ibxtoycat – Minecraft Xbox 360 / One – How To Make Guns For Custom Maps

Hello I’m a DX toy cat welcome back to no video today’s videos Ashley for those you like to make custom apps or at the very least those who like playing custom games because if you have played minecraft of PC you might have noticed how they can do full FPS conversion on

Serves and stuff so you can place csgo and minecraft and your bow actually change into a gun model and it will actually fire a bullet and it’s really cool stuff like that that you can actually do you can make a Halo game mode where you actually have halo

Objectives and stuff and basically if you try and do the same thing on console you actually don’t go very far because you end up realizing oh we’re just going to end up firing bows to each other so today’s video is the closest thing to a solution you come up come up with

Obviously some of those problems can’t be overcome we don’t have custom resource packs but I will be showing you how to make a kind of cool fps or gun based combat system by using custom classes with kind of different weapons by using stuff like the one text pack

Which changes your boat into a gun and all this cool stuff but you might just enjoy if you want to make a custom game mode so please do like if you do like it because it helps out the channel or and let’s know you like it and like seeing

This kind of different video but let’s get straight into a really shall we so yeah that one the weird things about Minecraft is the boat ends the state as a boat in pretty much every single texture pack even though you know it’s the only range weapon the game obviously

I guess they chew on it big a bow so even in tech specs like the steampunk tech spec where you might figure that’ll change it does not it stays the way it does so if you want to get your bow change into a gun there is one specific

Text pack you can use and it is the halo mashup pack so I’m gonna switch over to that right now all the hello Tex packed another cool it so you can see where me because it does a bunch of really really cool things to make an awesome gamer ba

Let’s switch there now okay so we are here in the halo masher pack and like I said it has a bunch of really cool things to make FPS game modes cooler and the first most noticeable one is even the music or it is the crosshair so the

Crosshair is the coolest thing to me because you know there’s string our pillow and you’ll like that if you play hello but it’s also really awesome because it works for if you want to make it like a close-range game where it’s just like shoot inside the circle to

Shoot roughly where they are like it generally covers the region of a block you can see like over there medium range of the also cool thing about it is if you want to be precise these crosshairs are probably the best one in the game for it unfortunately they’re still a

Little bit wonky and um a little bit to the right of them like you see right there but still if you know how to come sit around it’s still nice to have really precise crosshairs and it makes anything where you’re trying to do precision range combat really really

Cool my opinion so yeah that is a you know that said above being pretty cool right there in my opinion and also you’ll notice that the bow is actually a need so if you haven’t played halo the needler is one of the more iconic weapons and it’s really cool because you

Are running round with neither’s firing needles look at these arrows they’re actually just pink needles and it just feels a lot cooler than you know just running around with bows and pretending they’re guns these are actually guns that you’re printing against kind of see yeah that’s that right there and the

Other cool things you can do of this that are outside of the class thing I mentioned is you can actually put a helmet on so if you put on this helmet which is actually just a pumpkin if you can’t sell it does this really really cool thing where instead of give me the

Pumpkin outline it gives you the halo helmet outline so yeah even though I’m on the outside you look like you’re in a pumpkin and it’s kind of glittery if you have a cap get on the inside it’s a really really cool halo hum experience and like I said it just makes the game

Feel a bunch cooler when everyone’s run around with these you just all feel a lot cool like I said and I really really do like that I like this little Easter Egg each you know pumpkin looks slightly different in check pack and I really really like this one the most out many

Of them it’s one of my favorite parts about this text back in fact because like I said it’s just it’s just awesome so yeah that is the halo helmet that is the needler that is the crosshair and the music which also feels kind of fitting to anything you do but the other

Thing I mentioned is that you can kind of have multiple guns in Minecraft even though there is just the one range based weapon and the way you can do this is by kind of giving it different instruments and different effects and by giving people different ammo counts to kind of

Simulate different weapons so just by purely am accounts alone you can kind of argue if you give one guy you know like 20 bullets and one guy like 40 then you know that that second weapon is kind of like a higher magazine camp but you know

That’s not true fair by itself so what you can do is you can add Inchon since the mix to make it so stuff like let’s start the first one here I’ve been acid weapon so this is our Bennett’s weapon it has 29 arrows some I don’t know why I

Guess one got picked up and they’re as 28 arrows should have anyway and basically the idea behind this is it to unenchanted weapon in every way except the sharpness a might think so sharpness that’s feels a bit weird for a bow you know it’s power you’re meant to use

Plink at G’s I call your pressure no the idea behind this is it does have charms from purpose because that kind of acts like a bayonet if you don’t know I’ve been at say a knife you stick on the only weapon in real life and Shawn is

Free isn’t enough to just wreck people in a couple of hits of this but it is enough to make it so that you know if it gets to the point where it close range you might actually be better off firing this and should you at the same time

Because you can actually hit and shoot the same time which means the people have to watch out people bayonets because this is really good at close range but because it has no wrench omits it’s not so great a distance it’s not so great against people who have the

Urban charms and yet it’s mostly just the close-range weapon that has the nice benefit of that doing this stuff so yeah this is the bayonetted weapon it’s a pretty cool you know idea for weapon but what you can also do is again taking the same concept you can be like okay one

Guy in exchange for using less ammo you can make it 24 you can make it 12 you can make it way less you make a little less depending on how you want to balance it but in this case it’s got 24 ma right here this is the hollow-point

Weapon so this has power to in exchange for not having a list of stuff and basically the idea behind it is he does more damage if you want to each level power does quite a bit more and it means instead of killing you and let’s say you

Know like free hits of out armor it’s two hits fella so yeah a pretty decent a damage increase obviously if you give her one arm it you can kind of tweak exactly how it worked and it just means if you want pure power this is the

Weapon for you and like I said oh you can call it hollow points to kind of signify that the ammo is more powerful not the gun or you can call it just a big gun or something like that whatever you wanna do but yeah as you can see

These two things are kind of in contention to each other you get more ammo of the bayonetted weapon but you know with this you get more power so you keep people at close range if you only use this or or if you’re using this weapon you keep everyone a long range

And then you can wreck them kind of there so next up we have this shotgun so the shotgun uses punch ammo which I know in real life it kind of kills you it doesn’t push you apart but if we’re playing a futuristic FPS which is kind

Of payload then yeah it makes sense the shotgun pushes you back quite a bit and that’s why it has punch on it so in exchange for not going with you know the bayonet which is kind of better in that way this keeps people away by shooting

Them away and then you can keep on doing a range you know you can kind of argue which one is better wherever you want to punch people well not but still this one also works for knocking people of ledges so you might argue that’s better so yeah this is the shotgun the works

Surprisingly well a long range again I’m just giving them like temporary names em and yeah that’s that right there next up if you want to move on from that way you can see we’ve got free weapons already and they all kind of have their own

Thing I know in your head right now you might be like oh I can’t I really preferred this weapon or this weapon but I think the fact that there is choice means that you can do these cool base class back gamer so yeah next up we have the flamethrowers the idea behind this

Is it has more ammo because it’s just meant to flame and it just does a tiny bit of flame damage each times the idea is you just spam you get flame damage flame damage flame – flame damage over and over again and that’s the idea behind this class use all the ammo

Either the flame to just set people alight and hopefully kill them with fire damage because you know you don’t have any benefits coming in wait you can’t knock more pledges you can’t you know get them a close friend should kill them and you don’t even have the extra damage the poly points

To have but you do have lots of ammo and you do have lots of fire damage which does like a fight for heart Street Velma so this is a good way to kill armed opponents or to just you know kill people slowly if they keep on popping in

And out so yeah that’s the flamethrower right there and another co-op tunity again you might want to bounce these in particular ways but the way I chose to do it is like give less ammo to this guy give more am to this guy and then finally we’ve got the energy weapons so

You don’t need to give the energy weapon the one the arrow which I just picked up right there and we’ll put R over here and base the idea behind this is he doesn’t get any of the other benefits but they can outlast every single half weapon because if you don’t know energy

Weapons and games usually recharge themselves or you can all use a free printer gun where basically it prints its own ammo as it goes which means that you don’t have to worry about you know weapons just as long as the other arrows as long as the things alive and that

Means that because a bow has I think it’s like 150 uses that means that you can actually use this but way way longer than ever weapon but then you don’t have any benefits so as long you know you’re kind of just helping you out lost people

Or that you can spam way more people want to because you know you can just sit here spamming over and over again just like well they’re like oh I don’t know if my 24 hours gonna last and yeah that’s an interesting way to play it so yeah that’s five weapons right there you

Can be way more creative and create even more fees like I said but it’s kind of true that you can make five classes and then you can even work around that other items you can make stuff like a grenade that’s like instant damage you throw and

It’s like Oh get out there and it does it down showed one around it you can do all these really really cool things using stuff in Minecraft and making it cooler and yeah that’s the idea behind this video so although we can’t make Cisco in Minecraft we can’t you know

Have actual gun what we do have edge combos but we can’t have actual gun models that fire hit scans the each other like in everybody again if you want to make like a capture the flag based game mode this is a really cool way mid to make it more interesting you

Don’t have to be using swords in Minecraft all the time you can make a game which fills all this cool different and that’s one of the things I love about Minecraft that you can be this creator of the game and it actually is a reasonably viable tactic it’s not just

Like oh if you end up being creative it’s gonna end up Pawlik know if you you can be creative you can do this stuff and it’s actually you know a fun thing that’s almost support by the game so yeah I’d love to know if any of you were
