit of fun I decided to do a little bit of an experiment on Kevin I voted him on over

To the wall and strapped him up so that he couldn’t escape then I quickly crafted up a dispenser because uh if you guys didn’t know this you’re actually able to put the dragon head on a villager I gotta be able to tell Kevin apart from the rest of all the villagers

If we continue this series and we make a trading Hall and all that so what better way than to make him just the Ender Dragon so I set down the dispenser got him up nice and close accidentally suffocated him a little bit I pulled the

Lever and now look at him look how cool he looks he just he looks like an ender dragon it just looks too cool after that I decided to go chop down a spruce tree so I could be able to set up some fences around the mine shaft because I don’t

Have to worry about chickpea roaming around down there or getting Kevin caught in the Nether Portal or anything and besides I think it actually looks pretty nice in the house nice little contrast now it’s time to finally begin the next big project one thing I definitely won this world is actually a

Triton because I actually don’t think the elytra is going to be as useful as I imagined whereas if I had a trident I could be able to fly around with that thing really easily but knowing my luck to be able to get a Triton I’m gonna

Need looting so I figured the best way to get looting is to boat on over to the Village to hopefully be able to find a villager that could work but unfortunately the village right next to me the only one that’s still inside of a house he’s a villager that can’t work so

It’s time to head on over to another Village or I did manage to find a villager but then I accidentally drowned him and then I did find another villager and I accidentally drowned that one too so at this point I just gave up and figured that the best bet is to just be

Able to build all the way up to the surface and go work with a villager up there so I set up a composter so I can be able to sell a ton of wheat to them to be able to get money to be able to then buy a looting book but that’s also

When I realized that I didn’t I didn’t bring any of my hay bales so I had to boat all the way back home to get some and on my way back I figured that could be able to scoop up another villager that’s been floating around in the

Village nearby my house so I could be able to turn them into the lectern to be able to sell me my looting book and after arriving at my Farmer villager I started doing a bunch of Trades and quickly realized this guy’s gonna start ripping me off and I’m going to be

Losing a lot of money on this and running out of food but not only that my lecture and villager just he wouldn’t take the job he just didn’t want to be a lectern or a librarian or whatever whatever they’re called regardless he wouldn’t take the job and it was

Triggering me it took forever but finally he eventually came around him taking the job actually ended up being the easiest part about it because I had to break the lectern and give it back and break the lectern and pass up on so many good deals I missed out on getting

An Infinity book so touch mending so many things just because I was so determined to get a loot shooting book I almost gave up so many times it took days just for him to give me this who would have guessed that looting what I ended up being one of the hardest books

To get out of a villager and eventually he finally came around and gave me the Looting book that I’ve been wanting so badly and so I bought it and made my way home I started off the day by adding that looting to book to my diamond sword

And then I got prepared by making a ton of food like golden carrots and golden apples because if I’m gonna be fighting a bunch of drowns I’m probably gonna be getting hurt but after a lot of preparation it was time what better place to try to go get a Triton than the

Desert village that I’ve been pushed out of so many times there’s just so many drowns here I circled around the village until I was able to find a drown that had a Triton unfortunately but not surprising though my first Triton drowned just out he didn’t drop it for

Me in fact no drown dropped me one for the longest time I slayed drowned after drowned after drowned and then I got in this really dicey situation where I had a giant group of drowns chasing me there was three Triton drowns in the group too so I wasn’t able to get anywhere near

Them I had to continue to Circle over and over and over until the Triton drowns were the only ones that were straying away from the pack I managed to be able to swoop down though and clap a Triton drown and actually drop me the Triton too this looting two book

Actually came in clutch I quickly grabbed my Triton and boated away but man is this thing going to be worth it especially in this world once I got home I started showing it off to chickpea and Kevin and trust me they were excited I could see it on their faces then I threw

It against the wall and I couldn’t reach it because I’m a little short that is the sun setting on day 100 guys and like I said guys if you want to see more 100 days in the Underwater World make sure you guys smash that like button to let
