Insane Enchantment Tree in Minecraft 1.20

Welcome back to the let’s play series last episode we took our first trip to the Nether and built up this awesome nether portal house but today we need to take care of a huge problem our tools no no no and to solve this problem we’re going to need to add a couple of

Farms to our village and build up a super special enchanting building but before we can start working on the building I think we have to work on the farms first I’m sure we all know to do some enchanting we’re going to need a whole load of bookshelves which requires

Sugarcane to make paper and leather of which we don’t really have very much at all so I think to start off with let me get a few more of these slabs here and I need to make some sort of temporary sugar cane Farm um I get these trees out

The way but um I don’t have an axe I meant to be prepared for this episode and I probably should say I’ve not really done that much between episodes basically just made myself a bit more food I still need to connect up this path here I did say I was going to do

That but um oops let me just grab some of this iron make myself an Axe and I can finally chop these trees down right now I know I can probably automate this sugar cane I think at some point I’m going to want to make a building for

That and well that’s not the building we’re building today so I think I going to trck a temporary thing here fill that with water think I might make another row here gu well make it a little bit big going to fill in this with my slabs

Just like that I should be able to plant the sugar cane down yes right we’re going to have to wait for that to grow up probably going to take a while to harvest enough of that but now that’s taken care of we need to take care of

The leather which is going to require some cows had some leads before what the heck have I done with those um maybe at the blacksmith y there we go right I see to find myself a couple of cows oh no that’s a birch tree brilliant have seen

Some in our forest so uh maybe around here oh yes right buddy you come with me but say we need to find you a friend and there they are there we go all right come on ladies you’re really going to enjoy your new life probably yes just

Over this way welcome to the Village it’s a simple slope up it shouldn’t be this difficult come on come on I think for now I’ll leave them there you guys can get acquainted as well I have a quick sleep my bed’s gone boom I need to make these guys a little

Temporary home as well maybe just down here make sense to have it next to the sugarcane for now this is making me realize we have so much building to do in this series oh but I tell you what when the village is done it’s going to

Look so good maybe I’ll dig out a little bit of this grass can probably try and make it look sort of nice if I make all of this two blocks high they’re not going to be able to get out this way I need to put a little fence around here

That should be simple enough oh I have a gate and some dark oak fences that’ll be fine I suppose right so bring a fence around here here so we’ll give it a little bit of shape why not and connect up there right put the entrance here

With a fence gate now I just need to go pick up these guys there’s the leads thank you come on your new home is ready in you come perfect right now I just need to breed you guys I’ve got a whole bunch of wheat planted over there I say

That’s just one I mean it’s up here I think if I come into the storage room did loot a load of hay bales in episode one to craft up a bit of that I suppose I’ll keep these on me I need to breed these throughout the episode this is

Going to end up taking quite a while sugar canan’s grown replant that when I see it but with the two little temporary Farms taken care of I think we need to find a spot for today’s build I have been planning this between episodes oh my God it’s a spider cow you know

What and what have planned is kind of big so I need quite a lot of space you know what I think this is the perfect opportunity to free cam a little overview of the village here here could be a good spot there is quite a slope on

That alternatively maybe do a bit of work here clear this area have to get rid of that Hill you know what that’s actually not so bad better off taking a look in person though I think it’s just over here right where’s that hill this is the hill this is the hill you know

What maybe this is the spot clearing out the build site and doing a little bit of terrifying Montage let’s do It all right guys it’s been a little while now but you can see I got quite a big area all cleared out I still might need to expand it a little bit but I think I’ll figure that out as we go if I take a turn around you can see well I

Got the path in I managed to connect it up all the way from the blacksmith right down to the build site and I also connected up the nether building as well but even though it’s been about 2 seconds for you it’s been about a couple

Of hours for me and as you can see I’m making some pretty good progress on the farms here I mean this isn’t exactly Humane but um we all know how I feel about cows but with the two Farms moving along nicely it’s time to start collecting a few materials for today’s

Build and once again I’m going to need a whole ton of dark oak because last episode I ask you guys for your suggestions for what we could do for an enchanting build and had a lot of requests for sort of like a wizard tower kind of thing and I’m sorry to

Disappoint you guys that is not what we’re doing kind of did that in the original let’s play series but I did get a lot of comments asking for some sort of Library building and on top of that a few of you also suggested using a sort

Of tree thing like we did on the blacksmith and I think I have a pretty cool way that we can integrate that but once again like the tree on the blacksmith up there think I want to make it out of dark oak wood just cuz I guess

That’s sort of going to fit with the lore of our village oh looks like we’ve found the Enderman close by but I figured rather than just dropping down my spre trees and waiting for them to grow planting the saplings and stuff well we got a dark oak forest right here

So it kind of makes sense to tear that down cuz I’m pretty sure I’m going to need about 20 stacks of that stuff dark oak wood chopping Montage no let’s have some wood chopping Vibes instead all right that is just over 10 stacks of wood I think I think that’s

Going to be enough I’m pretty sure I said I needed 20 and after a bit of recalculating I realized that is way too much before I die out here I think I want to take that back to the base cuz I don’t really care about losing my tools

And stuff obviously they’re pretty bad that’s what today’s episode’s all about but man I do not want to chop all that wood again but that is not everything that we’re going to need for this tree there’s still one very special thing which is probably not what you’re

Expecting but to get that you have to get out this boat you have to make it back to the house eat this potato dump off all this wood nice and safe make a few torches and head to the blacksmith cuz I’ve had so many comments like so

Many all telling me to make a shield so Shield all right now now we can go cuz to find what I want I’m going to need to go caving we did find that Lush cave last episode so I think this may be a good opportunity to go exploring in

That we’re going to need to build the tree well I hope so anyway but I have planned this tree out in creative mode just in my test world so I really wanted to make sure I was in keeping with this one here that we can just about see so I

Think for this this one we’re just going to do a quick time lapse then I can bring you back in for some more detailing stuff and don’t you worry there going to be a lot more to this than just the tree this is only going to be the start all right time

This amethyst here and that’s knob back to the original let’s play series this is what we used to sort of represent magic and stuff so we had it in our enchanting Tower our nether portal so I thought be cool to bring back some of that old Law plus actually looks really

Cool poking out the tree I am super happy with that but if we zoom in on our other tree here you see we did quite a lot of stripped in there and on this one we haven’t really done that yet so I think I’m going to come through and poke

In a few of these patches going to go too crazy with it know what maybe be cool around the actual amethyst I think yeah that’s quite cool it kind of highlights it a little bit more doesn’t it another two up there to do I’m pretty sure I made this tree scalable right

There a bit around here and a bit around here let’s pop down and have a look at that yeah I like that that’s really cool I think I do want to get some leaves and stuff on this as well now if I come up and look at the blacksmith tree see it

Didn’t really go crazy with it there a few leaves around the bottom got some leaves up there as well there is a lot more to this that still needs to be done I have a building coming out this side and maybe something coming out here as

Well I think I’m going to save the leaves until then which means it time to come inside and figure out where these buildings are going to go so I want the tree be the entrance and I kind of figured I’d knock out some holes on the

Sides so all this is going to have to go and I want the same on this side as well just these last few blocks all right so think we have this as our entrance with our enchanting table here in the middle I need to think of things to put on the

Two sides we will get to that though I just want to pop into the blacksmith real quick grab some of this Cobble and I want to figure out the size of these buildings on the sides so that’s three wide let’s say we have five wide floor get rid of

You have a wall come out like this well maybe not like that tree I’m really sorry you’re going to have to go all right something out here that seems like a good size something similar here as well yep you are also in the way is this

A big tree no I think we’re good 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 and we’ll just connect this up like that some of these leaves and what we working with here I think it’s going to be quite nice I don’t do anything too high maybe something along the lines of

What we have here on the portal building so I feel if we did something like this on the side of the tree it’s just going to sort of make the tree look really small I think we dropped down the scale like that which means I can grab some of

These materials think we got a few more in here still not organized the chest from before yeah we got some Moss I guess what we could do is work on one side here together I think I’m going to go quite heavy on the Cobblestone with

This I think it’ be cool if this looked a little bit more run down and sort of dilapidated I’m also bringing in a little bit of and theight as well I suppose I’ve just about built this up four blocks I think yeah that looks all right for height I like that of course

Going to knock out some space for Windows maybe have three that’ll be nice that’ll be nice now I’m going to need some Sprucey blocks ooh this is not looking good where’s all the spruce got some slabs eh all right let me grab some blocks I’ll be right back oh my that has

Looking very crowded oh we’ll T to those guys in a bit but I’ve grabbed what I think I’m going to need I’m wondering can I put a trim of this amethyst around just on top of here and try and make some kind of trim we got the oak there

On the nether we got this strip warp te stuff whatever it’s called can I make something work kind of feel like I could run slabs along here and slabs along the top as well boom we got that strip there right knock out this one and this one

Stare stare yeah it’s looking a little bit better what if I knock out some of you next to the windows is this going to work let me take a step back e yeah I actually don’t mind that that’s not too bad I have to bring this around the side

As well though right slabs on this level and I think that’ll be good right you got these loose slabs yeah I think that looks pretty cool I like that oh you know what at least it didn’t blur up a chest this time oh jeez well I’m going

To fix the rest of that mess later so I want to start figuring out the roof shape and again I want to make the trim out of dark oak just like we got on our other Buildings pretend you didn’t see that the roof should start here like this if we keep it like our other ones so we’ll come across like that to about here I know I don’t want this roof to go too high so I’m going to try it with just a

One block gradient for now so that would be the middle I need to pop down I don’t know if this is going to be too high what do we think eh maybe maybe I just don’t want it to go too close to this Branch there I think I need to build

That across just so I can really tell if we go a full block here then come down a slab just right up to the tree hopefully that will work and then of course we fill it in with our orange blocks I can still see the brancher I don’t think

That’s too bad you know we do something a little bit different with that H I’ve already got the blocks here to give it a go so we’ll quickly hop up and do that together right now i’ got an amethyst staircase pretty cool with the roof why

Tend to do is pop in this orange clay first or I should say orange terra cotta then these Acacia planks then the the red sandstone a little bit over here as well and I also need the smooth red Sandstone oh I must have some here maybe inside ooh do the blacksmith all right

Brief intermission oh wait it’s already in there I’ve already smelted some oh jeez no need for an intermission then in fact I should probably not smelt there should I oh I’m such a but I mean if you’re this far into this series you’ve probably already figured that out

Right oh dear but there we go the roof filled in little step back please look good pretty sure it should look quite nice yes yes I’m liking that and then something similar on the other side okay if I pop in how much room does this give

Done and a little bit later boom the buildings are in I think it’s looking pretty good good you can see I did this one on that side and ended up just refining this one a little bit kind of put like a little whooshy thing on the roof there and before

Anyone starts commenting I did intentionally put this one one block lower to that one it’s kind of feel like it makes it look a little bit more interesting symmetrically unsymmetrical or something but yeah if we head in you can see we still have quite a lot of

Work to do it’s looking pretty uh pretty bad like I said I had the tree planed out in creative and all that but as far as the interior goes well I have no no plan um but yeah I got to say I’m super happy how this is coming along so far

Still obviously a few details to add on the outside here obviously right now the biggest job is the interior so I think I want to tackle that and of course the main focus of the Interior is going to be the enchanting table so I’m going have to craft myself a fresh sword and

To change but onto the interior I think I’m going to rip out the floor of the tree section please shovel don’t break damn it who needs a shovel anyway right let’s fill this in with the dark oak planks so obviously that’s going to match the tree section pretty well maybe

Bring out the front a little bit too it’s kind of cool I’ve got these amethyst things here I’d really like to put those Crystal things on it sort of like you finding an actual geode but I’m pretty sure I’m going to need silk touch for that of which obviously I do not

Have yet so I might revisit those when we get the enchantment that we need I am kind of thinking though going craft a few dark oak slabs and maybe just bit of ceiling in here I do want it to be kind of higher up so I’ll just fill in around

This level of course I’m one short Spruce laab I suppose we’ll just never look up that is so annoying that’s going to trigger so many people oh well I’m sure it’ll be fine right I’m going to knock out a few more of these maybe get some kind of like art shape going on

Bring you back down we’ll throw some dark oak stairs in maybe here and here oh I like that one that’s kind of like an angle yeah that’s cool oh yeah I also brought my shears I can grab a few more leaves thinking about it would this be

Weird hanging down a bunch of leaves from the ceiling ooh you know what this could be kind of cool plus it’s going to hide that Spruce slab I’m going have a quick look at this yeah it’s not bad might bring a few more of these down a little bit lower okay maybe some

Glowberries can I bring this down what if I bone meal this yes can to do a couple more of these maybe one here little one there little one there don’t like that one one here and if I actually both these this should give off a little bit of light Stop Those creepers

Spawning and this is looking kind of cool I don’t even mind the amethyst poking out now the crystals will look super nice that is going to have to be a thing for later though and put dark oak on the floor here just to separate these rooms and really I should just make

Myself a shovel boom I think for the floor in the actual building part I think I’m going to go sprues yep that’s looking pretty nice and for the ceiling let’s go stairs along there and along here and I think that’s going to fill this in with trap doors so leave a torch

Up there don’t want any more creepers in here okay looking good looking good of course we need to do the same on this side as well there we go I think for now I’m going to craft myself a few fence gates and put across here so I think at

Some point I want to get a couple of villages in there and on this side I think I want to be a place to store sort of lapis and books and stuff so I want to craft up a few barrels how many do I

Need five 1 2 3 4 5 why am I talking like that all right Barrels in we get a few more leaves sprinkled around you know this is supposed to sort of be a giant tree I’ve run out of leaves right I place these around the edge as well

Actually this is kind of nice maybe that a little bit Overkill okay that’s pretty cool though guess I actually still need to get stuff to store in here but it’s future proof it looks good I like it but with this area looking pretty complete I’d say for now going start adding a few

Leaves around the outside maybe something like that once again run out of leaves maybe get a few running down here looks pretty nice it should help it look a little bit more like embedded in the world that’s kind of the aim anyway maybe one in the ground yeah I might get

Some on the side here as well yep it’s looking pretty good I did also bring this m and maybe I check a few of these around may need just sort of around the roots of the tree and I don’t have much bone meal but we’ll see how this works

Out oh yeah yep yep yep I think with that I can sort of complete the path up to the whole entrance thing awesome connect you up oh yeah we are actually getting somewhere now I do kind of feel like we maybe need a bit more Greenery

Up around here and maybe up there as well and just for a bit of variety why don’t we try one of these aelia things please grow damn it oh boy this is going to be the last my bones seven oh saying that got those bone blocks as well no need to

Worry oh do you know what I’ve actually not done yet it’s seen the reveal yes I still would like to do maybe a bit more work to the shape of this tree I think I’m just going to see how the village evolves overall we’ll probably end up

Doing like a village update episode or something at some point eh but I think we’re ways off that yet right let’s drop the rest of this tree down don’t want to leave this hanging around here oh do you know what reveal does work is this one around this corner that’s a nice sight

Line around there oh yeah I like it okay I just need to hop up onto the roof bring in a few leaves should probably be mixing these up a bit shouldn’t I he says as he places the same Leaf over and over again right Knock You Out flowery

One that should be quite nice maybe I’ll bring it up and over like that you know what free cam moment oh God yeah yeah I kind of like that maybe that a little bit Overkill maybe I’ll change that later actually no you know what I like

That we’ll do something on this side but maybe a little bit less already placed enough leaves on this build we’ll come up here and down don’t forget to use the normal leaves and there you can be a flowery one but that should be pretty nice yes yep I’m liking that I have had

One more idea which we need to Tower up once again knock out some of this get some moss in there you know what I’m just going to knock out a whole patch Moss like that maybe B me it few Moss Carpets on there as well a good measure

This is either going to look great or really stupid and the grand reveal that actually looks really good yo okay I like that I like that a lot man I lowy just completely forgot about moss carpets they are a useful block let’s do the same over here right not

Too many I mean I don’t even have that much Moss left anyway right a bit of bone meal bit Moss carpet along the top bring it out just like this one last one there ow oh no why oh man but I got to say this thing is looking so cool and

This is of course all thanks to you guys in the comments I should pick those up I kind have my reservations about this initially I’m not really a great sort of organic shape Builder I’m more of like a structure guy but I think this thing’s turn pretty decent especially this

Foliage on the roof the green and the orange works really nicely together I think of course there’s still a little bit more to do on the inside W this stuff is really growing I want to get a couple of villages in here I think we’re going to save that for another time but
