Insane Build in Minecraft 1.20.1!!

The roller skates it’s a really good way of um getting your legs to train faster to get used to that also it’s painful in the start but if you could just like work through that it’s like maybe maybe half a week honestly if you just use them quite often it just becomes normal

And then the pain goes away and it’s much more enjoyable and you just start doing your little tricks and things whatever you want really just fun in general just find that starting is is usually a little bit painful but that only seems to be with older people I’ve

Seen many um five six year olds um all the way up to like 14 that doesn’t really struggle with pain at all I know I did but that’s just because I wasn’t used to the boot hugging uh how do you do lunges it’s when you basically go down on one

Knee um with your leg lunges what would lunges how would it explain that you basically do half a split so the one knee bends into a um if you I don’t know how to explain that how do you hold hold up I’m going Google how how to explain
