Minecraft will be up so I can um show off the added things we put in the mod Recently there’s I think maybe one one new thing so we’re going to have a look at that hope we’re all excited that’s we should be hello welcome welcome um time for me to boot up a world and then I can swap over to the non starting Stone screen jeez all Right oh I’m already in the end of this one that’s all right that’s YouTube today Because um twitch doesn’t give me watch hours on YouTube and I need to get those up so I can make money CU I’m all I’m all about cash I’m not the slightest but it would be nice um to M that up because my video is usually like 4 minutes long anyway Hopefully the end are to that let’s let’s have a look let’s have a look let’s have a look um so the things that we YouTube not twitch yeah I’m on YouTube yeah that’s why we’re doing that I want to slash kill myself first it’s been two weeks has Been two weeks it’s been a while hope the music is the music too loud hopefully not Ste let’s go we’re going to oops the most recent things we’ve worked on um was the the mobs that’s finally all ready I’ve been working on some showcase videos for the Um mod before I can upload it to mod rent properly there’s also currently a work in progress mod on there but it still says it’s like processing cuz they won’t let them in they just have like activated yet or whatever hopefully that’ll happen at some point soonish Because uh the Link’s already up on my channel oh we’ve already found one of the um mobs so um over the past oh it’s probably it would have been two weeks now but um here is all the new nether mods mobs added to the mod we’ve got six yeah six New things that will be showed off in the new Showcase Video that’s awesome and um I figured we’ll go through this today and then we might we might add something new to Minecraft because why not so yeah um beginning with we’ve we’ve already looked through a lot of These I know in the previous streams but we might as well recap while we’re here let me go find a Bassel Delta cuz those are easier to look at make life easier there we go flat area up here shut awesome cool so let’s say we got One we got this we got that we got that we got this and we got this fell this was the most recent um addition that we added to the mod uh probably just before I went away which was just before I made the most latest Video so yeah those are these are the um six different mobs that I’ve added to the nether this one is the molotov Golem which we talked about in one of the previous streams uh this guy this guy explodes here surv he does a little explosion attack Like that and I’m going to die if I’m not cing and they’re fighting each other that’s great I’m going to turn down my sound actually it’s quite loud there go so yeah that’s what the melov Golem does it also drops sulfur which we’ve talked about previously which is Esally essentially Some Coal for the nether so that’s great we got that down pack we’ve these guys down pack these are the guys of barriers I talked about these in the Discord and they explode if they touch each other or if you touch them but I’m not going to test that out Cuz I’ll die and I don’t want always all the spawn eggs and then we’ve got these two guys these two are providing new food sources for the nether as long as as well as the guys that’s not was important but these two guys will be providing new food sources you can kill Them and they’ll drop a cooked version of um the Crimson or the wared fungus so that’s their two um functionality and those are awesome they’re pretty cute too I like them and then we got the Ember um Amber B which I still haven’t added an armor set for might do that in Future I don’t really want to do that right now that guy just throws me there and finally this is the only other thing that I haven’t actually showed off yet let’s go to a s sand biome there we go this is the final mob that I have Added to the mod um and it will probably be one of the last ones before the final release and after that I’ll work on it more but uh this this guy he is the um Soul waiter which I is mostly an ambient Bob I’ll be honest they don’t have a huge amount of Health they have enough that they’ll tank p a bit of damage but like they’re more about like just like kind of stumbling across them in the um nether like you’re just walking along you just find one of these guys they’re really loud if I turn up my volume but I’m not Going to because it’ll Deen everyone yeah they’re pretty crazy they’re quite cool I like their walking animation a lot hope I did a pretty good job on them and that was the most recent mob I added and also if I kill him yep there we go drop hardened bone Fragments which initially I was going to turn into bone arrows but I couldn’t work it out so I made it so that way you can craft them into this hardened skull which is this and that’s the only armor piece you get from them cuz I don’t really want people to um kill these Guys they’re cool okay it looks kind of better place does look a better place when it’s not amongst the soul flames I don’t know I like him a lot of other people in the Discord said they like him so he’s he’s stand in he’s chilling it Does look a bit more like a um ancient city or something like that kind of M but you know whatever they wouldn’t really um fit inside the caves that I reckon they’ probably get stuck in the path fighting you go absolutely bananas yeah also for the record the um Harden Bone does a decent amount of um protection for the helmet which actually I wonder if it does more than netherite seven for that one it does a lot more than netherite yeah the idea was that um so if you do decide to kill one of these guys you can have a single Piece of armor that does a hell of a lot more protection which means that you can choose to wear this um hardened skull over another another piece of um equipment but like yeah it’s really optional same with the um the armor that was dropped by the void bll someone said that if it’s Um worse than netherite become Obsolete and no one really want it that’s true but the idea was it was more of an option to pick instead of netherite if you want to because it does give you the um bonus of the slow falling slow falling I added so I um you know it’s Either have more protection or remove every chance of ever dying to fall damage ever which I think is a little bit more important well it depends on how you play or if you’re any good at actually playing the game or falling off Ledges I personally not not that great at not falling off Ledges it will become a bit annoying if you’re running around for a while and um keep floating around but yeah anyway that’s pretty much the rest of the mod I’m pretty sure I’ve gone through everything across each of my streams so I hope that’s everyone’s happy with the final release so Far oh actually I did change one thing if anyone remembers the arrow blob from last time I at it so you have to craft a starfish on a stick now instead to control it because I got Touch of that earlier so I added that anyway that’s all for that so we’re Going to head back to blockbench what’s legs back onto this segment and move this one back a Bit that’s a bit better all right also because it won’t be as cool we’re going to um we’re going to put a um bunch of spikes on the back why a bunch of spikes I mean just a big long Cube big old big old like dorsal spine there we go look at that Okay and then another one looks like it hly does look a bit like a dinosaur that’s right I don’t think the ne is supposed to be a very friendly looking place anyway they match the cultivator bit there we go we got some spines on the Back why is there Z fighting have I miss something I haven’t it’s just having to go me okay cool that’s the that didn’t there go but all right that’s a model that that sure is a model move that forwards a bit so the hit box will be in the right spot about There here Ro out not quite we’re making a thing that walks around on the lava like The um Strider as well so this will hunt Striders it’s um it’s got the head of a stag Bal it’s got legs like a bug and it um has a body of a crocodile so that’s pretty wild I wish it was a crocodile be kind of cool but I’m not really adding Anything that’s real life into my mod for some reason not actually particular reason why I just didn’t really think to and since I’m not doing it now might as well not start yet this spikes Too Tall all right reckon that should do for the AL Alpha channels I’ll get it in here as Well that’s such a tedious progress process all right that should be good now I should be able to absolutely go crazy with the um way it looks all right unhide that and we’re set all right now for colors should we make it so it’s kind of Similar to the color of Striders I could use the color palette from Striders that’s um poal potential thing I could do reck honestly reckon I might do that is that a reference image y not on the full screen but and there we go why is its texture so L that’s Weird I’ve never noticed that before texture is mad long right let’s get the colors down pack first approximately the color is that fill that in with the paint bucket there we go cool I want to make the Jaws the same color as the feet so I’m going to do That col the normal Str f I’m going to get to colors it down that over there we got to we got to add some texture now so if I get the blood texture here I startop painting this in let make it in the same way the ster Works um or blocky like let down because they assume that it’s going to be a full overhaul of just a huge part of the game again how Much is left of the stream uh still probably about half an hour you can add off if you want to I don’t mind all up to you I’m not forcing you to stay I wouldn’t do that it’s ail not the same as before I think the reason Minecraft’s not the same as Before is because a like a lot of us did grew up with it like we’ve grown up and moved on so the way um was going to make a video about the problem yeah it’s like way the way they’re doing it is like they’re updating Minecraft in like I don’t just little section at the moment also have to live in Discord working on the stre man awesome um anyway I don’t know the updates have just kind of G wild they they had the Buzzy Bees update after the pillage update the pillage update was huge cuz They overh hold a very key part of the game and um like obviously Villages and pillages like they’re important parts of the game now but like beforehand there was like a whole lot of nothing to them so they overhauled those and made a whole huge amount of new stuff to them Bunch of new features then they did the Buzzy B brand new feature no one had ever heard of and it kind of just popped into existence and people just kind of didn’t really care about it but like now it’s kind of got accepted very quickly cuz people just didn’t give a [ __ ] and then um I again it’s back dude I swear I swear about the duck I’m sorry I didn’t mean to oh we left um anyway the Up’s going wild facts they are going wild the wild up anyway um and then after that we had the nether Update and that was a massive massive update I just wanted to say that the chat is that the video has light moving when it’s already in the chat that’s outside of the video I don’t care if you understand that at all yeah know it won’t be in SN because of um my Wi-Fi But um it’s cuz usually I’m streaming on Twitch and I don’t know some people just kind of have the twitch Channel screen it doesn’t matter anyway um with the wild up no not the I’ve been throwing off now 1.16 was a huge update it was a massive thing added so many new biomes And all sorts of crazy stuff and everyone got super HED about that because again just like the village and pillage update it was revamping an old feature of Minecraft that needed a lot of attention and it’s like um so they fixed that up and from here on now um It’s kind of just like being updates that have been lackluster to everyone because um they they’re all just assuming there’s going to be another huge overhaul of something that’s already been made in the game but it never is because that’s not what they’ve been working on for whatever reason like They’ve also got all their updates planned out um ahead of time so they know what they’re going to be working on so um odds are that the next updates probably aren’t going to be the ones that the community are voting for and more just other stuff even with like the Caves and cliffs update like that was they updated the generation a lot and that was awesome that was great another update that everyone it was mostly received pretty well um but there was like the warden of that new stuff it’s all brand new stuff when I think Everyone else was like kind of hoping they’ll work on old stuff to update it into the feel of kind of essentially just the new game as Cliffs and another best upses they were they were very good updates and Village and pillage update was right up there too like they all all three of Those added massive amounts of stuff that everyone wanted their brand new stuff that like everyone’s been asking for for a long time and with this new update that’s coming out like we’ve got camels sniffer cherry blossoms and um all this other stuff it’s like none of it’s really things that people have been Absolutely begging for and I think because of that everyone’s been getting more disappointed and a bit pissy about it and the new standard like it’s great and all but like moang haven’t been lazy they’ve still been adding a lot of stuff and it’s like game development takes a lot of Work but it’s just like um yeah everyone got used to like the feeling of like getting a brand new update to things that are really old in the game and yeah so that’s why I’m hoping I’m hoping that at some point they’ll update the end because that’s the Probably the final thing that needs updating before um they start adding new stuff I play Minecraft with stream fair enough I would do that too um I’m not going to because it’ll be like 2:30 but like anyway just join and re join again uh anyway yeah the end the end Needs to be um I just like how they nerfed crafter copper B I don’t really understand that I um I saw stuff about that and people like oh no but like I didn’t actually get to test it out and I don’t understand Redstone components enough to know how they nerfed that but I feel like we have enough Community backlash about that they probably would change it but I also I don’t know we’ve been a bit mean to them lately it probably get to a point where they’re like [ __ ] you we’re not doing anything and um I don’t know anyone else be like And update’s better than none yeah yeah I know it was about the tick speed but like um I just didn’t really I don’t follow red enough to understand what changing the tick speed means but yeah um I think the Eng needs to be updated as one of the final things that needs Updating before they actually bother trying to introduce new features because that’s like one of the last things there’s still other stuff that need to be like reimplemented but Minecraft as a whole has changed so much it’s pretty much just an entirely new game and it’s At the point where like they need to do the end because the end so Bland compared to the rest of the entire world um but yeah I I just reckon I think if they would to revamp something that big it would probably be a huge win for the Community and also for Mojang as a whole and everyone would probably start they’ probably start winning back popularity back look also should I should hold the progression before the end it’s like that’s TR also they um I think after the end of probably over that but they could be a Part of it but like with like what it the trails and tals I feel like a tail could have been like um getting to the end somehow a revamp of that would be well received I think because like you know 30% of the Dragon FL fin Dragon That’s great no if there was more reason to go to the end then then I also give you another also to be fair the majority probably probably like 20% of it is a small CH I don’t know how to play the game makes say not many would do it yeah But like if they were to add more stuff to the game then more people would probably get to the end cuz it’s like a more important feature it’s like oh this is all this other [ __ ] I should go do that did I mute I think I Muted oh did I mute in the Discord no I didn’t I’m just blind I know they’re rep but like just talking about things like um oh that’d be enough I think that like how with the nether update they made it so theoretically you could live forever in The Nether on your own in the end technically very technically as a bare minimum you can’t move blocks but what you can do is destroy K fruit and use those to and eat those but eventually if you’re stuck on one end Island without anything except for the chorus fruit You’re going to um run out of resources eventually and that’s a um that’s I think I think they should make it so you can live in the end I think that would awesome I know it’s supposed to be Des an alien I think they should make it harsher than the Overworld and the Nether but I think it’ be [ __ ] awesome to be able to live in the end I would love that like say I even the nether the [ __ ] the nether roof is more survivable if you if you were stuck on an end island with nothing but the choros you would eventually run a COR Cuz there’s no way to replant it without getting the flowers which you need a bow I think for like a Ste touch pickaxe or something like that but in theory if you have a wooden bow on the nether roof you can live forever that therefore makes the literal Nether roof more survivable than the end in theory anyway that’s that’s pretty much my opinions on it and anything walking around doesn’t C me hunger off it that’s also true however if you sprint jump then you’re [ __ ] and also with that um logic you can also survive at the end Forever by Just standing there but if you want to doelling as in walk around spr jump and also like get around you can get from point A to point B in the Nether on the roof with just a bow forever and you’re good you can Sprint jump all you want as Long as you can find mushrooms cuz that’s where they generate for some reason um but in the end can’t get from another Island because you can’t get blocks and there’s no other way yeah that’s uh that’s my personal opinion about it all right I’ve Al I’ve been nonchalantly uh editing this edit Editing this while I’m working on it so let’s let’s zoom out a bit and see how the texture is looking I I don’t think it’s too bad what what does everyone think about the side texture obviously haven’t done the top or the bottom or the front yet but what do we think about That so far good yeah definitely the end that’s be as [ __ ] and now we’re going to go down to the ever growing met mod loaders don’t really have a huge opinion on that I think that a universal mod Loader would be great and um if Mojang was to do it right they could make their own mod loader that’s implemented straight into the game but I find it unlikely that they’ll be able to do it without it being super corporate like with um sorts of stuff um all right Let’s univers will be great than will yeah that’s probably UNL all right um the B say later right thoughts on Lego fortnite eh it’s not going to do anything let’s be honest it’s cool as a gimmick but um I think that it’s just not going to do anything To Minecraft it’s you can’t fight Minecraft everyone knows Minecraft everyone plays Minecraft it’s just a huge thing and you fortnite is not going to compare that to compar to that the new the new way that fortnite started running its um creative area they’re trying to become Roblox and they’re Trying to Challenge Minecraft with Lego fortnite but again Lego fortnite is kind of like it’s just a gimmick it’s um it’s that’s it’s a good game as a whole I like it but yeah I tried to sponsor a bunch of Minecraft creators that is true they sponsored GRE love that guy um and I think it was a good video um the um video he made it was cool yeah on real engine is for is weird R mcraft do you know mcia got another at least 15 minutes I’ll send you sign to listen to all right my thoughts on Lego fortnite Lego fortnite is a survival game with some Minecraft spr cre around way too much it’s it’s fun yeah I I read the JY mode um I think It’s F I like it it’s um I haven’t played that much of it I I was expecting Lego fortnite to be a Lego fortnite battle royale and I was excited for that I was hoping it would be something like that but it turned out not to be and I’m Kind of I think me and probably a lot of other people people were kind of not the happiest about that cuz a lot of my friends also thought that and I was like I was absolutely pumped for that I was like hell yes I want to be able to build Lego in fortnite just cranking 90s with Lego not that I’m any good at fortnite but anyway um I was excited for that and I was like that could be an interesting concept especially with like the way fortnite building works but it ended up just being a survival game and I wasn’t expecting That that’s fair it was pretty unexpected the Lego forite 10 at least in my opinion absolutely I thought it would be more fortnite building system yeah actually like fortnite’s got a really quick easy building system you just press a button and then boom it’s there un like M you Have to sort through stuff if like I could if they imped like a second way like you could put different ones on like your hot bar so you can just instantly build that kind of thing that’ be kind of cool I think anyway um I’ve lost in Chat I was it was going to have Lego guns and stuff that would be awesome too but oh yeah know cuz you can’t really even like fight your friends if you wanted to I think it’s missing a lot of the elements of survival games like PVP And that kind of thing it’s a lot of PVE and just like a whole Hipp working together I think if they dropped the no didn’t drop it but like I wish they could um you can blow up your friends that is true you can blow them up but It’s not the same as just being able to start up fight them in Minecraft you get a sword you can punch the sh out your friends but in fortnite you can’t you just can’t do anything you can swing at them and it just won’t happen I think you should be at a too Friendly fire I think that would be awesome yeah that’s my opinion on Lego fortnite hope everyone enjoyed that all right wa when I was young I didn’t even inside of a toilet made back when SMF was around SK ski what what I have a six-year-old sister so I do great yeah absolutely like it’s just awful absolute brain R being pumped into even even when I’m like on Instagram reals and stuff I feel like I’m going insane um social media is just awful like I think there’s certain ones but like w b I’m going to skip your toilet please don’t please don’t skip I recently I installed something called screen Zen which essentially just limits how much time I can I yeah you’re I prefer Discord and um YouTube and twitch those Are the three things I will constantly use Without Really any concern for it because yeah it’s just where I’m was comfortable but Tik Tok Instagram YouTube shorts pisses me off um all of those like short fil contents they absolutely kill me I feel so awful about myself afterwards I’m sitting There scrolling the throat I’m like I feel Dreadful rle me this yeah man if nobody clip this out of context rle me this G man if I skib with no toilet what am I I don’t know man saying that actually hurts it is rotting my [ __ ] brain I’m losing my Man I just said man I’m losing my mind it’s Insanity I I genuine like today I was at one of my friends house for a bit and I was just on my phone for a little bit and it was just Snapchat that’s where my friends do but like I was just sitting There and I was like I feel like I’m just kind of melting cuz I I just started feeling really ill and like I was melting it was just cuz I was on my phone for so long kind of sitting there on Snapchat it was just awful so I left and started Streaming um yeah Ed I do watch YouTube shorts but I modified it so it’s actually good stuff like motivation yeah all that kind of stuff I can’t waste the time like I hate it that’s great I think that’s really good for you not the brain rot stuff um I Think got Snapchat because I social media time makes me depressed absolutely I feel the exact same way do thing all right yeah no I feel I feel the exact same way I the second I open my phone I just feel awful I can’t waste my time I at it I um I figured out a while ago that I can in theory just like change the way my algorithm works and like just make sure I only click on the stuff that I would genuinely enjoy watching so yeah I was like I could do that but I never really got around to Actually bothering to like un reccommend all the other stuff like I all just full of Reddit ratings I I wake up every morning I’m like I spend an hour scrolling and I’m like I feel [ __ ] I feel so bad stop watching short form content General I’m doing my best I’m trying to Quit it’s like a necain addiction I just um was just I wake up and I’m just scrolling for a while I’m like I feel awful YouTube show videos from Channel I’m my home page yeah facts um yeah cuz it just hurts short form content has genuinely just Ruined a SE of my life I downloaded um an app called screen so it limits me to opening a scram seven times a day and I somehow still managed to either actually I’ll open it right now I’ll see what my I think I’ve only used it five times Today cuz I open it every now and then to check if my cuz my friends send me so many reals it’s drives me insane um let me check my approximate screen time every day settings and privacy let’s have a look screen time at Where is it I’ve lost it sharing comments tags messages limited directions hidden words not that me my screen time Please my parents came I can’t read that I don’t know what oh wa it I think it says it let me let me go back I watch in 5 minutes Sprouts when I feel overwhelmed my modding that is actually sometimes it’s good to give yourself a Little break but usually what I do as I get distracted I just can’t drag myself away from I can’t I can’t do those though because I usually get wait good idea I can’t do this usually get rid of them it’s not it’s pie oh it is pie wait um Anyway yeah know I get so sucked into um like watching it for ages that was like why why would you use that as an advert that’s not going to draw anyone in but the fact that I I I picked it up I showed to my Cousin I went look what Tik Tok just did so yeah this stream again n likes if you didn’t notice I did not notice I don’t have YouTube open I’ve just got streams so I can’t actually say that but awesome um but no it must have worked because I Showed my cousin I was like oit look at this some someone just got punched by a monkey I showed him a Tik Tok video that is exactly what Tik Tok was aiming for so not only did I go oh wellow that’s stupid stupid Tik Tok making a stupid Advert I actually fed into the advert and I I let him let him get away with it it did exactly what it was aiming to do is that quing in is yeah so it won it totally won Samsung is putting my Christmas deals in my literal notifications Samsung I disabled every [ __ ] notification on my phone the second I get a notification I swipe off it I just like cuz I don’t want it now 11
