Hi in this video I’ll be showing you how to make this fairy Treehouse build this tutorial is more of a guideline than an exact step-by-step guide but you can slow the video down and follow it more exactly if you’d like I’ve included a list of all the blocks I used as well as Which mods and shaders I use in the description I hope you find this useful I started off by building a big custom tree to begin I laid out a base shape for the tree and its roots using Spruce Wood the main shape is about 9×9 blocks Big but as you can see it’s not an exact chain foreign I started making each layer move to the right then to the left then back to the right to create a curved shape for the tree trunk Foreign I started to add some branches towards the top of the tree I tried to vary the directions and shapes of these I also added some smaller branches coming off of these foreign Foreign Foreign The shapes of the branches here adjusting them until I decide on a shape that I like I ended up deciding on this curved shape which I liked for the smaller branches as it makes it seem like they’re dropping a bit from their weight I added some smaller branches towards The bottom of the tree ending up with about nine branches in total I then started adding the leaves to the tree using azalea leaves I start the shapes of these Leaf bunches by more or less covering the ends of the branches leaving a few blocks of air in places I then add a few more leaves around the ones I’ve already placed aiming for a pretty random placement which makes the bunch bigger and more dense I also put a few more Leaf blocks further up the branches I do a lot of adjusting of these bunches until I achieve a natural looking shape I usually find that I need to add more blocks than I think I do it first I repeat this process for every branch that I’ve built Foreign I also like to add a few Leaf blocks to the tree trunk as if there are smaller Sprouts that grow in and Trail down the tree Foreign Foreign As always I recommend taking a step away from your build and seeing how it looks like from a distance as well as how it looks up close this can really help you to understand why you might want to make adjustments and Visions to help with the shape and overall feel of the build Foreign Thank you Foreign Foreign Foreign Foreign Foreign Foreign I ended up adding a few more smaller branches coming out of leaf bunches to help with the placement of the leaves as I noticed some of the gaps between branches looked a bit odd and too empty foreign This is how the build looked like so far once I was finished placing the leaves I then replaced some of the azalea leaves with flowering azalea leaves I did this by hand and aimed for Fairly random placement but if you’re using well leather you can do this a lot quicker Using the command that I’m showing on the screen I really like these Leaf blocks they’re one of my favorite recent additions to the game I then added some dark oak stairs and slabs to make the shaping of the tree trunk and branches look a little bit smoother and more natural I also use these blocks to make adjustments to the roots so that they seem to be digging into the ground which adds depth dark oak and Spruce is hands down my favorite combination of blocks make natural builds with Again this is just something that I Do by eye regularly taking steps back to see where I need more or less blocks Thank you I then added some dark oak fences to create the appearance of smaller Brown chisel Twigs coming out of the leaf bunches I did this both on top of and under the bunches Foreign Thank you The next thing that I added was the Moss carpet on top of the leaves and some of the branches just to add a bit of texture and variation Foreign Blossoms to some of the fences that I’d added as well as adding flowers to the trees they add a really nice particle effect to the build which really helps if you’re going for the kind of fairy vibe Foreign To the tree these won’t attached to Leaf blocks directly so I added some more Spruce Wood to attach them to and hid these with more leaves if you don’t want the glow barriers to grow with time you can add string underneath the block by this down you won’t be able to see this And it’ll stop them from growing any further thank you Foreign Thank you Now it’s finally time to build the actual house I laid out some strips Bruce Wood four blocks high to make columns on the edges of the house and used a layer of mud bricks with white terracotta on top for the walls Since the back wall of the house is covered with leaves I changed how it fits for the spruce to allow for more space inside the house I then made a simple floor design using more strips for this wood in alternating directions I then laid out some more strips Bruce Locks to create the upper part of the house I also used Bruce stairs slabs and trapdos to create the detailing on the front of the house I decided I wanted to use Blackstone for the roof which you can see me laying out the shaping for hair using stairs and Blocks they have this come out by a block from the front of the house for some depth I changed the design for the wall of some of the upper part of the house adding some more mud bricks and strips spruce I copy the shape of the front of the Roof to cover the rest of the house foreign To the front of the house using Spruce signs trapdoors fence gates buttons and lanterns as you might be able to tell this house is very small on the inside but for more space you could easily build into the inside of the tree trunk the next thing I did was to add a Chimney I really like to add chimneys to most of my house builds as it adds some life to the build and helps to break up the Symmetry I use Spruce wooden stairs which I later replaced with mud bricks and a campfire with Spruce trapdoors around it that create the Smoky effect I Then added a white thin glass pane for the window and copied the design of the front of the house to the back now the build is almost done and there’s just a few more details to add I added some lanterns on chains hanging off the leaf bunches I love adding lanterns to builds They’re probably one of my favorite blocks in the game I then broke some single block holes into the ground around the tree and filled them with water to make little puddles I also added a few more lanterns on top of stone brick walls to add some lighting I decorated the ground around the tree using most most carpets big and small drip leaves flowering azalea bushes brass and flowers this is really just a preference but I always like to match the color of the flowers to colors in the build in this case it was pink to Match with the flowering Azalea and small blossoms Thank you foreign Ly I added some lily pads to the Water by the tree and that’s the bill done I really hope that you found this useful if you enjoyed it feel free to leave a like And subscribe and if you try this build you can tag me on Twitter to show Me you’re also always welcome to leave build and tutorial requests in the comments thank you so much for watching bye Video Information
