Do you want to know what’s stupid in Minecraft how expensive some of these items are to craft when I say stupidly expensive I mean an item or craft that requires tons of resources or time and the result is either dumb or underwhelming to craft this first item You’re going to have to go on a long journey and there’s still not even a guarantee that you’re going to find what you need first you either go fishing trade with villagers or kill a drown to obtain Nautilus shells these shells have a 3% chance of dropping from killing Drowned and A8 % chance to catch when fishing next you need to find an item you can only get from buried treasures and that’s a heart of sea finally you get your stupidly expensive craft a conduit and it still doesn’t even work you need to surround in a 5×5 ring of Prismarine three times if it’s this costly surely it does something amazing right wrong all this does is give you water breathing underwater haste and night vision all things you can obtain from normal potion crafting the price of this next building block has always confused me first you either got to go To the bottom of the ocean find a river explore a lush cave or convert mud from dripstone into the first ingredient clay when you mine it it will drop four clay balls and this isn’t the final item you want to get you’re still going to need To smelt the clay balls into bricks then you combine those for bricks into a crafting table to make a single block of brick all of that work for one block I don’t think I’m making an Old Brick cabin anytime soon talk about time consuming I mean it’s a cool block but Come on Mojang I bet you’ve had your fair share of villagers trying to rip you off but this reditor had it next level a villager offered him a bit of arthopods five book keep in mind this only has one use to kill spiders quicker doesn’t do any extra damage to any other Mob so it’s pretty useless unless you’re dock off but the Villager wanted 63 emeralds and a book for it what an absolute ripoff like the price of a new video game nowadays I mean $70 come on anyways back to Minecraft item number four is all about beacons if You really want a beacon which I’m really not sure why you would since potion exists this is what you’re going to have to do first go to the Nether and find a nether fortress which can take a long time if you don’t have a favorable Spawn then you’ll have to find a ton of wither skeletons a kill I hope your sword has looting three because without it wither skulls only have a 2.5% chance of dropping and you’ll need three of them oh and by the way wither skeletons aren’t always easy to find sometimes They only spawn in certain parts of the Fortress now once you’ve done that grab some soul stand easy go back to the Overworld and set up your wither make sure you have at least diamond armor and tools to fight it a high power bow will Help a lot too if you die you could lose everything but finally you’ve killed it it and all you got was a Nether Star it’s not like it dropped the beacon you still need one of the most timec consuming blocks to collect obsidian three of them then you need glass and Finally you’ve got your beacon but wait guys it’s not even fully powered yet because now you need 1,476 ingots of iron gold diamond or netherite to power it wait a second netherite why would you do that well it makes your beacon over powered not and it would take 5,904 blocks of ancient debris to get that much netherite Yik I’ll pass plus it’s the same power as iron blocks so unless you want to flex on all your friends there is no point in making out of netherite but I know some of you will now this next one may not seem that Expensive first you have to make a chest which you’ve had to convert logs to Planks to get then you have to grab that chest along with five iron and make a hopper then you need to another five iron to make a mine cart combine them together and you’ve got your mine cart With a hopper was that worth the five trips to the crafting table I doubt it the next one is an item that was added in 1.16 but because of how stupidly expensive it is you hardly hear about it it requires a netherite Ingot which is expensive in itself you need to find an Ancient debris in the nether which is harder to find than diamonds and needs a diamond pickaxe to mine then you need to smelt the ancient debris which will only give you two netherite scrap finally you need four gold along with four netherite scrap to make the single Ingot around That single Ingot you need eight chiseled stone bricks which require eight stone bricks and a stone cutter it’s quite the recipe but at the end of it you’ll have the greatest item ever created a load Stone it’s the most overpowered item in Minecraft I’m just Kidding all it does is allow you to map your compass to its location which makes it practically useless unless you’re someone who gets lost easily but someone did manage to use it to make the most costly but stylish floor of all time highing shulkers along with our friend The load Stone what isn’t useless is a heavily Enchanted pair of boots and sometimes you can actually get the two expensive message if you try to Anvil every possible book onto a pair but I’ve got a solution using this website you can put in whatever enchants you want to Add to your boots if you do it uniformed in some random order you may get the too expensive message so you’re going to want to follow the order it gives you like if you want all the enchants on your boots this is the order to do it in Still it will cost 86 levels to complete so you really have to want some op boots speaking of enchants two of the enchants on those boots are stupidly expensive in a completely different way Soul speed and Swift sneak you can’t enchant them normally with a book in an enchantment Table for soul speed you’ve got a barter with a piglin which only has a 1.18% chance of dropping for Swift sneak you can only find them in ancient cities underground which are already difficult to find in the first place once you’re inside your chances of finding a level Three version of that book are even more rare these enchants aren’t even that cool as You’ expect Soul speed increases your speed on Soul Sand and Swift sneak increases your speed when crouching speaking of ancient cities I’m sure you’ve wanted to take down the warden but i’ advise against that as it’s Really expensive to do first prepare to die a couple of times the warden is strong meaning you can lose some items in the fight once you finally killed one though all they’re going to drop is a salt Catalyst and a few XP orbs you can find these in around the Ancient City Without having to fight him what a scam you don’t even get like a trophy or anything like the dragon egg for this lovely egg you’ll have to collect all the materials to go to the end to open the end portal you need around 11 Eyes of Ender which means you need six blaze Rods which are a 50% drop drop rate when killing blazes and 11 ender pearls which are a 50% drop rate when killing Enderman if you manage to survive that then you have to go to the end and kill the ender dragon and for what an egg With no use but the flex on your friends you better at least make a cool Shrine for it considering how much work went into getting this thing maybe putting this on top of a beacon would be pretty cool potions in themselves are extremely expensive but a lingering potion of Invisibility may take the cake I’ll just leave you here with these ingredients that you can look for yourself that’s just to make the invisibility potion to make a lingering potion you need to add dragon’s breath which is by far the most costly ingredient glowstone is pretty expensive in itself requiring you to Scour the nether to find it and build up to collect it but what’s even more expensive is the new item a respawn anchor it basically works as a bed in the nether since you know trying to sleep in the nether with a normal bed well you’ll see what happens it requires 12 glowstone dust which are then turned into three blocks of Glowstone and six crying obsidian which can be obtained from borrowing with piglins or collecting from a rune portal it looks pretty cool but I’m not really sure if it’s worth it I guess if you’re a noob And die in the nether all the time you should probably make one do you by chance know what the rarest most expensive music disc is it’s called pigstep and rightfully named as it can only be found in a Bastion where piglins reside it has a 3% chance of spawning in A chest but I’m not going to lie it’s kind of worth it I mean just listen to this I might add this to my Spotify playlist it’s pretty easy to be obsessed with the Way Concrete looks but it’s not even craftable so it’s pretty costly on Your time you need to dive your choice four sand and four gravel not bad right but that just makes the powder in order to turn into concrete you need to soak it in water now I know what you’re thinking can’t you just throw a stack of Powder into a cauldron and spit back out normal concrete nope Mojang wants to waste your well-earned time sitting there placing water all over the powder to be fair that is the most realistic thing in Minecraft so I hope you enjoyed this video let me know what other items And crafts you think are stupidly expensive in
