I just need to put your child in a boat and uh bring him to uh work in my in my store yeah that just sounds bad hello everyone and welcome to my cozy bamboo world where we’ve recently built this beautiful lighthouse and hid a 14 module Wool Farm inside it today I want to take things a bit slower by decorating a path leading from our Lighthouse to our base area and enjoy some fishing imagine if I would have gotten mending there RP season t green which of course it then also decides to start raining which I Mean that’s that’s good for fishing right but I think in order to truly enjoy some good fishing I think we need to build ourselves a proper fishing dock and since we fixed the mob griefing issue we can finally add some fisherman down here to run the docks that we Create and I’m thinking that right over here we’ll set up some little fishing Huts for them to stay at and sleep in now since we’ve made our giant wool Farm we should have a decent decent amount of wool that we can use to kind of just map Out the areas where we want to put some of our little fishing huts and as far as the path goes that’s going to lead between our Lighthouse all the way to our base area I already kind of started torching up an area and clearing out a Little bit of bamboo so you can kind of see this trail of torches is where we’re going to set up that path and as far as where we’re going to set up these two little fishing Huts I think I like the idea of having a longer rectangular one And then we’ll put a smaller more square one over here so I think I’m going to have one more set back along the beach and then the other one I’m kind of going to have half in the water where they can kind of just fish from their little House and be a little bit into our bamboo jungle area and despite it being rainy we’re going to start clearing out some of this land so that we can start making our little wool outlines of where we are going to set up these little fishing Huts for our new villagers that Will add to our area all right we have been clearing out this space and adding some sand a little bit further up the beach and we’ve been laying out some wool to kind of show where we’re going to be placing the different houses fishing huts and of Course our fishing docks now we’ll have about two villagers be in this one it’s much larger we’ll put one little villager back in this one for the docks we’re going to have them be dotted along this Edge and I’ll probably probably continue to push it all the way out to Here because this little square on the corner I want to be kind of like a fishing shop and because we have so much wool I also want to have two Shepherds in this area as well so we’ll have one be here and one be in this little house That will build them but as far as the color palettes that we’re going to go with for these we’re going to have the houses be slightly different in their palette compared to what we’re going to do for the docks so let’s quick fly over to our storage area and then we’ll just Pick up some color palette building blocks and I’ll lay them out for you so you can get a better idea now as far as the color palette we’re going to be using some of the Green Bamboo blocks we’ll also be using the regular yellow ones we’re also going to be using some Of the dark oak as well we’re going to use some Mangrove blocks mud bricks will also be a part of the color scheme and one that I haven’t really used much of before and case in point I can’t even find the chest I put them in uh here we Go I want to actually use some endstone for our color palette so we’ll grab some of these so we’re going to lay out the color palette that we’re going to be building our docks out of first so the docks are mainly going to be out of dark Oak and we are going to incorporate some different shades of Mangrove as our accent but the docks are mainly going to be dark oak we’re going to also add some mud bricks and we’ll have some Mangrove in here so this is the color palette that we’re going with for our docks now The color palette for our little villager Huts our little fishing docks I’m actually really excited about I’ve never tried this color palette before and I think it’s going to be really pretty but the houses we’re going to use dark oak and we’re going to keep the Dark oak stripped we’re also going to be using the Green Bamboo one we’re using the yellow bamboo and then some of the endstone now I’ve never really used endstone for a build but I thought that this would be a really fun color palette because it’s kind of just a gradient of Yellow and I love that there is such a contrast between the dark oak and the green and the yellows so this will just be a really fun color palette for our little fishing Huts as well so now that you know the color palettes that we’re Going to be using for the docks and for our little fishing h cuts and home for our Shepherds we’re going to go collect up more resources because frankly this uh won’t get us very far at all I’m just going to leave some of these resources In here so that we can go collect up some more I do know that I was kind of clearing out some of the dark oak trees so we’ve got a few extra stacks of the dark oak and the dark oak is going to be used for our roofs on the houses mainly And then the walls are going to be made of the Green Bamboo and then we’re going to be using the roof trim with with the End Stone so we’ll need to make slabs of this which is where I brought the stone cutter out and we’ll be using the mud Bricks as well to make a lovely little dock and then we’ll start building all four of the little houses we have and our little fishing shop all right I’ve got the supplies to start making some of these houses and these are going to be raised a little Bit and this is actually going to be more of like an 11 by 11 Square so I just need to make sure that we count this out right but it’s going to be raised by one so we’ll do one this is where it’s going to be and then we’re Just going to go out this direction and we’re going to use the endstone walls as kind of the the razors for the house and one thing that we’re going to do with these edges here is we’re actually going to raise them up just a little bit to Fit the uh the Japanese theme that we’re going for and we’ll do the same thing on this side where the third Block in is going to get the post under it and then we’re just going to raise these up and do the same thing over here all right I’ve made a staircase We’ve got our floor raised and we have the corner pillars for our house now as far as the walls I want to use the these little trap doors again cuz I really like them in our area so the walls are just going to be three high with these Little trap doors like so and as far as the staircase I decided to use stairs and then use upside downstairs for these two and then a corner stair right here and I think it really fits the the style of our platform edges kind of curving up and creating those like 90° angles I Think it’s going to look really cool and and I can also put some lanterns on here some potted plants and I think it’ll be really great so I’m excited for that but we’ll just continue getting all of our little trap doors in for our walls here Now for our roof we are going to be using our endstone as our trim so we are going to have our endstone start here and we’ll put three in the middle like so this will go up one on each side and then again this will go up once more on The edges and basically it’s going to mimic this same shape with it going just one half slab up each time so that’s pretty much all there is to the roof shapes that we have for this it is a 5×5 build so these aren’t exactly going to Be as long as say these edges when they slowly turn up in the corners but I think it’ll look really nice when it’s all done it matches the theme of our Corners being lifted and then we’ll be hanging lanterns from from these slabs as we’re going and I think it’ll look Really good so now that you know what our roof trim is going to look like I’m just going to work on getting this all set up and in place so that we can add in the rest of the roof itself all right now we’re moving on to The inside dark oak and all we do is move the blocks half a slab up and kind of just fill in this entire space that way we’re also going to use some stairs for this middle one here and I’m kind of just using some of these blocks as like Temporary blocks to help me know where to place these ones and then the middle is just adding in a full plank at the top and then we’re putting in an endstone brick wall and I’m deciding to replace these Corner bits with full planks instead of these slabs so we’re Just going to switch out our design here and then we’ve got the full roof all figured out so if I zoom out this is what our little roof looks like again you just kind of go up a half slab at a time using your slabs and that’s how you Have a little mini Japanese inspired fishing Hut at least my interpretation of a little fishing Hut and then we’re just going to start adding some of the details so these are mainly going to be just the ones where they’re sleeping so this isn’t going to have a whole lot of Detail to it and I decided to change my mind on this we are going to be putting some fences here instead to kind of make this more of an open concept since this is supposed to be more of a warm open ocean breeze type environment I want There to be oh let’s let’s not throw axes I want there to be some more Breeze being able to come through right off the water into their houses next we’ll add in some side tables and then we’re going to add our lanterns in our Corners at The sides of the roof and we’ll put one on their little bedside table we’ll also give them a little pot and we’ll give them a little flour for their bedside table and we’ll add some fences on the sides of our entrance so we’re just going to complete the other two fishing Huts that are around the corner over here and then we’ll start working on our little fishing shop where the villagers can sell all of their wees all right I’ve been doing some decorating and we’ve got our two little sleeping huts and our little fishing shop all completed I also decided to Make a little boat rack we have a nice little campfire and some barrels and chests just kind of scattered around inside here this is where we’re going to have our fishermen we’ll get them behind their little counter here to work and then I figured that since uh the Fishermen are probably going to want to be close to their shop that will have two of them actually sleeping in here so they can be close to their bed and their AI uh will hopefully not get too lost in between this little house and their shop That is the idea that I have for this and I’ve already started stringing up some fish like they’re drying before they get sold I started putting some items inside the chests here we’ve got one for name tags I just fished up this loyalty 3 so if we get a trident we’ll Probably just put that on there but then I’m just going to slowly fill up these different chests with things and then we can even use these barrels for where the payment can go if if people come to shop we also are going to add some more fish hanging I just used invisible item Frames for these and they work really well I I’m a huge fan of adding that mod into things but then we’ve just got some fishing nets around the back with some fish cot ready to be sold some fresh fishies I think before we continue building cuz the two things we have left To do are the dock and our larger fishing Hut over there but I think I want to go grab some of the villagers and I think I want to go towards spawn and breed up some villagers but we’re first going to need to get some bread But this is what it looks like in the aerial view of all of our builds we have so far and I have kind of just created this path all the way through our jungle you can see us passing all of our bajillions of pandas uh in the forest They’re kind of getting stuck with all of these Vines everywhere uh so there’s kind of just like tons of them stuck in between all of the uh The Vines and uh the bamboo pieces but you know it’s fine I really like how you can see my lighthouse Tower from this path the Sight line I think is probably one of my favorite Parts but we’re just going to pick up a bunch of wheat so that we can make bread to hopefully breed up the villagers I used to have the problem that I couldn’t even breed them up because part of mob griefing is Villagers can’t even pickup blocks so we should be able to breed up villagers and bring two little friends over to become new fishermen in our dock area so I’m just going to replant this and then we’re going to get going and move some villagers over to their new fishing Huts So they ate all the bread off the floor which is a little concerning to begin with but hopefully they should start kind of sharing and getting some love hearts around here okay we’ve got some love hearts but will we get a a little one that is the question any anyone Little one yes I just need to put your child in a boat and uh bring him to uh work in my in my store yeah that just sounds bad but uh I promise it’ll it’s a great place it’s very cozy and eventually you’ll all move over there Too now my idea with these guys is if I place this boat oh wait you’re already out you’re already out hang on hang on I wasn’t ready for you I was not ready okay you’re going to the bed that okay um okay that that’s fine how about That yeah there we go look at that okay well we’ve got the child so now we just need another child so what we’re going to do is we will just scooch them out the door here all right we are coming back to our area and we have our third little villager Baby which is perfect because now we can just breed these guys up once they grow up and they should just start grabbing some of the barrels around here but now we’ll just wait till these guys grow up we’ll let them free and then they will start becoming our fishermen going to Work and speaking of work it is time for me to get started working on our large fishing Hut over here so let’s grab the supplies and build this all the way up and our last fishing Hut build is complete and we set up a nice little Beach campire fire spot I do also want to work on getting more of the Nautilus shells so that we can use an invisible item frame and just kind of hide them along the beach and just kind of make it look like we have seashells kind of sprinkled in at different points on our Beach but that takes a long time because I literally have to fish for them so that will be a as we go type of a thing I feel like lately there’s been a lot of people in the Minecraft community that are just enjoying the simple things like Minecraft fishing and I’m totally here For it I think it’s a very lovely Pastime especially when we have such a beautiful place like this as our landscape while we do some fishing but I do have villagers now so I think I’m going to sleep instead and since I was just mentioning the fishing villagers We’ve got three over here and I think it just looks so cool to actually have fishermen living in the Heights living over by where we have the shop for the fish to be sold all of the goodies collected and I love it and at least at This point I don’t have a lot of them locked in so we kind of have to rotate these out to see what we want but we do have one that I locked in with string because if you remember we do have a spider farm that I can get some little Strings from and trade with them for those I do want to show you what I made over by our recent build for the little fishing Hut though and once I show off this last build we’re going to start working on the actual fishing docks so that we can do some proper fishing from Our dock area so as we come up here this is mainly going to be just a house but this is also going to be where one of our Shepherds lives we do have some fish in some little bowls some decorative bits just on their stands kind of like They’re selling things and they can walk back here and just be behind the counter which I thought was kind of a fun little feature and then they’ve just got a little campfire little bonfire pit on their balcony they’ve got a spot where they can sit and they can either just You know sit here sunbathe have a good time just enjoy the scenery or you know they can just sit here and fish and just relax but either way I I really like it I think it’s great but on the inside we’ve just got our classic little bed Set up nothing too crazy yet we are going to be adding some more decorative things placed here but I’m running out of resources out slowly but surely so I think we need to do some more resource collecting and build up our docks here and then we can move on to finishing Decorating our path and adding in more of a path block gradient to this once we get these fishing docks done so I’m going to get started collecting some resources while it’s raining and then we can start building up some docks together I have never had two wandering traders In the same exact time what the heck look it I have two this is kind of funny um I was just going to like give you guys an update but this is genuinely so crazy like he’s trying to move in over there and he’s just vibing but I was just going to Start clearing away these little wool dots and kind of just talk you through what I’m thinking for the rest of this now this is obviously the first phase so I first wanted to get the shape down get the planks down get the these Oak log stripped and kind of just start setting Up the little places where our boats are going to be but this isn’t the final design necessarily I feel like it’s really helpful to just start placing blocks if ever you’re like oh I really don’t know what to do how to start how to make this area look good just start Placing the blocks you can always change things as you go the next thing I’m trying to figure out is how to transition the dark oak docks to the sand and into the space itself right now it’s just very Stark lines I’m going to just uh spend some time playing with Some blocks and I’ll bring you back in once I decide how to transition this and then I’ll just walk you through it and we’ll continue making this fully transformed into our beautiful docks all right now after thinking and kind of messing with some blocks I think that This is what I want to go with as far as how to transition this Stark dark oak line into the sand and leading up to the rest of our area doing little piles of of barrels and chests and campfires with some of the mangrove Roots I think works Really well to just help with this and I also use some of the smooth Sandstone slabs and I really like how this looks I think this is the perfect transition and as well as making our path transition work really well I really like having the path block kind of being the main One that we use for our path and it helps just transition this with the slabs very very well and as far as the dock Decor goes we’re going to be using the mangr trap doors stripped dark oak we’ve got the mud brick walls and of course some mango fences with a lantern And that’s going to kind of be how we decorate all along this entire Shore I’m mixing in some dark oak trap doors as well as some unstripped logs and some stripped ones just scattered I don’t want it to be too much from an aerial view I think this looks really nice I Think these piles of loading materials with the slab transitions is probably one of my favorite features that we have so I’m going to continue kind of adding these in along our entire shore line using these slabs to kind of make the transition a little less dark and just Kind of filling in some paths as we go leading to our different little fishing Huts I think the path block is the block that I like using the most and we’ll mix in some of the rooted dirt and Co dirt and some packed mud as well along the Edges of our paths so let’s just start getting all of our slabs and our little piles of loading supplies all dotted in and added along our edge here and just like that our docks are completed and I think this is probably my favorite fishing dock setup I’ve ever Made we not only have some fishermen on this end of things by the fishing shop we also have some little Shepherds over here and I love that that one already picked up the little uh kind of Kos thing over here I think it’s literally the best thing ever I don’t know why He’s in the forest they’re just having a good old time back there but you know uh we’re we’re just going to let them have a good old time in there it’s fine they can explore the jungle they they might get zombified and that just means cheaper wool prices which I’m fine with Which uh speaking of wool I did make sure they were trading me all the white wool so that I can easily get even more emeralds I also went through this path area added a bunch of corer we added some packed mud we have some rooted dirt And then I just used this was supposed to be stripped but I just use these little combinations to make our little lamp post and did that the entire length all the way over to where we have our panda sanctuary with all seven variants if we’re walking from our base area over Into our fishing Village you just start seeing the skyline and the sight of just the giant wool Farm Lighthouse and then you have the fishing village with villagers adding life in here campfires adding some movement and I think it’s absolutely beautiful now I would say that this is a proper fishing dock so That we can actually go fishing and have a legit place to fish from so if you don’t mind I’m going to do some fishing here and I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day Video Information
