Hello everybody and welcome back to another minecraft video today i have for you a quick tutorial i’m going to be showing you how to build this compact and resource friendly enchanting station that you see right here so this has been designed to use a minimal amount of Resources if you have a look in my hotbar this is all the materials that you need we have our 15 book shelves and enchanting table as standard and then the redstone to control this is just seven blocks of sand some pistons five levers seven redstone and two redstone Torches and so the way that this works is we can use the levers to activate the pistons down below which are going to push up the sand blocks and block certain amounts of bookshelves from interacting with the enchantment table which allows you to configure what level The maximum enchantment will be at so we have two sets of three in these corners we have a one on either side that’s the amount of bookshelves that are being blocked and then over at the back here we have seven and with those you can actually make every single combination Of bookshelves between 1 and 15 interacting with the enchantment table in the middle so as well as being resource friendly you can do every level enchantment available so to build this you want to start off by placing down the enchantment table and then digging down two blocks around It like this going all the way around to the front and leaving this block here and then once you’ve done that you need to dig down one block around like this all the way around the outside of where you’ve just dug and then remove this block here and this block there then We’re going to place down a redstone so we have one in each corner one in this position on either side and then three redstone at the back here and then we’re going to place down a torch on the side of that block there and the side of that one as well and Then we need to place down pistons in each of these positions you’ll see that this one here is extended and then on top of each of these we want to place our blocks of sand then when you’ve done that you want to place your bookshelves around the edge like so And then the last thing to do is to place the levers on top so when you place these two in either corner you also want to activate them so that the pistons go back down then you need a lever here here and here and so there you go you’ve built your Compact enchanting station you can see that all of these levers activate the pistons and push up the sand and so that is it for this tutorial there is a link in the description box to a schematic and also to a website that will help you with your enchanting So if you ever wanted to know what’s the best level to get this type of enchantment on this type of item then this website will help you with that so make sure to check that one out but other than that thank you for watching and i will catch you next time Video Information
