I Transformed the NETHER PORTAL in Minecraft Hardcore! (#29)

On this episode i transformed the nether portal and turned it into a giant nether hub and this nether hub will have giant hallways and minecart systems that will lead me to my blaze farm and future projects like wither farms it turned out pretty amazing but anyways welcome to

Episode 29 and hope you guys enjoy it is so weird seeing me and netherride armor and tools it feels wrong on me it feels like i’m wearing gucci or versace or something like it just doesn’t belong on my body walmart clothes belong on my body while you guys read the title on

This episode i will be changing this poopy nether portal and transforming it into something epic insane extraordinary pog champ okay maybe that wasn’t the correct word but yeah i’ll be transforming this entire thing right now it’s pretty ugly i mean it’s just a regular portal and it’s kind of

Underwhelming because if i go back to my normal world your first ingredient with this not this give me up get me up get me up i don’t have any blocks brother oh my god okay i can’t swim monkey mode water water water water water water water water oh

But as i was saying you are greeted with this a beautiful hardcore world full of amazing builds and just a lot of detail everywhere and then you compare to this and you’re like bro what what happened this is what my nether portal looks like i have put absolutely zero effort into

The nether i mean at least this portal looks really nice but today we’re gonna change that let’s transfer the nether into a beautiful nether hub first things first i need some food you know what let’s upgrade today let’s get some beef in here and we’ll be eating some gordon

Ramsay steak soon but while i wait for gordon ramsay to cook my steak let’s go over for a quick snack break grab some water hydrate yourself and i’ll be right back And there’s 60 steak i don’t need this peasant food anymore and now let’s start collecting resources for this giant nether hub i’m gonna need a lot of materials i’m planning on making this out of stone brick and acacia wood actually i’ve never really built with acacia wood but i feel like it’s gonna

Look pretty good but now let’s go resource gathering first up acacia wood let’s hop onto my horse’s back oh i think it just snapped it ripped his spine but now let’s go find an acacia biome which i’ve never found before oh bruh there’s literally one right here

I’ve never even noticed i thought i had to travel like 8 000 blocks but let’s start collecting this wood let’s start chopping All right and that should be enough acacia wood i think next up let’s get some more stone where is my horse he’s left me no even a horse didn’t want to be my friend he’s abandoned me where are you where are you you better stay in your pen you cannot

Leave now next up on the list will be stone brick and stone i actually do have a lot in my chest but i need even more haha ah this is gonna be a really long run Oh i thought that was diamonds bruh that is such a bait i really thought that was diamond or stupid moss or lichen whatever you are oh hit emeralds it must be in like an extreme hills biome oh even more yo no way even more oh now

Would not be fooled this time there is some lapis right here maybe it will lead me into diamonds let’s go this way and then mine straight down it should hit some diamonds and oh there’s lava i guess not i like how it just totally got distracted from mining stone okay let’s

Continue here ooh squirrel no i’m just kidding and this should be plenty of stone for this project but now let’s head over to the nether to get my nether materials and perfect there’s a crimson forest right beside me okay can somebody please tell me what happened to this world

Generation like why is this tree built into the nether rack what happened the leaves are sticking out but like i don’t know minecraft just broken all right let’s get these netherwort blocks probably the most disgusting name in minecraft and why does it take so long to mine this thing ah just kidding good

Thing i came prepared with a diamond hoe cause i like my hoes expensive i really crafted a diamond hole i wasted two diamonds for this and now let’s grab some nether bricks and i’m so lucky to have a warped force right beside me as well let’s continue mining for some another brick

Away but now my nether bridge is checked off and now let’s get some more of this blue warped block what do you want slender man’s bothering me chop shaving these trees and after spending a couple of hours in the nether just collecting a whole bunch of materials for this giant

Nether hub i am finally done and i have enough resources to build this thing let’s get started and now for the super tedious part of carving out this huge area to make this nether hub i’ll be honest i don’t even know what shape i should make this thing i really want to

Do a giant circle hub everybody does a circle because like circles are beautiful but i might incorporate like a circle and a rectangle all in one and there we go that was kind of a pain but i finally got it all carved out am i

Closer um please let me be i’m trying to record a video guys you know i got a fan base watching right now i can’t be distracted thank you anyways um yeah this took me a very long time i had to repair my pickaxe twice for this and i

Don’t think this would even be big enough i want to make it pretty tall and i still need a mono even more this way i think so uh yeah i’m just gonna get started on the basic shape first let’s grab my resources here let’s start off by making a circle around this portal

The first thing i’m gonna do is actually change the direction of this nether portal because i don’t really like how it’s facing i wanted to face it this way because my blade spawners over there it’ll be awesome to have like a little road that leads me over there so i don’t

Need a monkey mode around the nether every single time hopefully it doesn’t change my location of the portal because that would suck it shouldn’t though at least i’m praying it doesn’t alright here we go and it’s lighted up and let’s pray it goes back to the same place please please please please please

Please okay it does thank god now let’s start working on a little circle around here i think this would be good six blocks here and 12 blocks out and now let’s just turn this into a circle please excuse me go the way you stupid all right there we go there’s my circle

And my plan is to have like four really tall towers coming from each corner and then on either side right here will lead into a giant hallway all the way down this side which will lead to my blade spawner and there’ll be one on every single side and it’ll lead me to

Different destinations if that makes any sense and here’s the top view of the layout of my nether portal hub just for you guys to understand oh where’d you come from bro leave me alone in his butt i can’t be the only weird one watching these videos right right right please

All the way up to the roof like this and i gotta build this on every single side all right there we go now let’s work on a little arc i’ll go from this side to that side i think that looks pretty good i’m not the best builder around but uh i

Think i can make this into something pretty uh okay looking only time will tell and there we go it doesn’t look like much right now but trust me it’s going to look uh maybe a little better just just a little hey yo bruh i don’t want to hit you because like your entire

Family and all your relatives are attacking me but like this is unacceptable i think i’m gonna have to do it get off my chicken okay looks like nobody saw nice a finesse the system here is your son’s meat and his jewelry or whatever that might have been his golden tooth or

Something but now i’m gonna start working on these pillars and make it more detailed and then we’ll start working on the walls and the flooring and the ceiling and there we go i think the pillows look pretty nice it’s a lot different than what i usually build i

Don’t usually go with this type of wood what does this would actually look like if you strip it there’s orange no no i’m not a fan of this let’s throw this away here you can have it buddy i’ll be your dinner for tonight but now let’s start working on the floor i think

I’m gonna make it out of spruce wood and hopefully it looks good i have no idea i just like spruce wood it always goes well with stone and there we go i think that’ll be pretty good and right in these corners i think i’m gonna put some

Glass and put some lava underneath the glass or make them separate volumes but everybody does that so i think the glass rep will be a cooler more unique way to design this thing and to smooth it out a little bit let’s put some stairs and some slabs right in these corners so

It’s not like a big jump up if that uh made sense to anyone it’s looking pretty good so far and now let’s change the floor into some purple stained glass and for the inside walls let’s use some smooth stone oh my god where did this guy come from what in the world

Okay what is happening the whole movie going on while i’m just trying to build a nether hub and the reason why i’m using purple stained glass is because the nether portal is purple if you guys i didn’t know fun fact of the day but i’m not sure if you guys remember but

When i was building that ufo in one of my episodes i tried doing this little depth effect with the glass and i realized i need to leave a gap between each layer so it actually gets darker when you look down i’ll show you guys in

A second here and here we go this is the cool depth effect that i was trying to go for i have four layers of glass with the air block in between each one of them and it gives it an awesome cool effect and also put some lava down there

Just to go with another theme and let’s just repeat that on all four sides all right the floor is now complete adds a nice depth to the flooring and now let’s start working on these walls and this is my plan my idea is to have like a second

Layer or a second floor up there and there’ll be no real use for it’ll just be decoration just to look cool and over here i’m trying to have like some lava streams or something so i could fit into another theme or some nether brick but the main problem is having this wood

Here might burn and yeah that is my plan for now so i might actually get rid of this wood here and turn it into stone bricks instead and try out some different designs because i really want to add some lava to this wall so let’s put a little fence right here to cover

Up the lava so it doesn’t pour everywhere and now i can build up the wall that will contain the lava let’s build up these walls and i think that should be good now if i put the lava buckets up here it’ll make a nice flowing effect when it hits these blocks

That is the plan at least so let’s go grab some lava buckets now climb down here and grab some lava and now if you put the lava buckets right here it should make a cool effect i’m really hoping it does and i’m praying it doesn’t oh it’s definitely gonna burn

That wood over there so i’m actually gonna take this away it’s actually gonna burn it it’s so close but it does look really good i like the flow of it i’m just waiting for this log to burn and catch fire i’m surprised it hasn’t yet

Oh my god oh go away don’t blow up my don’t blow up my hub away oh you will pay for this come here yeah how do you like where’d you come from uh since when the baking gets so dangerous but let’s slap a lava bucket down right

Beside this log to see if it catches fire and i’m gonna wait five minutes but while i do that let’s go for a quick snack break all right it’s been like 10 minutes and nothing has burned down yet my entire hub is still alive i honestly thought

I’d come back to uh nothing but now we should be good let’s lap these down and i’m just going to cover up the top with some smooth stone and this will be the second floor and now i just got to repeat this on the other side um there’s a slight problem here ah

I was literally just building the top design right here and the entire pillar caught on fire oh i literally waited 10 full minutes and it never caught on fire why does it catch on fire now okay is this one going to catch a fire as well bruh

Well i had a nice pillar i mean it’s gone now okay let’s actually remove this pillar right here because i don’t really need it kind of just left it there and let’s replace it with some stone bricks because that wasn’t supposed to be there in the first place so that might have

Caused the fire now the logs are even further away from the closest lava block but still like i’m still kind of afraid but so far it’s looking pretty good i’m just doing a little bit of designing up here i’m playing with some stairs and some slabs to make it look cool and i

Think it worked out pretty well other than this part yo what why are you attacking me now i was literally just chilling bro i don’t want to hit him either because i feel like other people attack me i don’t think anyone’s looking dull yeah i think we’re good oh he’s he’s

Kind of running is he running towards me oh i think we’re good okay that kind of scared me but anyways i finished building the pillar and we haven’t had any problems since but on these walls i kind of want to add some nether bricks to it to add some extra color so let’s

Break this really quickly here and see if it looks good let’s put some stairs and over here let’s put some nether bricks like that and how would that look i think that looks a little better i mean just a little bit of detail let’s change it for some wart blocks because

This is way more colorful maybe this will uh look a lot better i think that’s a nice addition to add just some little color where’d you go from how did i literally hit them oh don’t damage my hub why do i have so many problems with these what don’t don’t attack me

But yo yo yo why is this on fire oh this is this is so painful this is more challenging than i thought building in the nether i thought it would be like an easy breeze oh it’s because my helmet broke oh i was wondering why they’re attacking me

Okay let’s go get another helmet yo this chick is living on the edge right now i’ll save you bro don’t do this you can live all right i guess he really wants to go back to another okay you do you alright but since the wood hasn’t burned

In a while let’s start building this and replicating it on all three sides That took a lot of blood sweat and tears but now let’s start working on the second floor this upstair portion is supposed to be a balcony so let’s try this design with some stairs like this to make it look like it’s like railings up here and let’s just see how it looks

I’m kind of worried for these corner pieces because it looks like it’s kind of floating but you can only tell from the bottom and it looks alright definitely a little unsub what is happening up there i guess it is true love can happen anywhere these guys are tight roping minecraft is weird man

But let’s make this a little bit more symmetrical so let’s actually bring it in like this on either side so it’s more symmetrical looking and then there’ll be a bigger gap in the middle like that i think that would be a better idea let’s do the same thing on this side and for

This double block one it could just face each other and have a big gap let’s throw some of these around and i think that looks a lot better now maybe just a little too much stone over here it’s looking kind of thick yo right in between the crack too and he

Showed me the no nose bruh okay that’s what you deserve i’m gonna swap out this middle layer with some acacia wood and see how it looks uh not my favorite let’s try some other block how about blackstone still not my favorite let’s try another bricks yeah that doesn’t look any better

Yeah let’s just stick with the logs and now let’s work on the second floor it’s gonna be pretty empty because i’m never gonna be up here probably so let’s just ask some nether bricks to go with the theme let’s also make you follow the ark

Right here get out of my way there’s so much netherrack so garbage so dirty oh where did that come from what the literally came from nowhere i think i’m tripping i’ve been in another for way too long and it doesn’t look too bad but it’s kind of

Blocky so let’s turn some of these into slabs and do my bread and butter the only thing i’m decent at which is using stairs and slabs to my advantage to make it look smooth and detailed i slap it all around like just randomly i literally have no idea how to build this

I’m just you know going off the top of my head slide there slim more slabs and there we go looks a lot smoother it’s a nice little transition makes a nice arc and that’s like my bread and butter i swear like look at these this is the

Only thing i’m proud of that can do just nice arcs of stairs and slabs i just spam them around until it looks decent the only hard part is replicating the detail on all three sides it takes literally my entire day doing that stuff but whatever it takes to make a good

Video and a good build for you guys now let’s build it on all three sides oh boy i better start my coffee machine because i’m gonna be here for a couple of hours this is probably the hardest thing i have ever done i feel like i’m building

The ufo again like it’s just repeating the same little details all the way around trying to look over there like squint my eyes and try to replicate it on this side it’s it’s pretty it’s pretty challenging i’ll get there though don’t you guys worry i have to make it

Amazing for you guys but i’ll see you guys when i’m done doing this and there we go hopefully i didn’t mess anything up it looks pretty symmetrical to me i think i mean she is very gorgeous to me is that a meme i don’t remember my friends saying all the time but anyways

I’m not sure what to fill these gaps in with like these little big open doors i don’t have anything planned but i think some blue will look really nice so let’s head over here and let’s just fill up this entire thing with some warped blocks and see how it looks and instead

Of only using warped wart blocks i actually added a whole bunch of different blocks from the nether i got some soul sand this one looks really nice it’s like swirly it looks kind of like trippy to me it looks like it’s moving but anyways i got some shroom

Lights which took me a very long time to get and some smooth cork i think it’s a pretty nice addition to add but i didn’t use any nether wart blocks because i want to use this for the ceiling which i’m actually going to start working on right now since everything else is

Pretty much done but in order for me to do that i obviously need carvo even more space and like this is going to take me a long time i would use tnt but it kind of scares me i don’t want any tnt to fall down and blow something up by

Accident so let’s just be safe and not use any tnt and just mine this by hand this is not safe at all Okay um oh they all just took the nether portal into my overworld home well that’s one way to get rid of them okay maybe tnt was a bad idea why didn’t anybody warn me not to use tnt like come on and now there’s a cast bro oh i’m

Going back in as well i can’t deal with this i just want to check up on all these pigments they’re on the lava water water water they can’t swim right they can’t swim right yeah come inside look at them all the fish and the dolphins like what are these things

Looks like they’re a synchronized like dive team or something you can’t touch me losers i get distracted way too easily oh no i can’t have lava poor down there all right let’s continue clearing out this ceiling and now with all this room i should be able to make a rooftop over this thing

It’s mainly gonna be made out of another word block to give it like a red type of canopy type of thing but my plan is to kind of have a yeah i can’t even explain it bro let’s just let’s just build it right now i’m just gonna make like some diagonals

Until i reach into the middle area it’s not gonna look like a circle but um circles are way too hard to build like domes let me just uh you know push you off here or after a couple of minutes this is what i came up with it’s gonna be

Arching up right here on these corners and then right in the middle there’s a circle with a nice dome i said i hate building domes but i have to build a dome it looks so much better so now i’m gonna fill in the dome with some red

Wart block just like so and it’s gonna follow the shape of the dome somehow i feel like it won’t be too bad it’s gotta follow this shape of this art and it should be all g i think oh no i really don’t know what happens when i’m

Building it just just comes to life all right i just followed the shape of the ark and please look good and oh it doesn’t look that bad i just need to add like a little bit of detail on these corners so let’s do that let’s grab this

Build out here and just to make it look better let’s just add a couple of little blocks to make it look a little bit more shaped out if that makes sense and there we have it i think that looks pretty good now let’s just repeat that on all four sides let’s get building And from the bottom it looks pretty good i think and on these sides i’m gonna add some warped wart blocks these blue ones and it’ll be a nice uh colorful rooftop the noise when you place this down is kind of nasty kind of sounds like slime

That doesn’t look too bad all you gotta do is add a little bit of adjustments to make it look a little bit smoother and yeah that looks way better way way way better and if i add some stone on this little arch right here it’ll look even

Better i’ll see you guys when i finish all of the sides and i think i’m done the ceiling that was a lot faster than i thought to be honest i thought it would take me a lot longer but i think that’s my favorite part of this entire build

The ceiling and the top half this bottom half looks like a 12 euro built in there’s like lava flowing down i don’t like the wood i feel like the wood would look way better with spruce wood just because i love spruce wood honestly i might just change it i don’t really like

It that much but all in all it’s a pretty good netherspawn hub i think bruh this gas is literally sniping me from a mile away bro why go away oh don’t catch my stuff on fire please where’d you come from now oh no please don’t start fire oh no no way

He’s got hit by the gas oh no i’m dealing with like eight different things at once i’m killing the magma cubes with the fireballs oh no fire yeah thanks for the help gasps i gotta be careful not to burn my stuff okay let’s get rid of this

Gas now this is getting annoying i’m coming poppy you better hide yes what honey hey from the outside though is looking pretty insane in the beginning of this video the nether portal looked like this it was so boring it was just a measly nether portal in the nether and

Fast forward till now this place is looking insane the last thing i need to do is add some pathways in these giant doors and one will lead all the way to my blade spawner and to make this a little prettier i’m actually gonna make this a four-way nether portal i’m not

Sure if it’s gonna continue working hopefully it brings me to the right place but i’m gonna have another portal on either side so it looks symmetrical because right now it’s just a random now the portal in the middle all right let’s make a obsidian ring right here just one

Block above ground and let’s build this up here like this just like so i’m gonna make it pretty tall just to be fancier because you know tall things just make everything fancier you guys know like those super tall doors in houses it just makes it look faster and let’s light

These portals up and i’m hoping all these portals will lead me into the same place but now let’s just make a quick staircase that leads up to it like this and just a little design for like railings or something i like the iron fence more i think i don’t know

It’s kind of on the fence here see what they’re like on the fence because you know i’m building with fences no one likes me and i just decided to add both so there’s all three fences the stone brick one the spruce one and then the iron one not too bad i really like

How it looks right in the middle it looks really fancy way better than what it was before and let’s go in and pray it leads me into the correct place please don’t be a different error okay i’m back here and are they still mad at me hello there’s so many pigmen in here

Now wow it’s really weird being over here in the overworld i’ve been in another for so long but let’s head over here and grab some gold and some diamonds let’s turn all of this into gold blocks i think that’d be a cool addition and let’s just make four

Diamond blocks there we go and i need some more food let’s throw this into the furnace and quick snack break piece let’s throw some diamond blocks right in the middle here and eventually i want to change this into netherred block and some up here as well but my plan is to

Add some gold blocks right here in these corners but there we go the entire nether hub is complete now i just gotta build the pathway over to my blade spawner because that’s the only destination i really have in the nether i don’t have anything else yet i will be

Building like a weather farm soon but my blade spawner is over here in this direction it’s not too far away unless they’re carving out a giant corridor or alleyway all the way through until i reach the blaze monitor i’m gonna be honest majority of the time spent

Building this thing is actually just me breaking the area to actually build the hub and all of these random stuff it takes me so long to break all this netherrack the stuff you guys don’t see let’s just do this the old-fashioned way and just use some tnt this will make my

Life so much easier let’s go be careful it doesn’t go over there bruh bruh bro let me just round them up into here you know get getting the whole buddy come on come on end the whole get in the hole there you go any more volunteers anywhere no all right let’s just step

Wasted two hours of my life carving out this and filling it in let’s start building the actual hallway let’s build a pathway i do want to add a minecart system here so i think i’m gonna leave like these two rows open like this and have blocks on top so this will be the

Mine carts i’ll run back and forth and let’s just build it all the way down and now let’s come up with a design for these walls it needs to be something simple so i can replicate it all the way down this is gonna be a big project i

Didn’t think in this hallway would be the hardest part but let’s just come up with a little design here all right this is the design i came up with but there’s no way i’m building this entire thing all the way down there it’s gonna take way too long and too many resources it’s

Not gonna be sustainable so i’m actually gonna shrink the size i’m gonna just keep shrinking it until i have like a pretty small alleyway i could work with because this hallway is too fat i mean at least it fits me though like i could fit right through it which is good but

Let’s bring it down a lot and building with wood kind of scares me in the nethers like i already had some pretty scary uh experiences and encounters with fire so i’m getting kind of nervous building with all this wood but you only live once right like quite literally i’m

In hardcore mode all right this is what i got for the design for the little hallway it’s a lot better than building this giant thing i’m not really sure what blocks to use for these walls because i have like black stone and basalt so i might just uh switch it up

Every single wall if you guys know what i mean but let’s start building all the way down over there this is going to take a while And it’s actually the next day right now and i finally finished this entire hallway this took way too long and now looking at it i actually forgot nether bricks i don’t forget that anyways we finally made it to the end and according to the coordinates i should be able to

Dig straight down this way and i should be able to hit the blade spawner i have somewhere around here i should be hitting it eventually and yeah i hit the stone brick right here hopefully i’m not mining into the actual grinder and i’m not perfect actually mine right into it

I’m not gonna make anything too fancy leading into here i’m just gonna make a minecart system and no big hallway thingy because that’ll be way too much work and we are all connected up to the blaze farm all i gotta do now is add some rails and we are golden all right i

Got my rail so let’s put some powered rails down and let’s line it up with regular rails and i want it to be a pretty fast trip so i’m gonna put a lot of power rails around here just to make it speedy all right now let’s make a

Tokyo drift turn this way and maybe one day when i have another project over here in this land i’m gonna put a redstone contraption that will flip this rail so it will flip this way and my minecart will go over to the other area but right now it’s gonna turn into the

Blaze farm and i’m probably gonna need more rails you think i have an iron farm and for this staircase i’m just gonna use all powered rails let’s light her up under this block here to hide the redstone let’s put one over here as well and there we go and i’m gonna put a

Powered rail on every single pillar like right here and then put one right here just so it could be symmetrical because i love my symmetry and that should be it i’m actually really excited to try this minecraft system i’ve read so many of your comments telling me to make a

Minecart system all around my world and i never do or getting a lighter i just run around and you guys could argue i could just get an elytra and just fly over to my blaze farm but like that’s no fun let’s stick to like regular minecraft and have giant nether hubs

Where you could just my card everywhere that’s how i grew up on minecraft but anyways let’s test this out let’s click the button and off we go all right i thought it’d be a lot faster to be honest it’s not bad it’s a lot faster than running to my place farm
