Either singing too loud singing too rough or you’re singing too high so just sing where it’s comfortable for you and at a comfortable volume hold on a second let me get these things off of my face um there we go sing at a comfortable volume at a comfortable range and if you sing

At a place that’s comfortable for you you know you’re going to be able to get into higher notes but you need to get a foundation on your lower notes first on your on your normal healthy voice and then as as you get as you get um used to

Those things you know you’re going to build muscle because your voice is just a muscle so the more you work it out the better but you have to be gentle with it and you have to let it you know grow healthily don’t just tear your muscles

In half um so yeah don’t overdo it also breathing yeah breath control um that that’s something I need to practice actually I don’t sing properly um so it’s something I’m trying to teach myself trickle you could do ASMR LMO I’m GNA pass on that one actually okay
