Insane Lava Survival! AntVenom’s Minecraft Adventure

Hey guys and from here and welcome back to another minecraft video and today we are going to be doing the floor is lava as made by sethbling a couple of months ago it is a sort of survival type weirdness thing where as soon as you spawn into the map everything around you

Let’s just go and let’s get it started I have a practice this once so I kind of have an idea of what I’m doing I know that speed is definitely a thing so let’s just go ahead and let’s give it a try here difficulty is set to normal

Let’s turn my sounds on a little bit because those sounds are going to be pretty intense and stuff yeah okay so the floor is lava BAM let’s do this alright so BAM first thing you got to do you hear wolves dying that’s the first thing that you hear then you got to just

Grab all the dirt that you can hear just just all of it okay and then you got to get rid of that I’m gonna try and see which ones aren’t going to cause lava borer and I think that one might no okay then maybe it’s that long yep it’s that

Like that’s that’s just amazing alright so now I’ve got 31 pieces of wood I what I need to do now is I need to start recollecting the dirt as much as I can ok let’s go let’s do this here what I could probably do actually is since only

The floor is lava I can go down and I can start getting myself some tools yeah yeah that actually sounds way smarter because it’s going to be a bigger abundance of cobblestone underneath me that I’m going to be able to use yeah as you guys can see out in every single

Direction it’s just lava lava lava lava so our goal is to get out of here pretty much so I’m not sure if the crafting bench can set on fire but you know what Yolo I guess I think that’s the only time I’m ever going to say that and like

Second huh okay I was going to say if there’s a lava drop down right there the worse comes to worse I’d be able to hug my back against this wall and fall down here so I wouldn’t fall into the lava all right so yeah I I guess pretty much

All we got to do now is we just got to get ourselves some materials in orbit get out of here so let’s go ahead now just to be more efficient with even though guys I now have the tools to get out of here now this is a race against time because as

You can see my hunger is going down and it goes down pretty fast when you are dealing with them you know mining up materials and whatnot so yeah again it’s a race against time for us to get out of here I think we’re going to need like

Maybe two stacks of cobblestone to be able to just get out of this land so yeah we’re just we’re going to try we’re going to give it our best you know and we’re just going to see how things happen because I’ve never never you know oh wait I should probably shouldn’t dig

That up with that okay let’s go ahead and let’s do this wait where’s the cobblestone there it is so I’m not sure if I’m going to need two stacks but um well as long as I have extra I’ll be able to I’ll be able to get a fair

Distance around but I need to like create a tower and whatnot and things of that nature so yeah we do need to mine up as much cobblestone as we can I what I would like is if there’s some kind of like hard limit on this I’m not sure how

Long I’ve been recording for because I started my recording and then one afk for a second so I don’t have an accurate timer in my timer right now but let’s see if we can get this done in under ten minutes like escape the lava area because I’m not sure exactly how much he

Generated but let’s just see if we can get this done in ten minutes guys you know why not why not so I could actually be digging down from you know I probably should dig down oh no if I dig down for iron I have to waste active waste time

Getting back up like I could probably dig staircase tile and just see if I encounter iron but no actually it doesn’t really matter that much because iron is just it’s just not born it’s just it’s just not important yeah if you guys want to download the oh okay well

There’s iron I mean if it’s going to be right there waiting for me why not and I do have one to cook this up but it’s only two pieces oh there we go that’s three pieces and that’s four okay and that’s enough for another sword so

Should I waste the wood though yeah I probably should wasted what this one as long as I got let’s create let’s create some more sticks here you know just to be sure that we have enough because as soon as I run out of those sticks on that wood so yeah alright

Let’s go and let’s create ourselves a furnace here because it’d be nice to be out here with all your tools – that’d be very very nice I have five pieces of iron that’s absolutely perfect one two three four five let’s go up to ten that should be good

I’m not really sure how many it requires I think it’s like it uses just under one piece of wood for a piece of iron so our yeah so that should work out pretty nicely alright yeah okay let’s just be sure we just grab all these cereals because that that’s what it’s all about

That that’s what everything is all about here some reason it seems okay my brain is my brain is going and saying I’m going insane in the membrane right now guys I can’t even explain my thoughts in my head I had a thought in my head that the cobblestone for

Whatever reason was beginning to stack on this line rather than this one but then I realized I just kind of created a furnace I probably just put it there so yeah again I’m going absolutely insane in the brain so yeah as you can see here

– you know our hunger is not it’s doing good I think you know for the amount that we have collected it’s doing alright but we will have to be dealing with that issue here pretty soon I don’t think I can actually die to it on normal mode I think I okay okay so

We’re out of that pickaxe I don’t think I can die to it on normal mode but I think I can get to like I think I’m easy mode it’s have hell on normal mode it’s like half a heart on hard mode its death when you lose all your hunger points so

Yeah alright so we have yeah see what I mean I just created Southwest cobblestone and then I ruined it so I said I wanted two stacks now I have to start pretty much about two stacks now okay and then those five are and I cooked up nice I still got I still got

Most spare wood let’s go and let’s craft ourselves a pickaxe here I’m actually surprised this only took me one attempts because I only practiced it once just to see what the ground terrain around me was like okay so let’s go and let’s do that so out a stone pick I got this pick

I’m gonna go and I’m lined up a few more pieces of cobblestone here because what if we you get diamond in those ten minutes as well I mean seriously like how Opie would this challenge be or like how okay be at this challenge if I got diamonds

But anyways we got cobblestone now so now our goal is to escape this area so let’s go wants to do that so this is the spawn area we need to choose a direction to head out and my I think the most promising direction is out in that

Direction as you guys can kind of see there are trees out in that direction I mean I think I’m not sure if those the trees that just haven’t burned yet but it seems to be my biggest promise I’m gonna go up a couple of blocks here oh

God it’s all it’s just all lava so let’s go ahead and let’s just stack our way over those quickly as we can from sets shift button do not fail me like do not fail me at all please because I will not be a happy camper yeah again I really have no

Idea how long this goes out for as you can see it does actually go for a while it’d be cool if I could like parkour on the trees but I think unfortunately they’re all going to be set on fire by the time I get there just you know given

The way that fire and chunk loading works that’s going to wind up being what’s happening but I think I don’t know maybe two stacks is not enough you know maybe I might have to go back for more I really have no idea we shall see

We shall see how close am i oh my god I’m a little ways away but I do have some ground terrain right there so maybe I should just aim for that so given the way minecraft works and it’s blocking nature I think the shortest distance between these two points here Oh God

Is going to be let’s see let’s try this okay am i wiping out okay there we go so I will actually be wiping out some of the lava here so I need to be really careful because when you work on the edge and fire I think fire like can

Disable your sprint and it’s really just numb okay so there we go there’s that so I get that patch Island over there you can see just out in every direction just it’s nothing but lava guys it’s lava out in every direction just just without without fail blob out in every direction

So yeah I think I’m going to go ahead I’m going to stop down in that piece of land over there yeah and then we’re going to dig down just a little bit try and get some more more supplies then we’re going to get going again because this this is our little adventure right

Here guys I’ve never seen anyone do this challenge so yeah oh my God look at that look look there’s like a drop down in the earth look at all those trees that it’s setting themselves on fire it just really proves how limited we’re going to be

This challenge so again we’re still at a race for time here because of a the whole thing where I don’t know hunger is a problem we’re still at a race against time okay let’s see here can i okay nope nope nope nope nope I’m not gonna be like X and and get killed

I’m not gonna I’m not pulling that like you you’re not I don’t know who you think you’re playing with but yeah all right let’s go let’s do this and stick down so I think we’re good now I think okay good that’s not lava so now we’re good now we’re good but we need

Food like badly and I don’t have any weak or anything the closest I’m going to get to food is underground zombie flesh you know like getting zombie flesh from underground but the problem with that is that zombie flesh doesn’t give you hunger saturation so if you eat

Zombie flesh your hungers just going to go down faster so yeah excuse me that was weird anyways yeah so your hunger saturation is just going to go down faster and thus your hunger spivot deplete way faster so if anything it’s only a solution if you need the hunger

Points for like 20 20 seconds like if that if that if that’s the difference between life and death and yes eating zombie flesh is worth it otherwise it’s just not so yeah I mean it does suck see there and that’s what if you guys have ever wondered why hunger goes down

Faster over time I mean that’s why it’s hunger saturation you know that’s the whole that’s the whole reason for it is a your hunger gets saturated and thus you become hungry faster in game so you have to really manage that that’s why I don’t like eating foods a game that have

A low amount of it which is like you know bread and just you know things of that nature so now if I want to keep going here I need to go off in that direction and it doesn’t look as if two stacks is going to do it for that

Direction so I want to get as much as I can before I start dying so let’s go ahead let’s try and get maybe three stacks or something like that and we will get going okay I know that it doesn’t generate out forever in that direction but I’m really curious to see

How far we can take this cuz at this point we’ve been going for like 10 minutes now so it’s pretty intense really pretty intense let’s see here yeah listen let’s just keep going okay just keep doing this just keep doing this all right I’m starting to get I’m starting to get a

Starting to get antsy for the trip so let’s go ahead let’s just do this let’s grab that one piece of cobblestones dig out dig out this out on my wife feel like digging that out I probably should have created a shovel that would have been a smaller option and set up a sword

But hey if I do wind up in Kettering the creepers you know the mobs and stuff then this will be it will have been a good idea so let’s go ahead and let’s let this seek out the land because that you know what I should have done actually I probably should have done

Well no if I had dug a strip mine underground that would have been way more boring so you guys brought I mean even though the logic side of me says that that probably would have been a better idea you guys probably would have been way more bored out of your mind like the

Fact that I was avoiding the challenge like that so yeah I’m glad I’m ultimately glad I didn’t do that I’m just saying oh my god that moment when you’re holding your sprint key I mean not just one key your Shift key you know you’re crouched E and you’re

Building a bridge like this that moment when your pinkie gets really really tired it’s just like I must survive and you’re just oh we got mountains off in the distance yay-hey our salvation oh my god but look at this hunger here though like like this could wind up getting really bad right around

Crunch time so what I’m gonna do is I actually am going to oh yeah I can just head straight and I think we’re going to be good yeah I think we’ve got enough blocks now we we have officially actually I can’t say we’ve officially defeated the challenge yet because I

Still need to get I would like to get food to get my hunger back up even if it’s raw food it doesn’t matter as long as I can get my hunger back up I think I’ll be fine because I haven’t made it yet because I could still take a tumble

Into the lava and die you know I I don’t like calling my victories until hey I’ve actually won counting your chickens before they hatch is the greatest way to be the biggest laughingstock of all time I’m sure there’s quite a few people in history who have done that I’m just saying

Alright so we’re almost at oh god I guess I got see look see look guys there’s another challenge waiting for me at the edge look they’re all the skeletons and mobs are spawning on the edge that region so what do I got to do I got

To start stacking up so Bam Bam Bam how many blocks is it going to take to get there I think maybe 20 or something which is good now the fact that I have dirt is really going to help here so it’s good let’s do this and now I have

To deal with the issue how do I get down I’m probably gonna have to jump onto one of the trees yeah that won’t be a problem ok wait did the mob just despawn know what this yeah of course of all the mobs the skeleton is still there so

That’s how that’s always a good thing alright so we’re just about out of cobblestone here but I will have the dirt to get me the rest of the way thankfully maybe that was like 40 blocks or something I don’t even know optical illusions guys it’s just it’s all in the

Illusions okay so please tell me I’m gonna have a tree to jump onto I’m gonna have I think that’s going to be my Savior tree over there oh my god it’s gonna be so close watch it’s going to come down to like an extreme Park okay

But at least now I think I got the chickens that I can that I can ride my health out on oh and I probably should make a bed too and I think in this at this point the challenge making a bed wouldn’t be the worst idea in the world

Back to the lava area just so you guys can see it one last time so you guys can see the trek that we that we went on where we’re going to nostalgia five minutes after we were done five minutes after we run they really need to make it
