Hey art friends today we’re drawing another character from minecraft what are we drawing in lay yeah i’m super excited because a laser still pretty new in the game you need your drawing supplies we’re going to use marker you also need some paper and something to color yeah you ready to start yes let’s First start by drawing a square for the allay’s head we’re going to draw the side of the head first we’ll draw over here on the left we’re going to draw a line that comes straight down then we’re going to draw a line that matches that same distance for the Bottom and this will turn it into a square so if this line and this line match the same length it’ll turn into a square there you go and you could use a ruler if you wanted to really measure but i think it’s fun just using our eyes to Guess we’re going to draw the top now and then we’re going to connect the top down to the bottom to complete our square nice that looks really cool now let’s draw the eyes we’re going to draw rectangle shapes that are tall inside so we’re going to draw a Line for the side that’s longer than the bottom and then here’s the bottom length right here and then we can repeat that same line for the top and then connect down to the bottom looks like we’re drawing an upside down l to complete it now let’s draw that same shape over here On the right side and i’m going to start this way and draw it kind of backwards and then we’ll draw the top just like we did on the left side and then connect down to the bottom there’s the eyes and on the game they’re actually a little bit closer together but that’s okay I think it looks awesome just like this okay now let’s draw the body we’re going to start by drawing a line down on the left and also a line down on the right there you go and then we can connect those lines together at the bottom Oh it kind of looks like the clothes the lace clothes are torn down at the bottom so we’re going to draw little pixels for the it also kind of looks like legs so we’re going to first draw a line down like this and then we’re going to draw a little short line over And we’re going to come up and then we’re going to repeat that same shape on the right side come down over and up and then we could just connect those together to keep it simple it does look like legs but i think it kind of looks Like also like a ghost or a fairy and this is the clothes hanging down what should we draw next the arms the arms okay let’s start right here in the corner and we’re going to draw a diagonal line that comes out to the left and we’ll draw another diagonal line That matches coming out to the right and we’re going to turn these into long rectangle shapes we’ll draw a short line for the end of the arm and then we’ll draw a line that cut connects back up to the head let’s repeat that same shape over here on the right side Then let’s make the arms look more 3d we’ll draw a short diagonal line for the other side of the arm and then let’s connect it back into the body and let’s do the same thing over here on the left side short diagonal line and then connect it back up to the body What’s our lay missing the wings the wings yeah let’s draw those next we’re going to draw another diagonal line but we’re going to come up to the left and also up to the right now right here you could imagine that going behind the head and connecting through and behind the arm There we go yeah and you could do the same thing on the right side mine are a little bit higher so you can’t quite see them going behind the arms but let’s turn these into uh rectangle shapes i’m going to stop right here then we’ll draw a short line coming down And we’re going to draw some steps that are pixels that look like pixels so we’re going to draw another line that comes out and then we’re going to come down further then we’ll draw this line coming back up but we’re gonna draw steps or zigzags so we’ll come in up in And keep coming up and then in again and then one more time into the arm then we could also draw another step right in between the arms we’re going to come in again right here and then we’ll come up and then we’ll connect into the body There we go now let’s do the same thing over here on this side so we’re going to repeat all of those same steps but we’re going to flip it for the right side so we’ll come down then we’ll come in that’s kind of far and then one more step down And then we’re going to come back out but not as far and then we’re going to draw this longer line that comes down further and then a short line in and then the next part we’re doing all of these steps to come back up so we come up in Then we’ll do another zigzag and then one more into the arm you did it now let’s draw this last little bit of the wing in between the arm and the body we’ll come in up and then connect into the body heli we did it we finished drawing our Leg it looks really cool except it’s going to look a lot better once we do what color him yes this part will fast forward but at the end you can pause the video to match our same coloring you ready to fast forward hadley we did it we finished drawing and Coloring our minecraft allays and they turned out awesome i hope our friends will take time to color their drawings also we used our markers if you have the same biannual marker set we use the first blue we used was b203 and that’s the light blue that we used To color the whole thing and then we used a darker blue b205 to add the pixel texture on the wings and also down here on the body and then we used a really dark blue b016 yeah for the bottom the very bottom almost looks like the feet We hope you had a lot of fun drawing in l.a we do we hope you had a lot of fun i’m sure your drawings turned out really cool we’ll see you later our friends goodbye Video Information
